As usual, we dealt with our favorite salesperson, Dina Campanaro, and once again, she did not disappoint. We went to the dealership with a newspaper ad, that it turns out we were not qualified for. Two days later, she obviously convinced someone, because with just putting a little bit more money down she was able to get us the monthly payment we were looking for and we left with our 2017 Equinox

This dealer is only concerned about making a sale. When you have a problem , no one is able to help you. I had a cracked rim on my Limited Edition 2013 Camaro. It was not drivable due to the tire losing air. Just 3 years & 100 days old & 32,000 miles. I thought it would be covered under the $3000 extended Major Guard warranty that I bought with the car. I reached out to my close to home dealer and they told me their was no extended warranty in the GM system. I need to contact the dealer I bought from. After countless phone calls for three days because nobody calls back, put on hold for extended periods of time & I hung up. Disconnects, wrong names of managers were given to me by the receptionist to speak with , who I found out was a sales man...... Not a manager..... Spoke to my salesman Mohammed & he remembered me but couldn't do anything to help. The receptionist told me she was instructed to tell me to call the Huntington dealership & speak with the finance guy I dealt with . So I did, but he can't help! He gave me the correct name of the sales manager at Bayshore . I called and asked for Mike Collins & he was available! I explained to him my run around for the past 3 days from his people & what the problem was , he seemed responsive and told me he would personally look into it and call me back. He did & he told me there was a mistake with the entry of my VIN # at the time of the sale. The wrong # was entered. They will correct it but it takes 24 - 48 hours for it to show up in the GM system. Mike told me he was off tomorrow but he will check the system from home & have someone call me. No one called . Still have no car , on day 4 now. After 48 hours I still heard nothing back & ive had it! I called Lisa Bautista the customer relations manager & told her my situation & now the manager is not even calling me back. Told her I've been more than patient , by now it's been a week with no car & no answers . At this point I'm expecting the dealer to get me a new rim regardless of the warranty for all my troubles . If I didn't have an answer by the end of the day I was reporting the dealership to the State Attorney General & posting reviews online. So here I am , posting ..... At the end of the day she did call me back to say the warranty is in the system and that it doesn't cover the rim.... I have to buy one. She spoke to Dan in service but he was too busy at the time to offer any help. He would be available tomorrow. Starting week 2 with no car..... I talked to Dan the next day because I called him. He told me it was 100 days out of manufacturer warranty but GM was willing to cover half the cost based on the claim he submitted to them with the low mileage of 32,000. I would have to pay for the rest. Needless to say after 2 weeks now with no car I really have no choice. Even though I feel the dealer should be recouping this cost after they screwed up my $3000 extended warranty and treated me like I was non existent . They didn't even offer to do anything to satisfy me in any way. I forgot to mention , I bought my wife a new fully loaded suburban 4 months before I bought my Camaro . I reminded them too. Payed that dealer over $100,000 and they can't do anything for me.! In the end , they didn't do anything beyond what they were required to do.Don't waste your time with them ! They don't care! It's all about the dollar!!

My salesperson Kristin Loos was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the reason I purchased from Atlantic. A couple of days after I drove off the lot I noticed an issue with the rear bumper while washing it, it appears to be a defect in the bumper caused either during molding it or during the paint process. I contacted Kristin and she responded immediately, she even met me at the dealership ON HER DAY OFF to ensure it was looked at. It has not yet been taken care of but I'm confident Kristin will see that it is. I have never known a salesperson to go above and beyond as she has. She is an absolute asset to that dealership and as long as she is there I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I pray if ever I need the service department they have representatives such as Kristin.

As a first time car owner I must say Paul Coppola made it a MEMORABLE ONE. He knows and does his job very well. He made everything about the whole process of buying a car so simple and stress free, just how I liked it to be. I bought a Black 2013 Chevrolet Equinox , great condition with great mileage on it. The way in which everything was made simple and accessible for me, even me insuring my car at the lowest rate was ABOVE and BEYOND my EXPECTATIONS. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO ATLANTIC CHEVROLET to buy their cars and for them to ask for Paul Coppola as their sales manager. Why ? Long story short, I was interested in buying a chevy Malibu 2016, however I did not come into an agreement price wise. The sales manager was very rude at the end, after I declined his offer and said I was a waste of his time! I had put a 200$ deposit that I was told was 100% REFUNDABLE , salesman (who was very polite & great! only good thing I have to say) said the refund was made, and that it would take up to 4 days for it to go through I am now on day 13 and I have yet to receive my refund I have called 4 times very patiently and have been able to speak to the salesman only once I Have asked to speak to a manager but was told that they were not there and the only one that was, could not speak to me at the moment right now I am still waiting on the call back. At this point I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALER !! How hard is it to refund money i have also called my bank to ask if there was any refund processing and they said that nothing has been done into my account, and that it would never take that long for a refund to go through!! Bank even told me to have chevy call them, this is ridiculous !!

Came in for tire rotation, oil change and overall check up for 5,000 miles on new Traverse. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. It took just a little over that by minutes and all was complete. Waiting area was very comfortable with TV and WiFi, food and beverage were also available. I've owned a lot of vehicles and this was one of the best experiences for service.

I bought a used 2011 Silverado bad fuel sensor gas gauge don't work check engine lite on been calling for a week no one knows nothing about who ordered it. Know one ever calls you back sorry I ever bought the truck should have went to nessenger 112 Chevrolet way better dealer. And how did my truck pass inspection with check engine lite on anyway goes to show you any thing can pass inspection. And the day I picked up truck sales man didn't even put the plates on truck I had to. Glenn ain't a good sales man. Update over two weeks now still no luck on truck being fixed they always have an excuse I guess I have to pay 300 dollars for part and fix truck myself. ATLANTIC CHEVROLET SUCKS!!!!!

I had missed my early-morning appointment and they were able to get me in almost immediately in the afternoon. It was the last of the month, and I needed a NYS inspection. All warranty work was completed along with the inspection in about 90 minutes. Friendly, intelligent, professional staff - from my advisor Danny to the mechanic who turned the car over to me with a genuine 'have a great weekend' as I prepared to leave. Hard not to like this!

He's been a pleasure to work with, goes out of his way to make the service experience personal and makes sure I'm both informed and comfortable. If I had a friend looking to service their Cadillac or Chevrolet, I would be quick to recommend your service department, but in particular would tell them to contact Dennis. For me, making a deal and buying/leasing a car is a similar process no matter where you shop, but its the service department that makes the big difference and the reason I would choose to return to a dealership. I wanted a Camaro. I knew exactly what I wanted in the car and how much I should pay (and was prepared to spend) for the lease. This dealership happened to be the only dealership in the northeast that had the Camaro that was the closest match to what I wanted. The big difference was a sunroof...I didn't care for one and therefore didn't want to pay for one. I settled because we were still able to get to the price I wanted and I didn't mind the sunroof. I was told that the car was exactly what I wanted but had one addition (typical salesman talk). The car I had test driven was the same model (camaro) and trim (2LT) but didn't have a sunroof. When I voiced my concern that the sunroof would impede the headroom I was told that since it is the same model and trim, the interior space would be the same throughout the line. After getting over a couple "misunderstandings" (aka misrepresentations) about costs and fees, we settled on a price. I came to sign for the car the next day at the agreed time. I sat for almost 2 hours until the finance manager was ready with my paperwork. The lease showed 38 cents more per month. This is nowhere near a big deal of money but it is the principal and goes to show the lack of communication between departments. We agreed on a price. I expect to sign a lease with the price on it. The leasing manager discounted me from my down payment what the 38 cents would total over the course of my lease. So again, I was appeased -- but that shouldn't have happened in the first place.I am given the keys and drive off the lot in my new Camaro. Great car. As I'm driving I hear a clicking sound above me. I look up at the sunroof (that I didn't really want in the first place) and see that the plastic track guide on one side is totally detached and flopping around. This is not something that snaps into place -- it is adhered. So now, after spending all this time already at the dealership, I have to bring my day old car in for a repair for something that should have been caught by the technician that performed the inspection of the car before it was handed over to me.I get home and pick up my friend who I test drove the initial Camaro 2LT (without a sunroof) with. During the initial test drive she sat in the back seat and at 5'10" was able to sit upright with minimal clearance to the ceiling, but clearance none the less. She gets in my new Camaro 2LT and doesn't fit. In order to sit upright she needs to have her head to her shoulder. Annoyed, I ask my other friend who is 5'7" to try to sit in the back. She gets in and while sitting upright her head not only touches the ceiling but it pushes the liner up unless she slouches.Don't get me wrong, I am not delusional -- I know that there will be minimal space in the back seat of a car like a Camaro. My frustration is that this wasn't an issue in the car without a sunroof and was told that there would be "no difference" with the headroom wither without a sunroof. Clearly incorrect.I immediately called my salesman. He apologized and said there was nothing to be done. I signed and drove. While I appreciate the apology, I now have a 2 seater car for all intensive purposes. Many other Chevrolet Dealers offer a 3 day/100 mile exchange and while I realize that this dealer doesn't have that as standard, I would hope that being so big on "customer service" they would consider permitting this.I tried calling a sales manager 4 different times today. The first time I was put on hold and after 5 minutes it sounded like someone picked up and shortly after I heard a dial tone. Thinking we got disconnected, I called back immediately and was put through the exact same process. I tried again a few hours later and told the person who answered what was happening with the phone she said she would transfer me. I waited on hold for 8 minutes. A woman got back on the phone and asked who I was waiting for, I told her I wanted to speak to a sales manager, was put back on hold and hung up on after another 5 minutes. I just tried again now with the same experience which prompted me to write this review. So annoyed. All I wanted was a new Camaro that could fit, when necessary, a thin average height adult in the back seat. That is not what I got.

Jerry and Jeff were very helpful and easy to work with. The whole car shopping, test driving, going over prices, going over the car, etc etc is exhausting and Jerry was very helpful and kept things moving as fast as he could. There were a few things that were not done when we went to pick up the car thay we were extremely mad and diasappointed at but Jerry took care of everything. My husband has had some problems with the service department here for his.truck but let's hope I don't have the same issues if I need to bring my car in

Tony was awesome as usual,he always makes sure that we know what's going on with the vehicles and makes sure we are in and out as quick as possible. My first visit I spoke with Sal Priola I had 15 minutes to spare and stopped at dealership, as I was leaving he asked very simply for an opportunity to earn my business. Through a friend we were sent back and sat with Mike Collins and Sal Priola. I had just had a bad experience at another Chevy dealer and was leery of sticking with Chevy. I felt comfortable and appreciated the extra effort that was being placed to find a Silverado similar to one I had almost purchased. Sal was professionally persistent, keeping me informed on vehicle searches. all this led to my settling on a vehicle 2 weeks after first meeting. I was quite happy and comfortable with the staff at Atlantic as we are both looking for same thing... a fair business deal. I told Sal as we were leaving with new truck, when he had sincerely said he was looking for an opportunity to earn my business that stuck with me through whole sales process. I work for a multi billion dollar organization and have overseen our Sales teams. I value and appreciate good service.

Very pleased. Michelle treated me like I was a family member. My problem was a difficult intermittent problem to diagnose but Michelle ensured proper communication that ended up with a excellent outcome. My experience was very good , the guy who wrote up the ticket was very warm , welcoming and very knowledgeable he made recommendations that was welcoming , this made my visit less stressful , i would like to thank him but forgot his name. The tech did a wonderful job of my car's tune up , my new tire is on the car. all tires filled with nitrous oxide etc , great job . my only issue is the tires PSI on my tires are off , all tire should be at 35 psi but they are not , each tire was found to be as follows 35 , 36 , 37 and 38 and on the way home i had a pull the rt. i will have to bring the car back next weekend to have that adjusted, the car is parked until i return it , i will drive my truck until then . overall a very very good experience , i really enjoyed speaking to that who wrote uo the ticket , the girl at the cashier desk was also great and very honest when she ran after me to return my forgotten credit card. thnak her me. Bought a Certified Pre Owned Corvette. When I went to pick up car, had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes while they did the car preparation even though they knew exactly when I would be arriving to pick up the car....absolutely no consideration of the value of my time...in fact, when I complained about it to the manager, Paul Santo, he said they actually did a pretty good job considering it was the end of the month! Then, after the car had been bought and I'm ready to drive it away, they only give me one key! They tell me when they bought the car, they only got one key with it and that if I wanted a spare key, it would be my responsibility to buy one (estimated cost is $175). When I said this was never mentioned beforehand and that I never brought it up because I assumed all cars came with two keys, they told me it was my error for not asking, that they have no obligation to provide me with two keys and they would not agree to include a second key in my purchase. What a way to run a business!

i brought my 2014 ATS in for a replacement screen on info homepage, an oil change and to have the recall for sun roof fixed. I was told two and one half hours because of replacing screen. I waited in the customer service waiting for over an hour and my car had not been moved into the shop. When I asked service professional he said I had another 1 1/2 hour wait. When I asked if you had the part he told me no!!! I asked then why 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I told him to get me my car I was leaving. He told me he did not know where the keys were. I went out they were in the car parked against the building. I went back in and told him I was leaving with my car.That is the worst service I have ever experienced at any dealer, especially Cadillac. I have owned a Cadillac since 1986 and never have I been treated like this. I will probably write the CEO of the Cadillac Division I am so disappointed in your company. Bernard Cody

I have bought 2 used cars at Atlantic Chevrolet over the past 3yrs and both times I was helped out by Paul. C and Ray the finance manager. I was there last week to look at a used 2013 Cruz 2LT with RS package. Fell in love with car but my trade had negative equity and my credit was not the best. Then the vibration at first he couldn't find anything. Then as I was about to leave it happened again. 2 fans seized $850....No loaner car. A rental. The worst rental. I've only brought my car to Atlantic but now it is over.

I was told it would take 2 hrs to complete the oil change, NY state inspection and recalls on my 2014 Corvette. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment-I would have expected than in view of the wait time for an appointment the service work should not have taken more that the original 2 hrs estimate, 4 hrs was too long. I appreciate that I was informed of the delay 2 hours into my wait and I appreciate that the car was serviced as I had asked.

My experience at your dealership was great. I was introduced to Jaclyn Vitanza by Paul Weinberg and they are both very nice. Paul set up the appointment and was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then there was Jaclyn who is the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I just went in to talk because I wasn't sure I wanted to buy just yet and she came up with such a fantastic deal I ended up getting the Cruze LT which I'm thrilled with. She went over all the features that were in the car and explained each one in detail. She is very knowledgeable and a great asset to your dealership. Then there was Muhammad in the finance dept. who helped me get the financing for the Cruze LT. He was also friendly and quite knowledgeable. All in all I would say that my experience with your dealership was a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend your dealership to my friends and family.

I will never go there again. They felt that I bought a used car ($30K) and that I wasn't to be taken seriously. The car that I bought leaked water into the car from day one. They never repaired it and expected me to continue to go back there again and again and again and deal with their incompetence. Needless to say that the car they sold me three years ago was just totalled by my insurance company due to WATER DAMAGE. They are not to be trusted.

Horrible service experience and I'm still going through it. My check engine light came on in my new 2014 Chevy Cruze in April 2015. I finally got a service date for the end of May for oil change and light. I bring my car to be serviced they said it'll be ready same day and they will call. Nobody called, I had to call over and over until I got a person. The service department said car was ready. I get there and none of my work was done. So I had to bring the car back. I waited for 5 hrs for them to tell me they have to order a part. 3rd week I bring the car back to get fixed 2 days later the check engine light comes back on so I had to take the car back they claimed they replaced a different part and the car was fine. Now here we are again 4 services and 2 months later my light is still back on and NOBODY IN THE DEPARTMENT CAN GIVE ME A REPORT OF WORK DONE. So for the 5th time I have to bring my car.

Pulled right in, had 3 recalls, was quiet so saw service person Dennis right away. He went over recalls, told me one was a computer related/reprogramming issue and that it could be up to approx. 2 hour wait. I was o.k. with that just wanted to get it done. Waiting area was comfortable with tv. Vehicle was done and they came to me right away and told me it was done, also gave me a free full service car wash up the road rich was pretty nice of them. We never felt pressured and he gave us many options to choose from plus showed us what was the best models that would work for us, even though we went in expecting to pay more. Overall experience was very good and the only thing that concerned me was the labor charges was too Much. I spent $1534.00 and out of that the $800+ was the labor charges and parts was only $600.00. The bay doors opened at 7:30 drove in someone came right over took my car information brought me in to sit with Dennis; he explained everything they were going to do; oil change and tire rotation. I waited maybe an hour Dennis came in brought me to cashier; he said when I was done go to front door and my car would be there. They just want to sell a car and make money but the cars would be faulty. i recently got my car from them expecting a dealer car to be worth spending money on to bad. They installed some speaker package to the car paid for that and it doesn't even work turns out it's not covered in warranty that I paid for I've tried calling but reps always have different excuses so calling my lawyer to discuss my course of action. Would tell everyone that wants a good car go somewhere else

Just wondering WHY the answer is always the same after a complaint is logged? Always the same from Lisa Bautista who when the NEW CTS was purchased sad to say but all Iheard was YOU MUST DO THE SURVEY nothing BUT GOOD we need. And when a car is taken for Service which not only this car but I had another spoke to the service MGR Michelle who I sadly say is not a nice person She breezes in and out of the waiting area telling folks to have coffee a nice day which is nice BUT WOW the way she speaks to some of the people who have LIGIMATE CONCERNS as mine was turns into something else. She told 1 person she would not work on his car, another customer she said "go to another dearlership, and to myself I was told I don;t know what "the boys know" so why is she in this position. Maybe someone should listen to her or use a NANNY CAM so you can see and hear what she does to people. Very very sad. To "discuss" an issue now Lisa when the damage has been done is senseless. It needs to happen at that time not after the fact.

I want to thank Dennis and his mechanics for their professional and courteous treatment of my husband and myself. We brought our 2008 CTS in for a timing chain problem, fortunately it was covered by an extended warrantee from GM. The work was done in a timely manner and Dennis kept us informed as to what was being done. He also went over the car and made sure everything was in good working order. He then called us to let us know what maintenance had to be done on the car. He went over everything with us, when we said that the total was over our budget, he patiently explained what should be done now and what could wait. We were able to stay within our budget. Having had many unpleasant and costly experiences with car mechanics over the years, we our so appreciative of how we were treated at Atlantic Cadillac. So far so good on the repair. This was a major repair job, so I will give an update on it in about a month. Hopefully there will be no problems to report. While we were waiting for our car to be brought to us, we were in the showroom looking at an Escalade. We were approached by a salesman named Mike, he was very nice answering all our questions no pressure, when we explained we were not buying but waiting for our car, he still was pleasant wished us well gave us his card. If there is a new Cadillac in our future we would go back to this dealership.

NEW CTS boight for a routine ck and was told needed brakes almost laughed it was so funny. Went to my mechanic who stated "WHY THERE LIKE NEW". NEVER EVER and such a shame was brining my son to purchase a Camaro he saw and loved no more purchase elsewhere. Also took the CTS with the so called need brakes to this dealer and they coulnd not belive your service people said it needed brakes. This place has changed for the worse and the coffee and goodies don;t cut it.

I didn't like that when I called for an appointment for an oil change there was none available for several weeks.When my car was ready I waited about 20 minutes for it and nobody ever brought it around for me as I was told. I asked for the keys and went and got it myself. I don't mind getting my car, but I was annoyed at the time I wasted waiting for it.

Walked into the dealership with one remaining payment on my current lease. Talked to Frank Gentile. Asked him for a price and told him my lease was ending next month. He told me if I sign now, Atlantic would make my last payment. He also said because I had a Costco membership I would receive a $500.00 gift card. Here we are several months after the transaction and Frank told me Atlantic would NOT be making the last payment and I would need to call Costco for my gift card.

Tried to sell me a truck I didn't want because it was too expensive to get the one I wanted. The finance dept basic throws sales under the bus. Made me go change truck to what I wanted and told sales rep do don what I want that was after 3 hours there. Sales rep wasted my time and finance. Ended up going to a ford dealer best sales experience. Atlantic dealers are all the same... sell you what they want and not what you want all for the bottom line.

My son who is 18 years old bought his first certified preowned car here. He bought it Saturday for $17,000+ all cash. We drove home and the check engine light came on. It was a bad snow storm so we brought it back on Monday and stopped it by auto zone to hook up to the sensors. Several sensors were bad. We took it back and told them we want our money back according to their three day money back guarantee. Patrick T. The salesman and the sales manager both stuttered and gave us the se no dealership gives money back. If my son wanted he could take another car in exchange or pay more for something he really likes??? Horrible business ethics and I'm ashamed that we went to a Chevy dealer and this was our experience. **UPDATE**The salesman Patrick T. has since had the vehicle repaired and kept in contact regarding the vehicles condition.

I was having a very bad month. My bills were falling behind because my son got sick, my credit isn't really good at all, and my car was reposed . I went to Atlantic Chevy and told them honestly how bad im doing and I really need a car. They were very very sincere and honest from the beginning to the end. They not only got me an excellent car but they were able to help me get the car same day and a great payment! I got turned down and talked down to by several dealerships after they saw my credit. Atlantic Chevy saw it as an opportunity to help someone and they did by getting me the nicest car I ever had with low miles and all the bells and whistles for a payment less then my other car which was basic. My traverse broke down on Thursday Oct 23rd and was towed to another dealership before it was towed to Chevy on Saturday, Oct 30, sometime late afternoon.It is now Thursday, October 30 and my truck has yet to be seen by a mechanic even for just a diagnosis. I understand that my truck was a tow-in and the service writers already have cars that need to be looked at. I get that. Never said I didn't. The service writer took a very long time to call with Updates. NEVER SAID HE DIDNT CALL..The whole reason I didn't go rent a car myself was because I'd have to pay for that and if my truck ended up being covered by warranty then I would get a car for no charge. It's now Thursday and I called twice, I then asked to speak to someone in charge who could give me an update. I think a girl named Michelle? I'm assuming she is in charge. Although she was somewhat helpful she made it a point in her conversation to tell me that Roberto has been keeping in contact with my boyfriend and he's not ignoring us. Never once did I tell her he was ignoring us, I simply said it takes him a while to get back to us after we've called three or four times. It's the day before Halloween and I'm literally writing this review as my day is going on... I called Chevy around 1 o'clock it's now two and all of a sudden my truck is going into the shop now ...and the warranty covered the parts and my car was done on Halloween... Might I also mentioned that when my truck first broke down Chevy on 112 wouldn't take it and they told me over the phone that the parts weren't covered under warranty even though they were. So, I am thankful that Atlantic Chevrolet took my car in and covered the parts I'm just not happy with my experience in general..especially with Michelle. So, I just got done from picking up my truck and everything seems okay at the moment but Michelle definitely likes to make her customers feel that they're wrong especially when reviewing Atlantic Chevrolet so be careful when you review them because she'll be right there asking you why...next time I'd rather take my truck somewhere else and pay for whatever is wrong instead of bringing it here and having it fixed for free under warranty.

Paul Coppola sold us a Traverse and made it easy. Hes exactly what you want from someone you're buying a car from. He was committed both before and after the sale to making sure we got what we wanted with as little headache as possible. Good car, and the price was right. Keith Mauer was also helpful when Paul was out.

Staff in the service center treat me worse than the feces of a diseased animal. Staff in the service center never return phone calls. I have dropped off my car for service, twice, at this service center; I called to find out the status of my car, but never received a call back. Collectively I have called them 9 times, and not a single call was returned. Every time I walk into the service center I am never greeted. Staff notice customers walking into the service center but never greet the customers; they chit chat among themselves. I wish I never bought my car from this dealership. I wish there was a way to report this dealership - especially the service center - to the better business bureau or a similar type of company.

I sent an email through Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac's used car inventory search. I received an automated response in 3 minutes then a "boiler plate" email from the business development manager,"Majid Rasool about 5 minutes later. When I responded to Majid's email with the description and stock number of a vehicle I am interested in, I received no response. I sent a 2nd email about 1 hour later and again, no response. After 4 more hours went by, I sent my final email to Majid thanking him for showing me the level of customer I would receive had I actually went forward with a purchase from them. They must do so much business that they do not need new customers. Go to a dealer that actually values potential customers...

I purchased a car from this dealer and was happy with the truck I got. I noticed the radio did not work and the truck only had one key. I told the sales men right away. He told the manager Keith about it and I was told not a problem. A month and change go by and still no radio after numerous calls. I finally got the radio and key after I told them they had till a certain day and then I would have my lawyer involved. Now I notice that my paper work shows a charge or 2,500 for a warranty that I was told was being thrown in. I also have the factory warranty for 3 years. The warranty they sold me will expire before the factory warranty. I called and spoke to Keith and Tim and even went to the top and spoke with Ron. Ron said no problem and said it will be done. Well it is two months and still no money. I have called and called and get the run around. I finally get Ray the finance guy who did the deal and he gets on cursing and I said look did you return my money and he says sure and hangs up. Well I wait for a week and a half still nothing so I call Ron the guy on top and was told he will call me back still no call back.. I will now pursue a different path to get my money back. When you buy from this group look everything over and check the car out really good. Stay away from this place.

I like the fact that he took us on an extended test drive to show cast all the Enclaves positive performance aspects. I came in with trade in, cash and financing already in place, so price negotiating was relatively painless.

Twice now I've been to this absolute disaster of a service center. Silly me allowed myself to get up-sold into services which ran into nearly a thousand dollars. Problem was, the services I brought the car in for got neglected. Had an issue with a tire warning, dropped it off and told them to take their time with the car, because my schedule does not permit me to be out and around often. They had the car 8 days, and when I went to pick the car up it had a flat tire. The servicemen ran around trying to find a 'tech' to fix the situation, but it was 5:30pm so no luck for me. I was told that I could come back first thing the next day. Meanwhile, they have techs that can't figure out what a flat tire is. Makes me wonder if they even looked at the tires themselves, or just the computer. Did ZERO to alleviate their staff's laziness. Just a come back and we'll REALLY do it this time.... what a joke. Hopefully a couple more people named murphy sign on to round out their score here.

Had a service here got a loaner car and two men showed up to my house claiming we stole the loaner because THEY misplaced the paperwork. Then received a call they would be able to get me out of my lease 2 yrs early if I showed up in the next hour which I did to a "manager" and sales rep who had better things to do and insulted myself and my husband by saying "I'm done with you!" Rude and unprofessional to say the least and were marking the car up by $10k. I would not even send my enemy to these crooks.

Every time I HAVE TO take my car to this dealership I feel that my business is not appreciated at all. Its always an horrible experience. No one give you a time of day and no one cares about your vehicles or customer service.I had my transmission replaced on my Saturn Vue, Agreed on the price and the total "damage" was $700 than the agreed price... When the car was delivered after 2 weeks in their shop was filthy in and out.After spending $5K you figured that they would do anything for you... well I asked for a loaner on day 1, I was told that I would receive a call back with a car, never got that. I was told that I would be picked up if needed from the station, that never happened either.Overall if you buy a car from these guys or you get any service done on your vehicle after the warranty expires you better stay far away from this place... Its cheaper to get rid of your car.I am kicking my self for not scrapping it and sell the vehicle for parts.... but I still owed money on it and I felt I had no options.Be warned.

Bought a "certified preowned vehicle" from this dealer. The price wasn't that great but also wasn't bad for what they told me the vehicle was and where it came from. I was told it was owned by by a single owner who had a lot of money and just bought new models every two years. After I purchased the vehicle I go to use the windshield washers when I get home and they don't work. I also notice a slight pulsation in the brakes. The salesman said he was going to have the car detailed for me when I picked it up and also this wasn't done. I found when I got home, crust on center console, gum and wrappers in center console compartment. The salesman had also promised to fix a broken sunglasses compartment before we picked up the vehicle. This was not done but he said he would order the part. All of these things are on the 172 point inspection that they are supposed to be done. After finding all of this I am pretty sure they did no such inspection. I called GM and they agreed , but said I would have to bring it back to the same dealer to get it reinspected and fixed. I now researched more on this vehicle and found it was a rental car from hertz (more lies from the salesman). I bring the car back with my complaints and tell them to fix them and redo the inspection. Well they fixed the problems I found (the pulsation was from warped rotors) and not surprisingly they found no other problems. When i asked if I could see an inspection report the service manager said he didn't know if they made one (probably not reinspected). Then after 7 days of owning the vehicle the 3 month trial of satellite radio turns off. The problems are never ending with this vehicle and their sales practices are predatory, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I was warned from others before I bought from this dealer and i should have listened.

We had a great leasing experience working with Frank Gentile. We had shopped at a dealer close to where we live and it was two hours of pressure sales. I spoke to Frank at Atlantic and he was up front with us. We were completely satisfied with Our lease deal at Atlantic. Frank was honest and explained everything to us. We will definitely work with Frank again even though it's a 45 minute drive for us.

Went to the dealership randomly to check out what was on stock on my only day off.. started talking with Bobby and he was extremely friendly and told me he'd be happy to take me on a test drive of any vehicle of my choice, after I got a estimate on my trade in I went homedropped off the baby, came back, test drove.. LOVED it! Bobby Keith and Dee worked extremely hard to get the process done in a very timely manner. Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and clients of the tattoo shop I work at. I went to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. I had emailed before visiting, and received a very quick response from Paul regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Upon entering the showroom, all of the staff was very professional, welcoming, and gave no pressure during the process.The day I picked up my vehicle went completely smooth. All of the paperwork was ready to go, coffee was offered during my wait, and any questions I had on the paperwork were answered thoroughly and without all of the legalese. After the keys were turned over to me, I was shown first hand how to activate certain vehicle features (OnStar, SiriusXM) and I went on my way. A few days later I received a call from Paul asking how things were with the vehicle and if I was satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.

Not greeted at entrance or directed to anyone. They complained of lack of available staff. Stated this problem should be handled on a weekday but allowed me to make a weekend appointment (I explained exactly what we needed when I made the appointment). They did not give me any sense of confidence that they would even try to address the problem today or address it in a competent or timely manner. Very uncompromising, aloof and unconcerned attitude on the part of the service staff. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this level of service from a Cadillac dealership. Car is under warranty, no explanation of process or available loaner car if this problem was not addressed and constantly making excuses for not performing the requested repairs and inspection. This is extremely frustrating.

Bottom line, everything that was discussed in October was honored in December. This is they way it should always be. I own a 2009 Chevy Silverado that I bought from Atlantic in late 2008/ early 2009. Unfortunately, I have been developing a growing list ofproblems with it, some inconvenient and some potentially serious. With around 86,000 miles on the truck, here was my list of problems:1) Engine is losing oil at an unacceptably fast rate and will empty itself in just a few weeks. No sign of leaks and no obvious burning oil emissions.2) Engine light is on my local mechanic said it was some kind of sensor.3) Rear driver side door and front passenger doors will not unlock via either the driver side unlock or remote key fob.4) Cannot open rear windows from the back seat regardless of driver side window lock being engaged or not.5) Tire pressure indicator in front dash panel is mapped to the wrong tires so, for example, if it says the front left is low; its really the rear right or something like that.So on the week of 11/18/13 I called Atlantic, described the list of issues and made an appointment for Monday, 11/25/13. I later received an email confirmation of the appointment. I knew that it would take some time to get through that list of repairs, so I told the rep that I needed to rent a car the weekend prior to the service appointment to keep me going while they worked on the car. On Saturday 11/23/13, I rented a car and drove the truck over to Atlantic Chevy with my sons to drop the truck off ahead of the service appointment Monday. When I went to the window to drop off the key and provide the same list I presented above, the rep told me to wait for a service representative. I stood outside the guys office while he spoke on the phone. He came out a few times and said hed get to me, that he was busy at the moment. After a while another fellow, a white haired, heavy set guy whose name I didnt get asked if he could help. I sat in his office and tried to walk him through my list. We started with the oil and he said I was going to have to have them mark the dip stick and drive it for 1,000 miles before they did any work on it. I told him, I had just done that with my local mechanic and now I was bringing it to Chevy to fix the problem (along with the rest of the items on the list). It was unmistakable that I was losing oil. He said, We dont know you. We havent been tracking your car. You have almost no service history with us. We dont know if youve been maintaining the car. I dont have a service history with Chevy because I change my oil locally. I asked the rep if he has had any other customers in with the same disappearing oil problem. He said Im not going to lie to you. Weve had problems with oil consumption. You have to let me go through the necessary steps on this truck. I told him Ive been tracking the problem and I know it exists and now its time to get it fixed.Long story short, I got very aggravated, raised my voice and attempted to walk out, but my truck was boxed in and while I was waiting for people to move their cars so I could leave, I calmed down and thought better of it. I have 5 things wrong with the truck, I Had the service appointment and I had the rented car so I wanted Chevy to begin work on the truck. The guy told me he couldnt talk to me now and tojust drop the keys off with the rep at the window. I did so.Later on Saturday, a female rep called me. I didndidn't get her name (could be Cyndy). I had a sense that this was someone preparing me for a course of events that would end up with me not having a repaired car. She said, "We havent seen your car for 50,000 miles" (an $1,100 brake cylinder replacement 1700 miles after the 36K bumper to bumper warranty was elapsed) and we dont know if this car has been maintained. I told her I would pull the Jiffy Lube and Citco station receipts if need be. She said "you may need to." She said Thanksgiving week was a short week and she could not guaranty that they would get started with my truck. I asked why the rep gave me the appointment this week if that was the case. I had, after all, described the above list of issues and told her I was going to rent a car. This rep said there was no way the original rep on the phone could have known how involved each of these repairs would be. I pointed out that they had three days before the holiday and could get a lot of the work done and I was looking forward to progress reports.On Monday I got a call from Tony at Atlantic who cut to the chase. He said they have so many cars ahead of me in the back lot thathad to get into the repair shop that he thought it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they got started and that I should probably get mytruck. I asked why I had been given an appointment in the first place. He said he didn't know and wasn't going to get into that. I couldn't get it until Tuesday. I spent $165 on a rent a car from Saturday through Tuesday for no good reason at all.How do you have a service appointment management system allow an appointment if it is not possible to make a repair in two or threeweeks?I've been driving Chevys since 2002. I had a 2002 Camaro Z28 Convertible, a 2007 Vette Convertible and this 2009 Silverado 1500LT extended cab. Now I'm questioning the whole GM line because of the problems I've had with the truck and the treatment I got frompeople at Atlantic like Tony and Cindy (if that's her name).I practically begged Tony to fix something...the engine light, the door lock buttons, the windows. He was like "no, no, no." He said "this could be an electrical problem each of these could take a very long time to diagnose and then repair."I learned from Arnold Chevrolet that the reality is there is a service memo out on this exact oil usage problem and it was a standardized repair with no interim step of marking a dip stick and coming back in 1000 miles. The first service manager I spoke to at Atlantic was speaking without being up on GMs solution for this problem. Nothing was mysterious. After dropping the car off the following Monday, Arnold had the car ready on Wednesday morning before 11. the entire list was completed.After this experience with Atlantic, this horrible treatment, I wouldn't buy anything from this dealership, even if they well selling new Corvettes for $5. I wouldn't have them service a roller skate for me.I fully expect an automated response to this review from Lisa Bautista, a customer service staff person form Atlantic. When I've contacted her about this experience, she says it is not her responsibility and she forwards my correspondence to Michelle Solack, who does not respond at all. This is a very poorly run service operation in my opinion.

This used to be a good dealership, but if your deal falls through they hold on to your deposit and play games even after "approving" the refund of deposit. Everything went well until we looked at the car we were about to lease and found it had damage to the bumper from the storage lot, they did not have an equal model so I told them I would wait for the next shipment. I wanted my deposit refunded which they agreed to and the sales manager signed off on, but here I am 4 phone calls later and 3 weeks and still no refund. Every time I call they refer me to the sales person who gives me the same nonsense every time about how busy they are and how they have 21 stores and their accounting is behind... I am tired of games, I have filed a claim with my credit card company already. I also spoke to their "Customer Service" person Michelle but all she seems to care about is how you fill out their surveys after you received service.

In all my years of buying or leasing new vehicles (30-35) the Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac was by far the easiest and most pleasurable new car experience I have ever had. Everyone especially my salesman, Bob Imber were great. The experience was so wonderful that when my lease is up I'll have to return to Atlantic for fear that I'll never experience the comfortable feeling I have here anywhere else. On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, my life changed. I had received in the mail a promotional discount for a certified pre-owned car at Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac in Bay Shore, NY. This was both my second time visiting Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac and my second time being helped by Chris. Both times I was very satisfied with my experience. The first time I was buying a used car, and now I was trading that in for another. I received an extremely fair price for the trade-in, thousands more than offered by Atlantic Hyundai, and was given a fantastic deal on the used car I was purchasing. During the entire process, Chris helped me every step of the way, doing his best to find the absolute perfect deal at an affordable price while giving me good value for my trade in. Despite some issues faced with Atlantic Hyundai, Chris was able to get a Hyundai with every feature I wanted and at a price that didn't break the bank. He was able to quickly find multiple vehicles that fit what I wanted, giving me a variety of colors and prices to choose from. In addition to this, he was extremely friendly and very personable, feeling more like a friend than a salesman. He kept in contact with me every day returning calls and texts, keeping me updating on everything that went on. I am very happy with both the car I purchased and the quality of service, friendliness of the dealer, and the price that I was given. I hope to come back in the future!

We informed Greg the salesperson that due to extenuating circumstances we would have a limited schedule regarding pick up of our car. We then wanted to pick it up Tuesday then Thursday, but we were told we couldn't because not only was he off, but the financial manager was off. That was a lie- There are 4 Financial Managers.The odometer had 30 miles on it. When we asked why, the financial manager said Greg had taken it for a ride.... hmmmm...awkward.We asked Greg. He said he took it home to show his family.... wow..... I asked him if he replaced the gas.... he laughed!Before getting the car we were told to see with Lisa the customer service rep. She spent our time together telling us how to fill out a survey, and that anything but a highest grade is considered a failure. She went as far as giving us a copy of it to make sure we gave our sales rep only the highest mark possible so he wouldn't fail. So our time with customer service was all about them, not us!The brand new car was filthy on the outside and had scratches on. The inside door had foot marks on it and speaker had white dirt. My concern was that maybe it wasn't dirt, but damage to the speaker and if they couldn't get it off how would we? Greg bought it to the back 2 more times only to return with the same marks and now scratches on the car were more evident. He went and got a manager who agreed that this was not acceptable... both the dirt and scratches. He took it to the back and finally the car returned to us clean and scratch free. This entire time we were just walking around the parking lot feeling bad because we were being treated like we were being too picky and yet, this was taking hours of our time!Greg goes over the car with us. He basically read us off the dashboard..... lights, horn, radio controls, etc. He pairs our phones. He tells us if we drift into a lane the car will beep and we will see the car we are drifting into into the side mirror. I ask , what if the car is drifting towards us. He said he didn't believe the system would work that way Really? So wrong! Any car in a blind spot shows up in the mirrors and the car only beeps in reverse. He didn't cover anything that wasn't typical in a car such as the Side Blind Zone Alert. the automatic remote start, the on star app, (which he told us was for 6 months and that the sticker was wrong.... he was wrong), the seeming lack of a phone contact list ability, etc. We arrived at 445 pm and we were there until 730 pm. Truly a disappointing, frustrating experience. And no apologies on anyone's part.The next day my husband realizes he left his sunglasses in the car. He calls and Greg tells him we had also left our easy pass and a CD. Too bad he didn't call us. Anyway, the sunglasses were missing from the car..... Really? And then the topper comes.... Instead of an oh by the way, sorry for your inconvenience, sorry for all the time you spent here, sorry for all the wrong information I gave, sorry of all the time you now have to spend on youtube learning about your new car.... he says, "Get your car dirty yet?" Really? What kind of person just wants to make you feel bad, delivers a below par product, drives your brand new car and laughs about it, etc and what kind of business lets him continue to work there?I called on Monday only to find that Cadillac wont let you speak to anyone higher than the manager of the store. So I did. He offered me a free tank of gas, he offered to have a "Cadillac specialist" come down to my business to teach me about the car and he have me his cell phone number. He gave it to me because I told him that I now would feel very uncomfortable having the car serviced there. He said he would take care of it personally. However, I felt like the person that sends back there food and has to worry about what happens in the back! And, if they couldn't get a car door clean the first or second time, how would they do servicing the car?The next day we got a call from Lisa the customer service rep. She left a message that she heard we weren't happy and wanted to know what happened. Well, here you go Lisa!As a business owner I learned a long time ago that you can give people back money, but you can't give them back there time. Atlantic Cadillac doesn't seem to value the customer's time. From the lack of cleanliness, to the customer service survey, to letting a non-specialist sell me a car and waste my time with wrong information, etc. The manager was the only professional, but I say that based only on his words, not the way the dealership is run. We heard that the Atlantic Group dealerships had a bad reputation. Our mistake was not going elsewhere. We purchased another vehicle for my husband that same week. We met with customer service after going over the new car and being asked about the experience and if we had any further questions. We didn't. The salesman went over every detail, the car was clean and scratch free and we were in and out in 30 minutes. To top it, they thanked us for our purchase.Going to Atlantic Cadillac was truly a disheartening, disappointing experience. I hope someone reading this review chooses to go elsewhere and is able to enjoy the excitement of buying a new Caddy!

I went to Atlantic Chevrolet based upon outstanding advertised lease rates on Chevrolet Camaros. I was pleasantly surprised when the advertised rate was exactly the rate that was offered. The dealership also worked with me to decrease down payment money while maintaining a reasonable lease payment that was within my budget. I was torn between two different colors of the new 2014 Camaro and my salesman offered good insight concerning the choice he recommended. Everyone who has seen the car are astounded how luxurious and stylish it is. It was truly a hassle free experience to lease my new car.

I had a great experience from the moment i walked into Atlantic Chevrolet. I was greeted and brought to Chris in pre-owned. From there we looked at several cars in my price range. He told me the truth about my chances of getting the car i had hopped for and was realistic with me. I went in on a Thursday and drove my new car home on Monday. Ray in finance helped me out a great deal as well, considering i don't have the best credit. Without Chris and Ray i would not be driving my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu today. I love my new car and will go back to them in the future, i would also recommend Atlantic Chevrolet to my friends and family. Overall i had a great experience, it was efficient, timely and all done with fantastic attitudes and professionalism.

I worked with mike cortigino and he was great, I had my 2 year old daughter with me and it was lunch time and of course getting fussy after 45 min being there, he let me doing everything from home insurance ect. Then told me a time to pick up vehicle and was there only 20 min car ready for me started with air conditioning, never had service like this before, my experience with him was great would highly recommend going to this dealership and dealing with mike, he has me as a customer for life, thanks again mike for all your help my wife loves the car

Watch yourself here they do underhanded deals. I have two cars from them and one took 7 months to get what was owed to me. The second well i was told my trade would be one amount and then when i got home like two weeks later i saw that they changed it to a lower amount. Called and was told the deal was done and it worked out. I try to get out of this car because i need a truck but i can not because of the way the deal was done. I owe way to much and very upside down on this car. Just be careful and read over paper work never take there word.. Glenn in sales was a great guy all the other things out of his control. The truck i got from this on this transaction was ok but i have learned alot since about this dealer and it seems they have a reputation.

I have dealt with a number of dealerships during my life and this dealer is the best. They are very honest and keep to their word when they promise something will be done. I was shopping for a used vehicle and they provided me with the utmost in quality, fair pricing and great customer service. They fixed everything I asked to be done on the vehicle with no quarms. They detailed the car beautifully and I am proud to show it off to all my friends and relatives.The salesperson was very courteous and was not a high pressure salesperson which I enjoyed. He was great at following up on the post sale and making sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and purchase.I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle.

I read an ad that stated 2013 equinox all wheel drive $18277 to purchase.3.When I went to dealer the sales rep their, showed me car as advertised 2013 Chevy all wheel drive equinox, for $18277 as advertised ,4. After showing me the car test driving getting gas in car with no gas wasting an 1 hour and half with two crying kids because of no ac in building and sweat dripping off them. Their was no separation in ad that stated two different cars..................................................5. Vehicle purchased didn't match the description. Numerous problems not mentioned. Items that were listed in good shape needed service or replacement. Tried to work with the dealership on issues after providing supporting pictures/documentation but was told to bring it back minus my shipping. Just a waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else or risk going through what I did.

Lets face it, buying a car is a huge purchase, and no one likes to feel pressured or taken advantage of. Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac has the best customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. From the minute I walked in to the completion of my transaction. I left with a new car and a satisfaction that I made the right decision. I took my parents with me who also bought a car the same day. Our sales rep Robert Imber was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we made our decision on which vehicle was right for us, and our budgets. Many test drives, and hours later after making our choice Robert and the other staff made our final transaction easy and exciting. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated with respect and patients as you make your decision on what is right for you and your wallet. I would shop there again!!

My husband and I saw an online ad for a Buick Lacrosse and decided to see the car in person. When we arrived at the dealership, we were approached by salesperson, Jonathan Nerenberg. He was very knowledgeable, had all the prices on hand for each car, and was patient with all of our questions. Jonathan was a perfect fit for us. We had dreaded going car shopping but there was no pressure and an extremely pleasant experience. We were so impressed by the dealership, we purchased TWO cars. Yes, that's correct! Each car that we saw was better than the next. The cars were clean, low mileage and affordable. Even the online ad was accurate. No bait and switch here. When it came down to negotiating the price for the two cars, we couldn't have been more at ease. Jonathan and Keith Mauer listened to our needs and made this deal work. Also, when we spoke to Ray (the finance man), he was extremely knowledgeable. He was another pleasant person to deal with at this dealership. We also want to acknowledge Peter in service who did the meticulously touch up paint job on one of the cars which had minor scratches. He went over and above what he was suppose to do. When everything was said and done, my husband and I walked out of Atlantic Chervolet Cadillac with smiles on our faces and two beautiful cars under our feet. Kudos to Johnathon, Keith, Ray and Peter! I was treated better here than any other dealership. Jonathan gave me information without trying to "sell" was very direct and I appreciated that very much. It meant we could get down to the sale that much quicker for which I was relieved because I had totaled my car and NEEDED to get something quickly! As a woman shopping for a new vehicle i visited several different dealerships including Ford,Hyundai,Mazda,and Chevrolet. Only at mazda and chevrolet was i treated with some semblance of courtesy. I was able to narrow down my choices to those makes. I wound up at Atlantic chevrolet because the salespeople said hello and asked me what i was there to look at. While the car i initially wanted was not available, they let me test drive something similar. I wound up purchasing a beautiful vehicle for a very fair price. I was treated very well and left the dealership with a smile on my face and pleased with a positive experience. I most definitely will return there,as well as reccomend this dealership to other people. They are nice! They answered all my questions and treated me with kindness. My salesman James Maltese was a gentleman.No high pressure rude tactics!!! The other employees in the different depts were also pleasant and professional. I was interested in purchasing a convertible sports coupe, like a Ford Mustang or Chevy Camaro. I was turned on to Atlantic Chevrolet by a friend and I was not disappointed. I met Sales Person, Paul Seader, who not only found the most perfect vehicle for my needs, but he was friendly, courteous, honest, and gave me a great deal. I bought my car from him and drove it home the same day. I have bought many cars over the years, and I can say with all honesty that I have never before felt good about buying a car from a dealer...before dealing with Mr. Seader and Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac. I would highly reccomend Paul and Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac.

What a horrible experience. Had a great deal lined up and then was told that they forgot about the payoff on my truck. Lease payment went from 400 to 760. Even my quick calculations that could never happen. Once they told me they made a mistake on the numbers it was like I had the plague. Buyers beware they play games and own 17 dealerships across Long Island.

I had the pleasure of buying a 2013 Spark from Atlantic Chevrolet and got a great deal on the car plus they gave me a very good price for my trade in. A trade that not many dealerships would take because the car I was trading in had a manual transmission. I was offered a test drive on the Spark first thing when I walked into the dealership, and during the test drive my salesperson explained all of the features of the Spark LS, 1LT, and 2LT models. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The actual purchase was a breeze. I was given an overview of the car and an explanation of all the features, from the OnStar system, Driver Information Center, to setting up the radio and configuring the personal options. From the time I walked into the dealership to when I picked up the car the service here was outstanding. I was not pleased with the overall service at this dealership (ATLANTIC CHEVROLET CADILLAC). I brought the SRX WITHOUT financing the car at all. I was not given the proper service and although I have the SUV, I was and still am not happy with the way I was treated by Paul. I will NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from this dealership. I am very disappointed. Also When I called last Wednesday Feb28,13 The receptionist was VERY rude when I asked her for her name she told me "none of my business and hung up the phone). There is so much to say but I would rather speak to a GENERAL MANAGER.

Chris Maninnno was our salesman and he was kind and most cooperative to our needs of a used cts. He was most helpful in every aspect of purchasing a cts that fit our needs as our previous cts was recently totaled. It was an overall most pleasant buying situation under the circustances that we were not happy for the reason of shopping for another vehicle.{referring to our car being totaled} Also Keith Mauer was an addition in being helpful throughout the purchase of our car. Dee Zarick could not of been more helpful and resourceful in getting our loan and explaining every aspect of our coverage and benefits pertaining to the automobile we purchased. after the bad experience at chevolet of huntington chris the general manager of atlantic chevolet (the parent company) had the 2011 avalanche that i wanted to buy brought down to atlantic chevolet and honored the deal i tried to make with chevolet of huntington. they even had the salesman brenden powell there to make my wife & i as comfortable with the sale as possible the truck was cleaned and readyfo us even the tank was filled up. The atmosphere at this dealership pleasent with everyone wanting us to have a great customer experience all of are question were answeredI will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

The Sales Staff at Atlantic Chevrolet were BEYOND friendly, accommodating and helpful in helping us obtain our new Chevy Cruze. The whole process was made as easy and quick as possible. We were able to come in and leave the same day with a new car that was exactly what we were looking for. We were helped through the whole financing process by very courteous, educated, informative staff and we were made comfortable and offerred refreshments while in the waiting room. Our salesman was very thorough and informative in going through all of the features on our new car and made sure we were comfortable with all instructions. He also went as far as to invite us to call or come in anytime to go over anything we had questions about. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new car.

Having come from a Customer Service background at ATT's call center, I am very critical and mostly always disappointed by the customer service people provide me. However, When I am very satisfied- I make sure I take the time to write about it and acknowledge those who truly love what they do. In December 2012, I purchased a car for my son from Paul Coppola at Atlantic Chevrolet pre-owned car division after having lost 3 cars during Hurricane Sandy. I went in thinking I was going to get the "hard core sales." I was so pleasantly surprised. Paul was a great car salesman. He is friendly, he listens, he does not use high pressure sales and made me feel very confidently informed. I also needed to purchase another car for myself. for some insane reason- I didn't want a Chevy. I wanted a Kia or a Jeep. After doing many days at many other dealerships and hearing the bologna that comes out of their mouths, I became very stressed out. In the back of my head all I could think was....Paul was very kind and informative. Paul said he would give me a good deal if i bought another car from him. My son is very happy with his car from Chevy. One day, Paul and I agreed to meet on his day off to look at an Equinox. On the way there, I stopped at a Kia dealership to take one last look at a Sorrento. It was a mistake because i became very confused. When I arrived to meet Paul I expected he would be upset because I confessed that I stopped in to a Kia dealership on the way- and now I was very confused. Another salesperson would have been mad and offended because I did that and made him come in on his day off. All I can say is that even though the Kia deal was good- I stayed with Paul and bought the 2012 Equinox. Now I am super happy I did. Overall- both car experiences with Paul from Atlantic Chevy was awesome! I highly recommend his services.

My fiance had a terrible experience with a used 2004 Silverado he traded in his vehicle for at Huntington Chevy. It was in and out of their service department a total of four times within the four months he had the car, twice because the drive shaft blew off the truck! Every time we were stonewalled and promised things that never happened, including that he would be "taken out of that truck, and put in a newer better one" that wouldn't risk his life every other day. Eventually we gave up hope until he was contacted by Vinny from Atlantic Chevy who finally resolved the issue for us. The final incident occurred when the entire brake system failed on the 2004 Silverado and he had previously been on the phone with Vinny all day figuring out when to bring it in to Atlantic Chevy's service department. Vinny spoke with my fiance and arranged for a tow from Smithtown to Huntington Chevy and promised Jason a loaner pickup truck. Huntington Chevy's Service Department of course dropped the ball on the loaner again but within a week Vinny was able to put Jason in a 2009 Silverado with only 20,000 miles on it for close to the same payments Jason was making on the 2004 with 90,000 miles. We are ecstatic with our "new" truck and very grateful to Vinny (and Brandon from Huntington Chevy) for FINALLY making this right to us. We greatly appreciate it.

All I can say is wow! I had done my checking and knew I wanted a Chevy Cruze. I went to a dealership near my home and it seemed like they didnt want to be bothered with me. I then went to another Chevy dealership and the salesman was very nice but wanted me to take what he had and not what I wanted. I then went to Atlantic Chevy(the place I was told to stay away from) I was greeted with a smile by Bob.He then spent more time asking me what I wanted and explaining the features and options than the other 2 dealers combined.Bob then insisted I test drive the 2 different models to compare them and see what I was getting for my money. Then we sat down and negotiated.I got the deal I wantedand drove my new car home that day! I highly recommend Atlantic Chevrolet.Go and see Bob he is the friendliest least pressurizing salesman I have ever come across.Charming and witty too! And very very knowledgable I detest car shopping but this was actually a fun experience.Oh and Lisa is a doll.I am completley satisfied!!!

I was able to check their inventory on-line before visiting the dealership. When i got there I saw a great selection of CPO vehicles. Paul, although busy with another client, got me the keys to the car i was interested in. I was able to check the car inside and out. Not a lot of pressure to buy on the spot. Paul called me a few days after I picked up the car just to make sure that my expectation were met. Asked me to hold on to his cell number in case i had any questions. Overall it was a great car buying experience. I've already told friend and family; Atlantic Auto Group is a great place to shop for a car.

When my son went into the dealership to shop for a car (Cadillac Escalade) he was approached by salesman Mr. Jimmy Z who my son instantly made a connection with. He was then introduced to Mr. Keith Mauer who was very professional and at the same time very sincere and caring to my sons needs and financial situation. He took the time to talk with him and then sit down again with my husband and I and explain all the details again from the beginning. Never did we feel pressured or pushed into a sale like most dealerships do.. It was a few days before Christmas and I must say that we went to another dealership prior to our visit to Atlantic in Bayshore and the customer service between the two dealers was unbelievable. Not once did we feel rushed or pushed away when we said we just needed time to take in all the details before buying the car... The next day we went in to see Keith and bought the car.. Keith took care of us and asked if there was anything else we needed or questions still to be answered. He assured my son that if for any reason he felt there was a problem or question with anything we were to contact him.. Went many times to look for a Tahoe or an Escalade and received 0 attention and even once was told that we could not afford the vehicle when we could have paid cash that day. Careless but will have to admit the price they gave me for an SRX was not terrible they went down $11,000 but would not buy from Atlantic due to their issues and will never buy from them I will stick with Paul Conte Cadillac and King O'Rourke.

JUST BOUGHT A USED CADILLAC ESCALADE FROM ATLANTIC CHEVY DEALT WITH KEITH MAUER AND PAT TURTURRO THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT WAS JUST IN OFF TRADE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT READY FOR ME IN ONE DAY. THEY EVEN TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 500.00 OFF THE PRICE AFTER IN WENT THROUGH THE SERVICE DEPT. BECAUSE IT ONLY NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Currently an Audi owner and happy with my experience, I originally intended to purchase a certified pre-owned Audi A4. Having researched both the 2012 and 2013 models on the internet, I became torn after reading that the 2013 model may provide slightly more mpg since I put a significant amount of mileage from NY to NJ.I discovered a fully loaded 2012 Audi with less than 10000 mles and a fabulous price and drove from Manhattan to Long Island to meet with Keith Mauer. Keith was recommended by two previous buyers. As wonderful as the car was, I told Keith about my requirements. As much as he could have gotten credit selling me the 2012 model, he felt I would be more happy with a 2013 model that met all my requirements.Keith escortd me to the Atlantic Audi dealer and introduced me to Eric Outcalt. Keith stayed with me throughout the process and even kept my guests, who I dragged with me, entertained while Eric helped me through the purchasing process for a new Audi.I was totally impressed by Keith's commitment to ensure the customer is happy even if the purchase is not in his area as well as his complete selfless dedication to his company.In addition, Atlantic is a very competitive dealer and one worth driving a distance to ensure you have the best deal. I found the Atlantic Chev. online, never having bought a car online I was pleasently surprised by the manner in which the sale moved to completion. I worked with Paul Coppola on this sale. Paul was extremely helpful in describing how the sale would progress and how the car would be delivered. The only glitch was when a check had gone missing after delivery to Atlantic Chev. Paul calmed the situation when I was not exactly happy about that. He quickly returned my call within 30 or so minutes to tell me that all was well and that the check had been found. I was sent in to see Keith Mauer in the used car department. Keith reviewd all our specific needs and put us into the perfect car. After doing some research on the price of the car, it was priced accordingly. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was prepped and ready for delivery, all the paper work was in place which made delivery even easier. The vehicle was cleaned to perfection and Keith went over all the features with use on the vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership to other customers for future purchases.

The experience here was terrible. My husband and I went here because we had seen a vehicle that we were interested in and the overall experience was terrible!! My husband was checking to make sure certain things on the SUV worked and the salesman lost his patience during the short process. We felt rushed, pressured and felt very uncomfortable the time we walked inside. We were told 20K the price was at the moment, but this Jose guy was so busy talking about how he enjoys salsa so much that apparently he forgot he was trying to sell a car because he said he could get them down to 18K no problem. We live not even 2 minutes from the dealership so when we got home, we wanted to check out the specs and such online, well, I looked the price up right away and online it was for 16990. As we called this terrible salemen the next day, he said excuse after excuse. My husband is in the armed forces and the manager was quite offensive to myself, I dont know about my husband, but to me, I wanted to tell him a thing or two, this guy I call big bird because he is a spitting image of the character. We than didn't want to do business with these poor businessmen, than they continued trying to pressure us by calling and lowering the price, but the most offensive part was that they tried telling us they had to add transportation fees onto a used car and other BS fees. What kind of a dealership adds fees on of such nature? I'm sorry, but I'm an intelligent woman and my husband and I were so offended that we will never go back to Atlantic Chevrolet in Bay Shore, NY!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN WHICH IS JUST WEST ON SUNRISE HIGHWAY FOR YOUR CAR, THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH, AND THAT IS WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR CAR FROM!! I had been to Atlantic Chevrolet several times over the summer for an ongoing service issue with my Saturn VUE Hybrid. Dennis Keehner worked tirelessly for months to resolve the many issues that my car had. I never once felt that he (or Tim, who became my 'designated service technician') was giving the ongoing problems any less than 100% of their effort. Dennis continuously went way above and beyond the norm to help me get back on the road. He treated me, not like another customer, but like a friend. When I finally decided to move on to another car (probably months later than I should have), Dennis again took great care of me, by introducing me to Robert Imber in sales. My nervousness in purchasing a new Chevy Equinox was quickly relieved; Robert made me incredibly comfortable, answered my many questions, and took great care of me. Again, I didn't feel like 'just another customer', and Robert was not 'just another salesman trying to make a sale'. Robert took great care in answering any of my concerns. The sales process was incredibly smooth, and I was behind the wheel of my new vehicle in no time. Thank you Dennis (and Tim) and Robert!

I would recommend this dealer to anyone. They were extremely fair in negotiating terms and pricing. I came in response to a Newsday advert for a $64/mo. lease deal on a 2012 Cruze LT1. I first dealt w/ Andrew Dole, who turned me over to salesperson, Ahmed Elfar. After a brief review of the car's features, my son (18-yrs old) and I went on a test drive w/ Ahmed. As it turned out, I was not qualified for the lease (my credit score was 10 points too low). We worked on several alternate deals, but I was not willing to take on the higher purchase payments and decided not to buy at this time. In any event, throughout the two day process, Ahmed could not have been more patient, helpful and professional. Since 2005, I have been involved in no less than 7 car leases/purchases, both new and used and my experience w/ Ahmed and Atlantic Chevrolet was one of if not THE best overall experience I have had. If the opportunity came up, I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership. In fact, I am going to take my 2003 Impala to their service dept. - about 25 miles out of my way - next time it needs work to see how they do. My partner and I were recommended to Atlantic Chevrolet based on a recommendation we received from a relative who has purchased a vehicle from Atlantic.We were immediately greeted when we entered the dealership.We first spoke wiht Jeff who handed us off to Michael.Michael is one of the most knowlegable inviduals I have ever met.We were there for quite a while and Michael was very patient and helpful through the entire process.Your entire team; from Will in Finance to the young men who prepped the car for us were so helpful and friendly.I have not had good experiences at other dealerships in the past; but this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.Hats off to Jeff, Michael and the rest of the team at Atlantic. I purchased a used car from Atlantic Chevy/Used Cars recently and never thought I would be writing something like this. Two days after buying the car I noticed a residue in the coolant reservoir. I brought it in for service and they "flushed" the radiator for me. Not only didn't that work, but when I brought it to another repair shop they said it couldn't be "flushed" due to so much material clogging the radiator and replaced it. The radiator is fine now. I called the sales manager to complain and he said he would call me back. That was two months ago. Since then a leak developed due to a bad "freeze out plug". I have had that fixed. NOT at Atlantic. I can't help but wonder if the stuff in the radiator was there to seal and hide the freeze out plug leak. I have given up on Atlantic. I would not buy from them or any of their associated dealers.

I dealt with Neal Diamond. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in any dealership for any make/model I have ever purchased/leased. He is extremely friendly, honest and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Additionally, Neal makes sure you are getting all of the possible rebates/incentives that are currently available in order to get you the lowest price. This is the second car that I have leased/purchased from Neal and I plan on getting another car from him when my wifes car is up. The customer service provided by Neal and his finance person (Will) was great. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership and meeting with Neal Diamond to purchase/lease a car.

My experience with Robert Imber was phenomenal. I initially went to the dealership for an SUV type of vehicle. When I discovered that the numbers didn't work for myself, budget wise, I decided against a purchase. Robert was understanding but mentioned that I did have options that carried favorable rebates that may work better for my budget. I am very glad that he showed me my options and really worked hard to negotiate a price that was workable within my budget, but allowed me the amenities that I was looking for in a car. I drove off the lot feeling that I actually have the car that I wanted, and needed, as opposed to simply having the car that I needed. Thanks again to the overall phenomenal experience Robert provided. I will recommend my family and friends to look for Robert when ready to purchase.

This is our second car purchased from Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac and now once again we realize why they were voted dealer of the year in 2010 and 2011. Every aspect of our purchase from the negotiation with Joe Mylott through delivery was a pleasure and uneventful. The car was ready as promised and taking delivery from Ed in Finance was a breeze. Just before our departure from the dealer the General Mgr.
