Got to this dealer. Encounter two great sales guys. Young but knowledgeable. Very warm and respectful. Not the same with their sales manager. A totally jerk. He won’t talk to customers but tell the kids what to say. If you know or think you are so superior, you should be a role model. Not a total disgrace for young guys. Very sad!

Expect to do some work with this dealership to get what you want. They did NOT hold up to their end of the deal. Promises reneged, ignored and lied about by EVERY person from the sales dept. to the heads of the office, all who I dealt with there. Be careful. If they say they are going to sweeten the deal, get it ALL in writing before signing anything. Bad actors all. Unethical from start to the bitter end. Will NEVER TRUST Atlantic Subaru again.

Just purchased a 2016 Outback through Sam. A friend of mine did a lot of the legwork for me all the way through until I got a price quote from Sam in an email. Price was reasonable - definately worth the drive all the way from Glocester, RI. Unlike many other places that do bait and switch, Sam made the whole process very easy and painless. He was very responsive and patient with us and all of our questions, Definately would recommend him!

My dealings with Atlantic Subaru have been nothing short of an absolute nightmare! In my opinion, Atlantic Subaru was not honest as to the condition of the car they sold me and they are now refusing to do the right thing and pay to fix my car to the condition I was promised it was in when I purchased it. On 5/26/15 I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL550 from Atlantic Subaru with very low mileage. I was very specific in the questions I asked my salesman as to the condition of the vehicle. Did the car have any door dings, any wheel damage, scratches on the paint or any previous paint or body work. I purchased the car site unseen based on the strong statements as to the condition from my salesman. In my opinion, when the car arrived in Texas, via covered carrier, the condition of the car was no where near what they represented. The car arrived with a very blatant door ding, wheel damage and a bad crack in the paint. I later found out that the rear bumped had been repainted. Atlantic Subaru refused to take the car back and they are now refusing to pay for the paint and body work to put the into the condition I believe I was promised it was in when I purchased it. Please do not do business with Atlantic Subaru. I do not believe they were honest in their dealings with me and they do not deserve your business. Thank you,Eric

My husband and I recently decided to purchase our 1st Subaru, based on great feedback from friends. We visited our local dealer, Atlantic Subaru and were greeted by Bob Morgan. It was the start of a wonderful buying experience. Bob very diligently, professionally & with great knowledge walked us through all of the Outback options, and immediately provided the dealerships best price. No need for the sales bantering game, which was a pleasant surprise! Also, no pressure to buy. They know they have a great product! We wanted a specific color inside and out, but due to the Outback popularity, there were none available. We had to order the car, which we were told would be 12 weeks. Another pleasant outcome - we got a call in 8 weeks that it was in port! We picked up our car a week later. Again, Bob took his time in showing us all the features and operating capabilities of our new vehicle. We drove away very happy & are looking forward to many wonderful years of use. We went to Atlantic Subaru to look at 2015 CrossTreks after doing a lot of online research, have to say though -- we learned a lot more about the car and its features through talking to Bob and on the test drive out with him. Yesterday i had my 2012 Subaru Outback in for its 60,000 mile service call. Olivia, the service rep was fabulous. The price quoted was spot on. The service performed by professional certified mechanics. I was provided a loaner vehicle and when I returned i found my vehicle to have been washed and vacumed. I have purchased a Legacy, Outback, Tribeca and even my BMW convertible from Atlantic Subaru dealing with sales rep Tim Mullin. Yesterday as always I can report that everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous and obviously concerned about my needs, willing to go above and beyond what you would normally expect for service. Cape Cod is in the midst of a terrible winter. We live on a steep unpaved road and after being stranded for almost a week as we waited for plows to clear our road, my wife and I decided it was time to get a vehicle that could make it up and down our road 12 months a year. I know cars, but when I heard that the Subaru Forester was Click and Clack's favorite car, I didn't have to do much more research. On a whim one Sunday morning we drove into Atlantic Subaru's lot to look around. We were met by Russell Frayre. Being a sales guy myself, i can read salesmen pretty well, and my wife and I made an immediate connection with Russ. We came back a week later and bought a car. I am sure Russ knew he had a fish on the line but he didn't let on. We got exactly what we wanted for our trade-in, a fair price on the Forester we bought, and an excellent interest rate on the loan. We left there very satisfied. I mentioned that I'm a car guy. Well, I have never named a car before. But somehow, because we have been so happy with our new Subaru, she is now referred to as Lulu.

No gimmicks, no seasonal or market price adjustments, best bottom line figure for the car I wanted. Requested one accessory to be installed (factory short shift kit) that the car did not have from port delivery. They were able to stage the part, complete installation, and complete prep before I took final delivery of the car. Pleasant experience all around.

I was met at the dealership within a few moments of arrival by Martin Galasyn who made the trading/buying process very agreeable and efficient. Martin is excellent person and provided very quickly whatever paperwork I needed .Since I was buying online residing in Texas & without going to showroom, he patiently clarified all of my queries. I knew exactly the car that I wanted and was looking for the best/price service combination. I was deeply dis-satisfied. Despite my having clearly specified what I was looking for and set up a specific appointment, when I arrived I was handed off to the first available salesman who was clueless as to what I was looking for. They are fine with wasting my time. It took forever for the ordered car to arrive and I was given complete misinformation as to when it would be available. When it came time to pick up the car, the salesman did little more than whine that I was not coming at a time that was convenient to him. Maybe there are better salespeople there, maybe some folks have better experiences. Mine was completely unsatisfactory.

I saw the the vehicle i wanted on usedcars.com and found 4 dealerships that all had what i was looking for in their inventory. I am fortunate that I went to Atlantic Subaru first and met with Andrew Nickerson. He was easy going and listened to what I was looking for and my approximate budget. I told him I was not making a purchase that day and told him honestly that I was going to look at some other dealerships as well. Andrew didn't pressure me at all and was not at all discouraged by my looking elsewhere. His friendly and professional approach inclined me to promise to at least give him a call to tell him what I found. What followed was a series of lousy sales experiences at the other 3 dealerships. They had vehicles that were comparable but i never felt any trust in their salesmen. The next day I called Andrew and told him I wanted to deal with him but I wasnt sure I could afford the vehicle he had shown me. But he looked into the numbers and made me very happy by meeting my budget. His trustworthy open manner really made me want to do business with him. My overall experience with the dealership as a whole was the best I have ever had

I was in the market for a used car and saw what I wanted at Atlantic Subaru. I did my research and found what I was looking for and they were much cheaper compared to other dealers with the same vehicle with much higher mileage. The salesman I dealt with (Andrew) was extremely helpful and very honest and not pushy at all which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Subaru and Andrew for any future sales. They took the anxiety out of what is typically a stressful ordeal.

There was not the desired model in stock in the color and with the extras we wanted, but one was located in state and delivered to this dealer next day. The car was immaculately prepped and the staff briefed us on the many extras aboard and how to operate them. Registration was ready, plates on, and we simply paid for the car and drove away. I found a car I was excited about and double checked it's availability by phone and email. First I was told the car was already sold by email, then I was told the car was available by another email. Later, a salesperson called and said the car was available, it would just be a day or two because it was in the body shop. (He did not bother to explain why the car needed any body work- the photos of the car showed no visible damage.) I waited a few days, then a week, and still have not heard back about the car. I mentioned to the salesperson I would be driving over 2 hours to come and buy the car, and was assured I would be called when the car was ready. Overall a very disappointing experience. I'm sure they are a very busy dealership, however failing to follow up with new or potential customers is bad business, even if it was only for a used car...

I went in to Atlantic Subaru to trade in my old car for a Subaru Legacy. Going in I knew I wanted a Legacy, and when I got there I was helped by Andrew who showed me right to the perfect car. Even though there was body damage on my old car Andrew was able to give me a great value for my trade in. He really went out of his way to get me driving home in the new car that same day. My experience at Atlantic Subaru in Bourne, Massachusetts was quite excellent. The dealership staff, especially Andrew Nickerson and Jason Silva, were extremely personable, patient, professional and very easy to work with while in negotiating my trade-in vehicle (which was a 2011 Mercedes Benz Convertible E350), and also for the negotiation, purchase and financing of my almost new 2012 Mercedes Benz E550 convertible. I live in the Washington DC area and probably would not have driven all the way up to the dealership in Massachusetts if it were not for sales representative Andrew Nickerson's welcoming personality and ability to discuss specifics of the vehicle I was interested in, and also all purchase options clearly and concisely. Once at the dealership, I was greeted both by Andrew and several other staff and felt quite at home. This was also especially true with respect to ultimately negotiating all aspects of my trade-in value and for the new vehicle purchase. I did not ever feel any of the awkward and pressured feelings of being pushed or hassled into a deal I may not had wanted. Rather, the whole discussion/negotiation process with Andrew for both my trade-in and purchase of the new vehicle was actually quite an enjoyable experience both personally and professionally, and I felt confident that I had agreed to a deal that was very reasonable. The finance process with Jason Silva for my new vehicle was excellent as well. Jason was exceedingly professional, patient, and fully conversant in presenting all of the financing options in full detail for me to consider. Most importantly, Jason feasibly enabled the sale to be completed with very reasonable financing. Again, I can't emphasize enough how the staff at Atlantic Subaru consistently made me feel at ease and confident through this whole process from beginning to end. I just purchased a used 2011 Chevy Tahoe from Atlantic, and was very happy with my experience. From Jack the internet manager to Sam my salesman to Rick the sales manager, everyone was very attentive to my needs and whenever I emailed them, got a quick response back. When I went to pickup the Tahoe it was clean, warm and looked like new! They even went back to the old owner and picked up the 3rd row seats, that I did not know came with it! I was interested in a Subaru Crosstrek which they had several of, came into the dealership on a busy Saturday and dealt with a salesman named Bob Knott. He was not pushy and made the experience much less stressful than any other previous car buying experience that I've had. The price was right compared with what I have seen online. They had the car in stock and everything worked right. The finance manage Louise was very pleasant as well. There were no hidden fees or anything additional they tried to push on me like previous car dealers have tried to, she did offered an extended warranty at an attractive price that I could not pass up. When I returned from combat in Iraq I was hesitant about spending my hard earned money, but I needed a car and did not want to buy a beater to constantly throw money at to fix. Subaru was the "in" brand for performance car so I stopped by Atlantic Subaru and was greated right away. Salesman Mike Sakkas explained to me the science residual values and cost of ownership, he even bought me lunch! After 5 test drives to see what I liked, I found my car. I did go to 4 other dealerships including another local Subaru dealership. I realized that every dealership can sell you the same model for the same price but Atlantic Subaru was just amazing in their dealership and product presentation. Mike even walked me through the service department and introduced his coworkers whom explained how maintenance and warranty issues work. Well, that was 5 years ago, I have bought a new car from Atlantic Subaru every year, along with my wife, family and friends. My brand new car is fantastic! Thanks Atlantic Subaru and Mike Sakkas!

I am a 61 year old Massachusetts resident and homeowner. I realize as a mature adult I am responsible for my actions and any contracts I may enter into. Despite that, I was baited and switched on my purchase of a new Subaru from Atlantic SubaruI purchased my first ever new car on April 11 but now realize the bait was an attractive price of under $28000.When signing came one week later the agreed sale price had become $37130 full retail on the vehicle and accessories. I raised the question to Louise the business manager who assured me the increase pertained to special Subaru enhanced insurance and customer care programs which I remember being spoken of during negotiation but thought were Subaru promotions and not in fact expensive dealer add-ons.I was advised not to worry and assured they could be stricken later if I chose. I can't explain now why I didn't insist on calling the salesman in. I remember continuing to question the higher price with Louise but allowed myself to be lulled into signing thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and the price could be adjusted later.When I walked out of the signing, I explained my problem to the salesman Mr. Vatousiou and asked to see the new car worksheet he worked from. He assured me it was available but not at hand. If there were any problems, I could speak to the dealership owner Mr. Levon Semerjian and in the meantime began showing me the features of my new car. I realize I shouldn't have let myself be sidetracked but thats what happened.The owner happened to not be available that day so I took the next available appointment one week later.On returning and speaking with the owner a Mr. Semerjian. I found him to be dismissive and attempting to dazzle me with facts and figures that didn't pertain to the discrepancy just, as Louise had done.He also insisted the higher price was a result of the extras which as mentioned above were not Subaru promotions but still didn't explain why the sales price had changed so drastically. I left frustrated and dissatisfied.A few days later I returned again to have a protective material installed on the nose of my new car. On this day I spoke with Louise again and canceled all the Subaru dealer add-ons that were not required of me for a new car purchase.It's an interesting coincidence that I came away that day after canceling the extra insurance with a dime size dent 10 inches below the drivers door handle that would have been covered under one of the add on programs I'd just canceled. It's not glaringly apparent at first glance but is a daily reminder of what I've been put through by Atlantic Subaru. I don't say it was deliberately done but the timing is interesting. I have just returned from a 4700 mile trip and this dent is still the only blemish on my vehicle.I am now using Beard Subaru who would have sold me the exact vehicle for $32,922 instead of Atlantic Subaru's underhanded and inflated $37130.

In fact, Sam is probably the best car salesman I've ever met. They listened, delivered, and my experience was exceptional.The process was fairly fast and very pleasant, Louise handled my financing needs efficiently and I am a very happy customer. Also, I return to the service department for regular maintenance and the experience there has been excellent as well, so when the next service is due, I plan to be at Atlantic Subaru. I emailed Atlantic Subaru because I was looking to trade my 2005 Forester (which I purchased at Atlantic Subaru) in 2005 for a 2010 Forester. Michael called me several times to tell me what he had for 2010 Foresters and the prices. I went into the showroom and didn't see any Foresters I liked. They were going to order the car I wanted but it was going to take 3 weeks and I was leaving for vacation before then and needed the car sooner. Michael and the staff at Atlantic Subaru found a 2010 Forester that I wanted for the price we agreed upon and had the car there in 3 days. I did my homework..... I knew what a new Subaru Forester cost, the Kelly Blue Book "ballpark" price for my 2005 Forester. I picked up my beautiful silver 2010 Forester last week. The Atlantic Subaru salesmen and the office staff were professional, honest, and delivered to me the car I wanted, a price that was fair, and all the paperwork done on time. Michael sat with me in the vehicle and went through all the features that were new or improved since I purchased my last Subaru 5 years ago. I love the Subaru because I feel safe driving it and I love Atlantic Subaru for another great car buying experience.

Horrible people! Funny. Looking for another car almost two years after my run in with these people, found the comments and was compelled to weigh in. Negotiated a price over the phone one Saturday morning contingent that I liked the car when I got there. Everything was fine and left a deposit later that afternoon. Proceeded to get third party financing. The financing process took about a week to finalize. Called the dealership and left messages or spoke with the salesman or their financing guy every other day. Went in with check in hand following Saturday. Found my salesman and he told me that I would have to speak with the sales manager. Went in with him and he closed the door behind me. Knew something was up. Turned out they sold the car out from under me. Now mistakes happen and I was trying to figure out how this one did. The sales manager lied to me telling me that someone involved in the financing had called him and told him that I was not going to buy the car. I said something to the effect that this was bullsh!at. He immediately got up from his desk and charged at me and started swearing at me. Not one to back down we ended up chest to chest full on shouting at each other in the showroom full of customers on a Saturday afternoon. He continued to threaten me, asking "what are you going to do about it tough guy?" Finally an employee who I thought was an owner the way he handled himself and the manager, pulled the guy back. Turns out that he was just a salesman that reported to this guy! They were not even going to refund my deposit as the sales contract said I had three days to close. I refused to leave until I got my deposit back. They threatened to call the police as I was on private property. I told them to go right ahead. I wanted to press charges against the guy that threatened me. They then refunded my deposit. You would think that someone up the food chain would hear about this and give me a call to try and smooth things over? Nope. I waited until Tuesday and asked to speak with the owner. He wasn't around so I left a message. He called me back so I went down and told him about the incident. Do you know what he offered me? His apologies and to find the same car for the same price. Gee, thanks.

I don't typically write reviews, but after reading some of these comments I was compelled to share my opinion of Atlantic Subaru. I've been buying cars from them for years now and have nothing but praise for the people who work there. My initial sales experience was great. I wanted a luxury pre-owned vehicle but I wasn't sure which one. The salesperson was very accomodating, helpful and had a ton of knowledge on each vehicle. I was able to test drive several different vehicles over a couple weeks before making my decision. I was never pressured, and I ended up getting a great deal...getting out of my VW (from another dealer) and into a Lexus SUV for not much more than I was already paying!Since then, I've had a great relationship with their service department, who always goes the extra mile for me. I have recommended Atlantic Subaru to many people and I will continue to do so.

Be very specific about the price you are paying and look over the paperworkclosely before you sign. They "added" lojack and eniro protection to the pricewhen I got in the back room. The price I negotiated out front should have been for "the car", these two things were not options that I opted for. The worst part has been a lack of response since I started to question these things a day after the sale. At the least be responsive to your customers. I believe in karma so....

The WRX I was sold was one of two like it on the lot. I was told it was discounted because it had "been sitting on the lot too long". That may be true, and the carfax was clear, but I came to discover that the car had been in a front end collision that was not reported. The evidence of a crash was obvious when I took the front apart to change the headlight.

We had been trying to buy a new Outback in a specific color. We found it online at this dealership. We called and set up a meeting and were met with a very friendly, knowledgeable saleman. We had test driven the car elsewhere so we really just had a few questions and the negotiations to work through. Gegham, our salesman, was terrific to deal with - no pressure, no drama, no overselling. He answered all our questions and made the negotiation process very simple and fair.We returned in a couple of days to pick up our new car. Here, we did hit a bit of a bump. We had out of state drivers licenses and the dealership was unable to register the car online. As it was late in the day they couldn't get to Motor Vehicles either. However, they made it right by giving us a new car as a loaner and arranging to deliver our car the next day to our home which was some distance away.All the employees we came in contact with were polite, friendly and professional. Gegham deserves special mention not only for our initial contact with him but he was always available - even after the sale - to answer any questions we had about the car.Having purchased many cars over the years this stands out as the best all around experience.

This dealer promissed that the late model used BMW that I purchased for my son would come with at least two keys and an owners manual. As simple as this seems it was very important to me and a deal breaker since I made it clear that I did not want the car without this. I had already had a bad experience with a foreign car in the past where a valet lost my one and only key and I ended up being without the car for a week. I did not want to go thru that again. After repeated promisses from salesperson, F&I person and eventually the office receptionist that the key and manual was forthcoming I was finally told that they did not have another key or manual and I was on my own. I called tghe Sales Manager Mike who became arrogant and referred me to the paperwork that we had signed. I tried to explain to him that this was no way to treat a new customer and that tghey should order the extra key and manual from the factory if they did not have it. The sales manager told me that I would have to come back to the dealership to discuss this since they did not accept responsibility for thes items even though promissed first by saleman 'Sean' then by F&I person (Nick I think) and then by Mary. I told salemanager Mike that I was leaving for Florida in the morning and would not be back to the Cape untill the Spring since I am a Summer resident. He said " have a nice trip we will still be here in the Spring". He said this in a somewhat cocky arrogant attitude. This dealers customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I buy at least one new car a year and usually at least two more used ones for family or employees. After purchasing hundreds of cars over a quarter of a century I have never had a problem that would bring me to the point of writing a review of any kind. This is the first and only review I have ever written about a car dealer but felt it had to be done. Buyer beware.

Car was returned with damage they denied creating. This, after 2 trips for the same problem--and then a week later I discovered it still was not fixed!!!! A second problem also took two trips to fix. While they provided me with loaner for which I was very grateful, it still took an hour of my time each trip I made: 4 hours of travel time for 2 problems, and that doesn't count waiting room time to diagnose problem. Went there because of a friend, who no longer works there. Ceretainly would not go back nor would I recommend them.

I'd say stay away from this dealership as these guys are sharks!!I went in to look at a new Lagacy and then we started talking numbers. I told them I could not buy a car until I received my bonus. They said I should leave a $1000 refundable deposit on the car which I again stressed I could not buy until I received my bonus from work.As it turned out I not only didn't receive my bonus but I also got laid-off. I called and told them I'd lost my job and could not buy the vehicle. I've been trying now for 4 weeks to get my deposit back and they simply keep sending me from one person to another. These guys have no ethics to be ripping off someone whom recently lost their job.Stay Away!!

I visited this dealership a little while back looking for a vehicle I spotted online. When I arived I dealt with a gentleman who was very friendly at first. I cant remember his name though, but half way through me looking at the vehicle I was handed over to Mr. Ralph Larkin. He was friendly at the time. Part of the final agreement was that they would order me a replacement center arm rest/console because the one in the vehicle had a major crack. He said since I lived so far away that I could either come back and have the part replaced when I was in the area next or that they could ship the part to me and have it put in myself. I agreed to have it shipped to my home. After aprox 2 weeks it still hadnt shown up, i called a few times after that looking for Ralph but he was either out for the day or to busy to take my call. The day I finally got in touch with him he asked me "well why did you wait so long to call about this? Im going to have to talk to my boss and call you back..." he never called........
