The owner told me my car came with a power train warranty which he forgot to file. It costed me thousands of dollars and he offered no help. Only tried to charge me more money to have his “mechanics” fix it.

I was sold a 2012 mustang with many problems and was not told or aware of any of them. The major one was a bad transmission that costed $3650. When I bought the car I opted in for the power train warranty which costed me more. The owner forgot to file the warranty so when I took it to the transmission shop it wasn’t covered. He then tried to commit fraud by using another warranty company which didn’t work. I ended up having to pay for a new transmission, brake pads, rotors, calipers and new front struts. I would never recommend this place. The owner wouldn’t even help pay a dime towards the transmission. Hopefully my experience will save you a lot of trouble.

As others have said, the owner is soft spoken, kind, genuine, and trustworthy. There was no pressure to buy a car, and he always did what he said he would do. We bought a used 2010 Nissan XTerra for my son’s first car. The owner had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived. The owner had the car ready for the SECOND test drive when we arrived. When I returned from the second test drive, the owner already had all the paperwork filled out and ready for me to sign — he thought ahead and saved me valuable time. When my bank decided at the last minute they were not going to give me the loan, the owner stepped in and helped me quickly get a loan at a local credit union. We did have one issue after the purchase, and the owner was genuinely concerned and took care of the problem at his own expense! I couldn’t believe it, since the car was sold “as is”! I have never before met a more trustworthy used car dealer, and I highly recommend Atlas Auto.
