Started out as a great experience when my car died on way to upstate NY for a family wedding and I had to purchase a car. It is now a nightmare!! Two months later I have no permanent tags, expired PA temporary tags; a sales team that provides me conflicting information, left does not know what the right is doing. Have spoken with management and they seem to be in no rush or immediate concern. When I advised Matt Bird my temp tags were expiring he said “the police know there is a backlog so you should be fine.” REALLY?!? And as a matter of fact, I live in Florida and they have at the most a 2 day backlog! In addition less than two months after purchase had to buy 4 new tires as the wear bars were exposed! I now need to drive across about 5 states due to a loved one being on hospice. Just how am I to get there?? Aubrey Toyota, will you pay for every ticket of driving on expired tags???! So Matt Bird, Tom Hunt and Matt the general manager, I praised you so much initially for assisting me in my time of need, now only to realize you guys are just the “typical used car salesmen “ that saw a lady in distress and took advantage! Shame on you! Consider how you would feel if your family member were in this situation. I have tried to find corporate phone number however that is even unavailable. Very, very disappointed!

Have bought multiple vehicles there. Buy there because it's close. No other reason. Would not recommend the add on paint protection as it just don't work. I bought it 07 didn't last, I got talked into again 2020 on the words that it was improved. Not the case. Save your money, it's junk . I also had a problem with service dept trying to oversell on a inspection so I don't use the service department. I do, all in all like the establishment but like ALL other dealers , there are flaws. Love the Toyota brand tho.
