Well, wow...where to start? This was my first pre-owned car buying experience with a lot and it could not have been more pleasant! My brother-in-law and I walked onto the lot and were greeted by a very nice gentleman,Fernando, who had a big smile & great sense of humor...He was very knowledgeable about the car he was showing us and let us ask tons of questions...He was not at all pushy but was very chill and let us take the car on our own to test drive it... They also gave me a very fair trade in deal on my PT Cruiser! The car I wanted needed new back tires and they had them installed asap at no cost to me after the sale.They were very helpful with a couple of other issues that came up and dealt with them in a very friendly and timely manner. Their finance/paperwork guy,John, was very helpful and also had a great sense of humor. Their purchasing guy, Michael, was extremely friendly and offered to wash my car when I went back a few days later to take care of some other business with them. I cannot praise these guys enough at AUBURN DISCOUNT AUTOS!! They dont just sell you a car and forget you...they make sure you feel well taken care of even post sale! This will be the only place I will ever go from now on with NO hesitation for all my future car needs! I absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a good deal on a good car and wants to be treated with the utmost respect and common courtesy!

i really enjoyed being there while waiting to see if i got approved to get my car. they are really nice down home people there and they will help u out and give u a good deal on your trade in.

I contacted Auburn Discount Auto Sales via Cars.com. They were quick to contact me and Gil was very friendly. They gave me a fair trade in value for my old car, which is more than some other dealerships in the area.Fernando was also very friendly and helpful in getting me through the process. They took the vehicle I was interested in to get it inspected per my request over the phone and got me the CarFax too. The deal was fair from the start and I didn't even try to negotiate. Overall, I had an excellent experience with them and my only wish they were closer to me. However, the 5 hour drive back to Couer d'Alene was a nice test drive of my new car!

My sister and I were just doing a little "window shopping" just to see what was out there and test drive a few cars. We went to 2 other dealerships on auburn way and ended up here. We saw a Chrysler that was very nice, so we test drove it, and had to have it. Gil was very nice and has a good sense of humor. We did not intend on purchasing a car this day,, but ended driving off the lot in a beautiful car, for a GREAT DEAL. we will definitely be returning and recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks Gil

This was the 3rd lot I went to. It was by far the cleanest. I was mortified after talking to the first two lots and seen this lot. They quickly helped me, easily got me into a car within my monthly payments and exactly what I could afford. It was refreshing to not be pushed into what u can't. Nice to be taken seriously. Thanks Mike!

I will never reccomend purchasing a car from this car lot! There cars are not inspected by a licensed mechanic. I bought my car and they sent it to their mechanic and when it came back, it was worse then before I bought it. If they can cut a corner, they do. To top it all off, I had to go back 3 times to fill out my paperwork. They sale junk! Do not purchase from them. If you don't have good credit, go to another lot and buy a cheaper car. If you buy one from these guys, it will break down on you! They purchase from individuals without even driving the car first.
