It took 30 minutes to get someone to talk to me and another 90 minutes to get an oil change. The idea that you can come by Auburn Honda without an appointment and get quick service is a myth. I'm sure their other services might be fine but they obviously don't have enough staff to do the job they advertise. These service guys are all run ragged.

I have purchased three cars from Auburn Honda and had them all service there. There is a cafe, comfortable waiting area, and friendly staff.

They give me a price over the phone for Honda Pilot 2016 when I go to the dealership the same guy his name is Tom and he start playing the game and change the price he didn't ask stay on his word

We met our sale rep at 9:00 AM sharp on his day off. We test drove the vehicle but was not what we expected. He was courteous and honored our decision not to go with the vehicle.

WORST HONDA DEALER EVER!!!! We recently bought a 2013 Pilot from this place. The car is great, but they have the WORST customer service. They falsify information, telling us that we can only have maintenance through their dealership, however, we found out from Honda Care, that we are actually allowed to go to ANY Honda dealership for services. We have many other issues with this place. We call and no one calls you back. When you go in there and talk to them in person, no one can help you and they literally walk you out the door and brush you off. We are so unsatisfied with Auburn Honda that we filed a complaint against them through Honda Corporate. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!
