Audi Allentown's overall experience made purchasing my 2017 A4 a pleasure. Salesman, Jerome Myers followed through in finding the car I wanted. Also the sales team work well together to help each other out when times get busy. Derek took us out for an additional test drive and when the car was delivered Patrick gave me a complete tutorial. Definitely recommend the dealership and their staff.

I purchased a 2017 Audi S5. Audi Allentown's staff is terrific. I really appreciate the fact that they focused on what I wanted, and never just tried to 'sell' me a car. I found the staff is very knowledgeable about Audi's products as well as the offerings in the broader marketplace. They are well trained, answering my endless questions, while framing the answers in a way that I could easily understand. Once we agreed on the model, color and options I wanted, they located the perfect match.What also stood out was the effort sales, management and finance made to provide complete answers, both the pros and cons as well as introducing many points I was unaware of before starting this process.Lastly - wow, what a car. The design, engineering and beauty can only be fully appreciated until you get behind the wheel and drive it home. It exceeded all of my expectations.

My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with our dealings with Audi Allentown from the initial contact with their eBusiness Manager Liz Huddle up to the final financial dealings with Anthony Marvelli who explained all our options to us in a very clear manner. Liz found the exact 2017 Audi A4 that we were looking for in less than 1/2 hour of speaking to her! We were in the next day and met Seth Lacey, an Audi specialist who took us for a test drive and patiently took all the time we needed to go over the workings of the new Audi with us. Seth was very personable, professional and new the Audi very well. Bryan Zanoline, their Branch Manager, stopped by to greet us and offer his availability. It was a very very pleasant experience overall. There was no hassle, no pressure, a very knowledgeable staff so we walked out with the Audi we wanted at what we considered a very fair price. They stay in touch after you leave the dealership to make sure all is well and so far my dealings with their service group have been terrific. We highly recommend Audi Allentown for a very pleasant auto buying experience to anyone interested in an Audi.

Previous to purchasing my Audi A6 3.0 T, I visited five other car dealerships to test drive vehicles. Hands down, Audi Allentown blew the other dealerships out of the water, not only on the standpoint of friendliness and negotiating a good deal, but also the knowledge of all aspects of the vehicle, the knowledge of financing and especially a plus, the quick response to all questions I had before the final purchase via email. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. I can't thank Kyle and Dan enough for such a wonderful buying experience and did I mention I LOVE my new Audi A6. I definitely made the right choice!

was browsing for a convertible - basically interested in the A3 or A5. Sales Associate was quick to understand my needs and direct me to the right product. Arranging the test drive was a matter of a few minutes. The commercial negotiation was fast, efficient and focused. The paper work adventure for purchasing the A5 was benchmark in regards to speed and efficiency. The additional purchase options we presented according to my needs. While completing the paperwork the vehicle was shined, fuelled and made available for immediate "out the door". Even the home drop off was easily arranged.

Audi Allentown sold my husband and I our first Audi and our first midsize SUV Q5. Audi Allentown worked hard from the sales department, to our driving experiences of new and used vehicles, to us sitting down to discuss the vehicle purchase and financing, to our vehicle instruction, to our driving our new Q5 off the lot, and the follow-up they offered us from all departments. Audi Allentown managed all those experiences for us with ease as one great TEAM! They were very considerate of our time giving us the patience needed to think through such an important purchase decision. They answered all of our questions and made our purchasing experience great. They always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. Most importantly they helped us drive away in a Q5 we LOVE! My husband and I can't say enough about our sales representative, Seth Lacey. We bought the Q5 because we both recognized Seth's vehicle knowledge and expertise. He just couldn't do enough for us. I recently purchased a new Audi R8 from here and my experience with Mr. Ross Banks and general manager was excellent. I have purchased many high end cars in the past from other dealerships but I have to say that Audi of Allentown in PA is by far the best. Everyone was so caring and made the transaction so easy and explained everything. My salesperson and the general manager couldn't have been more helpful and professional, both went above and beyond to make it so easy for me. They were simply very professional and exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Ross to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. Frankly, don't waste your time at other tristate Audi dealerships and do yourself a big favor and get in touch with Mr. Ross if you want an exceptional car buying experience.

Was looking for a new SUV and this was my first stop. My son had leased an A3 from Audi of Allentown and has raved about his car and the dealership ever since. I was only looking but quickly fell in love with the Q5. Ross, my sales associate and everyone at the dealership was great. The sales manager Brian gave me a great deal up front.....no haggling, pressure or "normal" sales tactics. Needless to say, I left with a new Q5. AJ and Nick in finance dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. The credit process was very smooth and painless. I would highly recommend the dealership as a whole, very professional and low pressure. They let the car sell itself. Free bottles of water too!

Last week I decided to invest in my first car, as a new car buyer I really didn't know what I was doing or what I was looking for, once I got to the Ciocca Audi dealership however I felt calm and taken care of! The staff was extremely friendly and were able to process any request I had on pricing inquiries or vehicle options. By the end of the day I walked out extremely happy and excited about my new car! The dealership has been in contact with me since to make sure that I'm happy with my new car/everything is going okay. The experience really was great and the service was second to none.
