On purchasing our first Audi, we had expectations of high quality and top tier service. We were not disappointed at all. Every person is polite, friendly, and helpful. Their facility is almost a destination in itself. A return visit for service was a really good experience, if a little long. To make up for the extra time, was pleased to have the car retuned to me having been cleaned. Nice surprise. 10/10 will recommend.

Cannot recommend this place nor will l ever buy a car from here again. Service is just mediocre for the price tag I expect at least normal customer service . Every time I’ve needed service done on my car, the customer service has faltered. Example- they had my car 2 business days without any updates to tell me that it was only software update and I owed $200. Like really?!? 2 days to figure that out? And had a scheduled appointment. Yea no. 😒

Between the last week of August and first week of September we leased two SUV's, a 2022 Q3 and a 2021 Q5. Our Salesman Ryan was a gentleman, arranged for a smooth transaction, and a fair price for our trade in. Highly recommend this dealership. Things got done as promised despite the fact that these transactions took place two days before and one week after hurricane Ida.

Natalie in the service department is fantastic! Anytime you have to have work done on your vehicle, it is stressful, but she does everything to make the experience a positive one. The service department has always done great work and I will definitely be back.
