We recently purchase a 2017 Q5 at Bethesda Audi. After visiting other Audi dealerships in the DC area, we were very pleased to find Bethesda Audi and, more importantly, Jacob Jay. Ill start by saying I bought a used car from them. From the initial phone call with Nick going over the car I was looking at buying all the way to signing the papers with Simone, it couldn't have been a better car buying experience! Nick handled my new loan and financing of my car better than anyone ive ever dealt with. Terry made my test drive and entire visit like I was visiting family back home. Truly a great person with zero pushiness or "salesman" attitude that made me feel like he really cared about my purchase and even my life! Simone was absolutely a delight to work with and talk to. Signing my name next to such big numbers somehow felt alot easier than it should have due to the way she treated me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, and would definitely be interested in buying Audis in the future just for the customer service from this dealership alone! Buying a new car can be an unpleasant experience too often, its a time-consuming, anxiety-producing cat-and-mouse game in which the dealership can seem like your adversary.Not so in the least if you buy from Audi Bethesda.I recently purchased an A3 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus from Audi Bethesda. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Fix on the sales side and Simone Durbin on the finance side. Both Bob and Simone are courteous, attentive, responsive, and entirely knowledgeable about Audi products the consummate professionals. Each is also smart, personable, gracious, and engaging just really nice folks who were thoughtful and always respectful of my time. I was treated very well and came away feeling like Id gotten a more than fair deal on a fantastic car. I absolutely love my A3.Altogether, this was an exceptionally smooth, efficient, and gratifying transaction by far the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Audi Bethesda and, if the opportunity arises, working with Bob Fix and Simone Durbin. Terrific dealership; terrific people.

For the first time ever I felt comfortable buying a new car -- not the usual pushy sales pitch just helpful informed staff. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Corolla from Jacob Jay at Audi Bethesda. I saw the car online, called him about it and he held it for me until I could come up and see it. It was a used car, but they fixed all the recalls and repairs and got it in great working order. After I had purchased the vehicle and picked it up, the previous owner found a second set of keys, and Jacob mailed them to me. They took care of the title and transferring my license plate. The whole process was smooth and the customer service throughout was excellent!

Walking into a dealership is something most of us dread so having identified a car online, I went into Audi Bethesda expecting to get the car but with that usual feeling of having been taken advantage of. Instead I walked out of there with the car I wanted, satisfaction from having had a good deal and experience, and a new friend - Jacob.Buying a car from Jacob was like buying one from friend. He was very polite, sincere, and attentive to every small detail - something very rare to find these days in any sort of business or interaction.I highly recommend this dealership and if you can ask for Jacob by name, you won't be disappointed.This was by far my best car buying experience...

I chose this new service center for convenience but was extremely disappointed in my experiences. . I have had 3 separate appointments with Audi Bethesda-two scheduled mileage maintenance services for both of our Audis and one emergency for a catastrophic engine failure. With each visit the service center seemed far more focused on their benefit than my repair or customer experience. Starting with a diagnostic fee policy to recommendations for expensive brake part replacements (that on further exam other Audi professionals denied to be warranted) to a catastrophic engine issue where the handling from start to finish was totally unaware and insensitive to the customer impact . Audi Bethesda's profitability is the lasting impression- matched equally by inexperienced and ineffective service representatives. Though a last minute marketing effort by service manager Barbara Portalea was polite, the lack of oversight was the greater impressiion. I left untrusting and hugely disappointed. I am sure in time experience will bring this center to meet the standad that is reflective of the Audi brand integrity.

After speaking and negotiating with every Audi Dealership in metro DC I leased my car at Audi Bethesda. The staff, from General Manger, Advisor, Finance Manager etc was great. Got a very fair price, exceptional service and had great experience. I highly recommend them.

After walking into the dealership, Jocob Jay greeted me and guided me through the differences of the various models. Her arranged for a test drive the next day ... In the color I asked for but also with the options I could afford.... I arrived at 10 AM and the car was freshly washed and waiting.... So was Jacob ( kidding) !! After the test drive, we discussed trade-in price and warranties and COLOR... I changed my mind and went with RED... They had to pick up the model I chose, wash it, gas it, and bring it back to the showroom. Jacob provided me lunch while I waited AND I DRIVE HOME IN MY NEW CAR!!!! Jacob was/is the best car salesman ever! Easy to deal with , good listener and great guy... Lucky me and lucky you if he is available to assist you... He is the best!

It's difficult to call Jacob Jay a car salesman, as our family left our experience with him feeling like we'd just had the great good fortune of making a new friend. I can not imagine a more alert, responsive, intelligent, and respectful person with whom to work on finding your next Audi. We came in from out of town, having identified the CPO Allroad of our dreams at a distance. Jacob answered a number of queries via email with exemplary efficiency, and when we arrived on site (with 5 year old in tow), we enjoyed a very smooth, extremely pleasant experience in person. He was low key, understood we were goal-oriented and fairly educated and didn't need a hard sell. This encounter bore no resemblance to any car purchase experience we have ever had -- in the best possible sense. Since the purchase, we've had a number of questions, all of which Jacob has responded to immediately -- day or night. We could not be more grateful or impressed. I've already directed friends and family who are in the area to seriously consider an Audi, and Jacob. Thank you, Jacob!

Jacob Jay was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was polite, friendly in a not-fawning way, and very helpful. He spent nearly all of his Saturday with us as we tested whether the A3 Cabriolet was too low slung for the "lip" to our steep driveway and took us to talk to the service supervisor to understand how the S-tronic transmission behaves on hills (it takes a little getting used to) and whether this is a long-term wear and tear issue. Only negative was sitting around waiting for the business guy to take our check and fill out the paperwork.

My wife and I purchased an Audi Q3 Quattro in October of 2015. I began the process online and I was contacted within 1 hour. The next day we went to the dealer and the car was already prepped and ready for our test drive. At no time was there any pressure. The Salesman and the General Manager worked together to get us a deal we were comfortable with. This is our first Audi and we are very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience.

Fast and easy buying used A6. Price was great and they honored it even after discovering that some certification service wasn't included. The car was meticulously serviced before delivery. Definitely recommend Bethesda Audi over other locations.

Very happy with my recent experience with this Audi dealer. The location is super convenient and the premises nice and new. Vanessa was very responsive, professional and helpful in all my interactions with her (e-mail, phone and the office) and both she and Dustin made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They listened to my needs and were not trying to sell me something that I did not need. Also, I felt like they took me seriously from the very beginning (not always the case when a woman walks in by herself). I did not feel rushed when I wanted to take my time, and in the end I left the place a few hours later with a new Q7 that I am very happy with.

I don't enjoy buying cars. Something about writing that big check and not knowing whether you're really getting a good deal... That makes me a tough customer. But, the team at Bethesda Audi patiently worked with me until I was comfortable and frankly didn't want to go anywhere else because I felt confident they'd be good over the long term. We recently acquired a Q7 with very specific specs for my Wife. Jacob Jay went out of his way to scour inventory in North America and found exactly what we were looking for. When the other dealer tried to pull a fast one regarding our vehicle, Audi of Bethesda team put the screws to them to ensure that they delivered the car for the negotiated price as agreed. I recently purchased a new car from this new EuroMotor Cars dealership. The experience was par excellence!! I am a two time Audi owner and I love their cars. I recently obtained my Master's degree and as a graduation present, I decided to upgrade my A4 to the 2015 A5 coupe. I couldn't be happier. I love my new car!! Audi Bethesda is new to the EuroMotor Car family. The dealership itself is sleek and very clean. They even have a valet service! It's is conveniently placed in the heart of Bethesda and on the cusp of Chevy Chase. It's an amazing location and I have no doubt the brand will do extremely well there. Every employee I encountered was friendly and I was greeted and welcomed with warmth and a smile. Typically upon walking into a dealership you feel attacked by the sales specialists. Not the case. Sure they are there to sell, but it's not that overwhelming vulture feeling. :-) I think I had a conversation with nearly everyone there. That's just how awesome they all are! My Audi Brand Specialist was Justin Banea. Great guy with a personality to match. He knows his stuff!!! The finance team is absolutely AH-MA-ZING!! Dustin Prieto finalized things for me and I was in and out in no time. Again, one of the best experiences I've ever had in purchasing a car. I've had a couple of Volkswagen's and a BMW but the service offered here was none like I've experienced. Dustin's personality is infectious and I felt as though I've known him a lifetime! Pete Kesterson, the Sales Manager, is one of the nicest and sincerest people I've ever met. Pete, Dustin and Justin worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with my purchase and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Genuinely nice people that get the job done but make certain to add that personalization so your experience is like none other!!I picked my car up late evening and there was no time to do the make ready/full cleaning. I brought my new car back for a full detail that Saturday and they cleaned it up really nicely! It was showroom ready!! I also found just a small nick on the bumper and they fixed it for me with no issues. Pete personally picked my car up from my office and brought me a loaner while they fixed it!! All work completed in one day!! Again an overall wonderful experience. If you're in the market for a new (or used) car, I'd highly recommend the new Audi Bethesda!!
