Overall, the experience was good with purchasing our Q7. However, the car is not in the condition that they told us it is in. First of all, Greg said that since we we’re out of state, we can’t drive the car out of the lot ourselves, it would had to be delivered to us. (Now we know it’s not true) When we were going to proceed with the financing, we double checked if the car had minor but noticeable chips/scratches, they reassured us that it doesn’t and that they don’t sell cars in that kind of condition and they stand by their pride. We took their word for it. So when we finally get the car, we notice two noticeable chips in two places. The interior had spills and leaks on the second row. But what’s frustrating the most is that alignment is off! Now that it’s is raining here in Oregon I realized that the windshield wipers are horrible and need to be changed! I understand that the car is used, but they failed to tell us all of the things-actually reassured us of the exact opposite! I paid 50k for the car but now spending even more to fix all of those thing. I expected more from this “reputable” dealership. Would I send my friends or family to Audi of Beverly Hills? No.

We had a exceptional experience at Audi Beverly Hills! Sasha and Farhad got me my exact car in just a few hours, from a different dealership, at the rate we were looking for! Communicated thoroughly and timely throughout the whole process. The experience at the dealership was easy and quick, but not rushed. Hendrick, my salesman, and the gentleman who helped in finance were a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new family car and look forward to working with Audi Beverly Hills for years to come.

Don't get your car serviced when they're busy. I mentioned a possible concern with my car to my service advisor before they picked up my car. When I picked it up, there were no notes on the invoice indicating that they looked into the problem. Also, although they sent a text in the morning after picking up my car from my home, they did not respond to my text at 5pm, and I had to call them to find out if my car was ready (and, at that point, they would not deliver my car to my home, so I had to go there to pick it up rather than wait until the next morning). I have no complaints about the actual service, just the communications and follow-through.
