My family evacuated from New Orleans to escape Hurricane Ida’s wrath. While driving we heard a strange noise. Long story short, our front tires were completely shot. We called every tire shop in Birmingham with no success. Made one call to Audi of Birmingham, spoke with Dylan (parts),Valerie (Service) and they were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday. We were able to have our tires removed and new tires installed. The customer service was through the roof. The care and compassionate surpassed our expectations. God Bless to Audi of Birmingham!

Our personal experience was met 100% with kindness, patience and courtesy. Chase Merck with Audi was our Sales Specialist. Chase was very kind, allowed us to take our time without rushing or pushing us to make a quick decision. He also did not hesitate to give us his personal honest opinion and advise on whatever our questions were. Chase went beyond and above to make sure our expectations were met fully with our car purchase!
