Audi Cape Fear service department is beyond top-notch! This phenomenal service starts with Thomas Crane and Guillermo Limon consultants. These two gentlemen are professional, attentive, knowledgeable and truly make your entire experience worth the trip. I have never had a bad experience with this service department on fixing any issues or service. I have had many luxury vehicles in multiple states and I cannot stress how you/me are treated, facilities are clean and stocked always. I recently took my car a couple days ago just for a minor fix. I had to get a new battery in my key FOB. They were kind enough to also replace the one on my spare key while I was there. I've gone in previously for air in my tires and regardless of If I've called ahead or just walk-in they're always able to accommodate me in a timely manner which I always appreciate. All the staff there both in sales and service are always charismatic, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've never gone in and had anything short of an excellent experience. Dealing with Audi Cape Fear is such a refreshing change of pace compared to what I think most have experienced in regards to the "dealership experience". You'll also notice too that even the customers always have a smile on their face as well which is a strong testament to their customer service experience. I drive a 2016 S5 and it has been the most reliable car I have owned to date. I have not had to take the car in for a single problem once since I've owned it and the minor key battery thing was the worst that's happened and that's just a routine thing of a battery dying similar to how it would in a TV remote and they were able to take care of it free of charge. I drove down on vacation from out of state and my car developed a mysterious rattle along the way. Thomas Crane and his team including service tech Nick quickly identified the issue and walked me through my options. The team resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction, making sure all elements of my car were ready for the long drive home. Even though I’m from out of town, Thomas still suggested I call him if I have future questions or concerns about my car’s perfomance or condition. They have a knowledgeable and highly professional service team at Audi Cape Fear. I highly recommend this dealership.

These guys are AMAZING! I was a stranded traveler heading from VA to FL, when in the middle of nowhere, my tire blew out. Not only did they assist me in getting to their location, they stayed after closing and waited for me to arrive. The entire Cape Fear team worked to make sure I was okay, safe, and got me back on the road. Everyone from Tyler in parts, to Mike, their service manager, and Guillermo in service was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Not many people would have done what they did to help someone they didn't know. They could have easily said, "We're closed", but they didn't. Above and Beyond are the words that capture this Cape Fear Crew. They KNOW how to take care of their customers - local and not.
