My wife and recently went looking for a new car to replace the VW TDI we purchased 3 yrs ago. We went to Audi of Cary to look at a used car they had on the lot. We walked in and immedietly met Jim. He took the time to listen to our "story". More importantly he took a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and helping us sort thru the choices with options. Jim is an exceptional brand specialist. He explained everything about Audi Q5 features in depth from the time we entered the showroom. He has shown a great deal of patience and made our car buying experience very easy. I would highly recommend Jim at Audi Cary. He did everything he could do to get the exterior/interior color we wanted. I appreciate he stayed late for us at the showroom well past the showroom closing time. Jim is very honest and trustworthy. Our experience with John Besch was excellent and the communication was clear. John helped us to locate the color combination in a new Q5 which required checking with other dealers. He kept us posted with routine communication and ultimalty delivered the car we wanted. Gave a wonderful/ thorough tour of the car, with details of every feature. I dreamed of owning AUDI for a long time, Eric was very helpful in detailing each model. I haven't purchase a new car in 12 years. I had three brands I was considering but quickly narrowed it down to Audi-- then had two consider which model-- a convertible, a SUV, or a sedan. After all was said and done, the sedan won out. Len was patient and extremely knowledgeable about each model; he did not push me to one over the other, and he was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for me. I cannot use enough superlatives to describe what an easy process this purchase was! From test drives, to call backs, to car selections, to financing, to picking up my new vehicle - Len and Audi Cary staff were so extremely helpful and supportive. Working with Eric Danford was a pleasure and the entire car buying experience was by far one of the best I have had. My 2007 A6 had 175,000 miles and I really hated to part with it as it was the best vehicle I have had ever driven. I decided to test drive the A4 and A6 and Eric thoroughly walked me through the features and tech enhancements on them. Finally settling on the A6 3.0T, the actual purchase experience was seamless and Eric again did a phenomenal job in explaining every feature on my new car in as much detail as I wanted. I had nearly 200,000 miles on my previous car when I started looking around for a used car in the area. Through the assistance of Tony Wimbish, I was provided multiple choices that fit my budget, style and color. Once I selected the one that stood out the most he went the extra mile to pick it up from another location. The vehicle in itself had great cabin space, blue tooth stereo, keyless entry, push to start and a turbo under the hood. Honestly, I didn't even know this was available within my budget. Buying a new Audi SQ5 from Jim Fryling is the best car-buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Jim has all the right qualities: he's honest, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and an excellent communicator. On a Thursday, we went to the Audi dealership in Cary, NC, to have our previous Audi (11 years old) repaired. But we decided instead to buy a new car, and we drove it home on Friday. We worked with Johnnie R to help us find a Honda Odyssey for our growing family. There were a couple there that we wanted to take a look at. We had just come back from Toyota of Raleigh and we were extremely underwhelmed with the person we worked with. Johnnie was knowledgeable, professional, funny, and made us feel at ease. I worked in sales (AT&T) for years and always admire a salesman that knows his craft. We also worked with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with my service received at Audi Cary. I honestly can say they went above and beyond to make my experience with them 5 stars, especially with the distance I traveled to get to them. I saw car Saturday, got test drive and all over inspection done on Monday, was driving off lot that Monday with 30 day tags. It was no one way I could have given up not going on home with me behind the wheel of this car. Would do business again with them if I am ever in need of a vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for a performance European vehicle, and after a fair amount of research decided to take a look at the Audi S6. I got in touch with Johnathan McKenzie, who was extremely responsive, and very willing to work with our difficult schedule in setting up a test drive. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable about the Audi product line, as well as the product line of competitors. Although Johnathan was extremely responsive and his genuine affection for Audi vehicles was apparent, neither I nor my wife ever felt pressured in any of our interactions. Johnathan walked us through the ordering process, and was great about sending updates on the order status. When the vehicle came in, he moved his schedule around to fit the final sale into our busy schedule. He spent a great deal of time with both of us walking through the setup of the vehicle, and answered our many questions. Johnathan and the rest of the team at Audi Cary are by far the best group of people we have ever bought a car from, and I would definitely buy from them again. I had been in the market for a new Audi S4 for about a month - my main requirement was that it was a manual transmission with a sport differential. Audi stopped taking orders for the car in September, and the 2017 model would not have the manual option. After running out of options in my home state of New Jersey, I called Len Talarico at Audi Cary. Within a day of calling we had agreed on a price for the car. He clearly had extensive knowledge of the car, which was refreshing as I had a specific dream car in mind. He answered all my questions, and was in contact with me at all times. He was upfront and clear with all pricing during negotiation. The following week I flew to NC to purchase my new car and drive it home! Thanks again Len!

I purchased a used high mileage Q5 from a car lot locally and wanted to get it checked out. Made the appointment over the phone and was offered a loaner for the day (even though I hadn't purchased it from them!). They checked the car and performed the scheduled maintenance (spark plugs, cabin filters) and told me when I needed to bring it in next. Easy transaction and luckily my car had no issues. Really enjoyed the service experience and will use them again.

Hi allI bought a 2010 Audi Q5 in May of 2015 from Audi Cary. The vehicle has approx. 48k miles and was sold as is due to the wheels on the vehicle not being Audi wheels. Some time after taking delivery I noticed that the vehicle had a shimmy. I brought the vehicle in for service to sort out the issue. I had a feeling there was a problem with the wheels. Over 2 or 3 visits they tried various ways to balance the wheels. After that didn't work, on the 3rd visit we finally had agreement that it was the wheels. Audi of Cary ordered and installed new wheels on my car without charge. In my opinion that makes this dealership one of the best I've ever dealt with. They stood behind their sale and I can wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from this dealership.They should be very proud of their level of commitment to making the customer happy.

I've been an Audi guy now for awhile and used to get my cars at the Raleigh location and a couple of years ago switched to the Cary location for convenience. I lease high end cars but am not your typical high end customer. About a month ago, the car whisper begin to sing the tunes of a new car into my vacant ears. After eliminating my other options (GMC Denali pickup and a BMW 335ci), I comfortably and contently decided to purchase my very first German stallion. My S5 provides the perfect blend of lustful luxury and on-demand performance. The car is so classic, yet modest and muscular without drawing tons of attention. Thirty days to date, I am still raving with excitement about my new purchase. The sale process from beginning to end took about a week. I would sneak over from my job in RTP to check out the new cars and once I saw it, I knew I was sold. My dedicated and knowledgable salesman, Mr. Len Talarico, treated me with the upmost dignity and respect. He even came in on his day off so my husband and I could test drive two different Audi's to determine which one was better suited for us. He was very patient with us through the entire process....we started looking in July of 2014 and didnt purchase until March of 2015. He always had an immediate response to all of my many emails! The environment of the dealership is awesome as well. Everybody is very professional and the sales manager was very appreciate of our business. When I noticed that my 2009 A4 was low on oil (bar on electronic graph did not show), I called Wayne Fields, my service advisor, about the issue. He recommended that I bring the car in, and they would top it up with oil (at no charge). Two days later, I did that, and they not only topped the oil, but the other fluids as well. That extra step is just one example of how caring they are about their customers. That is one reason why we have been Audi owners for 29 years.

Jim did a fantastic job taking us through the process of buying a Q5. My wife and I had previously been to 3 other dealerships, and subsequently went to one more, and no salesman was more laid back and with better knowledge of the car. When we left after our initial test drive, Jim said he'd love our business in an earnest way that, unlike other dealers, struck us as sincere and honest. I went into the process as a 2x BMW Owner and with 5 different cars I potentially wanted to test drive and maybe purchase, including the X3. I left the Audi Cary dealership, and, within an hour, knew I had found the car I wanted in the Q5. A lot of credit has to be given to Jim and the dealership explaining the car so well and making us feel comfortable. I never even test drove the X3.

My car had some unexpected major service needed after a seal started to leak on a long trip. While deciding whether or not to repair that car, a great car that I loved, I also started getting myself up to speed on possible replacements. I found a few possible makes/models that worked, and the Audi A4 Avant was one. I love a good wagon. But I was still looking at and test driving Subaru Outbacks and BMW xDrive wagons as well. I saw a pre-owned Audi Certified A4 Avant posted on Audi Cary's website, and looked like it ticked all or most of the boxes I was looking for. I drove down to look at it and take it for a ride. Jim F. was the first salesperson I met, and I'm glad I did. He was friendly, interested, ready to help, and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. His goal was to make sure all of my questions were answered and that my experience was positive. Obviously he wanted to sell a car as well, but that was never the apparent main goal. Neither he nor any of his staff were pushy or coercive at all. The informative and positive experience with a team-oriented approach seemed the goal, and that sold me as much as the car. When I said I was, in fact, interested in the car (and doing business with them), he gave me a fair offer, and with a little negotiation, we quickly reached an agreement. I hadn't intended on buying a car that day, and I had been heavily leaning toward Subaru Outbacks again, but was ready to buy a car if I found a) the right one/deal and b) the right sales people. I did with my A4 Avant and Jim at Audi Cary. While we were doing all the paperwork, he made sure to introduce me to the GM, the parts department, and one of the key service people, who answered all of my questions about the vehicle's history, his thoughts and recommendations for service/parts (e.g., tires) in the future, and more. Again, it felt like you were joining a team for the long term rather than simply trading cash for a car. Once the car was detailed and pulled around after all the documents were signed, he gave me the keys, and sat down in the car with me to help me understand how all the Audi-specific things worked. This is my first Audi; so, I found it helpful. And again, he didn't just toss me the keys and say, "Thanks. Bye." He kept the focus on the exceptional customer experience right through the very end. That continual high level of service is uncommon in my experience, and I found it with the entire staff. I usually find a good local independent mechanic to service my cars since dealers can be significantly pricier. The anticipated service prices I asked about seemed reasonable, but the high quality of the experience is what will bring me back. You can probably find a good car at most dealers in the area. But I would strongly recommend that you talk with the team at Audi Cary for an exceptional experience with trustworthy people. I trust that I got a great car, and if any problems arise (not that I expect any), Audi Cary would take care of them no questions asked.

I had been researching the A3 for awhile and decided it was time to buy one. I looked at the various dealerships that were around me and went with Audi Cary even though it was furthest dealership from my home. They had more inventory of cars to choose from. I walked through the door and was greeted by Johnathan McKenzie. He was incredibly helpful and I never felt any pressure from him. He took the time to explain the differences in the A3 styles and we test drove the A3 1.8 cabriolet and the 2.0 sedan. It was a tough decision and Johnathan was patient and helpful in making my decision. In the end, I went with the A3 Cabriolet. I love the car. During the whole process, everyone introduced themselves and told me welcome to the Audi family. It was a totally laid back experience. The staff were all commenting on my choice. I took Johnathan's advice and drove home with the top down and went through Jordan Lake to enjoy the ride of the car and the wonderful fall day! I am glad I made the decision to take the extra miles and time to go to Audi Cary. Thanks Johnathan! He is a veteran, and I am glad I got to spend Veteran's Day with him! It was obvious he loves his country and also Audi's!!!!

From when we first walked through the door as potential customers to full blown owners, the way the staff treated us didn't change a bit. Very professional. From offering and bringing us snacks and drinks, to opening doors, to having a relaxed demeanor, the staff at Audi of Cary was top notch. My wife and I were interested in buying the new 2015 S3, so we set up an appointment, and Jock Washington took care of us the whole way through. My wife and I both test dove the car and the entire time Jock was very professional and exuded a relaxed demeanor, giving us tips and information about the car while tailoring his comments to our very different driving styles. While at the dealership, all of the employees displayed a high standard of professionalism, greeting my wife and I, even when they were engaged in conversation with each other, they made a point to say "good afternoon". That's the difference between good and excellent service. We explained to Jock that we were going to test drive a few other brands before we made up our mind, and again he did an excellent job of creating a stress-free environment and experience. Even though we were going to other dealerships, he didn't try and shoe-horn his opinions or editorialize. We returned in the afternoon and bought it. As a very nice touch, Jock had the car brought into the center of the showroom floor after it was detailed while we were finishing up the paperwork in the back room. Hanging from the rearview mirror was a placard with mine and my wife's name on it. While the car was in the showroom, most of the salesmen came up to my wife and I to congratulate us on our purchase as well as to let us know how awesome of a car we had picked up. Labor day weekend, I had been researching pre-owned BMW 3 Series for about 2 months. I really knew what I wanted. On Labor day while browsing different pre-owned car web sites, a listing of a Black 335, 2009 with the options that I was looking for appeared. Brand new listing, the pictures were not even included.I immediately drove 8 miles to the Audi dealership, walked into the sales office and met Len Talarico. Len and I took the car out for a test drive. I really liked the car but I needed a second opinion. I returned about 8 hours later with my neighbor, we took the car for another test drive. About 2 hours later, I had bought the car. Fair price for both the BMW as well as my trade in. Len was honest and actually fun to work with.I would recommend Audi and Len to others.

First I want to start by saying I was please with the entire staff of Audi of Cary. The friendliness of the staff was great. I worked with Brian R and he was awesome! Brian was very helpful from the beginning of my car buying process. I bought an Infinti from this lot and it is a great car. I have been looking for this particular car for almost 2 years. They had the color I wanted and it was manual. Most importantly the price was great. Brian made the process of purchasing my vehicle nice and smooth. Having owned three BMWs prior to my purchase of a new Audi S3 I was convinced that BMW gives its customers the ultimate car purchase experience. However, Len Talarico and the Audi Team surpassed my expectations on all fronts. There was an appreciation of my car knowledge and sensitivity to my needs, which made the car buying experience efficient and memorable for all of the right reasons. I drove over from Durham NC on Wednesday after work I was greeted by Johnnie Richards. We talked about several performance cars and I told him I was looking for the the Bmw 3 series and the the Golf R next year. Johnnie showed me the all new Audi S3. Even though I don't plan to purchase until next summer he said lets drive this Audi. I test drove the car and now I have eliminated one of the other models. The S3 is in my top two cars of choice now. Johnnie was quick to respond to my text message asking about color options the next day. Great experience no pressure.

This was a busy Saturday but Johnnie still took the time to show us some cars. A year ago, I met Johnnie when I was having my A6 2.7 S-Line serviced. I asked him for a business car and said I would give him a call one day when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Well I did extensive research for 10 months and showed up one day and test drove a S7 which was an awesome experience from customer service to test driving. I told Johnnie that I would call him after test driving a Mercedes CLS550. Well we showed up the next weekend and test drove a S8 and the entire experience was even more awesome. I asked him to give me a few weeks to figure out what my wife and I wanted to buy. He was very understanding and not pushy at all which made us feel very comfortable. When you buy a high end car, you have done all your research and know when you want to buy it. So I called him up yesterday and said that I was on my way with my check book to buy an S8. From beginning to end the process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way home with our new car. 2 Audis in the garage and room for one more....... I will definitely be buying a Q7 very soon and I definitely will be treating him to a steak dinner very soon. We just arrived in the US and wanted to buy two cars - a Sedan and a SUV. We had decided that it would either be BMW or Audi and hence visited the dealerships in the Raleigh / Cary area. At the Audi Cary dealership we had sighted an interesting used A4 and were advised by Len Talarico. Though I originally favored a 3 series BMW, Len convinced me of the features and benefits of the A4 w/o using clishees. Price negotiations were open, fair & direct - not much talking around, which I really appreciated and finally we could come to an agreement. Though we could not immediately find a suitable SUV (we were looking for a used Q5), Len kept up the contact and adivsed on different options without being pushy. After some extra research and explainations from Len we decided to follow another route as used Q5s (in the package we sought) seemed to be hard to come by and started pursuing the purchase of a new Q5. Thanks to his effort and all the explainations we have now finally also found and bought the second car and we love it! Overall a very pleasing experience, focused on the essentials and very supportive in finding the right car with the right purchase option. This may sound like a "too good to be true" review, esp as we bought two Audi's, but we have also made very different experiences at two BMW dealerships in Raleigh & Charlotte who missed the opportunity to sell us two cars as we started out being virtually indifferent between the two brands. Bottom line - we are extremely happy and can recommend Audi, especially in Cary, highly!

Recently purchased an Audi A6 Prestige TDI. Love the vehicle, and would like to thanks Johnnie Richards and everyone at Audi of Cary for making the buying experience such a good one. I am an old school negotiator and will drive the hardest bargain I can when purchasing anything. After talking to numerous Audi dealers I figured out there is only so much room in their prices. Johnnie and the folks at Cary were upfront in the beginning, gave me a very fair price, and just as importantly they really came through with great customer service. If you haven't talked to a salesman there yet i highly recommend Johnnie.

For months I had been researching various car sites with the intent to sell my 2004 Acura MDX and purchase either a 2012 Acura RDX or 2011 Audi Q5. Two months ago I visited Leith Audi in Cary and met Johnnie Richards. He was very helpful explaining the differences in the Audi Q5 models and providing me with a trade-in analysis for my Acura. That day I realized that Leith Audi Q5s were priced appropriately for the market area. However, I decided not to purchase that day but instead to hold off until early April and make a final decision. Last Friday April 11, I contacted Johnnie and mentioned I was coming by their dealership that afternoon to take another look at their used Audis. He worked hard for me to negotiate a price that was in my ballpark. I left that afternoon with a really nice Q5 thanks to Johnnie. He is an outstanding salesperson, very thorough and not pushy. Let me begin by saying that I have been in "customer service" for over 37 years and this experience was as wonderful as it could have been! I had been looking to replace my 2010 Audi S4 with a 2012 with very specific options. I had found it at Cary, but they were 420 miles from my home! I called them up to inquire and was greeted immediately and passed along to a sales person. Len Talarico introduced himself and offered to help. He didn't know where I was at that point and proceeded to assist me. He answered all of my questions with a high-degree of knowledge and professionalism. The car I was interested had just become available and had a minimum description online with just a few photos. I asked Len to email me additional photographs, which he did rather quickly. Once I determined the car was equipped with the options I wanted, we began discussing my trade and negotiating the entire transaction. We worked out all the details in just a few days by communicating via telephone, email and even text messages. Almost every form of communication was utilized and Len was there every step with a quick and professional reply. I filled out a credit application online and received a call from Gene (the finance person) the following day. Everything was all approved and set. I then made final arrangements with Len for the end of the week. I drove down Friday early AM and arrived by 10:30 am. I was quickly greeted at the door by other salesmen and welcomed into their facility. I felt very comfortable, as if I was dealing with old friends. Len walked over, introduced himself and we began the process, which was done in just a short time. I even needed some additional time to swap my personal belongings and prepare the car from the long journey home. Everyone was quite accommodating- despite the cold, wind and sleeting rain. Len offered me snacks and a hot beverage prior to heading home- again just another way I felt so comfortable and appreciated!! My hats off to everyone there, a terrific buying experience- my best ever!!!

I came in just to look (although I pretty much knew I would wind up with an Audi at some point). Walked out with a gorgous car that day. That's a testament to Johnnie's personality and sales skills (and, of course, a great car). Johnnie is low key, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, patient, reassuring and just plain nice. I wanted an A4 without the Nav system. They had one coming in from Germany around the 1st of May but they also had the exact same car/ color without the Nav system on the showroom floor. Johnnie and Wes were great. I can't stand "being sold" so they gently nudged me over to the showroom car by bringing down the price to the point it didn't make sense for me to wait for the one without the nav system. This threw me for a loop as I wasn't quite ready to drive off with a new car that very day ... but Johnnie and Gene made it relatively painless. Kudos to Audi Cary for a great group of people .. and thanks, Johnnie, for helping me through the new car buying process.

Each time I stopped at Audi of Cary, Len Talarico was friendly, helpful and most importantly, low key. I didn't feel pressured at all. We test drove an A5 on my first trip and unlike many dealers, I wasn't pulled inside to meet the manager, etc. On my second trip, I was just looking. Len seemed to understand that. We just talked about cars. My wife saw the RS4 in the lot. We liked the color and the muscular look but it seemed impractical so, we drove off. I had to drive that car so, I made a third trip to Audi Cary. Len took me on an extended drive of the RS4. Again, no reason to go meet the manager. I jumped in my car and left. Later, I requested a breakdown of what the RS4 would cost with fees, registration, tax, warranty and in minutes I had a reply to my email with all the info I needed. I bought the car and picked it up that night. It's crazy, impractical, scary fast and I LOVE IT!!!! I can only hope my experience with the service department equals my experience with Len. Thanks!!

Great vehicle. I had visited the Cary dealership for several years and was sad to see that when we were ready to buy Albert was no longer there. MC was a very energetic salesman. Its not easy to give this kind of feedback in writing, Id be glad to talk to MC about it. Unfortunately I think he takes on too much since I was put off twice, the first time I left and came back hrs later, the second he had someone else do the test drive for us as he had too many other distractions or customers. When it did come time to work out some numbers I felt a bit insulted by the level of insincere tactics and pressure. Our numbers were deferred to the "other manager" who was "making MC sweat at the level of cuts he was having to make", repeatedly. Scrounging for this kind of money on this level of a vehicle was not what my wife and I expected. It didnt make it everything I had experienced from Audi in the past 2 years. Im sure the numbers look good on sales for throughput, but it does make me think about recommendations.

Buying a new car was actually a fun experience from Audi Cary. This was about the 10th dealership I visited over the course of about two months. I was looking to sell my car and lease a new vehicle. There are a lot of car brands on the market and even more dealerships in the area, none of the dealerships I went to seemed to value my time the way Johnnie Richards did at Audi Cary. There were some serious time constraints on my part throughout this process and they made every accommodation they could to make my timetable work for me. Both Johnnie and Wes(the GM of the dealership) were fantastic throughout the process going above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for me to just come in and sign the paperwork. I actually ended up trading my car in and got a great deal, along with the wonderful service. I will definitely be buying my cars in the future from Johnnie at Audi Cary.

I purchased a 2010 Lexus GS 350 from Johnnie Richards last Friday at AUDI Cary. Johnnie has outstanding customer service. I drove a car over to look at the Lexus so I would have two cars at Audi. Johnnie stepped in and delivered the Lexus to Wake Forest NC so I didn't have to travel back out to Cary NC. I normally keep my cars a long time but I will refer Johnnie Richards to my friends and family. This was excellent.

Granted, there were not many on the lot itself, but of the ones that the dealership did have MC helped me out by telling me what each offered and what the cost would be. MC really knew his stuff and was not shy about showing off what the car could really do, which certainly won me over. Everyone in the store was helpful and very kind to me, and patient when I had to go back and get the check from the bank as it was closing. The car was topped off with everything and thoroughly cleaned for me to take home. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend others to go here for a new or used car.

Audi of Cary had a Q5 with a certain color and equipment combination not available at my local dealer, so I negotiated a lease deal over the telephone with the salesperson, Mladen Cvijanovic (MC). MC was friendly, affable and responsive both on the telephone and when we met in person - really good to deal with. He consulted his manager through each iteration of the negotiation. When it seemed that we could not get to the numbers I wanted, MC persisted and was able to offer a lease of 36 instead of 39 months, very close to the monthly payment I wanted. I asked about the residual amount and he confirmed that it was the same as before, namely, with the 39 month period. I looked at the numbers and felt it was close enough and decided to take it. However, it required premium finance, so I filled out an online application to ensure that I qualified and that everything was in order. The finance guy, Gene Larsen, contacted me to confirm that my application looked acceptable, but sounded confused when I tried to confirm that I specifically qualified for the premium rate - the deal clincher. With hindsight, I should have paused at this point to make sure that everyone was on the same page. After reserving the car with a credit card hold, I drove the 100 miles to Audi Cary to complete the deal. After signing multiple pages of documentation, we finally got to the lease details where, lo and behold, the residual amount was actually higher than previously communicated. The salesperson, MC, readily admitted that he had mistakenly confirmed the residual as I understood it and apologized, repeatedly. However, it was something that could not be altered as per the new term of 36 months. Mr. Larsen couldn't understand why I had a problem with a higher than agreed upon residual amount. This is the finance guy, mind you. The GM, Wes Smith was called in to try and resolve the situation, but from the time he stepped into the room he was terse and unfriendly with tone that indicated he had better things to do with his time. Despite my having driven 100 miles after reaching an agreement that he was part of, Mr. Smith felt strongly that the discount included in the deal meant he had nothing left to offer. He presumed to know that my local dealers would not deal with me and that is why I had driven all the way out there! It was effectively take it or leave it. No acknowledgement or support for the mistake his salesperson had made and admitted to. No acknowledgement of the way it looked from my side - that Audi of Cary was not living up to the agreement we had reached. No suggestion or question of how we could salvage the deal. We had now seen the car, driven it and it was right there with a residual delta of less than $1000. Difficult to walk away? At that point I would have taken a free service or even eaten the entire difference, if Mr. Smith had used honey instead of acid. However, his brusque, dismissive attitude made it easy. Footnote: on the way back home, we stopped at a restaurant where our order was given to another diner in error, causing them have restart ours and deliver our food late. The manager brought our food over personally and provided the entire meal free, with apologies. Lessons?

As another reviewer has pointed out, this dealership does not update their listing and leaves already sold vehicles up for many weeks afterwards. I have to agree that it's poor customer service and no way to conduct business. How hard is it to remove a listing of sold vehicles? Make sure that you call them ahead of time to find out what is truly available.

The employees at Audi Cary are knowledgeable and friendly. They provided great customer service when I bought my Audi TT. Although it was a bit of a drive it was a great car with a pre-owned warranty. Len did a wonderful job helping to explain all the car had to offer, and taking extra time to provide education in the days to come on questions from the warranty to the navigation system. Overall excellent experience.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 CPO Q5 from Audi of Cary. We were greeted the day we arrived by Jock Washington - lucky us! He was simply wonderful to work with. Jock was patient and listened carefully to our needs/desires. We didn't have time to stay on the first visit, but continued to communicate with Jock that evening and the next morning. We appreciated that he stayed in touch, always following our lead, rather than pushing to sell the car. The actual negotiating process was smooth and practical, and we were pleased with the end result. The car was beautifully detailed prior to Jock's presenting us with the keys -- a nice plus. Also, despite it being past closing time, Jock carefully explained the technology. We noticed a couple of missing items - cargo cover and emergency key, which were promised and promptly delivered within a few days. Overall a wonderful experience.

If you're looking for a great salesman who knows how to give you your space in making a decision while still providing you with all of the information needed, ask for Len Talarico. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Len wasn't the typical pushy and "in your face" salesman you usually encounter at car dealerships, he was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. I worked with MC (Mladen Cvijanovic) to purchase an AllRoad with features that I wanted. He was straight forward and never tried to steer me in any direction. When I asked questions about options, he was thorough in his answers and even extended his responses to areas I didnt know about but should in order to make a more informed decision. We decided on priorities for my selection of cars available or on transport to US ports, and he searched for cars in my priority list. He also led me though the buying procedure and my trade-in (a 10+ yr old A4) including getting a fair purchase/trade-in price. MC regularly stayed in communication to keep me updated on his searches, and ultimately when he found a car still on a boat. The dealership initiated a deal with the intended dealership and the cars was delivered within 10 days. MC insured that all aspects of the car were examined and found to be in proper working order. Gene Larsen, business manager, was very accommodating for our particular purchase situation and in explaining the current NC registration procedures. Since taking delivery, MC has provided lucid instruction at different times meeting my wife and my schedules, on various aspects of the operation of the MMI system. He has offered to help us at any time, even to calling him on his cell phone. In short, MC is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I found the purchase and now customer support service to be of the highest quality, and I strongly recommend both MC and the Audi Cary dealership to potential automobile customers.

We first communicated with Jock Washington thru E-mails and from there to talking on the phone. Jock really helped with the overall process of leasing my Q5 TDI. He has even made himself available, for us older generation-new technology, with giving us adddtional help in better understanding the features of our Q5. Made available what was at the dealership and when other vehicles would be available which help save us a lot of time shopping, without us having to wait for something to come in and not having to go back and forward with what's coming in weeks or months later. He focused on those specific models, showed be the different options, and features, and took me out for a test drive in each. There was no attempt to sway me in any direction or sell me something I didn't express an interest in, which is what I have seen at other dealerships. MC was professional and able to answer all of the questions I had. He did a great job walking me through the process from start to finish and made sure we got a fair deal. Since then, he has regularly followed up to see how I am enjoying my S4, and he is always available and happy to answer any questions I have. This time I met with Len Talarico, a very nice NY guy, another transplant like me! That made me feel very comfortable. He quickly understood that, as a woman, I know a lot about cars and love them! So we talked about all kinds of things, including good pizza! I had driven the Q5 on Saturday late afternoon, but needed a day to think about it. I texted Len on Sunday and said it was a go. I contacted Audi of Cary by email to inquire about a 2014 S7 and MC emailed me back almost immediately. He answered all of my questions and was very patient, professional and thorough. He ordered my car at the end of August and indicated that it should arrive in late December. He maintained great communication with me during the build process updating me along the way. Then my car actually ended up arriving in late November - almost a month early! I couldn't be more happy with the car or my experience with Audi of Cary and particularly the sales person, MC. From the beginning of our auto search process, Clifford was very respectful of our time, needs and desires regarding a car, and did not waste our time with tactics that you typically encounter when searching for or buying a car. Clifford went above and beyond in helping us to locate the type of pre-owned vehicle we were looking for, and the rest of the staff that we interacted with were also extremely courteous and respectful. I can't recommend Audi Cary and Clifford Creed, in particular, highly enough for anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle!

It was a nice weekend in early September 2013 and my wife and I stopped by the Audi Cary location to look at Q5s. As I have worked with MC in the past I let him know I would be stopping by and as usual he meet us upon arrival. The benefit of working with MC is that he works with his clients on a level that combines friendliness and professionalism. Earlier in the year I had purchased an Audi A5 for my daughter from MC and the experience is what brought us back to see MC. I was interested in looking at the new Q5 Clean Diesel but while looking at new vehicles, MC pointed out a pre-owned 2012 Q5 with less than 6k miles on the vehicle. It must have been my lucky day as it was the color my wife likes with the Prestige package. To top it off it had just been delivered the evening before. The vehicle had yet to go through the CPO process and MC worked with me to ensure that if I was to purchase the vehicle that it would be put through the CPO process offering me the very last detail my wife required. Given the mileage and options I knew this vehicle would not stay on the lot very long. We had to drive back home and return with our trade at which time we closed the deal. As with my previous experience this was a pain free event. Total time in the dealer after returning with the trade was less than 1.5 hours. The Q5 was not available for delivery until undergoing the CPO inspection. The folks at Audi Cary allowed me to drive my trade back home (1 hour) and MC then went the extra step to deliver my wife's new Q5 to our garage. Once again we were very pleased with our buying experience. I can't say that MC exceeded my expectations because he has set the bar at excellence and delivers every time I deal with him. I will return to Audi Cary for my next Audi purchase and I do hope that I have the pleasure of working with MC again.

I had been shopping for a new car for over 6 months. My husband and I went to 3 or 4 different dealerships in Raleigh and Cary test driving cars and talking to sales reps. The Audi driving experience was bar none the best of all the cars we looked at. Once we had decided on the car (a Q5 3.0), we went into the dealership in Cary, worked with MC to find the right model in our budget and drove a car off the lot before lunch time. From the time we walked onto the lot to the time we drove off the lot - 3 hrs. It was a fantastic experience with everyone in the office - sales, finance & their service team. I cannot express how great MC was to work with, he even helped me get over the technology gaps I had moving from a 2001 Camry to the 2013 Q5 and he has continued to reach out to me after we closed the sale to make sure I am continuing to love the ride and learn all the technology functions it has to offer. Everybody we dealt with was great, starting and ending with Jock. Patient, never pushy, respectful, candid and clearly focused on identifying our most important concerns and trying to address them fairly. We feel like we got a great car with a deal that was fair for everybody, without any hint of an act that Audi Cary was "giving away the house" (i.e. acting like we were getting a deal they shouldn't give us). Wish they were closer to where we live, but it was still worth the trip.

We have bought two Audi Q5's from Audi of Cary. It was a great experience both times. There never was any pressure to buy and the second time Brian Roe worked hard to find us what we wanted at the end of the 2013 model year. The usual haggling is always stressful for us, but we eventually got a deal that we felt was fair. No pressure in the finance office to buy a bunch of add on's. People in the dealership remembered us from our previous purchase which made the second experience a little easier. Service department is excellent. They meet you when you get out of your car and by the time you finish the paperwork, the loaner is in the drive, engine running and the air conditioner on.

He asked what we were looking for and let us test drive the Q5 and A6, because those most fit what we were looking for and in our budget. We walked off the lot that day with a hand shake and a "Thanks for coming in".After spending about 2 weeks test driving cars, we decided on the Q5 and went back to Ed. He helped us find what we were looking for but it had to be delivered from Maryland. When the car came in the only thing that was missing was the aluminum trim and we asked about that. He said that in order to get that a car would have to be shipped from Germany and would take about 3-4 months. We didn't mind the wood inlays, but would have rather been told that up front. Other than that, our experience was extremely positive.We picked up the car and Ed took the time to explain a lot of the features and even set up the bluetooth connection with my phone. I have been driving the car since the end of April 2013 and I love it.I just took it in last week for the courtesy 5,000 mile check-up (I drive a lot) and Michele in service was very friendly and fun. We elected to wait for it and the waiting area is comfortable with lots of amenities. I chose this car because it is fun to drive. Responsive and comfortable.

I'd like to comment on the excellent car buying experience we had with Audi of Cary and especially "MC" Cvijanovic. He was very customer focused and collaborative throughout the entire process. We had been on the lot a few times "just looking" and he periodically checked in to provide pricing updates on the model we were interested in. Even with some difficult questions, whether features or pricing, he investigated and delivered accurate answers in a very short timeframe. Less than a few hours in most cases, all the while being very respectful and not pushy. We ended up with a car we love, at a price that could not be beat! MC has also continued to follow-up after the sale with periodic satisfaction check-ins. We could not have had a better experience. We will be back to purchase in the future (hopefully not too soon) and hope MC is there to greet us!

Of note was MC's going beyond normal customer service to ensure I received items that were not part of the purchase. We bought a Audi certified pre-owned vehicle. There were some items which were not with the vehicle and location was not known. MC provided his word that he would look for those items and got them to me weeks later. This was after I had assumed the iitems were not available.

I bought a second-hand BMW X5 from MC at Audi Cary sight-unseen. The vehicle was well represented by the initial photos and description posted in the online advertisement. MC was extremely helpful answering questions, taking & emailing additional photos I requested, negotiating the purchase and a preliminary range for my trade-in. I drove down to Cary from Rhode island to make the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and in perfect condition. MC had everything ready and I was in and out within two hours and back on the road home. Everything was handled very professionally. I would have no problem making a long-distance purchase from MC again... highly recommended.

I purchased my new 2014 Audi S6 in August 2013. MC was very helpful, as was the whole Audi sales staff. I did my test drive on a day MC wasn't there and another sales person helped me and was very nice and genuinely interested in helping me even though he knew MC had been assisting me and he may not get "credit" for the sale. Process was very easy. Very little haggling over price. Everything was very fair. I came in at 3pm and left with my new S6 at 5pm. When my wife needs a new car, I plan to be back.

From the time I entered the dealership everyone was completely helpful and knowledgeable. Ed showed me the vehicles I wanted to see and upon changing my mind was happy to show me additional vehicles and answer all the questions I had. The deal negotiations went smoothly and Ed and the Manager made me feel like they valued my time. The F&I process took a bit more time than I thought was necessary, but Ed was accommodating and was able to send me home with my new vehicle in order to return to complete paperwork the next day.

I have been looking for quite some time for a good deal on a pre-owned Q5. I called Audi Cary and had a pleasure of working with MC. MC was a true definition of white a luxury vehicle car salesman should be. He was very polite, punctual, and above all he knew the product and the appropriate way to treat a customer and guide them through the process of buying a vehicle from Audi Cary. Furthermore, there was no pressure at all when it came time to make a decision whether to purchase the vehicle or not. One other thing that separates MC from other salespeople I've dealt with in the past is the fact that I truly felt he was working for me and not against me, and I truly felt that I got a fair deal without too much drama and haggling that car dealerships are notorious for. All in all, this was by far, the best car purchasing experience that I ever had. I already referred two people to MC and one of them bought a new Audi from him. Will continue to do business with MC and Audi Cary as long as I live in this area.

Before the end of the day I received a call from MC. MC was more friendly than other sales reps from other car dealers and was very helpful when completing the deal. Johnnie showed us a black A5 coupe that had beautiful brown leather interior that is not a regular showroom car. We had to get this car built and shipped from overseas to get exactly what we wanted. Johnnie made that process very easy for us and stayed in constant communications during the entire process.

After previously owning Cadillacs and Lexuss; in late 2010 I purchased a 2011 Audi A6. I found this car and the local dealership to be exceptional. Recently, I traded this car for a newer model. I became very interested in the 2014 Audi A7 and Audi of Cary, NC had the car and color I wanted in stock. Although I felt compelled to return to the other dealership, I found that Audi of Cary and in particularly their salesman, Len Talarico, to be equally exceptional. Mr. Talarico was not only very knowledgeable but very helpful. He gave me the distinct impression that he was as interested in supporting my wishes and making sure that I was satisfied as he was in representing his company. I had to return to the dealership after a week for a minor technical issue and could not have been more pleased with Audi of Carys service department and Mr. Paul Nelson. Mr. Nelson took very good care of my new car and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work preformed. I had an excellent buying experience with MC. I spoke with him several weeks in advanced and through our conversation he was able to do a lot of the preliminary work prior to my ever-stepping foot on the lot. I told him my price range and what I wanted in a vehicle and he got to work. One thing I particularly appreciated was the lack of pressure. Initially I was reluctant to give my contact information, because I didnt want to be harassed by a car salesmen or pressured to buy until I was ready. I couldnt have been more wrong in my assumptions. MC gathered the requested information, called me back one time to leave the details, and then allowed me to call him at my convenience. I had been looking into getting an a4 for almost a year and everytime ive come close to closing a deal, something would go awry . I decided to stop by this dealership just to "look" . Johnnie came by to greeted us and immediately i felt at home . He took us inside and started quoting us numbers. He went through every possible option to save me the most money. I was shocked at how he quoted me the same price i was quoted back home in miami, but this car had soooo many more features. My parents werent on board with me getting a luxury car until they met him . Johnnie made my first car buying experience so smooth. He is even helping me figure how to get my car down to my home in miami. Im getting a car from him and he is almost 800 miles away from my current residence , but it is completely worth it. That alone is a reason to purchase a car from him. Will never deal with another rep , even if that means i have to book a flight to cary or overnight paperwork. Its totally worth it. Im gonna be honest about this whole thing: the TT RS was NOT my first choice. Lets face it: 360 HP and 343 lb-ft of torque doesnt really stand up to the numbers of a CTS-V or an M3 or an IS-F or even a ZR1, all of which I wanted more than an over-hyped/over-priced brand such as Audi. I looked at all of these brands eager to buy, but I was often looked down upon by those dealers (ESPECIALLY BMW), who believed that there was no way a person of my age (Im 28 but I look very young Ive been told) could be a serious buyer. I was just a tire kicker wasting their valuable time that they could be using more efficiently on a person who seemed more serious to buy. And then I walked into the Audi dealership at the Cary Auto Mall in North Carolina. I saw the TT RS shining in the show room and gave it a quick look over. The interior looked and felt superior to anything I had looked at so far. I was impressed. Len Talarico approached me and we talked cars for a few minutes. After looking at the other brands, I assumed that I wouldnt be able to test drive it as it was a performance model and it was in the middle of the show room. We shook hands and parted ways.A few weeks later, I returned to that same Audi dealership in search of a used S5 that autotrader had said was on the lot. Pulling up, I noticed that Len was outside. It was.serendipitous. He showed me the car and I looked it over, and immediately I realized it had an electronic parking brake. BUMMER! It seemed as though I was back at square oneAGAIN! After turning around, ready to leave with a new sense of failure under my belt, I saw the TT RS on the lot. I looked it over again. Lets go for a ride! Len said. Adrenaline was coursing through my veins. I was smitten. All of a sudden the over-hyped and the over-priced perception I had was shattered! I understood. Two days later, I returned and purchased the vehicle.If it was not for Len, and his professionalism, and willingness to believe that I was indeed serious about buying, I would still be in the market. He treated me with respect from the FIRST MINUTE I walked into the dealership: no hidden BS, no diminutive glares, no looking down on me because of my age. And because of THAT, I wanted to buy HIS product FROM HIM! In fact, everyone at that dealership that I came into contact with treated me well, with special note to John, who helped me sort through all the warranty options, and Tom in the service department, who was very knowledgeable about the engine specifications and, well, lets just call it the overall drivability of the vehicle. BMW lost a sale that day. Cadillac lost a sale that day. Lexus lost a sale that day. And the best part? Smoking my best friends brand new BMW off the line. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! MC is an upfront and personable sales professional that understands that purchasing a car is the buyers decision and his knowledge and willingness to have patience made it easy to come back and negotiate a deal on the A5, I have recommended to friends to seek out MC when they are in the market for an Audi product with one friend already making the trip to work with MC. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and own both the A5 and A7 and when I need to look for another Audi product my search will begin with MC.

I came to Audi to speak about options regarding the end of my upcoming Q5 lease and ended up driving away in a new A5 convertible! Brian Roe greeted us at the door and spent the next few hours showing us our options. We were very pleased with his service and the deal we were able to work out. My experience with Leith Audi Cary was exceptional! I was fortunate to be greeted on my first visit by Brian Roe, who offered just the right sense of welcome and friendly service, with no hint of pressure to buy. He listened to my needs, and was able to very quickly find some options that fit both my "dreams" and my price range. Brian clearly knows his product inside and out, and was a real pleasure to work with. After a very useful test drive (long enough, variety of traffic and road environments) and demonstration of a vast array of features; I knew the car I wanted (with some help from my family members!). Brian very efficiently and expertly worked through a proposal with me on price, trade in, etc.; and I very happily concluded a deal in less than 2 hours. I'm not usually one to make such a decision this rapidly, but all the pieces fit. When I returned to pick up the car, it was in perfect condition and completely ready to go; and Brian dedicated as much time as I needed to demonstrate every facet of its operations. He also introduced me to a service department representative (with a warm welcome and great information offered by Paul Nelson) for future needs. Overall, the dealership presents the right combination of expertise in all areas, great product, clearly committed staff and a comfortable business dynamic (relaxed, no pressure). Ed Reed with Audi of Cary had taken my call in search of a used Audi Cabriolet. At the time he had no vehicles on his lot, but he agreed to take my name and number and to perform a search as I test drove a few other cars. Within 24 hours, a trade came in and Ed was on the phone to explain how a 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet fell from the sky like manna from heaven. He texted me photos the following Monday and arranged a sneak peek of the car as it was getting detailed. In a matter a hours, he closed the deal. Since we closed, he has stood by the deal ensuring that every detail of the transaction was fulfilled. He has already cultivated the thought of another car in a few years as I stood in awe of the 2013 Red Cabriolet in their stunning showroom!

Overall our experience was good. The salesman was friendly & knowledgeable. Finance guy was friendly, professional & polite. Regarding pricing: I do see, from other reviews on other websites, that this dealership doesn't tend to come down on the MSRP very much & I agree with those comments. My husband was very frustrated with that and, in reality, we should have probably walked away & looked elsewhere. We have no issues with the Sales Person. He was extremely polite & was working within the constraints established by the dealership. We did purchase the vehicle, but felt that we paid a bit too much & there were no real incentives offered up. That is a distinct difference from the last Audi I bought (Checkered Flag in Va Bch...AWESOME) so it was a bit disconcerting. This pricing/incentive issue definitely colors the perception of the dealership on the whole and detracted from our enjoyment of the new purchase.We haven't yet dealt with the service department so I have no opinion there. I recommend any buyer look at all the dealerships in the area & go for the one that best matches their needs.

My husband and I were shopping around for a new car and test drove the BMW 328, Cadillac ATS, Infinity G and Audi A4. We ended up purchasing the Audi A4 and couldn't be happier! We started the process by test driving each car and were not interested in even talking about numbers or getting more info until test driving all four. As much as I loved the A4 the first time I drove it, part of the appeal was working with Brian Roe. He was not at all pushy and respected our request to go for a test drive and leave it at that. We were in and out within 40 minutes and left with his business card in hand. As it turns out, the A4 was my car of choice and we went back the following week to talk numbers. Working with Brian was a dream! We arrived at the dealership at 6:30 p.m. and by 8:30 p.m., I was driving out of the parking lot with my new A4! I ended up with all the features I desired at the price we had in mind. Despite the fact it was after hours, Brian took the time to sit in the car with me and provide a tutorial of the car's features. He even hooked up my bluetooth so I could use it on the way home! I've now had the car just over a week and Brian has called to check on me and make sure everything is as it should be. Even more importantly, I feel like I can give him a call should I have any questions and/or concerns and know that I will be taken care of. This was my first experience with an Audi dealership, and it was a great one. Len was an absolute pleasure to work with! He had a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable about the brand. He answered my questions immediately and did not pressure me in any way. Len was knowledgeable about comparable models from Mercedes and BMW, and this helped a lot as I made my decision. I decided to purchase a Q5 in December 2012 after test driving the car. Unfortunately, the dealer did not have the car with the features that I wanted. My salesman, Johnnie Richards, searched other Audi dealers across the country to see if we could get one before Christmas. He took several days and sent me several options, none of them were quite right. After about a week, he recommended that I just go ahead and order the exact car that I wanted. This was excellent advice. I just picked up my new car - it is exactly what I wanted with no compromises. Johnnie kept me informed about the status of the car throughout the 2+ months of waiting. What a great experience with this dealer. We live in the Tampa Bay area and were looking at a pre-owned certified Q5. The dealer was unable to get the financing done for us on the weekend and Monday was a Holiday. This allowed my husband time to surf the net for another Q5 with all the specifications we were looking for. We found 4 in the U.S. The one we were trying to get with 29000 miles on it, 2 in Portland OR. and 1 at Audi Cary with 9700 miles on it. We called first thing on Monday about getting the Q5. Johnnie was extremely helpful, kept us up on everything that was going on with the Q5, as far as getting the deal done, via e-mail and phone. On Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) we ended up getting a purchase order fax to us to take to our bank and within 30 min. we were done. Drove to the dealer Tuesday night and was there on Wednesday to pick up the Q5. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

When I Arrived the car was pulled up front and he also had the carfax report waiting for me.We talked and went over features in the car before going on a test drive. I had no intention of buying a 2010, I was in the market for and older Audi wagon. I drove the car because I had driven from Asheville to look at a 2001 Audi wagon at a different dealership. The car was sold when I was only 1/2 hour away so I didn't want to waste the trip. I had my Audi technician with me to check out the other car. After driving the 2010 Avante I looked at my technician and he said,"if you can do the payments this is an amazing car and I just worked my way out of business because you won't need me until 100K miles" I love this car!!! The handling is excellent and I'm not paying that much more for my payments than my friend who bought a new Jetta TDI. Thanks Robert for helping me get into my dream car. I feel the excitement of a new relationship when I go to drive it.

This is my second Audi purchase at Audi Cary in six months----An A4 Convertible and a Q5. Brian Roe was very in tune to what I was looking for in a car. He is not "pushy" but very informative thoughtful and helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I did not feel like I was being rushed, as I had experienced in other dealerships. I was not sure if he would be able to find my first color choice ... but, he did, and it didn't take as long as I had anticipated. I am thrilled with my new Q5!! All in all, a wonderful car-buying experience!

Great Audi buying experience at Audi of Cary, largely thanks to Len Talarico (Sales Rep). He was great to deal with and kept the sales talk to a minimum. He understood my needs and didn't waste my time with old school sales techniques. It was also great to see a sales person interacting through text messages instead of phone calls or snail mails. He ensusred that I didn't have to wait more than 15-20 mins at dealership for the paperwork. This was probably my best car buying experience ever! I highly recommend Len and Audi of Cary.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Robert Landon and the staff at Audi in Cary. Although we were "just looking" and did not seriously intend to purchase just yet, Robert and his colleagues gave us a good deal that was impossible to walk away from. We appreciate their efforts on our behalf and are pleased with the purchase of our new(to us) 2005 Benz E-320.

I tried to put together a deal on an A4 but had such a poor experience here. Obviously the focus is not on volume or internet sales/price. The salesman told me that these cars are hard to keep in stock, are selling so well, etc and that I would be lucky to get 1500 off of the msrp. Checked lots of boards, carsdirect, etc and found many sales where transactions were well over that, sometimes much so due to extra incentives provided by Audi loyalty cash.Salesman was very polite and I'm sure working within constraints, but in my opinion this is not the dealership to visit for a deal on an audi. We found same car in VA and got a much better deal than what was offered through Leith Audi in Cary. I would have much preferred to buy locally, but I'm really happy with how I was treated by audi dealerships in much bigger market with more competition.

Brilliant dealership. Honest, staffed with a set of friendly desk staff, and some excellent technicians. The services they offer are very useful (with regard to pick-up, drop-off, and loaner cars) and the price they charge is very well worth it. I highly recommend them.
