I recently purchased a used car from Audi of Chantilly the salesman was very helpful he walked me through the entire process even after the whole deal was done he was following up with me to make sure everything was going well. Yas Agaibey has been the best sales man I've dealt with. One week after I purchased the car I got my tittle deliver to my house and a family member through it away. However Yas Agaibey took ownership of the situation and got me all the necessary documentation again. I usually don't write reviews but my experience with him and the dealership has been extremely good. I highly recommend these guys.

I will never return to this dealership. I was told to come in to receive an offer on my car, I explained to the Sales Manager that I already had an offer and the only reason why I would come in is because this dealership was much closer to me. I explained that if I were to also come in I would have to receive the same offer as the other dealership, he said that was fine and wanted proof of the offer. When I got there I waited 2hrs or more on a Sunday. In any customer service related business this is unacceptable you don't even wait on a customer service call for 2 hrs, once the phone lines have exceeded a certain time the offer a call back. As a prior service Marine and an employee of Homeland security my time is precious especially on a day that is suppose to be spent with family. At the end of the 2 hrs which was suppose to be only 10 mins ( without test driving my car and without sending out an appraiser) he told me he could not do it. I carried my car to an American dealership which made me the offer. I was greeted within 10 ft waited 3 minutes to get the paperwork started and was out in 35 minutes. I don't expect that kind of service from an American dealership I expect that from a German dealership not to mention the number 1 rated German automotive group at this time. Disappointing will never return. I hope the owner can teach his sales managers how to respect people's time on the future and don't over promise and under deliver.

Sami Kacem is an excellent salesman who took care of us after the sale too! Some salespeople drop you like a hot potato after the sale is complete. Sami helped us with anything we asked after the sale and did it promptly which is a big plus for us since we live a couple of hours from the dealership. My husband HATES to buy cars. Like, HATES it. So when he decided he wanted to look at Q5, I did research and found Audi Chantilly had a good selection of cars. I sent an email inquiry and Hasan responded almost immediately and we set up a time to meet (we were driving from Richmond, VA - we had a bad experience with the Richmond dealership). Hasan literally greeted us at the door. He had keys to two different Q5's (one with the 2.0 and one with the 3.0 liter engine) to test drive. At the end of the test drive and talking numbers, my husband says "you know, I'm not sure I want to buy a car today, but my wife has her eye on an A3 Cabriolet. Tell us about that." Now, you'd expect our salesman's face drop and so some irritation from the switcharoo, but instead, Hasan said "certainly! Let me tell you about these cars" and we proceeded to drive a 1.8 and 2.0 turbo engine car (seriously - if you're buying an audi, buy the turbo!). So after that test drive, we chat and decide we're both buying cars that day. I got a SUPER deal on my A3 (it was a 2015) and we felt like we got a good/fair deal on my husband's Q5 - not quite a BOGO deal (LOL), but we were happy. The finance department was able to beat my credit union's rate, so we financed through the dealership. Our finance person did NOT try to upsale us on every option Audi provides, but had good suggestions on the maintenance package (and we decided to purchase that). Fast forward one month. I had a fender bender with my A3. 1,075 miles on her and I hadn't even made a payment. The night of the accident I call Hasan to get the number for Audi Road Side Assistance to have my car towed to the repair facility - he immediately texted me the number. He's followed up with me several times to check on how the repairs are going and if we need anything. This dealership, and Hasan in particular, have been outstanding. In fact, even though we're two hours away, we will likely take our cars to Chantilly Audi for servicing instead of the local dealership. I feel like they care about us and our cars. I will recommend Hasan to anyone looking to purchase an Audi.

I bought a 6 year old Mustang from this dealership from three states away. I found the vehicle on cars.com. I hired an inspector to check the car out. The salesperson (Mamta) was wonderful in setting that up. The inspection took place without a hitch. The car was as described and disclosed in the pictures. They were fair on their pricing. When I had a transport company pick up the car the dealership bent over backwards to meet my needs on timing. Again, everything was very efficiently handled. We have recently purchased our first Audi ever from Audi Chantilly. We were very anxious and nervous going into the experience, given that this was our luxury car purchase ever. However our sales consultant Hasan Noman immediately put us at ease, treating us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He was patient and appreciative of our concerns, allowing us several test drives of the various Audi Q5 models to allow us to narrow our focus. He also went over all the differences and pros/cons with the other luxury brands that we were cross shopping with, without disrespecting the competition. His patience and the absence of any high pressure sales tactics ultimately helped us make up our minds, and buy the Audi Q5. We also had an amazing delivery experience with their finance manager Jahangir Shahid, who agreed to a very fair price and went over all the financing options. Overall we have been very pleased with the purchase so far, it couldn't have been more amazing. Needless to say we are loving our Q5 and enjoying its safety and high end features every day. Keep up the great work Audi of Chantilly!

I was a returning and seasoned Audi customer. I recently traded in my 2007 A4 at Audi of Chantilly for a Q7. Mark Cooper, sales professional, assisted my family with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Mark truly knows his fine automobiles and the importance of Audi quality. He made the selection of my second Audi better & easier than the first. He went out of his way to make sure my children were entertained while my wife and I picked out our new 2015 Q7. Even more impressive...Mark speaks fluent German and Italian. So our conversation about performance and futbol was wonderful. I recommend both Audi of Chantilly and especially Mark Cooper. We inquire about a car there and Erick answered the phone. He did reach to me next day as he said, after I told him I need to consider it before came to an answer. The process was pleasant as he has been polite and helpful. Later when he was on a vocation his colleague contacted me about this car again, told me that there was a special offer for the holiday. I appreciate the following up though at that time I already interested in another car. All in all, though couldn't make a deal, it was a pleasant experience for the service.

We have recently purchased our first Audi from Audi Chantilly. As soon we walked into the showroom we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. She introduced us to a sales representative. At first, we were "only looking" but we decided to test drive a Q3. We loved the car but were not ready to buy.After several days we did start the negotiation process via emails. It was on a Q3 that we did not test drive but saw on the lot. Our sales rep, Rick Deleon was highly informative and he quickly responded to all of our emails. There were "no pressure tactics" and he was very easy going and direct. The sales manager was also very helpful in this process. When a price was agreed upon, we put a adjusted down payment on the car with the stipulation the we wanted to drive this Q3 and we could walk away from the purchase if we were not satisfied. He was open to our schedule of when we could come in for the drive and potential purchase. Rick was unavailable that day so he directed us to sales rep Mark Cooper.Once again, we test drove the car with Mark, He made us feel very comfortable during our drive. He was very friendly and informative as well. He was also prepared with all of our paperwork. The purchase of the car went very smoothly since all of the documents were completed beforehand by Rick. Afterwards Mark showed us some of the functions on the computer. We were limited for time so he suggested for me to come back on another day (at my convenience) for a tutorial. On that day, I was given a complete explanation of all the functions and he answered all of my questions. He told me that I could call him with any questions I had in the future.We are extremely pleased with the entire experience that we had at Audi Chantilly.

After visiting this dealership and working with Mark Cooper, I have to say I am thrilled and extremely excited with my decision. Mark C. by far has to be the most knowledgable, patient, and sincere salesperson I've ever met in my life. You can truly tell when someone is selling you just a car versus selling you a brand inspired by his knowledge of the brand, its cars, and capabilities. He went above and beyond on countless occasions to make sure I found the right vehicle and work with his Managers to make the deal happen. His honesty and knowledge of the brand and vehicle is what ultimately sold me along with the deal of course. He went above and beyond to communicate with me on his days off to answer questions and keep me in loop on the vehicle status. Unlike other german car manufacturers, he did not bash my current car (Infiniti) nor any of the other german brands. The car did all of the talking that was needed along with the confidence he instilled in me for making the right decision. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Audi vehicle to go to Audi of Chantilly and ask for Mark C. In addition to Mark C., Lily Mihan also went above and beyond to make sure we made a deal that worked for our budget. I would highly recommend this Audi dealership for a new Audi compared to any of the other Audi dealerships in the Northern VA area.

I recently purchased a used Audi from Audi Chantilly. I live in Maryland, and made the hour an a half commute to Chantilly. My girlfriend and I spent 7 hours at the dealership fighting with our Sales Associate for the price that I needed. After 6 hours, I told him that we needed to go in order to make it to our movie and dinner date that we had planned out. He assured me that it would only be a few more minutes. That turned into an hour. After we finally left, with no deal, we missed our movie. After days of negotiations, a deal was finally made. I was told I could come back a couple days later and pick up the car because it needed to be inspected. Then I received a phone call informing me that $2000 worth of repairs needed to be done on the vehicle. I was furious, but they assured me that since the deal was already made, I would not be responsible to pay for it.I had to wait a few extra days before picking it up. And when I finally arrived at the date and time they told me to come in, my car had not even been touched. I waited in the lobby for 5 hours while they worked on my car. I then had to sit through traffic for 3 hours on my way home to Maryland. I called a couple of weeks later to check on the status of my Maryland tags. I was told not to worry and that my tags would be sent to me before my temporary tags expire. My tags expired today, July 17th, and I still do not have my tags. I called last Monday, the 13th, only to find that I needed to have my car inspected in Maryland and send the inspection notice to the dealership in order for them to send me my tags. I was never told this in the first place, nor did anyone tell me when I first called. I had to take off of work, pay $100 for the inspection, and $20 to overnight my notice to them. It was received Wednesday the 15th. They did not process the tags and send them until this evening. This place is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Not only do they make you wait for hours while they pretend to give you a good deal, but they fail to communicate with their customers. They do not care about you. They care about the sale. I will never again choose this dealership, or any dealership affiliated with them. And I urge you to please avoid this place. You will be sorry if you don't.

This might a slightly long review for some, but I thought I should write this and share my experience with Audi Chantilly.My wife and I went to test drive a slightly used Q7 on a Saturday afternoon in April. We sort of liked the car and went on to test drive other cars ( Range Rover, BMW X5 ) at other dealerships later that day. A few days later I contacted Audi Chantilly and make an offer via e-mail as I was on a business trip in Europe . We batted this back and forth for a while and about a week later came to a compromise and I said I would take the car. Everything seemed OK!We went back there on another Saturday to do the paperwork (which took 3 hours) and to pick up the car. We took a cursory look at the car and noticed a bunch of scratches on it as well as stains in the interior that we had not seen before. The factory rubber mats were gone and a few other things seemed off. We were told that this was the car we test drove and nothing had changed. Nevertheless, we decided to buy the car after all we were at an Audi dealership and were buying an Audi Certified car from a dealer that is part of the Penske group (NYSE: PAG ) .My weekends are precious as I travel for work during the week so I just need to get stuff done on weekends and need to move onto other things in my spare time so I really dont have a lot of time to see if Im getting screwed. I assumed that an Audi dealer , who tells me I am buying the care I test drove would be somewhat truthful.We bought the car and went home. I went through the car thoroughly in my driveway and noticed a lot of other things wrong with it. I went to my iPad as we had taken pictures of the car we originally test drove. I was shocked to see that Audi Chantilly had done a bait and switch in other words committed total fraud. I could tell the difference from the original pictures that the tires (Pirelli vs. Bridgestone) , badging on the fenders and a few other small details that they had sold us a different car.The next day I proceeded to e-mail can call the sales person, who did not return my calls or messages ( obviously). This is a Sunday and Im due to board a trans-Atlantic flight the same day, so I really dont have a lot time to deal with these scammers. I then drove the car back to Audi Chantilly , met the salesperson who told me I had taken pictures of a totally different car at another dealership and that the deal was not reversible. I asked to see the sales manager and after showing him the pictures with dates and time and the Audi Chantilly dealership building in the background he asked for the keys but did not admit to the fraud they had carefully executed.I had already called Amex to dispute the down payment on the car and also called my bank to stop the money transfer. Lesson learned: if you buy a car there put the down payment on a credit card which you can then freeze if or when they defraud you .It took two weeks to get them the reverse the Amex transaction after which I got the funds fully credited (after I have left them with the car , keys and paperwork ).Lesson learned: If you buy from a shady private dealer, you are setting yourself up to be conned. If you buy from a publicly listed company that is also a brand dealer they might defraud you . If you are looking at buying a car here, take pictures of it and write down the VIN and go home . Do not stay there to negotiate price but take your time and look at other options as well. Long story short : Yes they an Audi dealer but they operate just like many fly by night Buy Here Pay Here scammers. Interestingly enough I mentioned this experience a business colleague who mentioned that he had had a similar experience. He bought a brand new R8 that was used and actually rejected by the original purchaser. He found this out by dialing home on the MMI and spoke to the original buyer who said he had returned the car after a few days of having itGo figure Im sure many people have good experiences with Audi Chantilly, however if you are buying a particular car, remember: take down the VIN, take pictures of it etc. go home and then negotiate remotely without the pressure tactics etc. that usually apply to buying a car at the dealership.I originally thought about not posting this but after talking with a lot of my friends and colleagues they urged me to post this. This is a crowd that likes German cars and are all now looking at dealers in the DC area that do not belong to the Penske group.

Matt Frick, the service manager, is beyond unprofessional - he's rude and frankly a jerk. If you do take your car here make sure you stay on top of them and ask what the potential fees are at each step. They will use every chance they have to take advantage of you. Matt tried to stick me with a $1,600 bill and after discussing it with him he could not justify $1,100 worth of charges and removed them. This just shows that they are happy to rip you off if you're not paying attention. And forget about having them call you. I ended up having to drive to the dealer just to have a conversation with Matt because he would not return my phone calls or emails. Also, don't let them put you in a Hertz rental car (which they will try to do if they don't have any loaners available). They will make you pay for the rental out of pocket and then it takes 3-4 weeks for the charge to be removed from your card. Overall there was nothing pleasant, or even satisfactory, about my experience with Audi Chantilly. Do your self a favor and go to Tysons or Arlington.p.s. David Martin is awesome though.

I put my car there for service to diagnose a problem , one week passed and still they couldn't figure out what was the problem or the issue causing the problem and thats only one week trying to figure out the problem not even trying to get it fixed , They keep telling me : we spent time on you car and we need to charge you another $135 every time they look it (how come you going to charge me addional $135 everytime you look at the car for the same diagnose and you cant tell me whats wrong with it ) . And the other thing they tell me : we are not sure whats the problem but we recomend you to change this and that so basically they were guessing , so the best choise was to pick up the car from there . and when it comes to customer service ( service department) i highly rate them with a BIG ZERO , i will give you a few examples of what they say when you call them : 1. Your advisor is not here , i will have him call you back . ( I drive to the dealership i find him (my advisor) sitting on his desk and i was still waiting for the call back ) it happened a couple times .2. When i call to get some updates on the status of the car they tell me : its in the shop now we are looking at (I drive there again, the car still in the same spot where they left it the day before .3. The one they keep doing the most when you ask for the service manager : they put you on hold for the longest time and they never pick up . I really dont recomend them for service at all ... I would go to tyson corner audi or Arlighton Audi before i ever think about taking my car to them .I'm just putting my experiece out there for people so they won't have to go through the same situation i been into.

He was extremely friendly, courteous, attentive, and a consummate professional throughout the process. I was most impressed with the way he remained focused on our wants and needs throughout the afternoon and was never pushy or inconsiderate. It was our first experience with Audi and the Chantilly Dealership and it wont be our last. Well give Marcus first chance when we are ready for our next vehicle. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and willing to go more than the extra mile to make things work to my favor. He not only offered a test drive but on any vehicle I might be interested in. After concluding our negotiations, he set up followup appointments to go over all the features he demonstrated and insured we were comfortable with the car and its features. The salesman that I had years ago was no longer at this location so I was introduced to another salesman while I was browsing. That salesman was Mark Cooper. Talking to Mark and working with Mark its immediately obvious that he loves Audi's and his job. He was very informative and knowledgeable about every Audi I inquired about and give me good advice as I was shopping. I've recommended friends to Mark and still call him for advice regarding Audi's. After trips to other dealers I went to Audi Chantilly and was greeted by Mamta Vorta, who was both pleasant and professional. I informed her that I was interested in purchasing an Audi Q5 for Overseas Delivery. Mamta, worked with me answering all of my questions and concerns. Some of my requests were laughed at by others, but she entertained them all and with the help of her managers they made them happen. They were able to process my order in less than the normal time frame. All of the staff that I came in contact with were professionals to include the Managers, Sean in finance and Stephanie, from Audi of America. I would definitely purchase another automobile from this dealership and would recommend Audi Chantilly and Mamta Vorta, for a truly pleasant car buying experience.

They tried to sell me a used Audi A4. There was a lot of things to fix on it. They show you a good looking car but there are big repairs underneath. They literally tried to get my money out of my pockets by very questionable selling techniques. That was a bad experience. The deal didn't go through when I figured out that there was big repairs to do in addition of what they told me. They'll sell you a used car that don't even pass the state inspection !!!!! I mean come on !!!!! If you wanna get a new car there , I think that's fine. For used cars , just stay away. Don't waste your time.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found a newly listed Jeep online. Because it had just come from a trade-in over the weekend, the price wasn't even listed yet. I requested more information and quickly heard back from Mort, one of the salesmen. He gave me a quote and was able to take me that day for test drive. I went in, test drove, and we were able to make a deal by night's end. There was some work required to match VA state inspection standards, but the car was ready in 2 days as expected and looks great! The process was easy and Mort was great to work with.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure to work with Audi Chantillys salesperson Marcus Pearson, who was extremely helpful even though we bought a used 2008 Mazda 6, not a more expensive Audi. Here are the specific reasons why I feel he provided great customer service:1) I saw the car on Cars.com, took it for a test drive, and knew we wanted to buy it. I wanted to put a deposit on it until two days later when my wife could drive it. Chantilly Audi does not take deposits, but Marcus came up with a solution.2)When we wanted to use financing from our credit union, Marcus and the Audi business office made it smooth sailing. 3) Finally, when I took the Metro out to Vienna to pick up the car, Mr. Pearson was so kind as to pick me up from the Metro station. The next day, the Mazda passed Maryland inspection 100%. Overall, I feel that Chantilly Audi gave us a very fair price on a fine car, and that Marcus and the business office have provided above average service so far. If I get my permanent tags back from the dealership in a timely manner, I would say that the service was excellent.

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable about a non Audi car. This is not my first BMW so I knew that he knew what he was talking about. Sean in finance was great...got me a great interest rate! And last but not least Mr. Rodriquez got me in the deal with not a lot of haggle and hassle. NO ONE WASTED MY TIME- which is big in my book. The entire process took 1.5 hours. Inquired about an ad on Cars.com for a 2005 CL65 in Alabaster White and the ad even had a VIN which I ran a history report on and it showed to be a Northern Virginia car, but the salesperson I was in contact with gave me the following response: "Unfortunately we do not have any Mercedes on our lot. The listing is not correct. We share a property with Mercedes next door. We can not sell Mercedes at this dealership because of that. It looks like someone made a mistake somewhere." Why would the car have been advertised if they did not have access to it? If customer service was so important, why would the salesperson not have taken the time to look into it further with his manager and or the dealer they "share" their lot with? I am in a customer service driven, straight commission business and would have taken the opportunity to get some real answers for someone that took time out of their day to contact me for help. Unfortunately, these people didn't and basically ran an ad that just wasted my time, even after I let them know I was a cash buyer and this was the car I have been looking for, they still made no apparent effort to help. I guess this is why the world is so screwed up. No one cares anymore. Very sad!

Most importantly, Marcus lead with honesty and integrity: he was up front and forthright about vehicles that might be problematic for us. Marcus was not afraid to admit when he did not know the answer to a question; however, he was certain to track down answers and to be sure that all our questions were answered before we sealed the deal. At the end of the day, we were certain that we got the best value possible. Very poor customer service as Lily seem to be juggling 3 customers at one time. I ended up buying a car that was supposed to be "dealer loaner'. When brought the car home, it had personal belongings of person who actually had bought car previously and traded it in. Her personal information was left in the car. I was lied to by Lily and the dealership and they tried to double charge me on warrantee that had carried over from the car. Would not buy another car from Lily or this dealership

We traveled about 60 miles to Audi Chantilly to see a used Kia SUV. The vehicle happened to have all of the features that we wanted and was the right color. From the moment we walked into the place we were treated well. There was no pressure to make the purchase and we were able to take our time in making our decision including feeding our son lunch in their showroom. When it came time to sit down to make the purchase, we were treated with respect and were able to negotiate a fair deal. We were very pleased with the outcome until we got home and looked at one of the documents which showed we were charged for something that had never been discussed. The next day, when I contacted the manager, Roger Kaiser, he took our concerns seriously. With little effort on our part he agreed to refund the fee. When many business (especially auto dealers) seem only interested in the sale, it is refreshing to find one with an interest in customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If I were in the market for an Audi or another used vehicle, I would absolute go back. This place understands how to run a business.

After being given the run around with other dealers, I decided to just go straight to the Audi delaer and try my luck. I am so glad I did. I was looling for a used Audi A8, particularly white. Fell in love with the car at first sight. Sean is a very knowledgable and helpful salesman. No pressure what so ever and this was my very first time trying to finance a car. The prep work didn't take long at all. And the best part was yet to come. Diana got me approved for the vehicle. I visited Audi of Chantilly to buy a 2011 A4 Premium Plus CPO. Unfortunately my experience was pretty bad from several aspects.Customer service was poor as even paged multiple times, the sales rep I made the appointment on the phone (Mort) didn't even acknowledge me. Only after approx 1 hr I was able to test drive the car (thanks Lily). I liked the car and started the price negotiation when I found out that the car is not CPO. The car is posted on Cars.com as CPO and that's how I selected it. For a non CPO car the price was too high even after a $500 discount.In short, I was treated like they didn't want to sell the car, there was misleading information posted online and the price was way too high for non CPO car.

They will do whatever it takes including lie to your face, make false statements to close a deal. I have worked on issues of higher complexity that required much more effort on the dealerships part and received superior service at Audi Rockville, Tyson's, and Alexandria.

The Audi name sells itself, however a less than attentive and less than responsive sales associate can do much to sully the process and is the reason for my low rating of this dealership. If common courtesy can't be observed than what else is not getting sufficient attention? After corresponding via email and phone calls with the assigned Audi sales associate, I arrived prepared to buy a vehicle which was previously identified and discussed with the dealer. I called an hour and half prior to my arrival on the scheduled day and left a message for Ms. Mihan regarding my arrival.After a very pleasant greeting from the receptionist upon my arrival I was met by Ms. Mihan who advised that the car in question had been sold the night before. My biggest beef here, I would have respected the news of the car being sold prior to my arrival to the dealership on a Friday afternoon during rush traffic, and prior to driving nearly two hours after arriving in Washington that day after an 18 hour delayed international flight with the intention of purchasing a very specific car. That lack of common courtesy is hard to recover from in this situation. While there, I took advantage of the opportunity to test drive other vehicles, and was offered the same price as the car sold the night before. However the idea that no one could advise me by simply calling or leaving a message to inform me that the vehicle had sold overshadowed the experience. The experience with this dealership and sales associate ultimately helped me to make up my mind that perhaps this wasn't the right time for an Audi after all.

I purchased a vehicle on line for the first time, your internet pricing was very competitive, I was a bit apprehensive about buying a vehicle with out physically seeing it. The pictures on your web site eased those concerns. Lily Mihan was great to work with, very easy negotiation, shes very professional yet was fun to deal with. Made arraignment to have my vehicle shipped to Akron, Ohio for $371.00 and knocked it off my offer. (McNutt Transportation) My car was picked up on Friday at 11:00 am and was in my driveway 8:30 Friday night I will definitely seek Chantilly and Lily again for my personal and company vehicle needs. By the way love the car!

On 9/3/2012, I was treated to an absolutely wonderful buying experience by the courteous and friendly staff at Audi Chantilly. My salesperson, Anthony Oman, was wonderful from start to finish, and he made everything so easy and smooth. Thanks so much, Anthony, for your professionalism and for your kindness! Diana Amin, Director of Finance, was very professional, and I appreciate her making the transfer of funds and finalization of the deal painless and worry-free. Also, as I drove in from six hours away, I want to give a big thank you to Liam the valet (didn't catch his last name) who kindly accompanied me to Dulles to return my rental car. Even though he had to work a few minutes over in order to help me, he was such good company and in good spirits. Based on past transactions with other dealerships, I fully expected to be treated as a second-class customer because I was buying a used car. Joyfully, this was not in any way the case at Audi Chantilly! They treated me like a king... In fact, you would have thought I was buying an R8! Dealership is nice and Dan is great. We are picky buyers and he went out of his way to work with us on making the right new car decision. Dan knows the cars and is willing to spend time explaining how all of the functions operate. He also follows up on any issues that may arise after the car is sold and that often does not happen once the papers are signed. Cant rate service yet, but Im sure it will be acceptable. We highly recommend Dan if you are looking for a new Audi.

I have bought many cars and owned 4 Audi's. The appraisal performed on my potential trade-in was less than reputable ("fair" for a car that has no dents, scratches, dings, rust, tire issues and the interior is in perfect conditions) for the actual condition of the car. Also, I was told the value I found online for my car was not a trade value but a retail value. Being a single female, it was quite apparent what they were trying to pull over. I have gone to another dealership who has given me an accurate quote for my trade in car and didn't add on a $2,500 fee over and above the price on the car I was interested in buying during negotiation. A very sad representation of a great auto maker. In addition, the staff in the delearship were extremely unprofessional, yelling to each other across the area about a sporting game and various other issues. No class whatsoever. Nick was very professional and I don't have any real complaints about him individually.

Joe did some extra research for us, answered any questions we had and truly went over and beyond. I purchased a used A6 that I found on-line a month ago. I negotiated a resonable price and went in to the dealership to close the deal. I was assigned to Lily who was low keyed and nice to deal with, although not as knowledgeable on the vehicles as she should be. I was later introduced to Shahid the used car sales manager who also was nice and thanked me for my business. After completing the paperwork and leaving a deposit, I made arrangements for my non-local bank to send the remainder of the payment. I offered to have the money wired the next day to expedite the payoff process and requested wiring instructions. They responded that I should provide my bank information and they would contact them to have the money wired. This is not how it works. I don't know if they're inexperienced or too cautious, but we settled on having a bank check issued to them sent by the bank. They offered to let me take the car home and I accepted. This is where the relationship soured. I notified my bank the next day to send the funds. A snafu on their end delayed processing for a week. Once that was resolved it took an additional 10 days to get the check in hand. During this time I had received numerous calls from Shahid, someimes within the same day demanding payment or return of the car. I had provided proof, which they verified, that I instructed my bank to send the funds and it was in the mail (really). Their position was they didn't care, they wanted their money now. I was to get a loan from them immediately and I could pay off the loan when the check came. Although the check was made out to them, they told me cashing, redepositing, clearing or signing it back over to me was not an option. The check was my problem not theirs. I realize it was a series of events that are not usual and they are a business, but to treat me like a dead beat and harass me for payment, when delivery was out of my control and the "I demand my money now" attitude ensures I will never purchase from these people again. They are not about customer service or building a relationship at all, they just want your dollars.

I have had several problems with my 2004 A4 and each time I have taken it to be serviced Matt and his team have gone out of their way to explain the problem to me and be very precise in what work needed to be done and the exact cost. There have never been any surprises.As Service Manager Matt is busy making sure everything runs smoothly but he always takes the time to personally explain things and make sure I get the service he thinks each customer deserves.It is a hike to drive to Chantilly for service but because of the quality of service I gladly do it whenever my car neeeds service.Matt is the consumate professional who understands what customer service is and he and his team are good examples of what more people should practice.

I purchased an A3 in March of 2011. I went into the dealership looking to purchase an A3 however I was very concerned with getting a car that had a specific set of options and getting it for price that was within my budget. I met with Danny Feagans and discussed what I was looking for and what criteria the car had to meet for me to consider purchasing it. The car I wanted ended up being a little out of price range. This however was not something that Danny Feagans or the gentleman in the finance department was going to let keep me from driving off the lot in a new Audi. I discussed with them the monthly payment limits I had, the amount I had to put down, and the car I had to trade in. In the end they worked out a deal that got me behind the wheel and within the monthly payment cap that I wanted. Even as they were finalizing the paperwork and I was signing my name I was asked if I was sure I was comfortable with the deal they had given me. I can't think of a moment or reason that this dealership did not exceed my expectation. I never felt pressured. I never felt uncomfortable. I bought a car and had no second thoughts about weather or not I was getting a great deal. Clearly the Audi Chantilly dealership understands the correlation between customer satisfaction and selling product. I will be back to this dealership the next time I need to buy a car and Danny Feagans is the guy I will see to sell it to me.

I used TruCar.com to try to find the best price for an Audi A4 in Northern Virginia. All qouted prices from Maryland dealers though. Audi of Chantilly met the best price of all three. I got my new 2012 Audi A4 nearly at invoice price. My trade in value was a bit low at first but Gil worked with the manager to get a higher and fair trade in price. Gil was very informative, very knowledgable, answered all my questions and was not pressuring me into any deal I did not want to make. Audi Chantilly believes they should not lose a sale because of price. This is true based on my deal.

Initially wanted a 2011 A8L but the inventory was limited because I started looking at the end of the model year. Made numerous trips to Chantilly Audi to discuss various features of the car and was always well received by Mort and Danny. I thought they might start thinking I wasn't serious and just wasting their time but they were very cordial and listened to/answered my never ending questions. Eventually, I bought a 2012 A8L and worked with both guys. After purchase, Danny gave me a 2 hour briefing on the various features of the car that was very helpful. In follow up visits Mort helped me with the Navigation system. No matter how many times I've returned or emailed/phoned for help they were always friendly and helpful. Took the car in to Service for the first time to have an electronic module installed for the camera and was treated very well...loaner provided, several emails keeping me posted on status, and my car was washed after the maintenance was done. Service Advisor was Severen Severtson, he knows what customer service is all about. Also, discussed a couple of things with the Parts Dept and again was pleased with level of attention and knowledge.

This was my first new car purchase in 5 years. It was like starting all over again, since there is now so much information available on the web. I like working with Danny. Professional. Very knowledgeable. The only downside was the length of time it took for the car to arrive. This, of course, was not Danny's fault. He did everything possible to make things happen rapidly, but sometimes the system just can't be overcome. I'd recommend Danny as someone to work with when you're looking for a new Audi.

I bought the car based on the online listing from Autotrader. I dealt with Matt Nicol over the phone and via email from Canada and right away knew I was dealing with the right person. The car was hard to find but the price was still very good. I flew into Dulles and was picked up the next day at my hotel. Matt even gave me an informal tour of the city. Total time at the dealership was less than an hour and most of that time was strictly due to international banking.

I purchased a used 350z over the phone after i saw an ad on auto trader.com. the overall experience was much better than i expected with a high degree of professionalism and customer service. The sales executive Joe Najm gave me a very detailed review of the car by decribing what he saw as he walked around it. he drove the car to gain a driving impression. Joe was in constant communication with me every step of the way. when i flew in to pick it up Joe met me at the airport and the transaction was completed without any issues. This dealer (and joe) played no games, no BS and it was just a pleasant buying experience. i am happy to recommend them to anyone based on my experience!

I can't say enough about the service I received, from the test drive to the final paperwork, at Audi Chantilly!! As a single mom that works full-time while finishing grad school, you can imagine that I don't have a lot of free time. I had been working with my salesman, Daniel Feagans, to find a car that I loved yet still fit in my budget. Danny called me to let me know they had a trade, a BMW 330i, that had everything I was looking for; it was even black! I didn't have time to get into the dealership but I didn't want to miss out on the car. Danny went above and beyond what a normal salesman would do and drove the car to me to drive. The car was perfect and I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy the car. Since I wasn't buying an Audi, I didn't expect Danny to be able to explain all of the features of my BMW to me but I was pleasantly surprised when he patiently explained how every feature worked. If you want a salesman that will listen to what you want in a car and put you in the perfect car instead of trying to push you into a car just to make a sale then I would definitely go see Danny at Audi Chantilly!!

We decided to order the car with exactly what we wanted and Danny was very helpful with the process from start to finish. He explained all the options available, he monitored the order for us and upon arrival he was very knowledgable about all the features. Diana made all the paperwork effortless. I must say this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had... I would highly recommend this dealership. They take a low pressure approach but offer excellent customer support. Early in 2011 my fiance bought an Audi A3 and about six months later I purchased and Audi A5. It was actually my fiance, also named Dan, who encouraged me to go see Danny Feagans at Audi. Danny is a great guy - really honest, patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and is eager to help you find the car you want -- not just any car the dealership wants off the lot. Danny really listens to the customer and helps you figure out how to find your dream car at the right price. He helped me work out a wonderful deal on my Audi and even hand detailed it himself. My wife and I visited the dealership in hopes of finding a first car for our 16 year old son. We had visited several dealerships in the area and once telling them that we were looking for something under 10K we were quickly dismissed. When we entered Audi of Chantilly we were greeted by a beautiful young lady who promptly paged Joe to assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he immediatly let us know that he had 4 or 5 vehicles that had been traded in that may work for us. With so many vehciles being turned in an auto dealership I was very impressed that he had a firm grasp of his inventory. He knew where each vehicle was which meant we didn't have to take a tour of the dealership trying to find the cars. He also knew the history of each vehicle we were looking at. We finally decided to test drive a 2002 Audi A6. Joe accompanied us on the drive and let us know the features in the car. He not only talked about the "bells and whistles" but let us know the safety features of the car considering our son is a new driver. Arriving back at the dealership Joe allowed us the time to look over the car and make sure it was the right one for our son. He gave my wife and I time to discuss it in private instead of hovering over top of us. When we went inside to discuss the price, Joe had the Carfax and service records already pulled for the vehicle. Once we agreed upon the price we had to wait briefly for our paperwork to be completed. Joe stayed with us the entire time making sure we had something to drink and were comfortable during our wait. Once the paperwork was done we were greeted by the sales manager, Jahangir Shahid, and told that if we needed anything before delivery, and Joe wasn't available, to please ask for him. The entire process lasted about two hours. I told my wife that I was very impressed that a DEALERSHIP would take that much time and care on a 6K sale. We are very pleased with the car and have already started talking to Joe again on a newer Audi for my wife. I have owned many Mercedes over the years but thought it might be time for a new different kind of hi-line automobile such as an Audi. I was greeted by by a very professional likeable fellow named: Bob Shartarsky. He was very knowledgeable about the Audi's and was very pleasnt to speak with. He was unlike any sales rep I have met in quite some time. He answered my questions very directly & precisely. He did not pressure me in any way. I really appreciated that. I did not purchase an Audi that day because my wife is Overseas on a govt contract and will not be back till Dec. But I asure you I will be contacting Bob Shatarsky when my wife returns for a test drive and hopefully a New Audi in Dec. Just thought I would tell everyone about the good feelings I had about this dealership and the professional manner in which Bob Shatarsky conducted himself. Way too ofen the auto businees gets a bad rap..and probably most dealerships deserve it, but surely not Bob Shatarsky or Audi of Chantilly as far as I am concerned.

Once I entered the showroom, I looked around a bit and was greeted by Mort. He was very pleasant and asked how he could assist me. I told him I was interested in A4, but was not making a purchase for at least a month because I was waiting for my car to be paid off from an accident. He understood and did not get an attitude as if I were wasting his time. That moment let me know I was going to have a present experience. I looked at the show room car and asked to test drive one on the lot. Not a problem either. Mort showed me many of the features of the navigation system and explored the cargo area, front and backseat passenger area. He didn't make things up to just answer questions, he was well informed on the features of the car (I did some prior research, just so I could be an informed consumer). Then we drove around for about 10 minutes talking about the car and he also asked about me (where I was from, what type car did I have before the accident, talked about traffic) and I in return asked about him (how long was he with the company, what did he like about the brand). We returned to the dealership and I wanted to experience the Bangs and Olsen sound system, so he located car on the show room, so we wouldn't have to sit outside in the heat, very nice gesture. We also went over a few more features of the navigation system, which was a lot more intuitive than my initial thoughts. Say the words "I'm hungry" and it finds restaurants in the vicinity around you. He was also very upfront about the backup camera not working on the cars, and that Audi was waiting for chips to be shipped in from Japan, but once the chips came in, I would be called to have it integrated into the vehicle. After that, we went over what I wanted in the car. He wrote it all down, and asked that I configure the car online and email him the specs. There was no pressure for me to buy owfrom Mort, as he knew my current situation. He told me when I was ready he would find the car I wanted or order it if we couldn't find it. I walked away very satisfied and I will definitely be making my purchase from Audi of Chantilly

Unfortunately the service was not complted as orginally believed. Initially I had a problem with the car breaking down due to the car needing a brake sensor to be replaced which costed approximately $300. I contacted the dealership to reimbursement for the amount because I had only bought the car four days prior (usesd car). At that time they instructed me to send a fax of the invoice and they would see what they could do. There was a lack in communication because I thought the dealership received the fax and was not responding to help reimburse me for the amount. Later to find out the dealership contacted me and at that time I realized they never received the fax and they were willing to reimburse me for the amount of the brake sensor. Now I am satisfied and a check is in the mail for the reimbursement amount. Thanks to sales manager Jahangir for clearing everything up and reimbursing me!

I met Jacob Jay on my second visit to Audi Chantilly. He was responsive but not pushy and treated me properly as a female customer capable of making buying decisions. He kept me updated on the status of my car order - it took 3 months as he predicted. Jacob agreed to arrive at the dealership 2 hours early to accommodate my schedule, deliver my beautiful 2012 S4 and conduct the new owner orientation. It was a beautiful experience (Jacob set a lot of the common features for me sparring me the pain of getting frustrated and leaving my manual reading to the fun features)and it was all completed in a couple hours. The post sale add-on pitch was a soft sell, very different from my Acura experience. I am loving my Audi S4 and Audi Chantilly!

The sales person was most professional, listened to my desires and requirements, provided the vehicle I wanted, gave me a good price for my trade-in and was able to procure the appropriate financing. My wife and I were looking to buy a new car and were considering three different brands. We chose this dealership back in January because it was close to the other two dealerships. It was between BMW, Cadillac and Audi. We were met at the dealership by Danny Feagans. I informed him that we were not looking to buy until April/May and were considering other brands as well. I didn't want to take up too much of his time if he had something else going on. He had no problem showing us the vehicle and even discussing the other two. We exchanged e-mails and left the dealership. We exchanged e-mails over the next couple of months and we informed him at the beginning of April that we had chosen to buy an Audi. The Audi was superior in level of finish and options than the other two! We told Danny what we wanted and he found it in a matter of days. The entire process from locating the vehicle, to financing, to delivery was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. The dealership is very clean, everyone was more than happy to help, and Danny exceeded all of our expectations! I am a cowgirl from Montana and parting with my big 3/4 ton was very emotional for me. However, with the climbing price of fuel and the negative impact to the planet of driving a large inefficient vehicle; I decided to trade in my truck for a energy efficient - but sporty, new car. I looked at the models touted as "green" by the other dealers and they were very cramped and NOT sporty- but most dissapointing - none of the dealerships wanted to pay me a fair price for my trade in. Then we went to Audi of Chantilly and met the best car salesmen I have ever worked with, Jacob Jay. Jacob met us, found out which car we were interested in and immediately handed us the keys to the car I wanted to drive, the A3. Unlike the other dealerships salesmen he showed us the basic features of the car and let us take it out for a test spin (without having to feel like he had to come along and ride in the back seat--- Geez I hate that!) - He actually trusted us to take the car out on our own!!!! We loved the car immediately. Jacob worked hard to get me the best price for my trade-in (several thousand dollars more than the "other guys") and was also able to get me an awesome deal on the car I wanted. Jacob spent a great deal of time explaining all the features and makeing sure I knew how all the components worked on my new car before I left the dealership. AMAZING customer service! I bought a used car on Thursday. On Friday it wouldn't start!! I had the car towed back. It started; no problem for them. The service dept. did an intensive search for the problem. All kinds of diagnostics. No dice. 2 days of trying everything. Turns out it's the extra key!! No chip! If I could describe my experience with Audi of Chantilly and Matt Nicol in one sentence, it would be "best experience I've ever had buying a car." I have wanted an Audi since I can remember, and finally felt ready financially to take the leap. However, I abhor the pressure sales, lack of car knowledge from salespeople, and overall experience of buying a vehicle and find it incredibly frustrating. None of that happened at Audi of Chantilly. In fact, they changed my point of view on car buying completely.I walked into the dealership thinking I would test drive a car and see what fit into my price range. From the moment I walked in, Matt was incredibly helpful. He listened (LISTENED) to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I could afford. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Audi and cars in general, and was honest and open about what to expect from my potential vehicle. I had a few things to think over and told him I would be in touch, and left that night. But here's the kicker - Matt never stopped thinking about trying to help me. He wasn't doing the pressure sales, nor annoying emailing/phone calls - he was patient and very helpful. If I had questions or counter offers, he did his best to meet me somewhere in the middle. And he was always extremely responsive.I went back in a week later after being offered a fantastic offer from Matt and the team at Chantilly Auto, and could not be happier. Just purchased a used Audi A4. This is my first Audi and the experience was great. The entire staff was extreemly helpfull. Diana was very helpfull in getting the paperwork done in a short time and explained everything. Sam made my wife and I feel welcome and very comfertable about the purchase. They gave us more for our trade than I had expected. Great experience.

Chris was extremely knowledgable and professional. Our experience was excellent and we would recommend Audi Chantilly to any and all. We were looking for an S6 and one thing I particularly liked was that we could not test drive the model in the showroom because individuals who typically look to buy this car do not want the miles on them. It was very nice to buy a brand new car.

Thank goodness for Audi of Chantilly! I wasted several weeks of my time with another Audi dealer in the VA/MD area (which shall remain nameless because they don't even deserve bad press), before luckily ending up in Chantilly. From the moment I walked in, I was given first class service. My salesman, Jacob, was stellar. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very helpful without being too pushy. He gave me a great deal on the car, and I was in and out within 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even the General Manager took the time to shake my hand and thanked me for my business. The Audi of Chantilly crew is very down-to-earth, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a low-pressure, easy way to buy a car. The pricing is great, the facility is gorgeous, and most importantly, the people & customer service is unbeatable. By far the best car buying experience that I've ever had!!

I went to purchase a new Audi A4 vehicle and firstly this dealership is so snobby that they almost judge you as you walk in. Test drive? surely if you want to buy a new a car you want a test drive! not here these guys want your money and you to sign on the dotted line with blood. Our test drive was about 5 minutes long, as the seller/representative had another customer coming in.Oh boy what else can i say about this dealership.............not much to be honest, save yourselves some time and money and shop elsewhere.

I just bought my new 2010 Audi A4 Quattro from Audi Chantilly yesterday and I must say it is refreshing to have such a positive experience from start to finish. The salesperson was very attentive, straightforward and easy to work with. Even going through the usual financing manager was hassle-free.Coming off a visit to a local BMW dealership in the area the prior day and having an awful experience all-around (even after going in with the expectation of closing a sale that day), I guess I have come to appreciate what some good old fashioned customer service is worth. Bottom line is I am happy to have wound up with the car I did, at the dealership I did.

I was looking to purchase an Audi S4 and contacted the dealership to check out the vehicle. I spoke to Ava Kelly who was very pleasant on the phone and advised that they had two in stock that I could check out. When I arrived I met with Ava and was told by her sales manager that I could not test drive the car. He explained that it was a hot item/easy to sell, wanted to keep the miles off them and that the car could sell itself without a test drive. I am in my mid 30's and thought that maybe he thought it was out of my price range even though I arrived in my 07' BMW 530. I offered to fill out a credit application and was still denied a test drive even if I filled out the application. I then asked, if I placed an order for one with a down payment, test drove the car upon arrival and was unhappy with it, if he would release me from the contract. He advised that I would still have to take delivery of the vehicle. Kind of ironic considering a few minutes ago this car was so hot/easy to sell, but if I did not like the performance of mine, that he would be unable to find a new buyer for it. I placed my order today for my S4 at West Broad Audi. Their price was fair and they were much more accomodating. If this dealer is that difficult to work with before the sale, I would hate to see what happends after the sale if you have any issues. Ava is a pleasant person to deal with and appears to be honest/genuine, but is restricted by her management.
