My husband and I purchased our third Audi yesterday, we’re definitely an Audi family! This was our first experience with Audi Charlotte and we were treated so kindly by everyone we met. Our salesperson, Brent, walked us through all the features of the A5, never pressuring along the way. He took the time we needed to help us make the right decision for us. I appreciate that Brent followed up with us before we came in to make it official and see if there were any questions. Max was awesome!! I was worried about test driving cars with a baby and teenager, but Max was very patient, friendly and easy to work with. He made everything simple and efficient, went through a whole tutorial on how to use the car and tips for space saving. The whole team was great: from Max our Salesman and Daniel the Sales Manager, to Kenn in Service. I really feel that they care about me and my family and were after our best interests. Both Max and Kenn gave us piece of mind with our Q7: a safe, reliable vehicle for our family as well as service support for anything down the road. I Love My Audi!

March 2021: I returned to Audi Charlotte again on Friday to purchase a car (Q5) for my son and had a wonderful buying experience working with Daniel, Joy and the whole team. They are professional, knowledgable, quick and had everything ready for us when we arrive so that the process was seamless. We were able to find exactly what fit his needs. This is a wonderful place to buy a car and I highly recommend this being your only stop. March 2020: I reached out to Audi when I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Daniel and the staff at Audi of CHARLOTTE made the process easy and had me back in an A4 all road that met all my requests perfectly in no time. The process was easy and quick. Audi Charlotte always goes the extra mile in the service department! Charles Hinshaw is my service rep and he always takes great care of me. He explains the service, the options and gets me in and out efficiently. When it’s a long service they offer me a loaner and are respectful of my time. I feel the prices are very fair and I’m confident that my car is serviced properly and without extra work the car doesn’t need. Also I was able to have a session with the tech guy when I first bought my car and he patiently went over every feature and detail to my new Audi. Which was extremely helpful considering I wouldn’t have known half of the cool things this car is capable of. I highly recommend Audi Charlotte!!!
