Finally able to buy our first Byers Audi after two others before. Rufus is great to talk cars with and got us into a new car for a fair price. Ellis overwhelmed me with his superior customer service super powers. The communication about the repairs/updates being made on my vehicle were constant while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. Rachel stopped by and chatted while I waited and answered a few questions I had about my Q5. Definitely the best I've ever been treated by a dealership after 35 years of buying vehicles. We purchased an Audi e-tron remotely from Iowa. Both Bart and Brian were excellent; they were easily able to accommodate us even though we were hundreds of miles away. I had a wonderful experience with Audi Columbus! After going to another Audi dealership where I had a terrible experience, this was night and day! Brian and the whole team took great care of us. They stuck to their word, were very transparent, and made sure we understood every step of the process. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’d recommend them!
