This is my 3rd purchase from Audi Coral Springs and I have been fortunate enough to have Gina Becker as my sales rep each time. She is a no BS professional and the deal she says she is going to get done she has made happen each time. There was a minor hiccup this time, but they made it right and overall I'm a satisfied customer. Rance, their finance guru, is also really good at his job and super cool to deal with. I went in for a test drive and loved the A5 Cabriolet, but the lease price was so high, I didn't think we could afford it. I left the dealership and went to BMW and MB. As I was starting the paperwork for the MB, Audi called back and I told them that I was buying a MB because of price. Within 5 minutes, they lowered the price and I left MB and headed to get my new Audi. Love the car. Nick was great to work with.

Honestly I did not plan to purchase an Audi once my wife and I decided to look for another vehicle that we would be using as a second car. So we were planningto budget less than the Q7 .But the time you spent with us to explain the vehicle, and not knowing if we wouldpurchase or not was excellent. You took your time and answered every question.Then after the purchase, even though late at night you wanted to spend time toexplain the vehicle even more and then invited us to come back soon.I have purchased many many cars in the last 15 years and never received this kindof professional informative treatment. Also when we go shopping we "dress down".So to be honest at some other dealers they avoid or basically make us feel like weare just killing time. But you treated us as if we were celebrities. Truly an enjoyable experience and definitely will recommend your dealership.

I had been thinking of leasing my dream car for several months as I approached my mid life crises phase. However, I did not know if it was a realistic possibility. Over the summer, I would stop by the Audi Dealership near my home and walk the lot and wonder which color would suit me best. To my surprise, no one ever took the time to inquire if I was interested in any of the vehicles. I appreciate the no hassle policy but this was the extreme. After a few visits, I figured that the lack of attention was a sign that my dream car would have to wait another day, another year, another lifetime. Then I happened to look at a random Audi website on a Friday after work. Five minutes later, I received an energetic phone call from Ginger Philips of Audi Coral Springs. I felt compelled to drive north, past the other Audi Dealership to entertain my dream car acquisition. When I arrived, Paul Carmona welcomed me and allowed me to test drive my Audi A7. Rance Williams put in hard work and dedication to come up with an affordable deal that made my dream car a reality. The Audi Coral Springs experience made me feel like I made real friends. Purchased a new 2016 A6 3.0T Premium Plus yesterday. Price was great as was the salesman, Mike Rakowski. Took the car on a test drive with him and I felt and he felt from the passenger side something wasn't quite right. he brings it to the mechanic who then tests it and decides that there was a flat spot on the tire. They ended up replacing both front tires and well as both front rotors (just to make sure they were not part of the problem. It was a long day 9 - 5:30. They even bought me lunch.Great dealership. Definitely give Mike a call. They were fair on the trade in as well.The worst part was the finance guy trying to sell paint protection, etc. He was a little much. I was getting to the point of wanting to tell him to shut the ****up already.Other than that, 1st class all the way.

Bernie sold my husband and I an Audi Q3. Though I wasn't there for the actual purchase of the automobile, I can say that Bernie worked very hard to make the sale as smooth and uncomplicated as he could. With my husband and I both working long hours, the last thing we wanted was a long drawn out process to buy the car of our dreams.... you just want to be given a fair deal so you can enjoy something you have worked hard and long for, right?! Bernie and his managers managed to do just that! And he is just a very kind and gentle person, not your typical in your face salesman. I personally like this approach a lot better! I dealt with a Salesman by the name of Mark Conroy. He was patient and very knowledgeable and extremely nice and made the experience a breeze. My wife and I drove up from Miami to visit Audi Coral Springs and check out their inventory. We honestly just planned on looking around as our current lease wasn't expiring till the end of the month so we still had time. We sat down immediately to run the numbers because we didn't want to waste anyone's time if the numbers didn't make sense. We didn't even walk the lot because we thought it would be out of our price range but we were fortunate to have been assigned Paul Carmona upon arriving. He isn't the typical "shark" car salesman. We told him where we needed to be on our monthly payments and after hours of back and forth I can happily say that we left with a brand new Audi that was only $20 above our current payments for a much lesser vehicle. Paul is a very nice and sincere professional that did all he could to make it work for us financially. He got very creative with the numbers. I don't think we would have left with a car on that day had we worked with anyone else. We highly recommend visiting Audi Coral Springs and asking for Paul Carmona should you be in the market for a new luxury car.

I encountered perhaps one of the most disappointing experiences I could ever imagine at Audi Coral Springs. I agreed to what I thought was a great deal at the time and even included the dealership making my final two lease payments on my current vehicle in order to get the deal completed. I received several emails with confirmation of the lease terms from the sales manager and completed the finance application prior to my arrival at the dealership to make the process quick and painless. I made an appointment to get everything completed was expecting to go to the dealership to have a walk through of the car and sign the final lease agreement. After arriving at the dealership, I ended up waiting over two hours to meet with finance. During this time all of the technology was set up in the vehicle and user accounts with Audi were created to assign the VIN number on the car to myself. I did sign some of the initial paperwork, which included both management's and my approval of the final lease terms. Finally, after the dealership closed I was told there was a "mistake" in the numbers and they had to raise my lease price $50 per month in order to make the deal work. I told them this was unacceptable as I just turned my old car in and we all agreed to the initial terms so they should abide by the deal they provided to me. They claim mistakes happen and could care less of what trouble this would cause me. I was then told by Tony to either take the new deal or leave the dealership. He had a bad attitude and couldn't have been more obnoxious. Since I had no car to get to home or to work in the morning I was told, as a token of their appreciation, I could receive a ride home from the dealership. There are other Audi dealerships that I worked with that provided outstanding customer service that you would expect from any customer buying a luxury vehicle. Their price got me in the door because it was lower than everyone else but clearly it was a ploy. They also managed to send me an automated email three says later thanking me for buying a car from them and to please use this website to rate my experience. Buyer beware.

I have been a BMW owner for as long as I can remember and always loved the engineering of their vehicles. Throughout the years, I would always test drive the Audi's and it just never gave me the feeling behind the wheel that BMW was able to do until now. About a month ago, I stopped in at the Coral Springs dealership and met with Mark Conroy to let him know what my budget was and what was important to me. I was open to various models and was looking for a good deal. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars we test drove and is an Audi enthusiast (he bleeds Audi). After doing my due diligence with other cars and other Audi dealerships/deals, Mark was extremely attentive, thorough, patient and was able to answer every question I had. When putting pen to paper, I felt that Mark was in my corner and really trying to get me the best deal possible to meet my budget.I have owned my Audi A3 2.0 Quattro with keyless entry, heated seats (great for people with back issues not to mention the comfort of the seat), upgraded wheels and will tell you that this could be one of my favorite cars I've ever owned! The car is fast, smooth, fun to drive, very well appointed and utilize very high quality materials throughout the entire vehicle. I love getting into my Audi every single day of the week. Audi has come a very long way with the engineering of their vehicles and have finally converted me to be an enthusiast of their product. I did have one issue with my wipers which Mark was right on it and set me up an appointment at my convenience where they took care of the minor issue while I waited. Chafic & Daniel Villaverde helped me with the lease of an Audi A4. They honored the advertised price on the flyer they had mailed earlier. I live in Davie and had to drive to Coral Springs (crossing at least two other dealerships closer than they are) since no other dealer nearby could match the monthly payment and upfront down they offered/agreed upon. Both of them were courteous and professional. The Finance Manager Steve Milrot was also very helpful. I signed up for the Audi Care package at the time of signing the lease contract. I decided to cancel it a day later and Steve obliged to my request.

I went into the dealership with a really great lease offer for an A3. Dan took me and my old man on a test drive, and the car drove great, the only drawbacks being that it is not manufacted in manual and is only front-wheel drive. Being the most basic package on the deal, I was not completely satisfied with the aesthetics (basic silver with pretty dull rims), but the A3 with th S-line package blew me away in terms of aesthetics. Black bevels, sharp rims, black on black interior, sexy as hell.Dan was super cooperative and hooked us up with a pretty slick deal on the 3 yr lease. Couldn't be more satisfied with the decision. highly recommend the dealership, Dan, and the whip.

My experience at Audi Coral Springs was very pleasant and excellent. Mike made a phone call to me within one minute after I sent out my online request for a quote for a 2016 Audi Q5. He provided me with a very reasonable quote and explained all the details about quote and invited me to the dealership for an inspection of my trade-in 2013 Audi Q5 in order to provide me with an accurate quote for the trade-in appraisal. At the dealership, with a great amount of research and request to his manager, Mike finally got me the most favorable and unbelievable price for me. Mike introduced me to Dan, another sales representative from Audi Coral Springs to process my vehicle trade-in. Dan worked with my bank to arranged loan pay-off for the trade-in vehicle. Mike and Dan are very knowledgeable about the Audi vehicles. They described the features of my Q5 to me, showed me the operation of the features of the vehicle and installed the roof rack for me. Dan took me to the service area of the dealership and introduced to me the various services I may potentially use for my vehicle. The whole purchase experience was very pleasant and Mike and Dan are two wonderful sale representatives. The 2016 Audi Q5 was wonderful and the drive has been very enjoyable.

I will never forget this. I went there to take advantage of the early out of lease offer. I told the salesman that I wanted to lower my lease payment so I was going to move from an A4 to an A3. He fiddled with his computer and told me my current lease payment was $526 I said, right, now I want to lower it so I am going to the A3. He played some more and came up with a payment of $528. I was angered at first, then amused, then disgusted.

I had an Audi A4 about to end term on a lease and I wanted to stay with an Audi and get a good price...something that would make me feel good about the car I was getting and the price I was paying. I submitted my information about what I was looking for and where I stood with my current lease and wanted to know if they could craft an offer that met my requirements. Quickly they responded with a 'can-do'. I showed up on 3/31 to take the car for a test drive, returned to the lot, but saw another Audi in the showroom. I told Aly, "hey, I think I like this one...". He said 'no problem', pulled some numbers together and we had a deal. At every time during the process which really lasted no longer than 24 hours did I feel I was not being attend to or that Audi of Coral Springs did not have their customer in mind.Aly did a great job. The management team is good for nothing. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle almost 4 weeks ago and they didn't fix an issue with the vehicle they said they were going to. This service total cost was over $2,000.00. So here I am, left feeling walked all over and spending way more for this car than the sticker price. After fighting with management, they agreed to pay half of the bill. Which still left me paying $1,000.00 more than I thought I would. Through this long and terrible experience, I have spoken with several different people, all who had no idea what the xxxx was going on. Now, 23 days after I signed the papers to purchase the car, the car is fixed and finally in my possession and I'm $1,000.00 in the hole. AND upon looking at my bank account, Audi charged me an additional $65.00 that I did not authorize and of course, no one can help me. The communication and customer service at this place is exceptionally TERRIBLE. I wish I could give you a 0 star review.This experience is so terrible that I get mad every time I see an Audi dealership. I will never dare step foot onto another Audi dealership in my life.

It took 4 hours to complete the transaction, but I drove away in a wonderful new vehicle. When it was time for a new car, my salesman Jeff, from whom I had bought the S8, listened carefully to my needs and desires. I dug in for the negotiating process with fair numbers in my head and ask Jeff to write it up. To my surprise he returned with a deal that was better than I had expected. The fairness and respect that I was shown during this process was appreciated greatly. After originally setting up an appointment with Patricia through the website, Arielle helped me into my new car. Originally, I went in with the idea of taking about 48 hours afterwards to think things over (I had gone to 3-4 other dealerships the day before), but they came back with an initial offer that was so close to what I was asking for that I ended up leaving in a new A3. Arielle was very helpful and knowledgeable and was great to work with.The negotiation process didn't take overly long compared to other places I've been. At the end of the day, they not only beat their competitors' prices, but gave me more car for that very price, too.

I bought a vehicle back in Dec and was promised (Owed) a repair on the condition of a purchase. I was assured it would be taken care of immediately when the part was ordered / arrived. I waited well after the holidays with no follow up call from my Sales representative. After about a month, I decided to pay the dealership another visit. I was reassured by my Sales Rep that she would follow up with a phone call to let me know the status of things. Another month passes no call or follow up and by that time I became very disappointed figuring I had become a forgotten customer. Therefore, I decided to pay yet another visit to the dealership (three times). As I walked in, I was noticed by my Sales Rep and she quickly began apologizing for not following up. At that point, I didn't want to talk or look at her. I explained to someone else the issue at hand and shortly thereafter introduced to a Sales Manager. By the way while I was having a conversation with the manager, my sales representative was secretly away ordering the part that I had been promised back in EARLY December. My Sales Representative tells me that the part has been ordered (receipt) in hand and that I would be responsible for installing it myself. I grew even more frustrated because I didn't want to install anything as it was the dealership's responsibility to do so. The manager stepped in and demanded that the dealership be responsible for installing it. I was told by the Sales Manager that I would have someone call me to inform when repairs would happen. A couple of days pass and I get a call from a third party repair shop stating that they were expecting me to drop the car off immediately. I was taken by surprise because I had no other way to get home so, I had to rely on the repair shop (Prestige Auto Werks) to ask for a ride home. Since, it was a spontaneous scheduling I had to reschedule for the following day. Today (02/17/2016) I took the car for repairs and as I walked in the customer service was non-existent. I did not feel comfortable leaving the car without proper liability paperwork or some sort of paper trail. I asked if there were any paperwork for me to fill out in case something happened to the car. The guy I was speaking to told me no aggregately and that Audi was picking up the bill so no need. He instructed me that he would give me a ride home since I needed one and instructed me to drive my car around to a car bay. Once I got to the bay the guy had called another guy on a cell phone to speak to me about my questions. After explaining to the guy on the phone about my experience at their business, without hesitation, he says "I refuse to do the repairs and you can take the car elsewhere." I called my sales rep back at Audi explaining what had happened and she told me that this was the place that all of their cars went to. Since they had refused to provide me service, she had to figure something else out and would get back in touch with me. My thoughts; I believe I had very understanding for the lack professionalism by Audi of Coral Springs. However, this dealership continuously dropped the ball when it came to excellent customer service and fulfillment of promises. I strongly believe that the correct thing to do was to ensure that the repairs were to get by omitting customer third party interactions. Especially in this particular instance. I should have been advised to schedule a proper time to bring the car to Audi and issued a loaner car. After the repairs were complete, I should have been called to come back to pick up my car. It's as simple as that. I made a mistake doing business with this dealership and I STRONGLY suggest that others learn or at least take into consideration my experiences before MAKING A BIG purchase at this dealership!!!

We agreed to a cash purchase price of a CPO Q7 on Wednesday. Additionally I put a 5k deposit down that day. Thursday morning I notified my salesman I would be driving 6 hours that day, staying the nights, then I would be at the dealership at 9am Friday to finish paperwork, hand over an electronic check, and take delivery. I arrived at the dealership 9am Friday and that's where all the problems began. After the salesman pulled the vehicle up I found an electric cigarette and female hair scrunchy in the center console, and a piece of trim was coming apart on the rear A/C controls (after getting the vehicle home I found a piece of trim by the spare tire that was removed when they fixed this problem) that they "fixed." NONE of the paperwork was ready despite me sending all the information and documents two days prior. I am military and had a strange way I needed to register the vehicle. I already knew this and contacted the county clerk in the state the vehicle was to be registered and got all the information to have this done correctly. Despite me telling the titling department that they needed to call the county clerk, providing the number, and explaining what needed to happen the vehicle is no doubt going to be titled in the right county/state, but I will need to contact the DMV to change the address. The vehicle was also missing the owner's manual and the valet key which I was told was misplaced and would be mailed by overnight delivery on Monday. On Monday I called to check and was told it was mailed. Once I asked about a tracking number I was told it would be a few weeks and it wasn't mailed. I also asked to have a copy of the car fax email'd to me since it wasn't included in my documents at closing.After signing the paperwork my salesman knew NOTHING about the vehicle. Thank goodness Tony D'Argenzio was working that day. He set up my Audi Connect account and gave me a great class on the vehicle before I left for my 6 hour drive back home.Once I got home I noticed the bumper around the trailer hitch wasn't properly fastened at 2 twist connectors (which I reconnected) and the rear headliner piece was coming down (which I easily reinstalled). Now I'm being told I need to drive 45min. to my nearest Audi dealer to have the valet key cut. I completely understand that. However, my salesman told me I needed to prepay for the valet key and I would be reimbursed. I do not understand why the two dealerships could not coordinate this, or why Coral Springs Audi could not go ahead and prepay for the service. It has now been a week and there is no closure in site. I haven't even received the CARFAX via email.The only reason I was happy with this purchase is because of the vehicle, the price, and the factory and CPO warranty. I'm unsure how a vehicle get's certified with pieces not fully connected and items still in the car.I have no doubt that this is not normal for this dealership. However, DO NOT USE CHAFIC DANNI AS YOUR SALESMAN!! I am still waiting on a simple email with the CARFAX that I was told AGAIN I would have 2 hours ago.

We had a couple of issues with our fairly new Q5 - neither one of them all that easy to describe or simple (in my opinion) to diagnose. We pulled into Audi Coral Springs yesterday, cautiously hoping for resolution - and they exceeded our most optimistic expectations in every way. We checked in with Claudio Zullo - he asked his service foreman to drive the car (I feel like a jerk that I don't recall his name) and in 5 minutes they had figured out both problems and determined the fix. A part required wasn't in stock so Claudio gave us a loaner and by the next afternoon (today) they called to tell us the repairs were complete. I don't make a habit of writing reviews just for the sake of doing it - but this experience was extraordinary and I couldn't resist. It isn't often in this day and age that one is 100% satisfied with any kind of service, but this one was just that: 100% perfect from start to finish. It left me more glad than ever that we bought our car from this dealership - and more confident than ever with the service department capacity, professionalism and management. Thank You!

I went in to this dealership looking for a car for my son. Nick Paserba was so helpful. When I told him our price range, he found an A3 that was exactly what my son and I were looking for. He clearly explained all the details about the car and patiently answered all of our questions. He didn't try to push us into spending more than we were comfortable with by adding extra options. Ron Bacak was great in making sure that we could make the car fit into our price range. He found several incentives / rebates that worked for us. Nicholas even told my son that he could come by any time he wanted for a car wash (complimentary). He took plenty of time going over all the features with my son and me. Tony Carenza in financing was very efficient, as well. I will definitely consider coming back to this dealership when I am ready for my next car. I will also recommend Nick and Ron to my friends.

This is the third Audi A8L that I have purchased, but the first bought at Audi Coral Springs. Having driven my A8 down from NY I was not expecting to be in the market for a new car. Unfortunately, what seemed like a minor accident (I was hit in the rear in Virginia) turned into a major repair bill -- and my insurance company decided to "total" the car despite my Audi being able to complete the 1,000 mile trip to Florida. So there I was a "foreigner" shopping for a new car.Although I was probably "easy picking" for a sale, Miguel Castro spent considerable time with me going over the available cars and picking out the one that matched my needs -- and at a fair price. Nothing was a problem - despite registering the car in NY and taking delivery in Florida. Both Dawn Buchanan and Tony Carenza assisted with purchase. Need less to say I love the A8, and it seems that each model is better than the previous one. I had one minor problem post delivery - I was able to come to the dealership, get it fixed and be on my way in an hour. I have only good things to say about the entire dealership.

My wife and I purchased our CPO A6 here in 2014 and have had all of the regularly scheduled service visits completed here, as well as several additional tire rotations, car washes, etc. The staff from the guys in the bay/greeting area to the service representatives and cashier are always very professional and courteous. I have found them to be honest and up-front with every visit whether diagnosing a problem or simply completing an oil change and I have dealt primarily with David Maddox. Mike Rakowski helped me set up a great deal via email considering I live in Miami and this dealership is a good 45 minutes away from me. He helped me find the right Audi for me from their inventory which is visible online and helped me come up with a great deal that fit by budget. The day I went in to see the car (and ultimately made the deal), Mike was out of the office, but Arielle Newnam stepped in and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just as Mike, she was able to answer all my questions and made my experience quite the enjoyable one. Once we had the paperwork filled out, the Tony Segreto helped with the Finance piece and again answered all the questions I had and helped make sure I fully understood what my financial obligations would be and how my Audi Care package worked. The overall experience from the time we entered the dealership until delivery, with one exception, was extremely positive. Richardson Baptiste did a superb job in helping us choose the right vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and completely accomodating. Thee only glitch occurred during the delivery tutorial when the Audi Connect feature would not work. Richardson felt terrible because they had to replace the module so I was unable to take delivery. He did provide me with a loaner and dofferred to deliver my car to my home whenever I wanted but I returned to the dealership the next day to complete the delivery process. Despite this problem, I would highly recommend Richardson Baptiste. We also met with Ron Bacak and he was top notch. Overall, Coral Springs personnel were totally professional.

I have been a customer of Coral Springs Audi since 2010 when I purchased a new Q5. Since then I have regularly taken the car in for service there. Until recently, I have had excellent service from James Edmonds. However this week we brought the car in for service and the service advisor Claudio was rude to both myself and my wife. As a good consumer I asked questions about the service that I wanted preformed as well as what the service the service advisor recommended. Claudio recommended the 55,000 mile service in addition to my normal oil/filter change, tire rotation and air filter check/ fluids check. When I asked what was included in this service, other than changing the spark plugs which I could do myself, it was nothing more than normal checking of vehicle and the charge for this service was going to be $900 plus dollars which I thought based on research abnormally high. When I declined this service the service advisor began to berate myself and my wife for not responsibly taking care of our vehicle and this was a stupid and unwise decision on our part. I have ever been spoken to from a service advisor before in such a poor, loud and disrespectful manner and using such high pressure tactics to sell services such as $395 for a diagnostics check. It will be my last service at Audi of Coral Springs based on this experience. I addition, we had an appointment at 8:30 AM and it took over 2 1/2 hours to get the regular service done when normally it takes an hour which seemed punitive for our decline of additional services.

Very happy with my 2012 A4. Mine Rakowski was outstanding. No pressure whatsoever and quite knowledgable and informative. Very thorough with explaining all of the nuances of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. The only reason I didn't grade it as an excellent overall experience is b/c they would not budge even $1 on the internet price. That was disappointing as I had finally found the car I had been searching for for so long. Thus, I went well over my budget to get it.

After having my car serviced at Audi Coral Springs the car vibrated terribly. Obviously no test drive after service. Upon my complaining I was told to drive 500 to 1,000 miles after my tire rotation and the vibration would resolve. I insisted on bringing the car back and after being made to wait 3-hours was shown the bald tires that were put on my car. Good thing I didn't drive 500 to 1,000 miles. The brakes they installed are very spongy and I feel like the car isn't going to stop. I was told to drive 500 to 1,000 miles to brake (no pun intended) them in!. The new windshield wiper they installed stick to my windshield (yes, after cleaning the new wipers) which I have been told are just dirty and need cleaning. New wipers clean swishing against a clean windshield in the rain, are dirty. Interesting. This is the worst place to bring your Audi.

I dealt with Gina Becker for my A7 CPO purchase. I had my eye out for an A7 and when this one came up for sale I jumped on it. The sale price for the CPO was strong from the dealer so haggling over a few hundred dollars was not necessary as I knew there would be several people ready to buy at full asking. The only issue came to my trade value. I had a fair number in mind. The first offer was a little low but the counter was fair when I voiced my expected value. All in all, painless car buying experience with none of the usual games. I got treated professionally and got a great deal on a fantastic car. Very happy with my A7 so far. From the time I walked into Audi Coral Springs to check out a pre-owned vehicle of interest, to walking out having bought it, the experience was top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgable, respectful, patient, and honest. I noticed a white 2008 Audi A8L on the lot and called about its availability a couple days later; I came in to drive it and met Mike. He answered every single question I had... and I had many very technical, mechanical, down-and-dirty questions as I am a car nut and have maintained two older 4-cylinder Hondas for years. Interacting with him and everyone else I met at the dealership was an outstanding experience... far better than I could have expected and world's away from what car dealerships seem to be many times (pushy, etc.). Over the last 4 years of dealing with Coral Springs Audi named Steve Bogar, however when I called the dealer ship in early November, Steve had left. I was then transferred to an individual named Gina Becker and to my surprise, counting my last four years with the dealership, Gina managed to advance the most pleasant and professional, deal that I have ever made. The paper work was complete upon my arrival, everything that was promised was taken care of and my time at the dealership to pick up the Audi Q5 I purchased was cut by two-thirds. David Maddox was my Service Rep. He was ready the minute I pulled up. Addressed my 2 concerns and explained how to adjust my dashboard - so nice. The 5000 mile check was done in 1.5 hours the exact time David told me it would take to complete. My car was shiny and clean inside and out when I arrived. Everyone was happy and all smiles. Richard Cumberland is the best thing Audi has! I went in for servicing on my 2015 Q5. I told them how the beige seats are no good for me I'm struggling with them and I need dark seats. Plus I had an awful loan with Santander and wanted out!!! N wanted a 3.9 interest rate compared to the 14% I some how got stuck with (I'm young and my credit is new).Can you believe that I met Mr. Cumberland and I literally swapped keys for a new 2016 Q5 with dark coco interior. I mean he made it work.... My credit was kinda nah cuz I just brought the car last year and a S4 so my income debt ratio was a challenge (not really but u know how creditors are). I swore I wouldn't get the car for nothing or my must VW loan at 3.9 interest. He did it and told me I got u this is a easy fix. I forever am his client and DO NOT BUY YOUR AUDI FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! You would be a true dumb individual! N see my friend Mr. Richard "dick" Cumberland! Promise you won't regret it.

My purchase was helped by a rather new employee at Audi, Arielle Newman. to me the most important attribute of Arielle, was that she was genuinely interested in the cars she was selling. Her knowledge and practical salesmanship was an extension of this interest. She had been well trained by Audi and was able to use that training in a non intrusive way.My interest and introduction to Audi CS was when I stopped in to purchase a windshield wiper for my old Audi. Being impressed by the extra effort made by the people in the parts department Irecommended my son-in-law to buy his A4 at Audi CS about 1 1/2 years ago. He returned the favor to me resulting in meeting and working with Arielle.I traveled across the state to buy at Audi CS and would do it again.

Audi lives up to their reputation. Even though I bought a used Jeep at this establishment for my daughter, I was impressed by the professionalism and patience the sales staff had with my indecisiveness . Jeff especially was a true salesman of the "old" days. He was personable and he gave us the space, time and patience to really think about the sale and talk it over without making us feel like we were a burden. He did such a great job, I know when it comes time for my car turn in, I will be coming back to Audi Coral Springs and I will be looking for Jeff!

I recently leased a 2016 Audi Q5. This was ,y first experience with Audi Coral Springs, and my first Audi. I walked in a whim and met Richard ("Dick") Cumberland. Without having much of an intention to do so, but because the Q5 I wanted wasn't available, DC suggested I order one directly from the manufacturer. I reserved the car with a $200 deposit - by check, which I mailed, but wasn't cashed - and DC kept in touch while the car was being prepared. The ultimate negotiation as to the price was fairly straightforward and DC was reasonable and worked with me to reach a final price. A month or so later, the car arrived and I picked it up. It was really that simply, it was a happy buying experience, I plan to do it again, and I'd recommend DC to others.

Although I did not make a great choice choosing the dealership I did to purchase my car, I did make the wonderful decision to begin the service on my new car with Audi Coral Springs. Not only will they be my dealership for service but my next Audi will be purchased there as well. The service received was stellar. Steve was very courteous and thorough and made sure I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Waiting in the cafe while my car was being serviced was very peaceful with coffee, wifi etc. Tony also stopped by and helped me in learning a little more related to my Navigation and Audi Connect system.

I recently leased a Q7 from this dealership. My salesperson was Daniel Nass. He is a very nice person and will do whatever is possible to make sure you have a nice experience. The car I chose had several issues. There were dents in the hood and quarter panel... ants inside and outside the car and the detail job on the vehicle was terrible. The dents were fixed (although I still see the remenance of one of them). They said the ants were taken care of... we shall see about that. But they detailed the car again and but can't seem to get dirt off the roof of the vehicle. I was told the "professional detailer" was there that day and would definitely be able to get the dirt off. Well... didn't happen. And I was told "he can't get the dirt off". This is where everything goes SOUTH...I noticed there was a possible leak in he roof. I told Daniel and he got Ron Bacak. From the start of all these issues I was told I could swap the vehicle out with another one on the lot. Unfortunately the color cobination we chose was not in stock. I said to Ron after showing him the leak... "This car seems to have too many issues... I think I will take you up on your offier to swap the car out." He said "ok... go choose one on the lot". I asked him if he could locate one since the color combination we chose was not in stock anymore. His response was "I REFUSE TO DO THAT". I asked "why"? He says "Because I am not bringing in a car for a deal I have already lost thousands on." He said this with an argumentative tone to his voice. I told him I refule so believe he lost thousands on my deal and his reaction was "are you calling me a liar"? I told him I wasn't calling him anything but that I think he telling anyone that is insulting their intelligence. And he then said again "so you are calling me a liar then". I was not calling him a liar. Those words never passed my lips. But I will stand by my comments that I REFUSE to believe he lost thousands on my deal and that auro dealerships are losing money on these deals. Yes, they win some and lose some... but they make it sounds so much worse than it is. And IF IF IF IF that was the case... how unprofessional to throw that in my face when we are trying to resolve an issue I did not cause. I told him his comments were innaproprate and unprofessional. No employee (manager or otherwise) should shove gains and/or losses in a customers face when it comes to resolving a real issue. I purchased a car in good faith and this man was acting so unprofessional. He then told me I was being rediculous for complaining about dirt on the roof that the detailer could not get out. A side note... when I got home I took Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover and the dirt comes right off. So clearly I was either lied to about the "professional detailer" working on the car... or their detailer has NO idea what he is doing. So when he was telling me how rediculous I was being for complaining about the dirt on the roof... he was holding up his hand to show me a space between his thumb and index finger to display how little the area was with the dirt. This man just didn't know when to stop. It was the first time I spent this much money and made to feel this horrble. No one should have to deal with this when you buy any car... especially a $60,000 Audi. I wonder if his reation would have been better if I had purchased a R8. I wonder if it would have been worse if it was only an A3. I wonder if Audi would approve of how this man speaks to people. And this is not an isolated incident. I know someone that purchased a car from this dealership a few weeks ago and mentioned how they did not car for Ron Bacak. Clearly this man needs to learn how to speak to people. In addition he also said some innapropriate things to me and Daniel Nass during the purchase process. But that is a whle different issue. I can only give this dealership 1 star at the momet. This man took what was a decent experiene and just threw it out the window. He ruined it for me... even-though there were some other people that interveened and tried to smooth things over. Rance Williams was a very and wanted to help. Brendan Smith was also very helpful. And I said I "don't" recommend this dealership. I can't say that definitivey though. I would recommend this dealership if you don't have to have any dealings or direct contact with Ron Bacak. Or maybe they send this man to finishing school so he learns how to handle such situations and how not to make someone feel like xxxx when they just made a large purchase (that he lost THOUSANDS on of course).

In any Competitive Market, companies must strive to differentiate from other competitors. Otherwise, they can risk being viewed as a commodity. Such is the market with new auto sales, especially with the proliferation of consumer-oriented tools that empower the consumer. Even more the reason for companies to find ways to meet a consumer's real price point. I say "real," because car buyers can sometimes have unrealistic expectations on the price of a vehicle.From the very first time I reached out to the dealership about buying a 2015 Audi S3 was via online through USAA, Taylor from internet sales called me and we had a discussion on what vehicle I was looking for and what they could do to earn my business. I had been following up on the car inventory at both this dealership and another one. About 2 weeks later I visited a different dealership in Fort Lauderdale which was closer to my home and was able to take a test-drive with another salesperson. The salesperson seemed unprepared to discuss the great things about the car much less show me how the MMI technology works (which I have to say should be a MUST for any Audi test drive with an MMI option, as the MMI truly enriches Audi experience). Ultimately they prepared what I thought was a great price for an Audi S3, however, my wife and I agreed to wait 30 more days to sleep on it.For the following 2 weeks I continued following up on the inventory of both dealerships and then on the last day of the month, my wife and I agreed that we would purchase the vehicle, so long as the dealership was able to include an extended warranty within that price. The dealership in Fort Lauderdale quoted me over $3,000 for the extended warranty. I then called Taylor back at Audi Coral Springs around 12:30pm that day and explained what needed to be done to make a deal that same day. She put me in touch with Mr. Williams, one of the finance managers. He was able to quote me a 6 year warranty for around $1,740.00. The reason it was lower is because the warranty he was quoting me was for 6 yrs/60K Miles instead of 6 years/100K miles, which was fine for our needs. They also had another Audi S3 that had a MSRP sticker of about $500 less than the car I had driven at the other dealership. Once I did the numbers and saw that we were only about $1300 in price I decided to visit the dealership. Once I arrived at around 5:30pm, I met Taylor, who introduced me to Paul Carmona, a sales professional at the Audi Coral Springs dealership. Mr. Carmona took me on a test-drive of the Audi and I have to say, the experience and knowledge he had of Audi was leaps and bounds above the other dealership's sales person. Paul seemed to know almost everything about the vehicle, and even better, knew the ins and outs of the MMI which enhanced our test-driving experience. Furthermore, he recognized what type of buyer I was and was able to deliver a test-drive experience that truly "unlocked" the real personality of that car, and sealed the Audi S3 as the vehicle I wanted.Once we got to the dealership we negotiated on the price, and ultimately the dealership and I found a way to make the deal work. I also have to give special thanks to Tony Carenza (finance director) who's vast experience structuring deals was able to put together a deal that worked not only for me but also for the dealership. In the end, they earned my business, and will definitely contact them next time I decide to purchase an Audi.

I live in the Orlando area and was interested in a new Audi. I am the type of person that will do a lot of research on a vehicle that I am interested in and learn as much as I can about not only the car that I would like, but all of the competition as well in the process. Needless to say, I do my homework. I have owned 4 VW's over the last decade and have really fallen in love with the automaker, but was ready to move up the line to the Audi brand. In addition, I am a new "empty nester", so I figured it was time to have a car that was appropriate... a convertible!!I was lucky enough to be introduced to Dick Cumberland thru a friend. I must say that he is one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales members that I have ever worked with. Because of my love of cars and doing my homework, I typically end up with someone that I have to teach about the car (that they are supposed to be experts on) thru the process of getting a car. I must say... Dick knows Audi!Although my particular situation was somewhat difficult and I can get a little emotional, Dick was in my corner and very understanding and helped me through it without batting an eye.Then, when it came to the Business office, Rance was efficient and honest and didn't pressure me into anything that I didn't need. My sales representative has only been with the company for 6 years and let me tell you he seemed like he's been there for years, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism!!! He promised me he'd be able to take care of my old car, get me approved for my S5, and ensured me I'd be leaving with the car after our test drive. I will DEFINITELY be returning to purchase an R8 from him and will send any people I know interested in an Audi to him as well. I also think everyone there deserves an accommodation because the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and I've never been more happy to walk inside a dealership and not feel rushed or pressured. I did mt homework prior to setting up an appointment at the dealership. I was considering a BMW 535i Xdrive, but came to the conclusion that the A6 was a considerably better value. I did the deal on August 31st, the last day of the month knowing I would have max buying leverage my sales person was Tony D'Argenzio, I gave him the deal I wanted on a loaded A6 2.0T Quattro. Tony was pleasant and worked quickly to get me to the price I needed. The car is magnificent and an excellent value. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jeff Klukis was terrific. I wish I could say the same about your finance department. Three times we had to sign new sales documents because mistakes were made. I was promised a check for our trade in a few days but no longer than a week. It is now approaching three weeks and I still don't have my money. This is very disappointing. We loved our past Audi Q7 but hated the dealership (only 10 minutes from our house) we dealt with before so we ventured 45 minutes out of the way to check out the Coral Springs location. Alexander was extremely courteous, personable and professional and was very patient with my husband's "negotiating" tactics. We walked out the dealership 3 hours later with a brand new beautiful Q7 and Alexander went above and beyond and took even more time showing us all the new technology since we last had the car though it was way after closing time. The experience was so wonderful that I chose to drive back to Coral Springs for my 5ooo service where I was again graced with a very kind and pleasant service adviser named David. Everything was done in a timely and punctual manner and the waiting room was quite peaceful. David was sweet enough to thank me for driving all the way from Aventura and said that they just opened up a new and closer location in Ft. Lauderdale which may be more convenient for me. I thought that was thoughtful of him to think of the customer's happiness first. The Coral Springs Audi dealership is first class all the way around and well worth the drive!

I have a slow leak on one of my Q7 2013 Audi, I stopped at Audi Coral Springs Service Garage without an appointment, Brendan my service agent was very helpful in checking the tire in question & found a nail in a spot that the Tire is not fixable, he checked with the service department & found me a Tire in stock, while I was waiting he direct me to the lounge to have a Refreshment while I was waiting to replace my tire, in short period the Car was ready & washed & cleaned in & out, Brendan was so helpful in checking my insurance coverage on the Tire , I asked him to help me programing my Bluetooth System since I have changed my Phone recently & I did not have Phone connection in my Car, he did it with pleasure , for that & all of his performance I give him 10 out of 10 in every category & I would recommend Audi Coral Springs to all my associates.

I am compelled to share with you a rather disappointing experience with one of your dealerships, Audi Coral Springs, Florida. We recently decided to purchase a new car, since we currently have an Audi 2015 A5 Convertible lease and having a good experience with the quality of the A5, we decided to continue our business with Audi. On 08-04-15, my wife went online to Audi of Coral Springs FL and found a pre-owned certified Audi A6 that matched our criteria. She contacted the dealership and made an appointment with Stephanie for 7 p.m. that day to see the car that we wanted, 2015 A6 (Stock# EMP196 | VIN: WAUCFAFC0FN002861). We arrived a little early, the sales manager directed us to another sales person Richard "Dick" Cumberland. Richard took us on the golf cart to go look at the car that we wanted to see, he couldn't find the car, he said that he thinks that it was taken to the auction to be sold and it was not updated in the database, I asked him to verify that. Richard proceeded to show us a few cars that were not in our budget or what we were looking for. When we got back to Richards desk, he attempted to sell us cars that were not in our budget. Upon me asking Richard for the fourth time to verify the that the car that we wanted was actually taken to the auction or not, Richard "found" the car, it was being cleaned and prepped for us. We inspected the car and decided that we wanted to purchase the car. I told him that we would be putting $20,000 down on the car, which we would be financing approx. $17,000. Richard said that they (the dealership) had to run a "soft dip" on my credit to see what the interest rate would be. Richard affirmatively stated that it would be a "soft dip" and not a "hard pull". They ran my credit and came up with a monthly payment program for me. I told him that we would be back in about a week to finalize this transaction, that we would keep in touch. A few days later I was contacted by my online credit monitoring service informing me that there was two (2) hard pull credit inquires made on my credit by Audi Coral Spring. Not only was the hard pull done on 08-04-15, it was also pulled again on 08-11-15 without my knowledge or legal authorization. We contacted Richard Cumberland about this, he played dumb and said that we doesn't know what the guys in the back, do back there and apologized for the event. On 08-14-15, we went to dealership with a check for $20,000 to finalize the transaction and take delivery of the car. Upon arriving at Audi Coral Springs, Richard said let's go for a ride on the golf cart, he made small talk with us as he drove us back to the service dept. He told us that there was a problem with the car, that it had been involved in a car accident. Apparently, one of the service porters ran into it with another car causing damage to the driver's door, mirror and front quarter panel. Richard said that it would take a week or more to get the parts in to fix it. Richard also said that they were not going to file a police report because they didn't want it to show up on the CarFax Report for both cars. Richard drove us around the lot showing us other cars, then we returned to his desk. We told him that we still wanted the car and that we would appreciate it if they reduced the car down from $36,999 to $36,000 for the inconvenience of having to wait 7-10 days for delivery and for the fact that it was now involved in car accident. Richard's Sales Mgr Steve came over to play the part of concerned sales mgr, I told Steve that I was really upset with the dealership for deceiving me by telling me that they were only soft dipping my credit and actually did two (2) hard dips. Steve acted shocked that that would have been done and he said that he was going to look into it and then left us. Richard then went and met with Steve for about 20 minutes, Richard came back and stated that they would not sell us the car for $36,000 or at all, even at the original price of $36,999, Richard said that it was not the right car for us. It would be a bad business decision on their (dealership) part, that it was going to cost the dealership a few thousand dollars to fix the cars and they would be better off holding on to the car and marking it up to $39,000 to recoup the expense of the repairs. Richard said that he had the perfect win-win solution, he would sell us a brand new 2016 A6 for $57k and give us a "stupid deal" on it for $53k. We would the stupid ones for spending nearly $20k more than we originally wanted to spend in the first place to take that offer. I got really annoyed with the whole Audi dealership experience, I took our check and told him that I was going to contact Audi corporate, The Better Business Bureau and other online watch dog sites and left the dealership. Richard called my wife and few minutes later trying to sway into not making a big deal about this. She told him that we have acted in good faith, we did everything that we said that we were going to do, that the dealership mislead and lied to us. At the end of the day, Audi Coral Springs did not conduct themselves with integrity or act in good faith. The fact that they are going to hide the fact from the public that the cars were involved in accident is very deceiving and unethical. This dealership really needs to be investigated on unethical business practices, misrepresentation of credit approval and bait and switch practices.

I have had three routine maintenance visits so far and I would recommend this service department to everyone. Great staff, work gets done in a timely manner, no BS. I got an amazing deal on a used Mazda they had on the lot. The car was in fantastic condition and I couldn't be happier. Nick was my salesman and, although not a Mazda specialist, did well explaining the car to me. (I had also done a lot of research myself). He was not pushy and was very friendly. The only thing that was miserable was the waiting! We were at the dealership for about 5 hours, a lot of which was just sitting around waiting for paperwork or to talk with someone (and we didn't even try bargaining the price! It would've taken even longer). This was my first time buying a car so this was all new to me, but I am told this is pretty normal. I did feel the finance guy, Anthony Segreto, was pushy, although he did offer a good financing deal as well. He talked really fast and kept throwing numbers on the table that, again first time car buyer, I was having trouble following. He seemed impatient with my questions, at times. I left feeling slightly confused (and a tad bit uneasy--had I just been talked into something I didn't want?) about my financing because of him. Luckily, my dad was there to help me and reassured me my deal was good--I don't know what I would've done without him. The dealership is also very clean. We were offered water/drinks immediately upon walking in. I'd recommend Audi Coral Springs.

Honest, trustworthy and reliable. These are words not often associated with purchasing a new car and working with dealerships. But it was exactly like that. I did most of the negotiations over the phone and was prepared to walk away if I did not get the price and interest rate promised to me over the phone. But I did get what was promised. In fact, I received a slightly lower interest rate at the end. The people. Before you even get to the negation part, you must first establish a relationship where you feel youre being helped in the process of purchasing a car and not just anyone trying to get you into something. That process takes about 6 seconds, and for me it took just 3 seconds from my initial contact with Stephanie. Having dealt with another not so friendly dealership prior, I was immediately made to feel welcome. It was her warm and friendly exchange that allowed me the comfort I needed to continue my conversation and questions, and I had many. Then she had me speak with Pricilla who I found to be very knowledgably and professional. She understood what I was looking for and wanted to get me the help I needed to get me into the car I wanted. She went to her manger and made sure I got was I was looking for. When we agreed on the terms, I made my way from Miramar to Coral Springs, which is not a short ride. After meeting the girls, I was intruded to Miguel Castro, the Audi Brand Specialist. Mind you this whole time, Im expecting something other than what was discuss to come up. Because thats the experience most of us know when buying cars. But no. Not at all. Miguel was very responsive and welcoming even though I was nervous about the process, he made feel very comfortable and found him to be a genuine straight up good person. By the time I got to the final stage of the process, (the signing) I can honestly say I felt like everyone was there to help me. I knew Tony was there to explain everything to me and get me through the details for the contract. I remember I walked away from the entire process not feeling that I got cheated or that I had walked away from a dirty deal. And the entire Audi staff was responsible for that. And although I cannot recall every interaction, I do remember the way everyone made me feel. Audio of Coral Springs reminded me of my work environment. Like family, where everyone is looking out for each other. Because the people are the most valuable asset to any company. And it was people at Audi of Coral Springs that sold me my new Audio A4 2015, not the car, because I had been considering other brands. My entire process was sincerely a pleasurable one.

I have used your service center many times and this is the first time I was not completely satisfied. I had asked for the windshield washer to be looked at because it was not spraying the cleaner well enough to cover the entire windshield and required me to spray cleaner several times before getting it somewhat cleaned. When I tried it after leaving your center it was worse than before.Repairs to my monitor were fine but the screen was left with a film of dirt and dust that I will clean off today.

Coral Springs Audi has a great team of customer service motivated individuals. I recently went through a pleasant experience buying an 2007 A6 Quattro. Over the past months I had worked with may different dealers through out the country but I was unable to develop a working relationship as I did with Coral Springs Audi team. Once I commented to the purchase, I was guided through the process with questions answered and apprehension but at ease. This was primarily done by my Audi representative Paul Carmona. He informed me of the process and offered assistance to help avoid any unforeseen road blocks. Once I booked my flight to Fort Lauderdale, we communicated via email and text to satisfy all of the dealership requirements before I arrived. At one point I had issues sending my attached documents for insurance, Driver Licence and Paul quickly gave me an alternate email which allowed me to successfully send the documents. The next morning I flew out of Kansas City and was greeted with a text before the plane took off asking if I was still on schedule. The similar followups occurred through out the flight which put me at ease on what to expect upon arrival. Once the plane got near the Fort Lauderdale International airport the pilot/plane experienced some intense thrunderstorms. So severe that we circled the airport for about 40 min's. The Pilot eventually got on the intercom and let the passengers know that the storms were to severe and they were running low on fuel and would have to divert to Palm Beach. Upon landing I called my Audi rep (Paul Carmona) to let him know of the situation and that the airlines had no ETA on when we would arrive in Fort Lauderdale. Paul said that Palm Beach was about 40 minutes with traffic and weather but he could come out to pick me up so they could get me on the road to KC. So I took him up on it and he arrive at the Palm Beach airport 30 min's later in my Audi A6. It was nice to see and test drive the vehicle with the weather which confirmed to me that this was the right purchase. The ride to the dealership was enjoyable Paul is very good with conversation bringing up current events, local facts and discussions. Once I arrived at the dealership my experience continue with the purchase process being what had been discussed before leaving KC which was a big relief. I had an enjoyable experience with Audi of Coral Springs and plan to come back to Florida in the future to purchase vehicles. Thanks for everything. Rob Sloop Go Royals!!

Experienced sudden and complete loss of tire pressure on a 2 month old tire, (bought and installed at Audi Coral Springs) with no warning from my Audi A3 tire pressure system. Luckily, I was only traveling at 10mph, but was so upset considered selling the car. However, James Edmunds and Jessie (service manager) thoroughly explained the problem with this faulty tire. Audi of Coral Springs gave my car a new tire and the instalation work was done labor free. Words can't explain the relief at having had this problem solved so competently.

I recently leased a new vehicle from this dealership. I am young professional female going into a dealership by myself..prime target for getting taken advantage of by a dealership. I'm not going to lie- they definitely tried, and I didn't let them. In the end, I got a very fair deal. Luckily, I'm an astute person and noticed several mistakes on my paperwork:1) after we agreed on a price, the sales department put a higher down payment # on my paperwork. I can't chalk it up to an inverse of numbers either because they higher prices was a lot different. I was charged almost $100 more up front than what we agreed on. I caught it and they refunded me the money. 2) the odometer reading was way off. The car had almost 50 miles on it when I picked it up, and they wrote 14 all over the paperwork. Again, luckily I read through everything and saw the discrepancies3) after catching several mistakes in my personal information- I told the sales associate and he brushed it off like "oh will fix that later" and still several steps later, my information was still wrong. Although I should be more upset about the paperwork, I'm very happy with the service I received, especially with the finance group. They pushed hard to get the different types of Audi Care packages on, but they worked with me to get the ones I needed. They definitely made me leave with a better taste in my mouth.

There are times that you get the feeling that you are at the right place at the right time. When that happens its almost magical. I wanted to purchased an Audi Q7 and went online. I could not be HAPPIER!Steve has always honored my appointments in a timely mannner suggested services needed when due and never pressured me to do anything that could wait. If it Needed to be done, he strongly suggested it! My car is in awesome condition due to his service and ease of bringing the car in. Usually/Always, he offers a loaner vehicle if the work is going to take some time and since I live in Delray, this makes life easier. Arielle was super nice and helpful when we first arrived. I was able to sit in a couple of cars and look around before I made up my mind about which car to test drive. There was an error on the dealers side and they ended up overcharging money that i was not obligated to give. Steve mirlot and Tony Q and I have been going back and forth and they agreed that I was not given the deal as discussed, there is a discrepancy yet they are refusing to reimburse me monies owed to me. Its been nine days that they have said they are working on it... But no conclusion has been reached and now they have just stopped communicating with me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I hope the GM or the owners read this and try to rectify this issue by doing the right thing.

One evening a metal screw punctured one of my rear tires. AAA came, removed the damaged tire, and replaced it with my Audi's "temporary" spare.The next morning I was at the service entrance of Audi Coral Springs before they opened.When they opened I explained to the service-writer, Steve, that I had no appointment but needed the damaged tire either repaired or replaced and reinstalled on the car.He took care of me almost immediately despite not having an appointment. While I waited, a new tire was installed since the old one was not repairable. Fortunately, when I bought the car I also purchased tire/wheel insurance so there was no charge for the new tire or the service. I highly recommend that insurance to a buyer.Within an hour or so the car was returned to me with the new tire installed, the temporary spare replaced beneath the trunk floor and the car had been washed and vacuumed. The service was exceptional and I am extremely pleased with the courtesy and speed with which my problem was resolved.

On Monday July 6th, I had a tire blow out and was forced to use the spare. I looked at the inventories at several local tire shops and observed that none had the inventory of tire I required and the wait was going to be 3-4 days. I decided to show up first thing in the morning and try my luck. I was met by my advisor, Brendan Smith, who took me in with no questions asked. When I advised him of meetings I had later that morning, he provided me with a loaner car so I could attend my meetings while they took care of my car. The price of the tires was similar to other dealers and the price I ended up paying was less than the original quote.

I went in to the dealership to find out information on an A7 since my lease was ending. I was met by Bruno who explained the options of Lease vs. Buy a CPO in a very professional manner. Bruno listened to all of my concerns and addressed them all. He asked me to make an offer I was comfortable with to see if it would be accepted. While my initial offer was not accepted, he asked me to give him a couple of days to explore all of the options. I got a call back a couple of days later with reasonable terms and everyone I delt with Mark (sales manager) Tony( Finance) were very professional and the deal got done rather quickly. One of the best buying experiences I have had without a lot of pressure or hidden sales tactics.

The part to the key lock fell off and I called to see what could be done. Claudio who is new transferred me to parts and the part was ordered .Within the part was in and I was called immediately. This was a quickie so Claudio said I could bring the car out .It took about 10 minutes to clip on but it was an exceptionally busy Friday .James the newly appointed service director was extremely helpful to someone more senior than me .The gentleman's car was smashed by another car and with much kindness they helped him obtain an Enterprise car.. The detail to which the employees treat the client is exemplary.

Great experience! I arrived at the dealership with a specific model/car in mind but due to everyone's knowledge and expertise, I was really sold on the S4 with the automatic transmission. The test drive really opened my eyes to what the car could do and how well it handled. I returned to the dealer within 5 days and placed the order with Gina. She kept me informed over the next few months as my car was built and shipped from Germany. I picked up the car a few days ago and it was worth the wait! I would highly recommend this talented and experienced team, along with the Audi brand, for anyone wanting a well-built and technologically advanced car.

I was looking for a car in a short time frame and the sales person Nicholas Paserba was very helpful. Most of the sales was done over the phone being I had narrowed my search down between two cars, one in Tampa and one at Coral Springs. I gave him my information and he worked with my throughout the day on a Friday. I came in to test drive the car and ended up taking the car home that night. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful. And the sales manager and finance manager did a great job. Most dealerships say they will do what it takes to earn your business, but this dealership really means it. They we're upfront from the beginning and didn't play the typical back and forth games you get with most dealerships. I bypassed my local Jax dealership and made the 5 hour drive to Coral Springs because of the wonderful experience and their deal was much better. The drive was worth it. Recently went in for 5k mile service and to have a tire replaced. I sat and waited for my car to be serviced. I was there for an hour and a half at most. The dealership waitng area is comfortable and there is hot coffee available too. This is the third vehicle I have leased from Audi Coral Springs. I keep going back because I am treated well there.

This was my first time purchasing an Audi, I worked with several team members but primarily Daniel Nass. Having visited a few other dealerships over the weekend I was expecting the pushy salesman routine but did not get it. I was given a test drive, we discussed numbers and they gave me a very aggressive deal that they stood by for a few days. Very good experience, very good car and I would recommend that if you are in the market for an Audi there is no other place to go.

Returns my calls in a timely fashion, has my paperwork ready when I arrive and depart. Loaner is also ready. Your drive in area is spotless and so is my car when ready to come home. One morning I woke up and found the seatbelt could not be latched nor clicked in the slot. I called and spoke to James and he said the bring the car out which I did. As the seatbelt is so essential I did not wait and proceeded to the dealership. This dealership takes walk-in- and call ins as well as appointments (which of course are preferably). As I entered the dealership James was doing staff development and in-service for a new employee. His mannerisms and instructional manner were excellent. Both advisors took my car and and began to assess the problem. In addition the car was taken inside the shop; the problem was explained to me and Iwent to the elegant waiting room to watch tv . Within a half hour the seatbelt was fixed, car washed and vacuumed, and we were on our way.Thanks Audi for exemplary service

It's not often you walk away from a car deal feeling like you didn;t get ripped off in some way or have toddle with sleazy salespeople who say "I'll be right back and try to get my manager to approve it." Then they disappear for 20 minutes and come back and say no luck.Not only was Chris Hill a nice guy he knew his Audi's and found the perfect one for me. The sales negotiation was painless and they made me feel welcome the entire time (whereas you feel browbeaten at other dealers.) When it came time to have his manager look at my offer, the manager -- who was an upstanding guy -- came over to me and sat down and we talked. We agreed on a price and within 90 minutes I was driving out with my new A6!A+ for customer service and A+ to Chris Hill for helping me find the perfect car at the right price.

I emailed Steve Meyer regarding an issue with the gas cap filler door on my Q5. He told me that he would order the parts and to bring the car in that next Monday morning. I asked how long the repair would take since I had to work that day and he assured me that it would not be more than an hour.Sure enough, that morning Steve had the parts waiting and I was in and out of there quickly despite how busy they were. It's nice to know you can get great service quickly when you need it.

There is another Audi dealership that would be much closer for me to take my A3 for servicing but I make the 30 min drive to deal with Steve and all the helpful employees at Audi of Coral Springs. They truly know what customer service means and strive to make you feel important and that you're getting the best service possible. I have never once felt like I was being upcharged or over sold on what needs service (and as a woman I have found this to happen at other dealships in the past) in fact Steve has gone above and beyond to save me money. I'm thankful for a dealership that truly values the customer and that I can trust.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and communication of this dealership. James was a pleasure to work with, took care of all issues, and constantly updated me on the status of my car. Also, the warranty from Audi was excellent and covered some things that weren't urgencies but nuisances (broken car door seal / noisy shocks). Furthermore, their pricing was fair on tires and rotation (to my surprise). I was also given a beautiful Q5 with all the luxuries while my car was being repaired for a few days. In other dealership service experiences (other brands in particular), I always felt like they were trying to dodge warranty repairs to save cost. At Audi, I didnt sense hesitation to correct the issues I brought up but rather a desire to make my experience as positive as possible. I now have a new standard for car service. I am recommending Audi to all my friends; they are amazed with how seamless my visit was compared to the painful experiences they had with other brands.

As a young female, I often feel intimidated and dread dealing with technicians, mechanics, and service reps. However, the Service Team at Audi Coral Springs is truly exceptional. My service representative, Brendan Smith, took the time to listen to my car concerns and made a point to have a knowledgeable technician, Jesse, drive my car to make sure the problem was correctly diagnosed. Brendan also took the time to explain some features and questions I had about my A4. For the first time, it was truly a pleasure to bring my car to a service department. I was offered a loaner for the afternoon even though my service appointment took less time than anticipated. I can't praise this service team enough!

We visited Audi Coral Springs to purchase a Certified PO A3 or A4 for my son who was buying his first car. We met with Abbas Masri and explained what we were looking for and he took us thru the CPO options that were available. While reviewing the CPO vehicles Abbas explained that he could get my son a New A4 for even less than a CPO vehicle due to current A4 promotions. We had ACS look at his trade and then Abbas presented us with a deal that was so amazing that all we could do was say wow!An hour later the New car had been detailed and all paperwork finished and we left with a brand New A4 which my son is in love with. Thank you Abbas and ACS for an amazing experience!

I normally don't write these type of surveys but this experience was so amazing that I had to make sure I took time out of my schedule to write one.I walked into the dealership after they closed (without knowing) but Mike still made sure I had a great car buying experience. He is a very knowledgeable and intelligent product specialist and was able to fully answer any questions we had. The Finance Manager, Jim, also made our process a lot smoother by taking us to through the process efficiently and making sure we knew all the details. I was extremely happy with the deal I got!Big kudos to them for staying late at night to serve me and my family. I recently took my Audi S4 in for service and mentioned to James that a new noise had been coming from the sunroof recently at speeds over 60 mph. Here's how this would work at 99% of dealerships....the service writer would half-heartedly say that they'd look into it, make a tiny note about it, then the mechanic would drive it around the parking lot at 20 mph and say that they couldn't recreate the issue. Then I'd pick it up and have to live with the annoyance forever. Instead, James immediately called for the service manager (Jeff?), who took a test drive with me on the Sawgrass where the noise was obvious. He and James followed through with the issue, which required the removal of the headliner and sunroof glass (a non-trivial undertaking for an errant noise) to get to a paper inventory tag on the glass that was apparently flapping in the wind after coming loose from the glass. Needless to say, I'm delighted to have my car back with new oil and noise free.

Service at this dealership had been consistently excellent over the years as this is my 3rd A5. The service was executed as promised and at the quoted price. The drop-off process was speedy even though there were numerous cars in the service drop-off area. I was greeted with 30 seconds and was on my way with a loaner vehicle within 10 minutes.
