Nice facility and waiting area. Very busy with lots of cars and customers constantly. A little difficult to get in and out of for test drives. The rep I worked with was great but some of the sales reps were pretty thoughtless. The manager was available to talk with and ask questions. Good communication and follow up during the investigation into different cars and was flexible to show and test drive upon request. Overall positive experience.

I am a first time Audi buyer and I have to say so far the experience has been a good one. My salesman David Hartmann kept me informed (as much as he could) on the progress on the order of my Audi S3. Waiting is not a good trait of mine, but I survived! Delivery of my vehicle went very smoothly - as soon as I signed all the applicable documents, David was right there waiting to show me all the "bells and whistles" of my new vehicle. It was so overwhelming and so exciting at the same time. David assured me that if I had any questions whatsoever, for me to call him. Hoping to have a lasting relationship with Plaza! Thank you.

When Parktown closed, I brought the 911 in for its annual oil change. Plaza was running a spring special (thank you for that) and they found the low tone horn was out. They were able to replace it using the Porsche parts warranty (it was replaced two years ago). So pleased with that, I asked them for an estimate on a Sport Exhaust retrofit. The estimate was itemized and fair. They installed it the next week. The workmanship was excellent and the Service Advisor Paul was great to work with and kept me informed on the process and progress and answered any questions that I had.

I always have a pleasant experience with Audi Service department. The wait time to speak with a Service Rep is short due to appointment time scheduled. A car is provided so no time is lost at work. Expecations are set and always exceeded. I've never had an experience this good with any cars in the past 30 years....I know it sounds too good to be true....but they are GREAT!

Awesome car buying experience. Reasonably price. Trade-in value was about what I thought it would be. Courteous staff. Jordan (my salesman) was diligent and professional. He answered all my questions. This was 1st of many more purchases from Porsche from Plaza, I'm sure.

Excellent car buying experience. Reasonable price. Trade-in value about what I thought. Very personable staff. Jay (sales mgr) and Rich (my salesman) were courteous and efficient. Both followed up when I asked questions. This is my 3rd Porsche from Plaza.

I brought my Audi Q7 in for flat tire repair and tire rotation and I did not have an appointment. Plaza Audi Service worked me in immediately and fixed everything while I waited. The two service techs I met were happy I came in and did not complain that I did not have an appointment like other service departments would have.

A vehicle has been advertised on their site for a month and a half. Cannot get a straight answer as to whether it is available or not. If one "Claim(s the) Internet Price" from the web site - a dialogue box opens offering to send you a "special price quote". Either a disingenuous marketing ploy or a design by someone who doesn't have english as a first language. Can you tell I'm frustrated? Giving people money for a vehicle should not be this hard.

Just had my first annual oil change and routine checkup. I actually had the service date wrong and showed up a day early. They tried to share the blame, saying that they might have messed up in the computer. They took care of me anyway, got me a loaner, and it all worked out.

I am satisfied with my recent visit to Plaza Porshce repair. I brought my 26 year old 944 in for repair and a safety inspection. The service agent did a good job of keeping me apprised of what was going on and what the repairman had to say about the car.

My experience at Plaza Audi was extremely pleasant. I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with because I am very detail oriented and particular when it comes to cars. I also run through every budget scenario possible. However, at no time at Plaza Audi did I feel rushed or like I was a burden on the Sales Rep (Roy Wiseman) or the Sales Manager (Jay Poplawski). They were both EXTREMELY patient and helpful. Sadly, I don't have the written-expression skills necessary to justly express how wonderful the Plaza Audi team is, especially Roy and Jay who I worked directly with, and also the Business Manager (Fred Smith). Even the people that I didn't interact with directly were VERY friendly (Bob Reasoner, among others). Another huge plus (no offense to salespeople :) ), I never got any kind of creepy sales vibe that I have definitely experienced at other dealerships. In fact, by the end of the deal (which took over a month because of my indecisiveness) I felt like I had made friends with these individuals. The Plaza Audi Team gives off a family vibe and it seems that they all really enjoy working with each other. Again, I can't express my positive feelings well enough, or enough period, about my experience. I have a feeling I will be a "lifer" at Plaza Audi because of my experience. Thanks to all at Audi Plaza!!!

Plaza Audi always calls to remind me that my 2012 A4 is due for its maintenance. Scheduling an appointment is easy, getting a loaner car for the day is easy and retrieving my car is easy. The car is always finished timely and comes back clean. I would certainly recommend Plaza Audi as the place to purchase and service an Audi!
