I had a great buying experience at Audi Denver. I bought a used 2009 Audi A4 Avant and they treated me real well, the car had only one key, but they provided me with another key, they replaced the battery and they provided the rear luggage cover that was missing and they explained the new things on that car versus the 2004 Audi A4 I had before and the car was delivered in great shape. I am really delighted with the whole experience!

I'm a 58 year old woman who has "managed" a household for 35 years. I've always taken our cars in for service and have seen many a dealership and service techs/supervisors. The minute I met Robert, I felt relief. He's a kid from the Midwest with a great sense of humor, who truly listens to the customer, calmly explaining/translating repairs, never trying to oversell. He looks you in the eye, never looking over your head at whatever else is going on in the department. Every experience has been a pleasure. I recently sold my Q7 to our eldest son and decided on an SQ5 over a Porsche Macan. The primary reason? I'd still be dealing with Robert!

The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Our sales person, Miles was great! He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. From finding us the perfect car, getting us a fair price, making sure all the paperwork needed for finance was ready, to finishing by showing us how everything worked on the car. Finance was a breeze and we weren't overly pressured for all the "add on's". Jason was very prepared by the time we got to his office. I was able to drive home in a beautiful Audi! I also met with Rick and two of his colleagues regarding the new Audi A4s, and I was very happy to learn that Audi will have A4s with manual transmissions again in the spring of 2018!!!

Stanley was a great help in my emergency traveling situation! Unfortunately my Q7 had a fluke with something in the engine. I was traveling and was not anywhere near home. Stanley told me they had to replace the whole engine and he could have it done in under 2 weeks. He gave me a time line and stuck to it! my car was finished in less than 2 weeks! As unfortunate as it was Denver Audi delivered the in a timely manner!

The sun visor clip on my Audi A4 broke. Service got me in the day I called, replaced it, then also repaired the rear license plate holder, updated some software, and washed the car while I waited in a terrific waiting area. Great Job!

Jared Chipkin was extremely friendly and helpful through the process of the recall for software update/engine related issue. In addition, there was an issue with my alignment, that seemingly was missed from some recent auto body work done through McDonald Collision & Repair, and Jared was kind enough to start the process with McD Collision to find out whether that service could eventually be tied to the original claim and repair.

Chris is not a nice individual. He is judgmental and a poor excuse for someone in customer service. He didn't get his money so he was humiliating and not nice. I would never buy a car from McDonald again. My business is over with them and I will tell anyone I know to not make the mistake I did. I have given them too much as it is to be treated that poor. No stars is a better solution. Worse experience ever!!

I want you all to know that my last experience at Audi Denver will be my last one. In the past I have dealt with a service manager named Jarred. Great guy very knowledgeable and super at customer service. He was the reason I kept coming back to Denver Audi. Unfortunately today he was working with another customer and the guy (name not noteworthy enough to remember) I got today was the complete opposite. I explained to him my Slip ABS lights were on and before I go ahead and replace the pump I need to know where the fuses are for the ABS pump. He says to me "First of all I highly doubt its a fuse causing the issue and what would you like me to do about it". I said all I need to know is where the fuses are and I am unclear on if they are on the side panel or in the fusebox under the hood I am sure one of your techs can tell me. He says "Well I can't pull a tech off the floor to tell me but he will go back and get the shop foreman and see if he can tell me". He takes his time going back to the shop and then gets the shop foreman. Shop foreman comes out with an iPad in his hand never looks me in the eye and says what do you need. I told him I need to know where the fuses are for the ABS pump. He goes I don't know I have never had to replace one. Nothing more Nothing Less never looks up at me from his iPad. I left came home grabbed my manual , found where the fuses were and sure enough on of the 30amp fuses was charred causing the circuit to not be clean and the lights to be on. I went to O'Riley Auto Parts pay 3 bucks for a box of 30amp fuses and replace the bad one. Lights are no longer on. The cost to replace the ABS pump would have been in the thousands to replace at Denver Audi - I fixed if for 3 dollars. I do not care who the service manager and shop foreman think they are but personally I treat the janitor at my company just the same as I treat the CEO. I will never go back to Audi Denver and the 20 or so friends of mine who drive Audi's will not be taking their business there anymore either. I give 1 star because I am not able to give a review without at least selecting 1 and 0 stars because I was treated like I am not worthy of any stars by the service manager and shop foreman I dealt with today. Jarred I am sorry buddy you have always been good to me and for that I thank you. Maybe you should go to Prestige Audi where they treat their customers with respect regardless of what year Audi they drive of what clothes they wear.

Although I have come to hate my Audi A8 (due to the expense of maintaining) the service received was good. I popped in on Friday afternoon without an appointment and you were able to get me in for the battery replacement. It is ridiculous that I have to come to the Audi dealer for the battery replacement and to pay $96 for a simple reprogramming fee for the battery is atrocious as I know that reprogramming does not take more than 15 minutes.

Audi Denver by far is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Not only did they make the car purchasing experience (which we all know can be somewhat of a pain) easy, they made it fun and exciting. From the start of negotiation to the signing of the paperwork everyone I came in contact with was amazing. First, working with Timothy Denstedt the Audi Sales Manager and Patrick Flaherty my Sales Executive was so easy. Both of these gentlemen took my needs, wants and wishes in what I wanted in a vehicle and helped find me a perfect fit-a new Audi A3. They were very attentive in listening and could have easily sold me up to a higher priced vehicle and didnt. The reason they didnt is because after explaining my needs and wants they matched me up with the car that made the most sense for Me, not for their benefit but for mine. I didnt need a bigger vehicle as I do not have kids, do not haul things around other than groceries or normal shopping items and didnt need a ton of storage space. I needed a 4 door that was fun to drive, looked amazing and sporty and most importantly would be safe in the snow and on the road. For my needs they pointed me in the direction of the A3 which after looking at it, sitting in it and driving it I found to be the absolute perfect car for my needs. The fact that I was not pushed into something more than I needed whether I could afford it or not was without a doubt a huge determining factor in my purchase. Both Tim and Patrick were so knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of my questions and concerns honestly and were just all in all pleasant and fun to be around. They both went above and beyond for me and made sure that I got not only the best deal possible on the A3, but also worked very hard with their used car team (who I did not get the pleasure to meet but would also like to thank) to get me the best trade in value for the vehicle I was trading in. I am very good at buying cars, I do my research, I know what cars are worth and am very familiar with the overall process of negotiating and haggling which I have had to do in the past-but did not have to do with Audi Denver, Tim and Patrick-they already got me where I needed to be and I didnt have to fight them on it at all. Then there is the follow up after I took ownership of the vehicle. Not only did I hear from both of them just checking in on me and how I was liking the A3 the very next day, they also checked in to see if I had any questions with any of the tech on the vehicle, programming, finding features, etc Patrick did a full walk through of everything the day I picked the car up, sat with me for about an hour, went through everything and saw me on my way-obviously knowing that it was a lot to take in they both still followed up the next day and it was not a canned email, it was a written email to me. I was also reached out to the next day by Crystal their Brand Specialist who also checked in on me to see if I needed any help with any of the Tech on the vehicle. I have never had better follow up and follow through with any other dealer I have dealt with-ever! I would rate Audi Denver and its staff a 10+++, these folks really care about their customers and they have won me over as a customer who will be coming back again and again in the future as well as my family and friends.

My service rep Lucero was excellant . I was late for my appt , when I tried to apologize he promptly put me at ease. Second, I explained I had a lunch appt , which he said he would try to get me out promptly or re schedule some of the maintenace at a later date. I than told him about a scratches on the car . He acknowlegde the scratches and told me he would have detail to have a look. Than he escorted me to the waiting area. The lady their offer me coffee or a snack. While I waited for my car a video of the service on my car was sent to my phone. Next thing , I knew my car was ready. My service rep got me out , ahead of scedule 1000 am instead of 1130. Great experience , way to go Audi

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I drove my Audi A4 convertible to the audi dealership to get my roof fixed. It won't go down, so they told me I need new control module for the roof. They quoted me 800 for the part + labor. I bought the part myself and went back. After couple of hours they called me and told me there is nothing to be programmed on the module, so they will charge me more to counrinue investigation. Next day they didn't call me at all. I tried to call and ask for update on my case they said they are still investigating and will call me back. Nothing, no one even bothered to email me. So i called again and then they finally told me they are not sure what is the problem, but recommend 1100$ rewire of the right door and they weren't even sure if that is going to fix the problem. So I came to picl my car. The guy was very unfriendly and was watching football game on his phone while doing the paperwork. Then I had to wait 10 for them to give me the keys and my car, and the guy said, 'I didn't wash it because it is dangerous.' I was stunned, gow can washing a car be dangerous.... Overall I would never visit that place again.

Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. The service area, including the service bays, was immaculate. I have not owned the car for long and remain confused about some of its features. The service representative showed me how to utilize certain functions in the car and also advised me they had a person whose only job was to provide instruction in the operation of the vehicle's systems. They gave me her card and I intend to make an appointment to learn more about my car's complex systems.

I was traveling through the mountains and the sunroof in my 2014 Audi A6 imploded. Needles to say I anxious and concerned. The service department took excellent care of me and my unique situation. They got me right in and attended to me as well as my car. They provided a loaner to drive while my parts were special ordered and the repair was completed. To top it off they detailed my vehicle and I got it back in immaculate condition. Kudos to the Audi team for putting me and my car back together again!

I found our new car on the internet, called the dealership, and talked to Ryan Vanyi. He was very easy to deal with, was helpful, answered all our questions, and was a genuinely nice guy. We live in Santa Fe so we looked at pictures of the car and made the deal by text message and email. I was completely satisfied with the deal and happy with every aspect of the process. It was worth it to drive the 6 hr. to Denver, and I would do it again.

I recently took my 2013 Allroad in for the 45000 mile service and software update for the heater recall. As always, I was immediately greeted by a service person who called me by my name and escorted me to my service representative, Chris Sandelli. Chris had all of the paper work completed and ready for me to review and sign, took the usual pre service photos and then escorted me to the waiting area. I love this waiting area; it is spotless, comfortable, quiet and more like a high end Starbuck's than a dealership waiting room. True to form, Chris returned to the waiting area to escort me to his desk when the service was completed. He went over all the service work done and then escorted me to my waiting vehicle. Efficient, professional and friendly!

Long short, we needed a new tire for our Q3. The tire pressure light lit up on I-25. I went to the closed Discoumt Tire for air and found an enormous staple in the tread, close to the sidewall. I called Audi Denver at 1 pm on a Saturday, got an appointment and a new tire in under two hours (at a competitive price). Jared saved our weekend; staying until Monday morning wasn't an option. Excellent service!

I was exhausted, stuck in Denver, live in Aspen, know no one in Denver, just experienced the travel trip from xxxx. Stuck in Atlanta for 11 hours, arrived in Denver at 1AM and my Audi was not running properly. Slept in the car for a few hours and had the A6 flatbed to the dealership. I had never met them before. In this day and age you are lucky if you can get something fixed the same WEEK, and not get overcharged if you are in crisis. I arrived at the dealer at 8:30. Was taken care of as I walked in. Handled professional, shown around the beautiful facility. I asked if there was a cafe nearby, I was taken to this lovely in-house Cafe. The problem was diagnosed but it needed parts that were not on hand. They sent a runner cross town to get the parts. car was fixed, price was fair. The also adjusted the emergency brake, tightened some loose things on the interior, and washed the car. I was out and on my way home by 3:30 as promised in a car that was running perfectly. I have NEVER had a better experience having a car serviced. If I need a major service I think I would come all the way into Denver again My service Advisor was great

Don't expect this dealer or Audi of America to help you with your Audi TDI if affected by Audi's emissions software fraud, even if you bought it here. I received no appreciable bottom line relief so as to trade in my Q5 TDI, even though I was interested in trading for another Audi and staying a loyal Audi customer. Now, I am left trying to get rid of an Audi TDI at a loss due to Audi emissions fraud and no relief from Denver Audi, where I bought it. I will likely never buy from Denver Audi / McDonald Auto or buy an Audi again.

Michael made my trip through Colorado as smooth as anyone could have. My Audi Q5 recently flashed an "add ADBlue" message with a 600 mile NO RESTART warning. Well into a 6000 mile cross country trip with over 1000 miles to go, I was required to find an Audi dealer on very short notice. Fortunately the Littleton dealership and particularly Michael processed our car and we were on our way within an hour! We were fearful that it was going to take 2 to 3 hours out of our vacation. Everyone from Ryan Reynolds and Jared to Jason, service technician, were truly amazing.Having used independent service providers for my Audis and Porsches over the years and having had some bad experiences at the Audi dealers, I was somewhat hesitant to use Audi Denver for this major repair.Your facility is incredible. Spotlessly clean, bright, and well organized. Ryan allowed me to see the work being done on my car, which really helped me to understand the costs. The repair took three days, in which I was given a new A6 to drive at no charge. It was hard to go back to my 2002 A6 after that!Even though I wound up spending about twice what I originally planned, I feel I have a car that will be a pleasure to drive for many more years.You really changed my opinion of dealer service, and I will tell all my Audi friends about this great experience. Audi Denver will definitely be my dealer choice when it comes time to replace my A6!Thanks again!

I bought my car at another dealership and had been servicing with them. My air conditioner went out randomly (my car only has 15k miles) and that dealership wouldn't take me for 3 weeks! In the summer...in the middle of a heatwave! I called Audi Denver on a Friday afternoon and Chris had my car in first thing Monday morning, gave me a loaner and had me back in my own car Tuesday morning! Audi Denver gained a customer in me for that reason alone. Also, all the service guys were wicked nice, it's a really clean service drive, nice dealership, etcetc. You paid for a luxury car and actually get that luxury dealership feel compared to some other Audi's I have been at. We found a nice looking car on Audi Denver's website and called to confirm it was there. We were put in touch with Chad McCaffrey who made the whole process easy and convenient. We set up a time to drive. Loved the car. They gave us a reasonable price for our trade and put together a deal quickly and with no pressure, just professionalism. Experience great in every way from making the appointment, to check-in, loaner vehicle, to updates, and finally the check out process. Noted some residual sticky substance on rear of car that remained after car wash. Pointed out to check out helper (I think his name was Ryan) and he volunteered to get some special solvent and take the time to remove the gunk. I was pleasantly surprised. Most places would have just recommended a cleaning solvent and sent me on my way, but your guy took care of it. Thank you!!

Bought a used 2006 Acura RL. Had to spend $800 on struts that were not caught. Heard a knocking up front after buying the car. Now on occasion I get Check SH-AWD. Had it back to dealer and they can't find an issue. It has gone off 6 times since I bought the car. Glad I am going to the Acura dealer for airbag replacement in a few weeks. Maybe I will see if they can figure out what the issue is since Audi Denver can't or won't!

My Audi SQ5 was due for its 2 yr/24,000 mi service. I scheduled the appointment using Audi Denver's web site where I found a convenient weekend time that worked with my schedule. My service advisor met me on time and the service was done exactly as required. He also took careful notes about extra items that required investigation and attended to all of them. The waiting area is comfortable and has wifi so that you can do work if needed. When additional items were identified, he explained them clearly to me and provided options for having them resolved as well. I really love Audi Denver, their sales staff is great and the service department second to none. I wouldn't bring my Audi anywhere else. And indeed I trust this dealership so much, I have a hard time thinking that I would buy another brand of car anymore.

Took care of me in no time - needed my summer tires since I damaged one of my winter tires - they rushed the delivery of my tires (stored near their service facility) so I didn't have to drive around on my spare. I had to take my car in for a recall repair. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly, within days of me calling. The service representative estimated it would take between 1.5-2 hours for my repair but they had it complete in 50 minutes. This was my three year check up for my Audi A5. Very glad I purchased Audi care because I haven't spent an extra penny in three years. The new facility is great . Plenty of space and a great waiting room where you can even purchase light snacks and sandwiches. They give you complementary beverages while waiting. It only took 2 1/2 hours and I was happy that I waited.

I was pleasantly surprised that the mechanics at Audi of Denver repaired my vehicles without ever actually hearing the "mystery noise" coming from the rear axle of my 2004 A4. I had brought the car in 2 previous times, and the intermittent noise would stop on the way over there. The same thing happened this time, but the service advisor took an exceptional level of interest in my case, went for a test drive with me (couldn't hear the noise, of course), and suggested that I leave the car overnight so they could look at it the next day. By 11AM they had diagnosed the problem based on my description of the noise and where it was coming from. I got my car back around 4PM, and haven't heard the mystery noise since then (7 days ago). Great job!

I worked with Jared and he was very helpful at identifying a problem I was having with my Q5. The drop off and pick up were quick & easy, and there was timely and professional communication while my car was there. They fixed the problem the first time. It is a bit of a drive for me to go to Audi Denver but it is absolutely worth it. And they didn't even have to ask me to give them a 5 star rating (which I have found may other dealerships do!)

This was my first experience using Audi Denver's Service Department. Dave Ficca met me at the car and quickly took car of getting a new fob programmed for my recently purchased 2012 A5. Dave reviewed the Audi service records for the car and informed me that a maintenance agreement purchased by the original buyer was still in effect. This will save me hundreds of dollars in the months to come. The work was completed in less time than estimated and they gave the car a quick wash to go. Thanks for the exceptional service. I will be returning for service in the future.

The personal attention I got when entering the dealership was exceptional. Robert explained all the service that I need for the first 5,000 miles. Very complete along with asking me if I had any questions. He took me to the lounge area and explained all the beverages, food, snacks and breakfast foods that were available. TV and wireless was great to have for some necessary business I had to do. Also the chairs were comfy and plenty of room to stretch out in. Made for a great piece of down time and allowed me to relax and not worry about who was taking care of my car. When Robert returned he went over the service order and had me on my way. The experience was wonderful and comfortable, I know that future services will be done very professionally and I know I am leaving my car in good hands.

At other service center I often felt like i was getting taken advantage of because I am a woman or never really got what I was looking for and have had to go back numerous times to get the issue resolved completely. At McDonald Independent I go in to have something fixed and it is done right the first time. No hidden cost or surprises with this company. They are up front and get the job done the first time. The only thing that I do not like about this dealer's service department as well as the other service departments in the area, is an interest in selling me a service that I did not really come in for i.e.. new tires, alignments, brake pads before the light has even come on. Are these guys all on commission nowadays?

As always my vehicle was checked in for service immediately. Michael Bushke explained the recall notice I received and the work that would be done. I was told it would take approximately one hour for the work to be completed and that is exactly the amount of time it required. I waited for the work to be done on my vehicle in the lounge which I always enjoy. Quiet, comfortable, spotless with the added bonus of a sweet little coffee shop. Great people!

As I said , I arrived and was told that the work would take 75 mins. but everything was completed in 30 mins , so I was able to get back to work quickly .

The service advisor informed me there were 50 cars ahead of mine, but knowing that I had to drive home to Breckenridge, he moved me up in the queue so I could get home at a reasonable hour. I very much appreciate that attention.

Took my car in for recall. They thought it might be a few hours and offered me a loaner but the waiting room is so comfortable I said I'd be happy to wait. It only took less than an hour and it's always fun to walk around the show room and look at my next car. The salesman were not pushy and in fact were very helpful. Still thinking about trading my A5 in for a used S5 or RS five convertible.They even had time to wash my car.

I had a warning light on my Audi I bought elsewhere. I had to wait to take it in that evening after work, but they were very accommodating and had my loaner vehicle ready. They found a simple problem early the next morning and called me. When I picked up my car everything was ready for me and I haven't had a problem. Their service is quick, friendly and they are truly customer oriented.

Car drove so much better. Thank you Every one on the floor smiled and ask if I needed help as worked myself back to the snack room. The room was very fashionable and comfortable.

I've purchased many vehicles and have to say that my experience at Audi Denver was, perhaps, the best! Kyle returned my email promptly, gave me a great deal, and even came in on his day off to deliver the deal he promised and an exceptional vehicle. Things went smoothly, no tricks. He completely understood my needs and delivered. Moreover, the facility was outstanding. Honestly, I wasn't convinced I wanted an Audi until this experience. I HIGHLY recommend! I drove an hour because this experience was far superior to that in my home town.

I have consistently received nothing but exceptional service from McDonald Audi. Have been working with Michael Bushke for the last few years and he has always been outstanding going above and beyond in every way in each and every interaction I have had with him. This past visit he was on his day off so he arranged for his partner Stan Walters to assist me. Stan too did everything possible to make my day run smoother. He could not have been more efficient, courteous or helpful. I have been coming to McDonald Audi for years and even people who are not involved in my care go out of their way to see if there is anything I need and assist in any way possible. Jermaine in particular consistently says hello each and every time I go in and asks if I have been taken care of. He checks on my car without my ever having to ask him if he sees me waiting. Monica in rentals has also been great and accommodating. It is a pleasure to bring my car in and the level of customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you to the entire team at McDonald Audi.

I am super happy with my purchase. everyone was super nice and helpful. I have been officially converted into an Audi girl. Our sales guy Avan was nice and knowledgeable and our finance guy Jason was super laid back and honest. He did whatever it took to make us happy with the deal. Leah was such a doll and went thru all the tech/delivery features with me. Patient, kinda and sweet, I even got follow-up calls from Avan and Leah to see if everything was running smoothly with my vehicle. I am one happy customer. Will definitely be purchasing my next Audi from these guys!!

I have a great german auto mechanic, but this car is still under warranty so I have been taking it to the dealer. Audi Denver is the best Dealer shop I have dealt with, they are honest and upfront on anything that is going to be extra, and they are fast.

Not a place for knowledgeable women who deal with unknowledgeable male salesmen, with one who is intimated and the other downright rude. If I could have chosen no"star", I would have. Alsomay given a too low price for that dealership, and then said the vehicle was no longer available.

I have been to many different Audi dealerships and David ( possibly Dave? Sorry.) was by far the most helpful person I have come in contact with. Even when I scheduled with Joshua, he was awesome and gave me upfront and honest advice. Made it so easy and straightforward. This was also the first dealership that hasn't tried to make money off of more than what I came for, truly exceptional!

Brought in my A6 for a check on one of the headlights. After a pleasant discussion with Stanley, I ended up getting 2 recall items taken care of, some small vanity items checked on and fixed, and a 45,000 mile warranty service all done under the same appointment. Stanley got me set up with a loaner, gave me an accurate estimate of time, and personally walked through the work that had been done when I picked up the car.

In the past, I never experienced great service at dealerships (sales and services) so I was very hesitant about bringing my Audi in for a major repair. I already had my car at a local auto shop, but wanted a second opinion on the diagnosis so I called Audi Denver and spoke to Josh. After the initial conversation I decided to send my car over to Audi and I am so happy that I did. Throughout the while experience I knew I was in good hands and Josh definitely went above and beyond. I liked how I was being updated and kept in the loop with everything. It was easy to get ahold of him and he always returned my calls in a timely manner. He was so helpful and kind. I really appreciate everything Josh and Pete have done for me and my car.

Robert Ward took great care of me, from the time I called in with my Audi's problem (needing oil every 400 miles), to the moment I drove it away. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and got me a loaner until they'd done the oil consumption test. I brought it back when the oil light came on again and he got me a loaner for 4 days this time while the pistons, etc were rebuilt. It was a lot of work and it was all done well. Robert always made me feel like he was happy to see me. Plus I loved his Broncos outfits!

My car is an Audi Q5 2.0T that I bought from Audi Denver. It is subject to the oil consumption issue. I had it initially tested in April 2015 for excessive oil consumption and it passed. Since that test, oil consumption increased significantly, burning a quart of oil every 1200 -1500 miles. While in for my 75K mile servicing in October 2015, I asked Denver Audi to repeat the oil consumption test. While not obligated to do so since my car had "passed" in April, Audi Denver agreed to redo the test. My car failed this second test. Audi offered to perform the piston and ring replacement in my engine. When they got into the engine, they found that one of the cylinders was damaged. Audi then replaced my entire engine, no cost to me. I am so impressed with their level of customer service and upfront, ethical behavior! I love my car AND Audi Denver!

My car sustained damage to the turbo boost wiring harness due to a rodent and Audi of Denver took care of the issue quickly. Although not covered by warranty since the damage was caused by an "outside influence", the charges were fair and a loaner was provided.

My engine failed at 55k miles. Audi replaced my engine at no charge to me even though I was outside the warranty given a car with low mileage should not have this issue. I was overwhelming pleased with my Audi experience.

Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I needed to complete the standard 5k mile service on my car and also buy a set of winter tires. Chris scheduled my appointment and was able to get me right in. When I arrived Chris went through the options with me and explained the pros and cons at a detailed level. This made the decision process very easy. Once I selected my winter tire and wheel package I was given a quote on the spot and then within 90 minutes my 5k mile service was completed and my new tires were put on my car. Smoothest process ever. While I waited I worked from the customer waiting area which was very nice. Overall a high quality experience.

Exceptional service. Michael accomodated on short notice emergency basis. Flat tire occurred the afternoon before and he helped coordinate tow truck dropoff that afternoon for after hourrs arrival. He got me taken care of first thing the next morning and I was out the door by mid morning. I wanted to mention the Audi road side care. They dispatched a guy who who took over an hour to arrive and he did not know how to inflate the inflatable spare for my Q5. So all he could do is call a tow truck which took another 90 minutes to arrive. Fortunately he was able to tow the car to my home dealer/service provider of choice. After this experience I will be using my AAA roadside service, and skipping the slow inadequate service provided by Audi roadside assistance.

This is my first service at this dealership. Chris was very accommodating. He checked in on me and also the estimated time for service he told me was right on. While you have a nice bar with food, it would nice if they had "free" snacks like they do at Murray Motors where I bought my last two vehicles. Just a "nice touch" Not a deal breaker. My light came on the next day and told me my tires were underinflated. I believe when they rotated the tires they did not reset. It has not come on since after I made a stop to Discount Tires to fill them up. Chris walked me through resetting the warning light ands assured me they always check but it was way to coincidental for me but I told him I would give them a chance.

We purchased our 2012 Golf from Josh and followed him to Audi Denver. We weren't entirely put off VW by the diesel events, but the Q3 really fit our needs. We saw our car on the lot Sunday and got everything done Monday morning in time for Julie to work Monday evening (we have a three hour drive home). I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A-6 and the team lead by Chris Sandelli at Audi Denver (McDonald Audi) made this a very pleasant experience. I was excited about purchasing a new car and a friend referred Chris and Audi Denver to me and the entire process from educating me on the A-6 including test drive and working through the details of the purchase went incredibly smooth. Upon picking up the vehicle they assigned a technician to walk me through all the features the car offers as well as setting up the personal computer. It was great and I highly recommend Audi Denver.

I recently purchased a new car from Audi Denver. The entire experience was top notch, from the time I entered the dealership to the time I drove away with my new SQ5. The sales team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was offered a fair and respectable value on my trade in vehicle. The final sales transaction was seamless and uneventful, as one would like it to be. My new car was presented to me in a special delivery bay at the dealership with my name on it, along with a personal orientation experience which I've not experienced anywhere else. I live in Colorado and found the exact car I wanted in Santa Fe, New Mexico and made arrangements and secured a great trade at that dealership. I was supposed to go up this weekend to sign the papers and pick the car up when I found the exact make and model (but a year older) at Audi Littleton. The salesperson (Brandon) and sales manager (Craig) were both great - they matched the price for my trade and they came close enough on price to make this deal more worthwhile to me than driving all the way to Santa Fe. They did try to wiggle on price and, had I not already secured the other deal, I think they would have played harder ball - but I can't fault them for that. It's their livelihood and that's how they support their families. Through the entire process they were friendly, helpful and engaged. I bought the car and drove it home last night. My only negatives are the following, the process - even though it was prearranged and they had all my information together with the details and figured before I got there, took 2.5 hours at the dealership. Even that would have been excusable if the finance person wasn't such an xxxxx. First off, I waited 45 minutes for him to get through his other clients. So in the interim I decided to load my items from my trade to the new car. I had one last thing left to remove when he showed up and said it's my turn. I told him I need just a minute to remove one last clip on the baby seat and he said, "Well, I have a lot of people behind you so you need to hurry". I waited 45 minutes and he couldn't wait 30 seconds? And then, as soon as we entered his office, he tried to sell me the used warranty - which I VERY politely declined. Then he started making snide remarks about how I needed it and will regret that. And when I declined again (4 times total), his demeanor became very unfriendly. More of a "let's get this out of the way because I can't make more money of you" attitude. I paid cash for the car so I didn't need financing. Don't know if that's why he was so unfriendly. I would have given the place 5 stars if not for his demeanor.

I had read several impressive reviews of Audi Denver in deciding on a car and dealer; my experience buying with them exceeded expectations! From the initial inquiry call on cars to the test drive (more liberal with time and distance,) to the buying and financing experience, to scheduling additional work on the car -- it was a great experience! Staff were consistently professional and friendly; the facility is beautiful! Josh Tuttle in sales has been awesome to work with and very helpful with several smaller follow-up details. I found it to be a smooth and low-stress experience which definitely cannot be said of many car buying experiences. Thanks Audi Denver -- love this new S3!!

Drove by in the morning to just "check out", definitely not buy, a pre-owned A4 for my younger son. Ian Ferguson spent the entire day with me, patient, informative, and professional. I test drove multiple cars, honest about conditions and quirks. It was such an amazing atmosphere and experience I ended up purchasing a 2011 A4 Avant and 2008 A8L with only 47k miles for my 2 boys. Awesome cars, and an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks Ian. We'll be back for our new Audis soon! Oh yeah, and Monica and a few other of the front desk girls were great, all attractive and friendly, plus very professional and my wife got along with them great! Managers and finance... awesome all around. I'd give Denver Audi 10 stars!!

Car buying has always been a stressful situation for me and I always came out feeling beat up, this was not the case this time. I got in contact with Kyle through cars.com about an Audi A7 they just brought in and from the start we clicked, I loved that he was a car guy and not just a sales man, and saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. Even after we closed the deal with a great mutual price, every time I talked to Kyle afterwards he kept sweetening the deal. Andy was also a pleasure to work with, he managed to make the numbers work and give me exactly what I was looking for when I went into the dealership the first time. Really appreciate their efforts in making this work and making the experience of buying my most expensive car as-of-yet the most rewarding and seamless transaction.

this is about meat and potato competency not meet and greet (which is fine) or free coffee or wash1. I recently took car in for no power, no turbo? They identified and replaced hoses, test drove and only partially fixed. They then speculated the turbo cooler ($600) sucking air or the turbo itself ($2,400). They "could not identify" so logically start with the cooler at $600, if not then then most likely the turbo. I took to my back up mechanic in my second home community. He tightened a clamp. Took 10 minutes to find and fix the problem!!!2. I went in for an oil change, part way through they told me the drain plug was stripped and leaking so needed a new oil pan at $500. I was leaving town next day so said I'd catch it on my return. Next morning I had a 15" diameter of oil under my car on what had always been a clean and oil free floor.3. Engine shut down while going up hill at 70 mph. They "fixed" it by replacing my bad door switch at $400. Seems it controls the security and car shut down into theft defend mode? Nope, return trip at 70 mph going up the same hill, car dies again. Took to my alternate Audi repair place for the correct fix.Summary: you get the idea!Editorial: They no longer make much money selling cars with internet competition. So service supports the shinny building. I would NEVER suggest they are making stuff up to gin their profit, but they CLEARLY have a competency issue.BEWARE (unless you're under warranty and then what do you care?)

While I didn't buy a car from Audi Denver (yet), it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. If you go in, you have to work with Chris Sandelli! He is beyond friendly and even more knowledgeable. He knew what I was looking even before I did, so it was clear that he was listening to me and being efficient with my time, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back and will refer anyone I can to Chris for service, knowledge, and an overall great time!

My research and exploration of a new Audi took several months. I started off considering an A3 or possibly an A5, but throughout it all Chris Sandelli was fantastic. Always supportive of my questions, but never in a rush or pressured a sale at any time. Because of that approach - once I knew I wanted an S3 - Chris was the only person I was going to buy from. The delivery day felt special. From the moment we arrived, to well after the dealership was closing down...Chris was 100% focused on my wife and I. The presentation, the walk around, and the full delivery of my new car was something I would want everyone to experience. Can't say enough...

We bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle and the service reps are completely uncooperative and claim no responsibility to fix anything. Not to mention they are blatantly rude to us on multiple occasions. Once you sign the check, you are no longer of use to them. Good luck if you choose to purchase CPO from them!

The sales manager come into the room and said they could probably take my offer but would need a few hours to see if they could get everything worked out. He suggested I go to dinner and come back. Since I knew what he was doing and didn't want to miss out on the truck I agreed to take the last deal they had offered. ($500 DIFFERENCE) All has been good with the truck and it was a great deal but now a few month later I pull my credit and they had pulled my credit 9 times on that same day, I would think they were shopping the rate but I have a credit score over 800 (had I should say due to every time you credit is pulled it drops 8 points) any bank would have jumped on my loan so not sure why they did that....

Just purchased a new Q7. This will be my 4th Audi, but the first from Audi Denver, and I have lived within 5 miles of the dealership for 30 years. I thought I would give them a try for service on my 2012 Audi A8 and I was impressed with their attention to detail. When it came to looking for a new car I thought maybe with a new building they may have a new attitude in sales as well. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The GM, Steve Powers, has first class people working with him. We went in with a specific car and list of options and color we wanted. Our sales person,Taj Nahar, did a search of their inventory and found 6 options that were close to our criteria. We narrowed it down and had a complete orientation and test drive in two of the cars. We worked the numbers on trading my A8 and purchasing the Q7 and were very pleased with the bottom line. Thats when, in my mind, the truly exceptional customer service experience started. My wife and I thought about it for a few days and called Taj. We just couldnt go through with the purchase with the color choices that were available from Audi Denver's inventory. Taj and Steve said not to worry about it and we thought, "deals over,end of story". Within two days Taj found us the exact car that met all our requirements of options and color and was having it delivered from another dealership. My wife and I were impressed with the extra effort from Taj and Steve to make us totally happy. If you are considering an Audi I would strongly recommend you give Audi Denver a chance to impress you.

I inquired about 2003 Audi A4 via internet. Brandon called within the hour, gave me great details on the vehicle. He personally drove it to my work in downtown so I could look it over and test drive it. Once the decision was made to buy it, he then delivered the car to me downtown and we did all the paperwork there. Never had to set foot in the dealership. Buying a car can sometimes be a dreaded, drawn out experience. Not the case at Audi Denver! Kyle Fernandez took us for a test drive in the 2015 A3 and was so very polite and respectful. After a few days of emailing and chatting on the phone, he acquired the exact car with the exact features that I wanted for a great price. We purchased the A3 in less than an hour (including demo of car features which was the part that took the longest - not the paperwork!). It was the quickest, best car buying experience we've ever had, and I love my new, sporty A3!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have gone to this Audi dealer and every time I've visited the showroom not a person asks me if I need any assistance or have any questions. Since I live in Littleton, I came in to look at the New A3 since I've owned 4 Audi's in the past hoping to get some information but I guess they're too busy. Just as I had in the past after this terrible lack of service and customer care I went to the Best Audi dealer in Denver, Prestige Audi, in Lakewood where I bought 4 Audi's in the past. They truly care about their customers. One always tries to support the local dealer, but as I have learned going here is a waste of time.

I live 45 min from the dealership, so I have tried shops in my area but that overall experience has been poor. I've decided to always come back to McDonald. I do feel I'm treated fairly and having the ability to wait at the dealership for work to be done is a big plus and makes the overall experience much more appealing than droping my car off at a local shop.

I have been a MacDonald Audi customer for about 5 years now and this visit was so much faster and very professional - the service rep provided information on add'l products that were relevant at the time of my service (and he did it quickly and without pressure), my service was completed prior to my requested deadline, and the rental car check-out process was the best ever. The service rep also had their auto body guy address a minor but important car paint issue and the repair was excellent.

I felt entirely attended to and cared about, & saw that many employees were empowered to approach me and ask to help, plus a loaner was made available to me in minutes... from a first-time, instant, appointment. The assistance given to me to attend to a roadside insurance issue was impeccable & graciously afforded. We did a test drive, too, and our assistant, Marcus, was highly knowledgeable & exhibited a profound emotional intelligence for such youth.And the ladies of customer service - Monica & Georgia - were delightfully friendly, intelligent, & accommodating. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. And i have been buying Audi's for 20 years. Every step of the process, from browsing to the new car delivery, was down calmly, thoroughly and professionally. I cannot praise enough our Audi Specialist Chris Sandelli. He is so much more than a salesman, he is passionate about Audi, and his customers. He was refreshingly honest, straight forward and respectful, even when I showed up at the dealership 15 minutes after it was to close at 8 PM on a Friday night, wearing shorts and sandals. While I hardly looked like a prospective Audi customer that night, Chris spent an hour with me after closing to discuss cars. Everyone throws the words "customer service" around, Chris defines it!

First, these guys changed their name, likely as they had so many bad reviews. Before dealing with them CHECK OUT THEIR BAD REVIEWS AT MCDONALD AUDI on Yelp. Our experience was much like many of the bad reviews under the old name. Rude, incompetent and no concern for our schedule or wasting our time.Called as they had a car we were interested in buying. Talked to a salesman and told them we would be there the next day (Sat) mid to late morning. He said he would be there and we could look at the car.Travelled some distance out of our way to see the car, drove through the lot but no car, parked and went inside where I had to use the restroom. I left my wife up front and asked the receptionist for the salesman by name.When I came back there was a salesman hitting on my wife! OMG! He said hello to me and proceeded to tell me how hot she was and then walked away. I was dumbfounded!It was almost surreal, but since we were on a schedule I wanted to just look at the car. If it was the right car we were going to buy it and cancel visits to some other dealerships. I had cash and the price was actually not bad so I would have paid the asking price if they wouldn't deal.Was told our salesman was out putting gas in a car (not the one we wanted to look at) and would be back soon. Since we were on a time schedule I asked if we could look at the car until he got back. The receptionist was very nice and went to get another salesman. Many were standing around, and at least one had time to flirt with my wife, but no one seemed to be available to show us the car.Finally a guy with a sport jacket on came over, we presume he was a manager. I expressed that we wanted to see the car but no one could locate it. He said he would go get the keys and pointed to the north lot and would meet us out there. We had been through the lot and didn't see the car, but went out anyway. Of course, no car . . . He finally came out and said it was in the "recondition shop" having a part replaced. I told him that was too bad as we wasted our time and had told a salesman we would be there. He got VERY RUDE and said, what you drive 50 miles and only have FIVE MINUTES to see the car!I couldn't believe it! He knew we were going to walk and that is what we did! All he had to do was apologize for the car not being available when the salesman said it would be, and that it would be available in X hours, and we could have scheduled to come back to see it. But I guess they have enough customers and don't need our business!I wrote them an email and copied the owners as well as the PR person, but they ignored it. If you go, expect to have your time wasted. Don't be surprised the car you asked about is not available. Oh, and leave your wife at home, or don't leave her side, as the xxxxxx sales guys will be right there to hit on her. They are too concerned about selling cars, but there is no hesitation to approach and talk to the women who venture in. Look at the other reviews, this is not the first time it has happened . . .

I recently purchased a 2005 Audi A4 2.0T 6-speed from McDonald Audi. Kevin, Mark and Jason were my salespeople, and they were absolutely great. I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years, and I was a bit hesitant about going to a dealership. My hesitation was unnecessary. I didn't feel pressured one bit. I was given a fair deal, solid advice, and respect. I would recommend McDonald Audi to everyone.

The building is beautiful, the selection of cars is exactly what you would hope for, and the sales people go out of their way to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. They had exactly what we wanted, at the price we agreed to, and Kyle, our sales representative, made the entire experience fun and memorable. Now that we have our vehicle home and we've had a chance to drive it we like it even more. We really liked the no pressure sales atmosphere that exists here. Friendly, Fair, and Fast are the best ways to describe this dealership in our opinion, its a great place to purchase a car.

I CAN NOT stand buying cars and spend 3 hours at a dealer. This was the fasted and best experience ever. I can only highly recommend the dealer. Funny enough my girl friend texted me telling me that she was next door buying a car at the McDonald Audi dealer. I love my Touareg. Excellent car. You will get the best deal in town and the negotiation was fair and super fast.

Their internet sales department is very efficient, someone called me within minutes of contacting the dealership, the sales person kept in touch at all times. We scheduled a test drive, I already knew the car I wanted, I bought the car the next day, they saved me a lot of time but pre-qualifying me with their online application, so I just had to go back and sign the paperwork. they were able to find me a better rate than I expected as well, it was fast and easy. overall I loved the experience and working with the one particular sales person who was very friendly and helpful.

I HATE buying cars. This experience was great and relatively painless. I have been shopping for a new car for a few months and have encountered some nice sales people and some strong arm types. Chris at McDonald Audi was nice and I felt very honest. At no point did I feel pressured. I love this. I have enjoyed my other cars but this one is my favorite. Also, I was very tired at the end of the evening so I wasn't absorbing all of he info so my husband and I went back the next day and Devin was patient and extremely helpful. She even drove to our house in Elizabeth and programmed the garage door and went over any questions. I have never had such customer service.

Well I went to McDonald to have my timing belt replaced and I was given the price, which was reasonable. I took my car in and then I had multiple different things that needed to be fixed. So rather than being $1,300 I now have a $3,200 bill., but that is not the issue. I applied for a credit GE card and I was told I was approved so I said ok go ahead and just do the work. I arrived at the dealership only to be told it was not approved and they made a mistake. So now I have a car that has been in the shop for a week and now they gave me the option of replacing my old items and having it worked on again and they would remove them all or pay the bill in 6 months. Can you imagine the frustration that caused me. I only wanted my belt done and they did not have my tires, so not sure how they are going to replace them back on. Then once I looked at my bill they over charged me for a tire for 170 bucks and the trunk does not work very well, which baffles me why that is not working...almost like the springs have been taken....very strange and I cannot even explain that, but was apparent instantly when I went shopping.The people were friendly, but make horrific mistakes in the finance department (assuming it was their fault) and also mistakes on my bill. Now I will be paying 450 extra a month on working this off in the next 6 months unless I can get a loan. Very, very, very frustrated!!!

I contacted the internet sales manager regarding a vehicle they had for sale. From the first time we talked, he was aware that I was a ways away and would not be able to rush down there immediately. We negotiated a price that was approved by the general sales manager and of course they wanted to me to pay for it immediately, sight unseen. I told them I had no problem putting down a deposit to "hold" the vehicle until I could get up there the next day to pick it up, but of course this wasn't good enough, since they "did not do that." After some further converstation, I said I wouldn't have a problem purchasing it for the said amount before I got there as long as I had something in writing from them saying that if the vehicle wasn't what was promised, I would get my money back. Of course they wouldn't do this either. Long story short, they called me up the day I was scheduled to drive there to tell me that they had sold the vehicle the night before. Poor business ethics and a waste of time. Avoid at all cost.

Took my 2009 Audi in to McDonald Audi to have a door fixed that would not open open. First off they refused to honor their warranty for poor build saying someone hit the door. Although I feel this is not true I've only had the car for a couple of weeks so I relented and paid. Never the less they had to remove the inside door panel to get at the door mechanism. To do this you have to remove a nice peice of wood trip. The mechanic was either angry or couldn't see very well because he/she appears to have used a screw driver to dislodge the wood trim and gauged a notch in my door. I called the service rep right away and advised. They can get me in a couple of days. I'll up date after we see what they do about their mistake.

Charged me for work that sould've been warranty. Had to fix door that did not open from outside. Technician used a screw driver to pry open door trim and left cuts and marks along with finger prints all over the inside plactic part of the door. I did not buy my car from them so they probably do not care about my business.

Good, friendly service, however, I had wanted to reprogram the remote key to unlock both doors on an A4 and was told it would cost $70. I declined. Also, a bad odor was coming out of the A/C and was told it was nothing wrong with the A/C and that maybe a new cabin filter could be installed at a cost of $60. (I ordered an OEM cabin filter for $18 and will install myself.) Finally, a wheel balance costs me $55. Prices are very expensive!

They gave me a quote of what it would cost to repair the car and then it was a $100 more for no reason. When you call them on it i.e., ask why it is more than the quote nobody seems to remember the original quote. Seems very dishonest. Don't take your car here unless you like over paying for what you get.

Can I give Luke Jessenon a 10 rating? WOW what a great Car Dealer! My car died (after 14 yrs.) and I needed a used car fast. When I contacted McDonald Audi,they gave me to Luke Jessenon. I explained the situation, asked about the car I saw on their internet site (was it still available for sale?) yes it was!Well that was just the beginning, because I have only fair credit and needed Luke and their Finance group to research if they could find a loan for me.I only wanted them to hit two Banks, to help keep my credit better. (The last very prestigious car dealer I went to, hit my credit report 24 times without getting me a loan)Somehow McDonald Audi got me financed, but not just financed, quickly! And a low interest rate and reasonable monthly terms WOW again.I have been wined and dined by many dealers trying to get me to buy a New car ($45k and up), BUT McDonald Audi did everything they could to make my family and myself feel Like we were buying a $45k car. I drove away with a low mileage 2003 BMW for $11,000 and I know where Im going for service and the next new car: McDonald AudiYes there is an honest car dealer still left in Colorado: McDonald Audi!

The dealership facilities are beautiful, the people I interacted with were very friendly (at least until we got to the nitty gritty of price negotiations), and I bought a used car that I'm very happy with. But overall, I just didn't leave with a good feeling. There were ridiculous dealers fees (which may be common but are outright wrong), the car cost more than buying from a private party, and I'm already getting mail spam because this dealer has my address.

I went in recently to look at a car I found online at one of the dealers in this group, and even though it was not on his lot, Chad Hicken from Volkswagen offered to help me since he was more familiar with the vehicle. Chad is a friendly and easy-going guy, and I really appreciated how genuine he was. He spent the better part of the day with us, walking us through the process from beginning to end - all without any commission on the sale because the car was not on his lot. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, which was an unbelievable value for the price, and Chad has been extremely helpful in answering questions since then. I cannot speak for the entire dealership, but Chad is a true gem in the salesmen world.

I have been there 4 days in a row and not one person asked me if I need help. I bought 6 audi cars last year and none from here. Every time the sales person is arrogant and wants to make a tone or no deal. I just got my a7 from Phil long Audi like my last 6. Every time I give McDonald a chance they screw up and do not care. I drive hours out of the way to buy. This place is a morgue and no one has any need to work with you.

I am impressed with the service I received when I took my vehicle to Audi's service department and was greeted by DC Malone. I felt very important and he assisted me with all the concerns I had in regards to a rattle I had coming from under my vehicle. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this service department to all my friend and family and specially DC Malone to take care of all their service needs.

I had an outside rear passager trim issue and drove by the dealership to see if I could get them to preschedule the trim repair with my 55k service. The service manager happened to be speaking with their no 2 man from the Southpark repair shop. He came out to look and we got to chatting. He spent 2 minutes looking at it and 10 minutes chatting about how I found the car, how he liked his a4, etc.... He gets my card and says he'll call the next day to schedule, it's a 30 minute job. The next day as promised he calls to schedule for 1 week out and he confirms they'll have the piece painted and ready for install at an 8:00 am appointment.The next week I accidentally show up a day early, no complaints from them and he gets me in and out within 20 minutes. I didn't realize I was a day early until I checked my blackberry sitting in their parking lot.

This dealer is horrible. It takes them 2+ hours to do an oil change and the reason is always that they did other work (factory recall work) without asking. They never return the parts are requested (and required by law if requested). The staff is rude and provides bad information. They lie about cost and change their story over an over. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Prestige.

Research new Suv's and picked the Q7- I had a 2004 Range Rover to trade- Other Audi dealers in town low balled me on my "Showroom" Condition Rover and wanted almost full list for a new Q7.I wanted a Q7 with beige interior and almost none available. Other dealers told me that I could order it but it would take approx. 2 months. McDonald Audi was out going and warm and informative with regard to my needs.Steve Powers introduced me to John Axton for the purchase and Will Routon for the trade.They search globally for the exact car I wanted & Will found one on a ship coming in for another dealer across the country and arrange to get that Q7 for me.2 1/2 weeks in advance of the Q7 arriving, Will took my Rover in for Trade, paid it off. My Salesmen John personally took in the payoff on my trade so that I wouldn't have any additonal cost related to that car and kept me update every few days regarding delivery of my new vehicle and arranged for me to have limited use of a loaner until my car arrived. My C provided me with what I thought was great financing- but Mc Donald was able to provide me with better rate & terms than my credit union could meet.Additionally were other dealers were looking for almost full MSRP on this car due to the demand- Mc Donald discosunted this car to me at just over their Dealer Invoice-My Saleman John went over every inch of my new Q7 to make sure the delivery of the vehicle was flawless.I have owned many expensive cars in the past and my experience with the people at McDonald was outstanding!

Mike provided professional, efficient service. After buying a one owner, covered by a full warranty car through Mercedes Benz of Littleton, it sat in their service department for over a month; due to "waiting for parts." I finally picked up my car and took it to Mcdonald's Audi. Mike Sorenson not only had my car back to me within 2 days, he displayed behavior that can only be considered outstanding.

I went to McDonald Audi after thinking I had researched the MB, BMw and Audi. I had driven each one of these - friends/family cars - and done the on-line review of colors, options, prices,, etc.... My decision was a used A8 or used BMW 535xi. I was coming from 15 years in Chevy/Ford SUVs, the last "cars" I had were 1990s BMW 3 series and an early 90s hot Camero droptop. Boy have things changed in high end cars.Anyway into McDonald I go, Bill the salesman meets me, tells me the used car I saw on line is gone, some bonehead totaled it. He suggests I chat with their brand guy John. Well John's not available and I happen to strike up a conversation with the GM Steve. I have this nice low ball (but fair in my mind) price in my head for the 535xi and A8. Steve walks my through the used market (its tight) and 3 days later has an A8 from another dealer for an overnighter, but mileage is high. Anyway we agree to continue looking and they'll monitor their lease returns, auctions and trades. I tell Steve I'm in no rush and can wait for a few months. Well a month after starting a few weekly phone calls were each of us agree we don't have a target, Steve and John Axton locate a used model in the SE USA. Steve and I like the car, but there could be variables. Steve works with the seller and Audi records to verify the details and we take the leap knowing it could need a few thousand in repairs. John is very upfront with the price, variables, and likey end cost range.Well two weeks later the car is in, repaired (sensors, tires, hoses) to Audi standards and ready. I take it out for a day and really like it. It takes a few days to close the deal due to holiday and travel. I go to see John and Steve with a full page of the financial breakdowns. John walks me through the paperwork and the final price to me is a few hundred less then my low end. I paid less for the car, but got less for my trade.My original target price range was $6-11k less then the final decision they helped me make. But I got to see what I might get for the original price target. The best thing I had going was time. I let them know that and they respected the fact I didn't need something tomorrow. Anyway, I'm a few thousand miles into this beautiful A8L and not a problem in sight.

McDonald Audi is an absolutely abhorrent dealership though if you are into underhanded dealings, lack of disclosure, aggressive sales tactics, and finally, smug and arrogant customer service then youll feel right at home and may fall in love with the suits. We have given McDonald our business on three separate Audi purchasing transactions. Our loyalty was recently rewarded with a significant bill from Audi Financial following a lease turning and buy out. During the deal this potential future liability was not disclosed by the dealer and could have been absolved by the dealer without any undue hardship but they (according to Audi Financial) consciously opted to stick it to the consumer. Following multiple face to face attempts to remedy with the likes of salesman John Axton, the financial staff, and Sales Manager Steve Powers we have met with dead ends and an indifferent response by McDonald Audi as a whole. So if you are into the concept of indifference when dropping $36-50+ grand this is the place for you.Their selfish actions have resulted in a lack of brand loyalty and consumer loyalty as a result I truly hope that John Axton, Steve Powers & Mike McDonald have found that the additional $60 of profit (on top of the $495 dealer handling + the $2000 Audi Certified Used Inspection) was well worth it. Maybe I am shortsighted but this seems like greed to the nth degree.

Horrible service! Rude staff! Will never recommend McDonald Audi, and will probably never buy an Audi again! Our Audi TT is in mint condition but every time we take it in for a headlight being out or something simple it takes the whole day. Staff is very rude. We have taken the TT in many times for minor fixes or oil changes and always are back in within a few weeks because of another problem or the first problem was not fixed correctly. Over priced as well! We are going else where from here on out

My husband and I are thinking about buying a new 2011 Audi TT---but they will not be available until Spring of 2011. We had noticed that McDonald Audi had a 2010 TTS on their lot, but the price was not listed. So just out of curiosity, my husband requested a quote online. Paul Lim, who Im guessing is the internet manager, responded by saying that since this was a 2010 model, they would be "extremely flexible" with the price of the car--and would give us a deal we couldn't refuse--but never disclosed the price. So one Saturday, we decided to go look at the car, and see what kind of deal they were talking about. Paul greeted us immediately-- but right away tried to lead us away from the TTS. He showed us a 2011 convertible TTS which was $60k--and even after I told him I didn't really want a convertible, he kept trying to get us to drive it. I started to walk back up toward the car I came to see, and again Paul tried to focus our attention on another car---another 2011, but this time an S5 that was also $60,000. I told him I was more interested in the 2010 TTS, and it was more in my price range. He seemed a little irritated, but brought us back to see the other car. When I sat in the 2010 TTS, I fell in love with the car, and wanted to proceed immediately. Paul took an application, and ran our credit, and when he came back he said we were approved for a lease (which is what I wanted) and they were going to offer me $26,000 for my trade-in (which is right around what I thought I should get for it). But after going back and forth a few times, the monthly payment was just too high. It was reallly close--but I had a number in mind that I just couldn't go over. Also--they had said they "needed to get this 2010 off of their lot so they would be extremely flexible on the price", and they only lowered it like $2000 off sticker, and wouldn't budge from that. When we went to leave, Paul seemed to get frustrated, and kept trying to sell the car. He was very condescending, and kept acting like we were stupid to not buy it. I kept saying "yes, it IS an awesome car, but I just can't afford it" and he kept saying that anyone would want that car, and it is WORTH the large monthly payment. SO we left. I was irritated by how we were treated, but I really wanted that car, so a few days later, I was excited when Paul called saying they might be able to work out a better deal, because they "really need to move the car". My husband told him if they could get to around $xxx.xx a month, with $xxxx.xx down, then we would buy the car. Paul said he thought that would work, and he would call back with the final offer. Well---he never called back, stopped returning our calls, and at one point, he picked up his phone when my husband called his cell and said "the deal is not going to work---you have a 601 credit score!" and then hung up. Our credit scores are both in the 700's, so I don't know where he got that!? To this day, NO ONE will return our calls. We even sent the GENERAL MANAGER an email simply asking what happened, and he has not responded. We are completely confused. We have decent credit, they had TOLD us we were approved---we just don't know what went wrong. But we will NEVER return to this dealership again. We were treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women when she was trying to shop on Rodeo Drive. My husband and I are young--but we have purchased 20+ cars together, and have been to hundreds of dealerships and have NEVER been treated like this before. I just feel so insulted---they are treating us like we came in off the streets and just didn't want to do business with us. Just because you work at an Audi dealership, doesn't make you better than the people wanting to buy one.

THEY ARE RUDE and LIARMy sister who is 18 tried to buy a car and they charged full price while they selling a 2009 left over. Also, they made her to put down a 1000 dollars deposit which they refused to give back once we did not have any deal. They brought a car from other dealer and since my sister did not go right away when they called her, they threated her that they would sell it to other people if she does not come right away.once I got there after the threating phone call, the sales manager tried to lie to me. it was second time that they had to bring a car from other dealer for her, which was total lie. I know they have to make a sales but not like that. They still refuse to refund her deposit without any paperwork.DO NOT GO TO MCdonald.We have to let everyone know and do not shop there.That was first thing that I had to deal with as soon as I got back from Iraq deployment.

Well, Went in to buy new q5...sent an email offer consistent with Edmonds.com. After giving me the archaic "I need to discuss with the owner and he is not in" statement. They also delayed responding to my price proposal with "I need some other information" like "do you have a trade", do you want finance or lease", "can you come in to sign contract".....al things that have nothing to do with the agreed price of the car or my proposal. At about 4:00 p.m the same day as my email proposal went in that salesman stated that the car I wanted was sold already and he didn't realize it. Wasted my whole day dealing with him. At the end he asked what deal I had worked with a competitor and he could beat it. I gave him my deal and after waiting an entire Sunday and Monday he came back with..."I talked to the owner and said no q5's for less than $500 of MSRP. I guess a hot car is okay for them to state take it or leave it we don't care about earning your business...I got the car at $1200 less than MSRP and equal to the average deal stated on edmunds.com. This deal was made with Prestige Imports in Lakewood with professional responses to email inquiries and the ability to finalize a deal that was "fair" to both considering the popularity of the car. Gerhard Rexroth was my Prestige dealership salesman. Good luck and Godspeed...stay out of Mcdonald Audi.

Horrible greedy people! - they argued with me about buying the extended warranty forever until I realized they were not going to sell me the car until I did. I finally broke down and bought it - never used it! - $1600 bucks for nothing (except pure dealer profit just like I told them)I was and still am furious that they did that to me!There was even some stupid girl in there training with them, listening to all this, who was totally embarrased but could not do much - I am sure she learned a valuable lesson - Keep arguing until they give in! - no mattter how long it takes!! - I looked up 'crooked dealership' in the dictionary - and there was a picture of Macdonalds on South Broadway!Don't do business with these absolute jerks. I later bought a new Audi from David McManus at Prestige Imports and that went down very well! Very professional!!

Dealt mainly with Zack Romero who responded to every question, concern, and issue with knowledge and professionalism. Zack made sure every detail in the transaction was complete and we were satisfied. Our transaction was somewhat unusual since initially we could not find the TT we wanted. Zack researched and found one which we wanted and made arrangements for us to pick it up in California. Zack made all the contacts to achieve this flawlessly, along with following up with the CA dealership so that that car would be ready when we arrive.

I purchased a new vehicle from this Dealer in 2007. I should have talked to people first who after the sale informed me they would never purchase a vehicle from them. The sale was bad from the start and got worse. The salesman used tactics I would expect from a domestic maker or a no-name used car lot. The typical "I'm working for you" scheme, along with many other poor taste antics. The worst part of the experience was the financial person. I traded in a vehicle, and on the day of delivery, I forgot the title for my vehicle, and the dealer made me write a hold check for the value of the vehicle until I brought the title in. I was told at the time, I could bring the title back at any time and I would receive my check back. I brought the title in the next day during normal business hours, the finance person said the check was locked in the back office and I could leave the title and they would mail me the check. I refused this offer, if they didn't trust me, why should I trust them. I refused to leave without my check. The finance person fought back with me and asked if I made an appointment. I told her I was instructed to come in at any time with the title. After demanding my check, she stated no one had the key to the office. I told her she needed to call someon who has the key. Turned out, the manager on duty had the key all along, but didn't feel like walking over to get my check. I called the General Manager (and owner) who never returned my call. Do not purchase from this Dealer, Prestige auto is much better to deal with in the Denver area.

Service is extremely poor. Nothing is ever covered under warranty and I would not be surprised if the service manager never called to check. I have gone 3 times to get an oil change and two of the 3 wound up paying close to $3000 each time. The third wasn't any different except this time I refused to let them do the work. I took my car to a local certified Audi service center to get a second opinion. There were several things that needed attention but substantially less then I was quoted at McDonald. The difference was $2300. I will never go back and will recommend to all not to purchase and service or car from this place.

went in for a routine repair and came out with new engine and 10,000 worth of costs. Their shop is incompetent and unprofessional. Went in for a tune up, first thing they say is - your power steering fluid is low. You'd think they could have topped it off for a 650 dollar job that took 3 days and should have taken 3 hours, but no they didn't do that.They also suggested about 2000 dollar worth of work on top of the ignition coils that had to be replaced (3 were bad, they of course replaced all 6) No other mechanic mentioned who recently has seen the car suggested the other work which was incredibly expensive - of course I declined it.It felt like they think all of their clients are stupid and if they suggest a bunch of extra work to each of them, a few will say, ok fix that too.Unfortunately I looked them up after taking the car there and found out they are ranked in the bottom 5 percent nationally and my experience only confirmed their rating.You're better off going to Prestige in Lakewood.

I have been the MCDonald Audi countless times over the past 8 years for the sales, maintenance, & other service of the 4 A4/S4's my wife and I have had. They have always been polite, professional & reliable. I visited Prestige this week for the first time due to proximity to my new office. I will NEVER go back. They are crooks. Regardless of drive, all my Audi's & VW's will go to McDonald.

Had heard bad reviews about McDonald Audi service before, but they are closer to my home than Prestige. Made an appointment to bring in my A4 for a fuel pump recall and an oil change. Arranged my schedule to go in, only to arrive and find that 1) they don't have my appointment in the computer anywhere and 2) they are out of fuel pumps (??!). Only lame excuses and apologies offered. No concern for the time I wasted driving in and setting aside hours of my day to allow for the service.
