Now a days it's really difficult to find a trustworthy and competent place to repair a vehicle. After several disappointing attempts, I finally found MAG Audi to take my 2011 Audi A4 to. My Audi and I have had some great memories and I want to maintain it til 300,000 miles or more. Through the past 3 years of oil changes, various parts replacements, necessary wear and tear repairs, I have come to trust MAG Audi to help me maintain my Audi for many more years to come. I have come to rely on Gabby in Audi Service to help me understand mechanically what is needed, she is fantastic at explaining in an easy to understand way so that I can make the best decision on how to proceed. Plus Gabby is excellent at keeping me updated on progress and repair expectations and is very friendly to interact with, I really appreciate that in any kind of business I deal with. MAG is always upfront with their estimates and make sure to communicate any changes immediately. They keep their technicians up-to-date with the latest training, which is an immense peace of mind that my Audi is in capable hands. I appreciated the great service on my Audi last week. Kuddos to the General Manager, the Service Dept. and Gabby. All were extremely polite, professional and friendly. It was a comfortable and easy experience. Loved the video of my service that was being performed, the update as to the time frame of the service and the report on my car's individual status. One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I had the combustion chamber cleaned, an oil change, and an inspection done and I was out of there in what seemed like no time with my S5 4.2 feeling like new and honestly a little more responsive with the throttle. Their techs and staff are fast, friendly, efficient, and informative. Their dealership is sanitary, has alot of amenities, and a great overall appearance and atmosphere.If I could rate them higher, I 1,000% would! Who knows, maybe next time I'm in the market for a new ride, this may just be the place.....

Really impressed with the service team at MAG Audi especially Gabbie who could not have been more friendly and professional. I stayed and worked for several hours (thanks to the Mgr whose office I squatted in) and she was so gracious in accommodating me. She is a rock star and a great representative for the entire team. Thanks Gabbie. Also, shout out to the person who detailed my car. It looks brand new. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you.

Just bought an Audi Q7 We started on Friday just after closing, we were greeted by 4 employees who were more than willing to speak with us after hours. Return trip Saturday was flawless. I am very happy with my new ride. Way to go all sales staff, especially Alain.

Richard has developed relationships with both myself and my husband over the course of more than a year. AS soon as we knew we needed another car we didn't go anywhere else. I took my Audi S4 in for a basic oil change service and to have them check out a few things covered under the warranty. They replaced the noisy fan in the climate control console and when they couldn't figure out my radio reception problem they gave me a nice A4 loaner car. A competitor dealer across town has Jetta's as their loaner cars. I would recommend MAG for you Audi service needs. I wouldn't visit the service department at Byers if possible - have heard nothing but bad things about them.
