After a month of car shopping and having terrible customer service everywhere we went there was finally the light at the end of the tunnel and it was this dealership. I had the pleasure of experiencing the best customer service through none other then the salesman Ernie Alvarez. Also the usually arduous process of purchasing a vehicle was made quick and refreshments were offered to make that short wait just a little more comfortable. Check it out for yourself. Audi exchange was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my slightly used 2019 gti. They were about 2 hours north of me so most of the deal was completed online and over the phone before I made the trip. The car was exactly as pictured and described. Ernie and Gonzalo were great to deal with once I got there. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Audi exchange in st Charles.
