This is the place to go if you want to be part of the Audi family. Hands down they have the best team working for your car needs. Starting with our salesman Kennedy, he went above and beyond to help us out. He really worked his magic to get us into my dream car. You guys should run here and make an appointment with Kennedy to help you get into your dream Audi car. If I could I would give them a 10. Such a great team! I wish I could leave more than a 5 star rating. Very impressed with the service and efficiency the staff worked at. Most notably David. For some very basic service done to my vehicle, he went the extra mile in making sure all my questions were answered right away. He also detailed other parts of the car that he recommends for maintenance in the future. When reaching out later to find out if my vehicle was ready he was polite and professional. Lastly, I requested the final total for my service and he got back to me right away. I would highly recommend David for any service being done on your vehicle at Audi Fletcher Jones as he has delivered the best customer service.

Had some major work done on my car. Was able to get taken care of quickly by Jose as usual and provided with a loaner since my car had to stay overnight. Stopped by for some quick service. Jose is always great and can quickly diagnose my car.
