This was my first experience with Ray Catena and a high line vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous, as I usually am with big purchases, but Alex was great. Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork. He followed up with me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or if he could do anything else for me. He definitely made me feel comfortable, knowing I can call him with any questions/concerns I have. I would definitely recommend going to see Alex.

I bought my first car with this dealership and it was an excellent experience. The staff - very knowledgeable and friendly. Large selection of beautiful cars. The showroom is state of the art. Audi Freehold could not have made this process easier or more pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering a new Audi - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be there after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is.

We had an exceptional car buying experience at Ray Catena's Audi Freehold. Florentino was our sales associate, he was very patient and listened to what we had to say. He and the rest of the staff were very courteous from the first time we walked into the show room, through the follow up calls after delivery. We shopped at two other dealers prior to Audi Freehold and our experience at those dealers weren't terrible but Florentino and the rest of the staff made it happen. I would highly recommend Audi Freehold! BTW Truly a beautiful state of the art faculty!.

Before settling on the Audi Q5, I did a lot of shopping (BMW,Lexus,Infiniti). Out of all of my experiences, I felt the most comfortable at Ray Catena Audi of Freehold specifically with my sales associate Roberto Rivera. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into buying anything. He was patient while I was decision making and made himself available for questions before and after his normal work hours. When I finally decided to buy, he stood by his promise and helped me every step of the way. Even when I could not decide on a color, he walked out onto the lot to take additional pictures of the colors I was debating for a reference. When it was time to pick up my car, he spent a signifiant amount of time showing me how the car works and making sure every financial detail was correct and as discussed. I am so happy I found both Ray Catena Audi of Freehold and Roberto. I look forward to many more experiences with both in the future, and sending all my friends and family their way as well!

sales person was florentino. Couldn't ask for more in a sales person- knowledgeable, always returned calls . facilities were beautiful . Considering your buying a car, I couldn't imagine the experience being any better.

My husband and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary As a gift to both of us, we decided to buy a new Audi We selected Ray Catena Audi of Freehold because we had a wonderful experience before with another Ray Catena dealership I didn't think it could get any better, but I was mistaken This dealership exceeded our expectations We knew exactly what we wanted, and our salesperson, Florentino Ayende searched and found it for us Price negotiations were fair and uncomplicated, and we didn't buy anything we didn't want Florentino answered all our questions, and was a real pleasure to work with I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Florentino to my friends and relatives It is refreshing to deal with a car dealership that is stress free with no drama involved
