Matt Weber at Audi Hampton is the best brand specialist and representative I have met to date. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an Audi , contact Matt and pay him a visit. Even though we didn’t buy from him as we chose to keep our car, I will recommend him to anyone shopping for an Audi. He is a brand expert, enthusiastic car fan, and most importantly really listens and does everything he can to make the clients experience first class. Our experience was fantastic and Matt went out of his way to answer any questions we had about the vehicle.

Ty and his team were lifesavers for me last week! I woke up to a flat tire on the day that I was supposed to start a new job. I took my A3 straight to Service at Audi Hampton as soon as they opened, explained the situation to Ty, and he had me out with a repaired tire within 30 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal! Thank you, Ty, for always going above and beyond! He always has a smile on his face and is always a pleasure to work with.

Bought a second hand car at Tysinger. They are super nice when you are buying the car, but as soon as you pay you get the boot and you are on you own. Together with the car, they sold me a warranty for the paint, and explained that it would cover any issue for 5 years. The paint peeled off on the hood after just three years, and it turns out the warranty does not cover it!
