Eric was our salesmen and he did an amazing job. Got us our Q3 in a timely manner and was easy to work with. If you want a very respectful and hard working sales person, come see Eric. He is the man. Tony in finance was awesome too. He was easy to talk to and friendly as well got through the finance fast. Overall, we had a great experience. Once again thank you Eric and Tony. Diego was great! He was very patient and informative during our car buying process. We had some issues with our previous car and he made us a great deal and helped us to transition easily into our new car. He worked on numbers with us over the phone so we didn’t have to waste any time when we got there. The entire Audi Henderson team was genuine and helpful throughout our car buying process. Where do I start. From being greeted and immediately to working out an amazing deal. Dan Langley was literally the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He got me in the car I wanted with the deal I wanted and worked for me best. Nothing was forced on me or pushed. They offered me something and if I declined, that was the last I heard of it. Nothing compared to other places where they work the deal for the benefit of the dealership and not the customer. Wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Neither would I choose another salesman either. (No disrespect to the others). I could go on and on but just know if you’re looking to be treated as a human and a customer and not just as another “sale” or “stat” for them. This is the place to be. Thank you Dan!

My wife an I recently purchased a CPO Audi Q5 on their lot. When you go in, ask for David, he is great. He told me he just started at this Audi dealership, but that he worked in California for many years. He knew about the cars and was not pushy. Very friendly and easy to work with. He made negotiations easy and very transparent. The dealership experience in general was great, I feel like we got a good deal and I would purchase another car from David again. Thanks for you help, we love the car.

I purchased a car after finding it on Cars.com though I live over 6 hours away. Elias Monge helped me get it done long distance. On the actual day, I only spend about 2 hours to do the test drive, trade in my previous car, cash and cut some checks and walk out.

I went in for the oil change special - 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on when I've never had issues with it before. I call the service department and they tell me I need to bring my car back for a diagnostic which will cost $150!!! So they mess up my car and then try to charge me to find out what they did to it? Screw them. After I take it in for a FREE diagnostic somewhere else I will be reporting them to the AG, BBB, and DMV.

Event though I live in California I still would make the trek to work with him again on my next car purchase. These are the kinds of people you want to work with.

I was searching for a particular spec 2017 Audi Q7 and Audi Henderson happened to have just what I was looking for. I should note that I have a local Audi dealer less then 10 min from my home in So Cal that I attempted to have obtain the car for me (big mistake that failed miserably due to a horrible trade offer and more). So, I decided to go right to the source. After inquiring online with Audi Henderson about the car and my trade, I received an instant follow up from Leo Massaro. I knew within 2 minutes of talking to Leo, I was about to take a road trip and I am so so happy I did. Hands down one of the best experiences buying a car one could ask for. Anyone in So Cal (or any driving distance to the Las Vegas area). I strongly encourage you to call Leo when searching for your next Audi. The dealership is large with an extensive inventory and well worth the drive. I am so happy with the entire experience, might just have to take a little trip to Vegas at each of my scheduled maintenance intervals :-). Thank you Leo Massaro and everyone at Audi Henderson.

This is third vehicle I have purchased/leased from Audi Henderson. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident which resulted in my A6 being totaled but knew I would be taken care of getting it replaced. My previous sales person had left to pursue another career but he help guide me with a replacement to work with to get a new vehicle. Jared Vanaken understood my situation and literally handled my needs professionally, personally and with a solid touch of class. We drove a few vehicles and reassured my commitment to Audi's safety and reliability. I took a few days to consider which vehicle best fit my needs and told Jared which one I wanted. Literally from that point forward he worked with finance to get me where I needed be financially. Although the incentives had changed there was clear communication and transperancy, which doesn't seem to be the norm in the car purchasing process anymore. Within 90 minutes the sale was complete. I appreciate all they did and will be a lifetime customer. Thanks to Jared, Seth and Paul for creating an exceptional customer experience.

I worked with Jared on purchasing a Q7. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the Q7 Audi I was interested in. We were able to arrive at a reasonable final price within a relatively short period of time. The finance guy was very thorough, answered all of my questions and explained the paperwork in understandable terms. We had a number of follow up questions on the car and Jared and their tech guy did a great job in answering all of our questions. I would recommend Jared and Henderson Audi without qualification.

Jared Vanaken is a cool dude. I bought an A3 and in two hours we closed the deal. He gave me all the discounts possible and I didn't have to haggle. After the due bill was completed he delivered my car to my house.

Transferred an S4 from California, they had two and sent the wrong one...it was similar in options so we rolled with it. The next day during the daylight we noticed it had a lot of acid rain damage on the windows and paint, apparently this cannot come off so our loss. The car also had many rattles, which are now fixed (thanks to Julio who is great). Next up was the boost sensor, which turned into a wiring harness and 3 weeks, which then turned into needing a transmission at around 5000 miles. During it's time in the service bay I went to pick it up twice, which lasted about a few blocks before having to go back. At this point I started getting attitude from some of the service writers. After the issues, we were told maybe we could get out of it and into something for a similar monthly payment... from $599 to over 1000. No thanks. Next day we get a call saying they can take 10k more off.

I purchased a 2010 S5 out of state and have been bringing it to Henderson Audi since I have owned it. I have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership. Appointments are always easy to get. Service lounge is clean and comfortable... very easy to get work done in (free wi-fi!), or just watch TV, or just browse at new Audis. On the 1-2 occasions where I have had to leave my car with them for additional work, the service advisors always do a great job of keeping in touch with you... whether by text, by phone or by email. Price is always fair, the work is always done correctly, and my car is always returned with a free wash. Cedric Daniels was my service advisor, and has always done a great job. I would definitely ask for him! I had the misfortune of needing some major engine work done, and my car was beyond the factory warranty. Cedric and the service manager Brice went above and beyond to work with Audi to get most of the work covered by Audi. If it wasn't for this dealership, I would have ended up spending way more money on the repair!

I purchased an 2014 Audi 7 with cash 3 months ago and everyone was very nice, but afterwards I can't get phone calls returned from the salesman and the lady responsible to get my title to me. I will probably not purchase another car from this store

When a sales representative finally called me back he was very professional and informative. However, it took him several business days to call me and the website where the car was advertised stated that I would hear promptly from the dealer. By the time I received a call I had almost forgotten about my request to receive a call. I could have very easily purchased a different vehicle from an owner or another dealership within the several business days that the dealership rep took to call me. The vehicle is priced high for the year model. I will not make the trip from Summerlin to Henderson for a test drive at this time.

Joe made the buying experience very enjoyable. I know that we will be very HAPPY with the MBGL550 that Joe made available for us to purchase. We want to thank all the other team members for their support in making our deal possible. We were thrilled that Joe insured that the safety issues were taken care of before we arrived.
