Nightmare experience, horrible service-had my car in 4 times - they act as if they are doing you a favor. Worst experience ever. They won't give you a survey you aren't happy, that is how they keep all their awards.

I've had multiple cars serviced with Sun Motor Cars (Audi Mechanicsburg). Each time I have had nothing but great experiences with them. My latest service, Josh Deardorff took care of my needs for the car. He kept me very informed while my vehicle was in for service and warranty repair. Even though it took a few days to wait for the parts, they never had a problem with me keeping their loaner vehicle for the extended amount of time my car was waiting for parts to come in. I would very much recommend their service department as I have had nothing but great service with them. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and have warranty work done at Sun Motor Cars.

As a customer I was totally not happy the way how they talk about pricing on the Audi cars.I am an engineer and I know what I will pay. Sales rep did not like me challenging them and I asked to talk to the GM-sales. He was polite but no changes and always claims they are the best dealers.Sales managers get pissed off if I went to talk to other sales managers due to the fact I was not happy talking to him. The sales manger was rude and he said don't talk to others in the office and he said it is non-sense. I have replied back to him but bottom line customers at AAudi should never be treated that way.Be careful on the prices. They are high extreme. Review else where before you buy here..don't go there and don't buy.THis is my friendly advise.

We were looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and located one at Sun Motor Cars in Mechanicsburg. Our salesman, Arny, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He did his best to get us a great deal. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new car, he took the time to go over all the features on the Santa Fe. He also told us to call him or stop by with any questions. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car, new or used.

I have had my audi tt there for numerous issues. First couple of times they were great. The last three times it was horrible. While the car was in warranty had issues with the top. They kept adjusting it until it was out of warranty. Then they said it needed a new part $1000 +. Audi made them replace at there cost. When you ask for someone in charge they tell you they are on vacation when they are not. I was just rear ended the body shop filled the car with putty put damage on wheel well that was not there before then threaten to turn me in for insurance fraud saying it was old damage. Still have not addressed all issues. The insurance co closed the claim because I drove it home. This company is a nightmare. This review is based on my opinion.

First I call to set up my service, the guy on the other line was rude. A couple days later when they have my car, I call to see what the update is, they haven't even looked at it yet. It has been sitting there for 5 hrs. End of the day come's, I receive no call from them to update me. I go to call them and there closed. I was supposed to get my car back the same day, that didn't happen. It would GREAT to have gotten an update on my car, what is wrong, when I will get it back, etc. Its really sucks that there the only Audi Dealer in the area.

Received an email from the sales associate I was working with after I purchased my vehicle that included an internal email from Meghan Macioce saying, "Tell this guy [referring to me] to hurry up, its the never ending deal." Unbelievably rude. I was in the market for another vehicle, but will not consider doing business with this dealership because of this email. If you don't mind a company treating you like livestock that is pampered just to be tossed aside after they got what they wanted from you, then by all means, this is your dealership. For me, no thanks.

I have been looking for either an Audi or a BMW in a very specific price range over the last few months. Finally, I found an 2008 Audi A4 in my price range with 68000 miles on it at Sun Motors. Their Internet price had just been dropped by their Internet manager , Adam Mann, and he helped me through a series of emails to accurately explain the car to me. I live in State College, Pa, so I had to drive 1 and 3/4 hours to get to Mechanicsburg. I had already been approved for financing, so I felt confident if the car was as described, I would purchase it. I arrived at Sun Motors and met with David Boldoser, who was handling my 10 am appointment. I told him my time was tight that day so we went out for a test drive. The car was as beautiful as described and in excellent condition. David Boldoser made it a point to "teach" me about the different Audi specialties and I was very impressed with his knowledge, as he was young. David made the whole experience great and I learned a great deal about Audi's while I was there.The finance manager, I can't remember his name but I will try to find it, came out after seeing who I was financed with, and said he was fairly confident that he could get me a better rate. Although I was in a rush,I wanted to save money so I let him go to town. His hard work saved me over 5 percent! I was out of the dealership and headed back to State College in record time, the 2008 Audi A4 is fantastic!, I will post here later on this year to update on the car, but right now, it is the nicest car I have ever owned! We came in to see what Audi had to offer our family. We met Ben and was astonished with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand. Not only am I impressed with how nice the facilities are at Sun Motors, I am also impressed with the sheer professionalism everybody displays towards each other. We ended up purchasing a Q5 and couldn't be happier with our decision. Ben answered all of my questions, made the negotiations very easy and at the end of the day, made sure that we knew how to operate our vehicle. I truly look forward to this established relationship with Ben Catlin and Sun Motors Audi moving forward!

The Service Dept mis-diagnosed a major issue with my 2005 X5. They charged me an hour of labor ($107) to diagnose the problem, but did not actually look at the issue or try to recreate it. They only used my description of the problem. With that diagnosis, I spent just under $1,000 on various services. The day I picked up my car, I returned because the problem was still occurring. When they spent the time (5 minutes) to actually look at the problem, they told me it was a major internal engine repair that would cost $6,000 to get to - $3,000 to remove the head, some additional amount to repair the actual problem - and $3,000 to re-assemble the head.Had I known the actual problem the first time around, I would have never put close to $1,000 worth of service into the vehicle.When trying to discuss my concerns with the GM and Service Manager, I received the minimum required response (one phone call, two emails). At that point, they stopped any further communication with me and told me they couldn't help.
