This car buying experience was the BEST EVER! Antonio was very pleasant & helpful to work with. Joshua, in the finance department, was equally helpful. We never felt pressured, which is a first. Writing this review on behalf of my dad, that recently purchased a Mercedes AMG S 63 from Melbourne Audi. Our salesman Joel could not have been more professional, accommodating and friendly. We had flown in from Rhode Island to purchase the car, and Joel literally woke up at 5:30 AM to pick us up at the airport! After some friendly banter on the way to the dealership, Joel took us for a test drive in the car. He was attentive to the finer details and was able to explain the features to my dad in a way he understood. Joel had done all the hard work before we had gotten to the dealership too, so purchasing the car was a breeze. After Joel, we worked with a man named Josh to hammer out the contract and paperwork. Josh took his time to explain things to us and was extremely friendly and accommodating too! We had expected this portion of the car buying experience to be much more stressful, but it was the opposite. Josh was fantastic! Overall, our car purchasing experience at Audi Melbourne was awesome. I wish dealerships in Rhode Island operated more like them! If you go to Melbourne Audi, be on the lookout for our boy Joel! Tell him Steve sent you!

I willingly drive an hour and 45 minutes just to have my service work done here. Mike is such an amazing Advisor and always make sure everything is taken care of. The customer service alone makes the drive worth it, everything else they have to offer is just icing on the cake. If you are looking for great service work and a wonderful atmosphere I highly recommend making the drive over to Audi of Melbourne! Ask for Mike in Service!

Bunch of liars. They sell you words and promises; all smiles and then they didn't come through with a few small things. Our car Q5 has wheel locks but did not come with the key. We asked and they ignored our request for a key. I have to buy one now. Also, our car was not detailed as promised. When we take it for service, they wash but don't even bother to even vacuum the car. Great customer service! Go deal with a real dealer....not these want a be's.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Brought our BRAND NEW Audi Q5 in for our first service and on pick up I noticed there were scratches EVERYWHERE, inside and outside of our car!!! We showed it to service department before driving off the lot, where their solution was to wait a week until one of the service managers got back from vacation?! The GM Shay eventually agreed to fix after phone calls on our part to the dealership. They had our car for 2 weeks to 'fix' damage, just to find out they were only fixing half of the damage! Now the GM is REFUSING to fix the 15+ scratches on outside of the windshield thats directly in the drivers line of sight. This is our first Audi purchase and now because of Audi of Melbourne this will be our last! This is a brand new car that was shipped in for us, they damaged it and want us to just deal with it? Scratches inside and outside of our car! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

They bought my car 10000 dollars less than market. They gave me the 3.0 liter for a day, then when I wanted to change it to the certified A7, they bought it back less than I paid 24 hours earlier by 8000 dollars. Ed Sears is the worst dealer I dealt with and I change my car yearly.

I really can't caution you enough to steer clear of this dealer! Drive the extra distance and go to a real Audi dealer who prides themselves on quality cars and honesty. They buy and sell cars that have been damaged and do not report it on carfax. They don't even act surprised or like they care when you bust them... nightmare. Audi USA investigated!

This dealership made the choice for me concerning the purchase of a new SUV. I did a great deal of research on line and had a shortlist of cars (4) that I was going to chose from. The dealership visit was the last rating before the choice was made. This dealership made the deal that I wanted and has followed through grandly with post sales service and attention. I would recommend them and Audi to anyone interested in an upscale SUV.

Buyer beware! This dealership sold me a car that had a clean Carfax when it had been in a major accident and repainted. They are in the business of doing this!!! Do not trust them.

Have visited and/or dealt with a lot of auto dealers in my 30+ years of driving and have NEVER encountered a dealership quite like Audi of Melbourne, FL. I've made 3 purchases from Audi of Melbourne and each experience has been beyond compare. From no-pressure sales to quick service done right the first time,the Audi of Melbourne experience (more on that later) is exemplary. Unlike other Audi dealer(s) in my area, there are no hard or high-pressure sales tactics and negotiations on purchases and trades are straightforward, extremely fair and above all respectful. If you need a loaner it's a current model Audi or MB; never a smelly, banged up Honda Accord from Enterprise that I had to pay for out of pocket. As to that "experience"...well, when's the last time you bought a base model Audi and had it delivered to your home? I've had same, next day & Saturday service appointments and each time they've offered pick-up/drop-off service or loaner if necessary. I've never used the pick-up service because I like driving my Audi the 90+ miles to go to Audi of Melbourne. Yes, I opt to bypass the other Audi dealer 10 miles from my home because it's just not the same. Audi of Melbourne has a wonderful service lounge with massage chairs, internet, and complimentary meals. I've had western omelet with fruit, bagel w/smear, Nova and capers, grilled chicken Ceasar, turkey, bacon club w/chips and an assortment of fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, drinks.It's about fair price and great customer service. Audi of Melbourne has it in the bag.
