UPDATE: went in for a routine service last week. Everything was great. Scheduling was quick and easy, the drop off and pick up were great and Sean and staff kept me in the loop about my car and showed great hospitality. Would definitely recommend! I recently just took a big step and purchased my first car from Audi Modesto. I didn’t go in there thinking to look at an A5 but Nick Anderson showed me a car he thought I might like and I instantly fell in love. I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty Nick showed me. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Everything about my experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I am very happy with Audi Modesto.

As a fairly new Audi owner I was a bit nervous bringing my vehicle in for its first service at a new dealer. The service department at Modesto Audi was fantastic. Hope in particular was very kind and competent (both on the phone prior to and in person on the day of service) which was quite a relief. She went the extra mile for my convenience, was thoughtful, attentive and thorough with expectations and explanations. Nate (who serviced my car) was great, going above and beyond to insure both my car and myself were cared for and pleased with the experience. Thank you!

These guys always keep my ride going like the finely tuned German automobile it is. They are the only ones I trust with my '05 A4. A pleasure to work with, they always keep me informed and up to date about anything they find. Awesome service department, 5 start just isn't enough. Sean was my service representative and he is great at what he does.

When I made the appointment very nice on the phone. Day of appointment arrived and they opened the door for me. Service coordinator very helpful and knowledgeable. Tech took video of the finishing touches on my Audi. Great service!
