I just purchased a 2014 Audi A5 and I'm loving every minute of it. I originally wanted a used car, and was looking at a Lexus, but I decided to see what Audi had to offer first. Needless to say, I bought my A5 within an hour of being at New Orleans Audi. The car almost sells itself from the sheer beauty, but Jorge (my salesman) took me on the test drive that sold the car. He demonstrated every feature and showed me that there really is no other car that performs like an Audi. The price was more than fair, and the car feels and drives like $1,000,000.

If you are car shopping, please go to Audi New Orleans, We met our salesman, Jorge, on our first stop at Audi and never forgot his name. We instantly liked him and truly wanted to do business with him. We went to a few luxury car dealerships and always compared the brands and the sales person to Jorge. We went to Audi on our "car buying day" to look at the Q5, but thought that we might end up in the A6. Thanks to Jorge, we opened our eyes to the Q7 when we had an amazing test drive with Jorge. He was right and it was the perfect vehicle for us. Jorge and Clay made the negotiation process simple and pleasant. When does that ever happen when buying a new car? Everyone at New Orleans Audi was incredibly welcoming, kind and professional. We've stayed in touch with Jorge and hope that he's around for our next purchase. I could also go on about the Q7. It is amazing and we have not had a single issue with it in its first 90 days. Audi for life!

I am NOT a car person! But was in the market for a new car, and I dreaded the whole "car saleman" experience. JORGE QUINONEZ to the rescue!! He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He was very knowledgable about the car and took me and my husband on an AMAZING test drive that highlighted the features on the Q5. The drive is sealed the deal! Jorge was patient in answering all of my questions; he was professional, not pushy. I felt very comfortable with my decision to purchase the Q5, and felt very comfortable that it was MY decision. The entire sales team was fantastic, and made the purchase process seamless, quick and painless. My husband currently has the A6, and with my Q5, we are offically an all Audi family! I would absolutely recommend Audi New Orleans and recommend JORGE QUINONEZ without reservation!

I bought a 2014 S4 from Audi New Orleans. I never had such a great experience with a dealer. I exchange emails with Clay and he invited me to the dealership. On that day he introduced me to Jorge. Jorge took me for a test drive. I was already convinced. I thought things through over the weekend and I made my decision on Monday. Jorge had the car ready for me after work. What is the most remarkable is that they don't forget you once the car is purchased. You can send Jorge a text or an email and he replies to you within 10 min. Jorge will sell me my next car for sure

I just bought a 2014 S4 from Audi New Orleans. I have never experienced such a great service. Employees are pleasant, smiling and friendly. They spent a lot of time with me and the salesman Jorge took me for a test drive. What I like the most is that you are not forgotten when you purchased, you can ask Jorge questions, he will reply to you the next 10 minutes. He would go out of his way to please you. Jorge will sell me my next car for sure!!

For the second time I had a great experience at Audi of New Orleans. After my 40 months of lease expired, I purchased the same car, that I enjoyed driving, and had a relationship with. :) Mr Carter was above my expectations again, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. My gratitude to Mr Clay, Mr Taylor, Mr Antonio at service department, all with great customer service skills, and teamwork ability that can have any other dealership envy them. Outstanding job! Mr Carter helped me with the financial application, through e-mail, which made the transaction time much shorter, and I had my Baby Pearl ( 2010 Q5 ) move from Audi Financial Service, to my name, in no time. Thank you all for your help, you make me feel like part of the Audi family. :)

Our visit to Audi New Orleans exceeded my expectation. I would recommend Jorge as your salesperson he is very knowledgeable and patient. The Dealer's Manager, Finance manager, as well as all the other workers I fine are very friendly and polite. The A6 is everything I was looking for in a car. My daughter and son are now both wishing some day to purchase one.

Sorry, but what I was expecting was an internet price as promised. Instead, what I got was a nice hello, how can we help you and when can you come in for a test drive. Not at all the point of an internet price. .................. I also used your service when looking for a Honda CRV and received four internet quotes. After narrowing the search down to two dealers, I ended up buying the CRV from one of those two dealers. I was expecting something more like this experience. The Audi dealership might be wonderful, but I was not going to find out without a promised internet quote. The questionaire forced me to pick if I would recommend this dealer. I really can't say based on my experience one way or the other.

I contacted Audi New Orleans via the "Get ePrice" link early this morning. I had an email shortly after the dealership opened with vehicle specific information. Hugh and I exchanged a few emails, I scheduled an appointment for 2p. When I arrived, Bob, the Audi Brand Specialist with whom I was to meet, was working with a walk-in customer. Hugh, the finance dude, drove up in the vehicle about which I emailed to take me for a spin. Awesome car, I was sold immediately. They exceeded my expectations on my trade, paperwork was completed and Bob was giving me a tutorial of my new car at 4pm. I have never had such an easy, classy, wonderful vehicle buying experience. Can't say enough wonderful things about these two. Would do it all over again! Very happy new customer.

For the last 12 years, I have been a loyal Honda customer, having purchased 4 Honda Accords. I change cars every 3 years not out of necessity, but simply because I love a new car. I love the way it smells, the way it feels, the way it drives. And I love the Honda Accord. But this time I thought I'd try something different. When I walked into Audi that Saturday afternoon, I wanted to check out the A5. My brand specialist, Jorge, indulged me, allowing me and my two young daughters to sit in the A5! It was a beautiful car, but not right for my young family. But, Jorge already knew that!! Then he introduced me to the Q5, a vehicle in which I (initially) had no interest. Jorge enlightened me, and after his amazing test drive, I was sold. There is not much I can say about Jorge that has not already been said. He was patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He even danced with my 3 year old! The Audi car buying experience exceeded my expectations and I look forward to being a loyal Audi customer for many years to come.

I stopped in casually to start gathering some information. I had pretty much decided to stick with BMW, but then I met Jorge. He knew both Audi and the car model I ended up buying in and out. His test drive, though, is really what changed my mind. We went on two drives, with the second lasting for a good hour. Had he not taken the time to convert me from BMW with that test drive, I wouldn't be driving an Audi today. Jorge also put up with my hectic schedule and need to get a car quickly. He even came in on his day off to drive a car 76 miles to the next Audi dealership to swap for my car. If you're thinking Audi, head to New Orleans Audi and ask for Jorge and one of his test drives. You won't be disappointed.

I had been strongly considering a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and thought it prudent to drive similarly priced vehicles. I drove an Acura MDX, the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and finally a 2013 Audi Q5. Dealer exerpience at Acura was acceptable, and pleasant. Jeep experience was really terrible and the sales rep didn''t have much knowledge of the vehicle at all. The Audi sales experience truly took it to a new level for me. Not only was my Audi Brand Specialist enthusiastic about the Q5, but he was extremely knowlegable and easily answered every question I had regarding the car. Furthermore, the test drive experience was awesome. He demonstrated for about 45 minutes, what the car is capable of and then he turned it over to me and guided me through some more aggressive maneuvers to show me what the car can do. The sales process was fast and easy. I can't speak highly enough of the New Orleans Audi experience and am hopeful that my impression will carry forward with complete satisfaction with the car and ongoing service.

In preparing to purchase a new car, I looked at the test drove Lincoln, Cadallac and Audi models. The Audi test drive sold the car for me. My salesperson, Jorge Quinonez was thorough and made the test drive one of the best I have experiencd. After the Sale, Jorge has met with me on more than one occasion to make sure that I was comfortable with using the MMI features. This means a lot. Because of his assistance I feel much more relaxed about driving the car and using the many high tech features. He even came to my house to make it more convenient for me.

I walked into the dealership two days after Hurricane Isaac. They had no power and could not be contacted by phone. Jorge was outside showing people cars. He gave me his card and we came back Monday and leased on Tuesday. Arthur was easy to negotiate with and gave me the straight scoop. I am very excited about my A4 Premium Plus and I can not wait to drive it.

Went looking for an Audi Allroad advertised by Audi with a lease special. Had only 1 auto with lots of extras. Sales rep said he could get one but 100's of miles away. I asked for #'s on both. Never heard from Audi. One month now.

I had one of the best test drives of my car buying as a first time NEW car buyer i was very excited Jorge gave a wonderful test drive that really sold the car, he was really thorough going through all the features. After the test drive we went back to see the other option i was interested in but it really did not hold up to the Audi. I was really treated with respect and was very impressed with the whole process they made it fun and not the chore that buying a car can be. I already have told everyone I know about how wonderful they have been and how excited I am.

I love this car! Audi's service was phenomenal...The Manager and staff were very attentive. Jorge Quinonez was my salesman. He was the best from the test-drive all the way to showing the car's features. He knows these cars well. He was not pushy at all!! The car is in mint condition. The car handles well and is light and roomy. Trunk space is awesome. I received a full tank of gas and a car wash as soon as I purchased the car!!! The car also came with a carfax report...

New Orleans Audi is the epitome of what a car dealership should be! We had exchanged just a couple of emails with Jorge Quinonez and dropped in to the dealership without having made an appointment. It turned out that it was Jorge's day off, but the receptionist called in and he came to the dealership to with a smile and real enthusiasm to show us his specialty area car, the A7. There were absolutely no hard pressure sales techniques at work here. His enthusiasm about the car was palpable as he took us on a test drive and he answered every question we threw at him. He told us about A7s that would be arriving at the dealership over the next few months in case the features in the car we test drove didn't have the features we wanted. We loved the car and wethen talked to a sales manager who was professional and respectful and totally not pushy. the negotiated sales price was very acceptable to us and after completing the paperwork Jorge gave us a very thorough and understandable briefing on the technological features of the car. He obviously enjoys his work and made sure we had his cell phone and email access for "any questions , any time!". Without a doubt, this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had, only surpassed by the quality of this amazing car (2012 Audi A7 Quattro, prestige package) we purchased.

Despite the challenging logistics of the situation, the employees from top to bottom surpassed our expectations during the visit.
