Scheduled to have a windshield replaced, not only did they forget to schedule me they forgot to order the windshield. Roy and his service manager never apologized until I went to pick up my car to take it somewhere else to get the windshield replaced. Unfortunately for me they made me wait 15 minutes until telling me my car was taken apart and I couldn't take it back.I had a similar experience when I bought new tires here as well. Audi of North Atlanta reinforces all stereotypes about car dealerships.......

This was truly the worst car buying experience that I have ever been through. We were looking for a very particular certified pre-owned Audi A8, and unfortunately the exact car with the right colors and packages that we wanted ended up being at Audi North Atlanta. We are happy with our car, but we expected a better experience from one of the premier luxury brands and premier dealerships in the area. My suggestion to you is to take your business and peace of mind elsewhere.From filing paperwork properly to keeping basic contact with us, this dealership dragged their feet once we agreed to the sale. We agreed to the sale on 6/9 and were only able to pick up our vehicle on 6/27, almost 3 WEEKS later. The majority of that delay was due to having to redo the contract 3 times due to clerical errors and forgotten paperwork by the finance office at Audi North Atlanta. Even worse was the condescending and overly aggressive tone of the dealerships general manager, Billy Bearden, who oversaw this sale. Never have I been more infuriated than when he called to speak with my son instead of me because he and his finance associate had a difficulty understanding (my) accent; in over 30 years working as a physician my ability to communicate with patients and hospital staff has never been an issue. I can only believe that this was another low tactic of the Audi North Atlanta sales team to avoid direct contact with me and my frustrations. Outside of rudeness, carelessness was the norm at this dealership. We came to know from our salesperson that paperwork that was painstakingly notarized and Fedexed as soon as we received them was returned to the dealership only to sit unopened in the finance office until we would call to ask for status updates. Even though the dealership continued to make errors in my paperwork, every call I made to try and verify the contents of the documents was meet with incredulity. I was told by the GM that I was making unrealistic demands when we requested a scanned proof of the sales contract to review for errors before the third and final version was mailed out.While our salesperson, Maurice, was truly helpful, always available to us, and always genuine with us, the poor management structure above him failed all parties miserably. Only after dozens of frustrated calls and days of delay did the finance manager and other members of the dealership begin to sort out the issues. To add insult to injury, when the vehicle was finally delivered the cars interior console was still dirty and there was a faulty piece of equipment that had to be replaced at another dealership. It was almost comical when the $300+ Audi Advanced Keys were handed over in a tiny brown envelope; go to any other Audi dealership and the keys, even for used cars, are presented in a gift box as if it were fine jewelry. This is the quality of service and care that I received at Audi North Atlanta when purchasing the flagship Audi sedan, a vehicle and ownership experience valued at over $100K. I truly do enjoy my vehicle, but I will never be able to wash the bad taste of this purchasing experience out of my mouth. The excitement of owning the exact Audi that I wanted after searching for months was ruined by Audi North Atlanta. If you want to have a hassle-free sales experience with attentive, respectful, and genuine salespeople I would suggest visiting any of the other Atlanta-area Audi dealerships.

On a Tuesday, I found two cars that met my specs, so I drove up to test drive both of the - so far so good.On Wednesday, I communicated which one I was interested in, completed their online paperwork for Pre-Approval and made an appointment for that evening to drive up and close the deal.Upon arriving, we reviewed the Car-Fax for the car. It was listed online as a "one-owner", and verbally communicated as such the day before during test drive. The Car-Fax showed 5 OWNERS! I realize that car-fax isn't always accurate on these things, so we went through the detailed information. Best case scenario, it had 3 owners - but was listed as 1. I was very uneasy with this deal and held off to sleep on it and do some more research.On Friday after a few phone conversations to discuss the car in more details and settling in on a price that I was comfortable with, I emailed an offer.Saturday morning, I received a call that the dealership agreed to meet the offer halfway, which I accepted. I gave my CC# as a deposit at their request and made an appointment for 1:00 to close the deal. I received a call just before leaving for the dealership that another buyer put a deposit on the same car from out of state and that they could not honor the agreement we made earlier that day. I conveyed my disappointment and walked the sales manager through my history with this car over the course of the week to no avail. They would not sell me this car unless the out of state buyer passed during their appt later that afternoon.I decided to go ahead and make my original appointment at 1:00 PM to discuss in person since I was confused and candidly shocked that they wouldn't sell me the car after all of what happened over the course of the past 4 days.Long story short, I was there with check in hand as per our agreement earlier that morning, but they would not sell me the car. I am only assuming, but I'm sure they accepted a higher offer and took the risk that they would close that deal since they took two deposits on the same car.Waste of precious time and in my opinion Audi North Atlanta treated me unethically and objectively doesn't make good business decisions. Listing the car with incorrect specs/# of drivers, making agreements and backing out, and treating a local customer worse than an out of state one. I followed through on all of my commitments and acted in good faith - they did not and that is why a deal fell through with them. Side Note - this review requires listing the name of who I worked with. Matt and Maurice are the only name listed that I worked with and they treated me with respect. A gentleman that is not listed whose name escapes me called me to tell me they couldn't follow through on the deal, and who I also spoke with in person when I arrived on that Saturday to discuss in person. I believe his title was General Sales Manager and got the sense that he oversaw the sales operation and that is why he broke the bad news to me both times. Not surprising his name and picture are not listed. My experience with Matt and Maurice was good and had rational explanations during some of the bumpy parts of the process. The other gentleman essentially told me that it was best for the dealership to prioritize to the out of state driver and put the blame back on me because I had an opportunity earlier in the week to buy the car but didn't. He acknowledged that they listed the car incorrectly as one owner and that it was understandable that I would need more time to consider the purchase - but his position did not change even though I was there in person to buy the car based on our agreement earlier that morning. The end result of my experience with this dealership was bad to say the least which is the reason for this review, but Maurice and Matt both did their job of providing good sales service. At the end of the day the business made bad decisions all along the way in my opinion, most of which were out of Maurice or Matt's hands.

Made the deal over the phone, was told the Certified Allroad was in "GREAT SHAPE!" Did all the paperwork via mail, and then drove 5 hours to pick this car up only to find it had been keyed badly on almost every panel of the car as well as other damage around the car. We backed out of the deal. Before making this deal we asked two times if there was any body damage big or small,.....they said NO. It was a 10 hour drive round trip and they never even offered to pay for our gas or take us to lunch. They could care less that we got suckered by the sales person on this car. Joe Williams (Our Sales Person) was unable to be there when we got there, we was past on to 3 other people. Joe has yet to call us and apologize after finding out we were very unhappy. I worked for a Toyota Dealer for 8 years,......this would have never happened there!

I drive past 2 closer Audi dealers to go to Audi North Atlanta because I'm always treated fairly and respectfully whenever I need their help. Joe Williams in sales and Roy Reboucas in service are always pleasant to deal with and quickly responsive to any questions or concerns I've had no matter how large or small. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Audi North Atlanta again and I will continue to drive farther than I have to for service because I know they will work hard to make sure I'm satisfied. I called on a Friday at lunch about my brakes squealing and got an appointment in less than two hours. I needed new brake pads and rotors so Amy set me up with a loaner car while they ordered the parts with an estimated pickup on Wednesday. I was in the market for an S3, but I really wanted the Sepang Blue in the Prestige model. They were very difficult to find and to compound matters I really didn't have the time to wait for a special order vehicle. But, Audi North Atlanta and Greg Savitt specifically, came to the rescue! Greg searched high and low and finally found exactly what I wanted in Maryland. He arranged for a dealer trade and got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Great customer service, particularly on the day I went to pick up the vehicle. I was in and out in record time, even with time taken for Greg to show me how the electronics on car worked. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the whole experience.

We used the Consumer Reports car auto search and located a used 2009 Honda Accord Sedan at Audi North Atlanta. We called to set up a time to see the car, test drove it, and bought it the same day. They gave us the time we needed to make our decision, including repeated looks at the car and private discussions and internet searches. Brought my A3 cabriolet in for 5,000 mile service. Requested a headlight adjustment, wheel balance, and repair of ignition which was acting up. Upon arrival, I asked for a loaner as promised when I made the appointment. First answer was they didn't provide them for a 5K service. I was ready to leave when they found they could provide a loaner. They repaired the ignition (failed a week later), but could not adjust the headlights. The invoice indicated the wheel balancing was not done. The inspection sheet was blank, but maybe they were too busy to check off. A week later, the low tire inflation light appears as all four tires were 10 plus pounds below specification. I now wonder what the inspection covered.I won't drive 100 miles round trip for sloppy service.

I have reached out to the management at this deanship multiple times without any return emails or calls. I have filled out extremely truthful reviews about the service departments willingness to serve the customer and to my surprise, they haven't made a single attempt to resolve the issues. I have sent Audi North America, and the dealership management emails weeks ago and they seem to ignore me as a customer. Considering we purchased $160K in vehicles from them, I am shocked to say the least. So the moral of this review, do your homework, and select a better deanship, and brand that focus' on repeat business and customer satisfaction.

This dealership has a ton of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it. It had been 10 years and 200,000mi since I had purchased a car. I was coming from an SUV and really wasn't sure what I wanted. My salesman Ron Collins did an amazing job at helping me identify what would be a great purchase and worked well within my budget. He suggested I look at an A6 after he help me identify my wants and needs that were important to me. I drove one and was hooked! I love it!!! It is so amazing and perfect for me. I was also trading in my old SUV and Greg Taylor was so great at valuing it and gave me more than a fair trade! Thanks Greg!! The financing office really was in tune with my desired monthly payment and didn't recommend things to purchase that weren't needed for me. Neal Davis was professional and had me in and out in no time with a great rate and a monthly payment that is below my budget!! Can't say enough about this fantastic car buying experience. Stopped in on a friends recommendation and tried out a few different models. Greg Savitt, my salesman, had a real passion for Audi and I felt like he was really looking out for my best interest. The environment itself was also very relaxing and inviting. I had narrowed my car choice down to two cars and Audi North had one of them. I wasn't too sure about going in as I was a little apprehensive since I had not been able to get what I was looking for price-wise. Additionally, I had a trade-in which other dealers did not seem to want to give me much for, so that added too to my hesitation. I figured that it wouldn't hurt to at least test drive one more vehicle, so I inquired about an RDX I saw on Audit North's Web site. Ron Collins got in touch with me. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he could fit me in for quick appointment over my lunch break on short notice. When I got there, he made sure I was able to test drive the car and get my trade-in evaluated in good time to allow me to get back to work. He gave me all the necessary information about the car without rushing me into purchasing it. He was responsive, very respectful, and worked to make sure I got what I was looking for. I also spoke with his manager and Matt in finance when I returned later that same day. I ended up leaving the dealership not knowing if I would get the car, but the very next morning I got a call from Ron and his manager. They were able to work with me and offer me a deal (along with a very fair price on my trade-in), and all I needed to do was get to the dealership, sign the paperwork, and drive home with my new (used) RDX!

I purchased a used vehicle from the North Atlanta store in September and since this purchase I have constantly had to drop the car off for one issue after another. From the display motor to worn out seals, there is just a list of issues popping up and none of this was mentioned or repaired prior to my purchase. To further my frustration, the extended warranty I was sold has covered little to none of the true issue with the car which I am sure service department was aware of prior to my purchase (the suspension had 60+ error messages). I did not believe that this is the quality of service that Nalley would expect from their stores so I decided to reach out to the general manager of this location to give them an opportunity to address my concerns. Used or new, the vehicle should have been brought up to standard prior to selling the vehicle.I emailed the General Manager Paula McCannon but I received no response. Ai this point I would recommend that you avoid Nalley at all costs and purchase from Jim Ellis Audi. There is a reason they are the number one dealership in the country right now.

My mother, stepfather, and I went to this dealership with the intent of just looking, but as usual we were approached by a salesman, KJ (from Great Britain since there's two Kevin's apparently). He then did the typical salesperson thing of showing us what we were looking for and we saw the most beautiful car. We asked him before we got in to test drive, "How much is this car?" His response, "$48,000 and we have another one in the high $30,000's." We were perfectly fine with that price, so we decided to go ahead and test drive it.In the car, as we test drive and he continues to explain the features, we ask him TWO MORE TIMES the exact same question as above, and he gives us the EXACT SAME ANSWER. Since we are comfortable that the price he told us is correct, we decide to go through with crunching the numbers and starting paperwork. We sat down to begin the process and he pulls up the information of the car. Surprise, surprise! The car was actually FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! Oh! And that other car he mentioned? That one was in the $48,000 range! His only response to us pointing out his TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR "mistake"??? "Oh, I'm sorry if i misled you." Needless to say IF we decide to look at Audi again, we will either go to a different dealership completely, or ensure that we're working with a different salesman who will hopefully be more honest upfront.Salesmen like this give other car salesmen a bad name.

We had such a great experience in May of 2014; we returned to Audi North and Steve to purchase another Audi. We live 200 miles away, but the excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, friendly staff, ease of transaction and Audi North's desire to make us happy with our car and experience is well worth the drive to us. If you want someone to beg you to purchase a car- then Audi North is probably not the dealership for you. But if you want a class group of professionals, knowledgable about their product and respectful of your time and vehicle desires- you will enjoy the Audi North team. This time I tried to purchase a SUV closer to home. I visited 7 different dealerships and they were all the same- their first offer was a low ball offer and then the phone calls, emails and text messages followed trying to get us back into their dealership to re- negotiate. But once again Audi North and Steve's first offer was spot on for our budget- so within 45 minutes we had test drove the SUV and agreed on the price. Last time we purchased a new Audi; This time Steve found us an Audi CPO that is perfect for us and fit right into our budget. Thanks Steve and the entire Audi North team for another fun buying experience.

We drove 200 miles just to purchase another Audi from Audi North. Our sales professional Stave again treated us with great respect and valued our time. I tried to buy closer to home but every dealer tried to low ball my trade. Then they start all the calls and emails to try to get us back in to renegotiate. Audi North has hit my budget on their first offer both times. The Audi North team from receptionist, sales, finance are class all the way.

I made an appointment for an oil change on my Q5 on Saturday, Feb 7th, only to realize that I had made the appointment at the wrong dealer. Even on a Saturday, Audi North Atlanta worked me in and had me back on the road in about an hour. Oh, and they didn't make me feel like a real dummy for not knowing where I had made my original appointment! I will definitely be using Audi North Atlanta for all my service needs!

I don"t know but somebody remove my post from Yelp . I created different accounts on Yelp and one day after I posted somebody remove it ????????????guess whooooo................... I want to gave negative one Hundred for this business . This is the worst experience I ever had ...I posted the review down below on Yelp around a mount ago . A few days later the General Manager posted a comment, and I think they wanted to fix my mirror and i believed them, but i was wrong. i tried to contact Paula McCanonn ( More than 15 calls ) but I didn't get in contact with Ms McCanon . We left a message to her. Then a few days later a man from Audi called us and we described our situation to him . Then this man said that he was gonna order the parts for our car and gonna call us whenever he get the parts . Three week later we call to ask what happen but no body knew what we were asking about, of course . And then the customer services directed us to the Parts department. And The person from the parts department said that the parts for our car had never been ordered !!!!!!!!then he transfer our call to the general manager again, but can you guess ?....no answer of course .This is not all , towards the end of December I visited the Audi north Atlanta to cancel my road hazard tire protection plan .The lady in the office cancelled my plan and she said "Boris, in next 30 days you will get a full refund." but here i am, still waiting for the refund, maybe one day I will get my money ....maybe not. (Review from a month ago) 12/29/2014 This is for all future costumers, keep your eyes open wide guys !!!!!!I bought an Audi Q7 2014 y., Pre-owned (12500) miles around a month ago from them, and regret that to this day !!!! They was so nice when they took my money, but after that I'm suddenly nothing to them.After the oil change in their facilities, my side view mirror was damaged, and it stop working properly.I take a look at the mirror and I found glue inside of the mirror (it had been repaired) and i showed this discovery to the service department in Audi North Atlanta!!!! Of course they knew nothing of the glue !!!! Any warranty or help in order to fix my mirror has been rejected because of the glue. 2000 $$$ from my pocket, it's not about the money, but the way they treat me as a customer, as if it was my fault They told me to take my keys, leave and have a good day !!! Even though they claimed to know nothing about the glue, when i bought the car, the sales man assured that the car was very carefully inspected, and the inspectors said everything was in check and brand new. Our current luxury sedan lease was about to expire. A similar model was being considered as a replacement. Having enjoyed an A4 Audi convertible previously, we decided to check the new Audi line.Maurice Davis helped us immensely and showed us several options. 3 months ago I bought a new A7 from Jon Bush and Michael Bates. I recently decided to purchase a 2015 S8 as well. I did contact all other Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area about my desire for the car. Jon Bush and North Atlanta was by far the quickest to respond. I worked with Jon and Debbie Graber... could not have been happier. Debbie was exextremely professional and to the point. Once again, no games and very direct pricing that was better than all the other dealerships in the area. Since I had an established relationship, the entire purchasing process was quick and easy by dealership terms. Debbie and I agreed on a time for me to arrive the following day and the entire process from start to finish took about an hour. Once again, Jon, Michael and Debbie delivered a product and experience consistent or better than many "supercar" dealerships in the area.

I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else than Tres Russell. He went above and beyond by finding me the EXACT car that I wanted. I do not live close by, but Tres made everything so easy for me by going out himself and sending me pictures of cars that I was interested in. Today I visited Audi of North Atlanta in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle they had on their lot. I pulled up to the dealership which took me an hour to get to and was surprised that there was no one there to greet me. I already knew which vehicle I wanted and saw it from the road on the drive in so I walked down to it. After about 10 minutes of not seeing anyone coming to assist, I walked into the building. The receptionist looked at me as I approached her with what I will describe as a since of shock that someone like me would be walking in looking for a car. I had to initiate a hello and tell her that I was looking for some assistance with a used vehicle. She got up and proceeded to go and get someone to help me (i'm guessing). She came back shortly and advised someone would be with me. As I waited for a few minutes, a woman and her children came in and stated they were looking for a specific person and was immediately advised that he was on vacation but she would get someone to assist her. A gentleman immediately appeared and greeted her and her family. After she introduced herself and her family, she proceeded to tell the gentleman that she was interested in a pre-owned vehicle. He immediately took her and her family away and stated "let's pull up some of our pre-owned inventory for you". At this point you could probably imagine how I'm feeling. I waited a few more minutes and the receptionist saw me looking amazed and said that someone should be over shortly but she thinks he's on the phone. I thought to myself for a minute or two and I walked out. As I walked to my car, I noticed from behind me that someone was coming out of the building I had just left and seemed in a hurry. After I got in my car, I noticed that there were now some potential customers actually in the pre-owned section looking at vehicles. The gentleman did not even acknowledge me but instead walked over to the gentleman looking at a vehicle. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and I have never in my life been treated like this or felt like this after leaving a car dealership. Maybe it was the fact that I have tattoos that cover both arms, maybe it was that car sales are so great for dealerships now they just need my business. I can probably add a few more things that may have been the reason as if I was looked over today but I will not make this review about race, creed or color. I however will state that as a Manager for a top Cloud and IT company, I would never allow my agents (in this case the receptionist and or salesmen) to treat a customer or potential customer in the fashion that I was treated. I am very disappointed that I was unable to view the vehicle as I have looked for this vehicle for almost 2 months. Finally I felt i had found it but due to the manner in which I was treated today, I may have to just wait until I get back to Florida to find what I want.

John was fantastic. I found several different cars online and John was the first dealership to call me back and set up a drive. I had to reschedule and he immediately sent an email with the new time - no fuss. The drive was great. He allowed us all the time we needed to look at the car. It was used and still had a slight pet odor and was a little dirty and he assured us that would be taken care of. We had other cars to check out, but he didn't pressure us at all, just reminded us it might not be there later. He called us over the weekend to let us know the car was still around. When we came back, they had done an amazing job of detailing the interior! He allowed us to drive it again and when we decided to purchase, he was as efficient as possible with the paper work, all while being friendly and enthusiastic. It was a great experience and I felt he really cared about us getting what we needed, not just about selling a car.

I was treated like royalty at this facility. During the phase of decision making, I was not pushed and was allowed to make my own decision. The finance Mgr was very pushy about buying the Gap, and extended warranty, I did not appreciate that, but all other aspects of the sale was great. Jon my salesman and the car appraiser were the BEST, very personable, friendly, attentive, and responsive to all my concerns. The guy at the desk next to Jon was also in that category. Thank you guys for making this experience a very good one!

Our experience at Audi North Atlanta was not a pleasant one at all. We were not approached after walking around the lot for 10 minutes and finally went inside to ask for someone to talk to. We were rudely told that all the salesmen were busy with a client. A few minutes later the Used Car Manager brought out his "best salesman" to help us. Test drive and inspecting the car was fine. Car was in good condition mechanically but there were some cosmetic issues inside and out. The negotiation process is where things really got bad. It felt like the salesman was arguing with is and telling us how we were wrong. It wasn't so much what she was saying, but how. I can understand providing information to help us understand something better, but this felt like she was talking down to us and be adversarial. She seemed more concerned in proving she was right than trying to sell us a car. I think a deal could've been worked out but we left because it did not feel like a fair process. Would not recommend.

Made initial contact via email and asked several questions. In response Sabrina answered a few questions and gave me a lesson on headlight identification, just so I would know. After numerous emails some of the questions remained unanswered. One question was whether the books and records were with the car, and if service was up to date. Her response was "most customers do not turn in their service records when they trade in a vehicle". The vehicle I was inquiring about was a Porsche, with no service records? An in-person experience might have been completely different but my initial experience with Sabrina the internet sales specialist leaves me with no desire to pay them a visit.

I traded a used car and he is fair, reasonable and understands the market. I keep going back to Jon Bush. He is very personable and works extremely hard to satisfy a customers needs in a vehicle. Michael Bates has been a pleasure on multiple occasions, and treats customers as expected when making six figure purchases. Impeccably. With Matt Frier the final paperwork was fast and easy. We chose to finance and he found a lender that actually beat my current "check in hand" rates. Well done. I also had the opportunity to interact with Matt Hamby with Services. He is someone who understands customer service and he lived up to the highest expectations by helping me with one situation. I traditionally buy cars every 12 months, and besides being an Audi fan, I am going to continue to come to North Atlanta. No other dealer has even come close to the service and ease of doing business. Not even dealerships with cars costing 2x or 3x more. Thank you all.

Steve was really great to work with. He doesn't beat around the bush or drag out the sale. I'm from NY and was visiting family and came in to test drive the Q5. Steve was very easy to talk to and shared a ton of knowledge about the vehicle. I told him what I was looking for in a particular color combination of the Q5 TDI and instead of trying to sell me what was on the lot, he went out of his way to look up inventory in other dealerships and shipments coming in and was going to get me what I wanted and delivered to NY. He got me pricing and model information immediately and gave a good price and added no pressure to the process. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone buying an Audi.

I communicated for four days with the salesperson regarding a used JEEP. Wanted to make sure financing and all was in place before I drove 67 miles. Had appt and spoke to salesperson the night before after closing to confirm. Also emailed the morning of since I had not heard from the the finance person and did not want to make two 1 1/2 hr trips She emailed at 1217p that I should bring my documents, all ok. I arrived at 2pm and am told the venicle was sold the night before and just drove off the lot..she had tried to call me but I had left. Don't these people communicate?.poor business ethics..she never even asked me for a deposit which probably wouldn't have secured it anyway since they don't communicate their sales... I thought I was dealing with an upscale business..maybe the commission wasn't enough.....

Having worked around a small town auto dealership in the past, I have little expectation when it comes to buying a new car. I must admit, however, that Michael Bates and Joleen Dudley really stepped up and made this recent experience the best I've ever had. My wife and I had been speaking to other dealers about an Audi A6, but Michael and Joleen matched, then topped the best offer we had. First things first: my experience with Audi North Atlanta was really, really positive.I'm from Houston, Texas. I found Audi North Atlanta when searching for a specific vehicle online. The color combination I sought was unavailable for immediate purchase in Houston; my sister, also from Houston, purchased her Audi in Atlanta for the same reason. Cornelius H. "Neal" Davis was my salesman, and a huge part of my positive experience: -- He responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and all subsequent emails.-- His asking price was significantly less than Audi Central Houston's asking price for the same car. I find the whole "negotiation" business really distasteful, so I was grateful to be able to sidestep that bit. -- He was efficient, knowledgable, direct, and consistent, and he was an excellent intermediary with the financial department. -- He was equal parts funny, friendly, and professional. No small feat.Matt Frier arranged a combination wire transfer / finance loan for me. It was painless, and the interest rate that he secured for me was excellent.Dino was contracted to deliver the car to me in Houston. He delivered the car in perfect condition to the location of my choosing at the time he promised to do so.I would absolutely return to this dealership for my next Audi. I would also encourage anyone (anywhere) who's in the market for one to contact Neal at Audi North Atlanta before buying elsewhere. Very happy :)

My radio in my A6 went out. I looked around to see if anyone besides Audi could repair it. Everyone that I went to, said that Audi would have to repair it.I was a little hesitant at first because I had a very bad experience at Rick Case Audi in Duluth. When I came to Audi North, Kay Khim assured me that they will do a professional job. They diagnose my car, they technician answered all the questions that I asked him. Told me what was the problem, and put me at ease. Told me that he could fix it in a couple of hours; and he did. The best part of my experience came when I talked to Kay Khim. She gave me a loaner so I could go back to work, kept me posted on the progress of the repair. Made sure I was totally informed about the repair and the whole process of the repair. I am very pleased with the customer service and repair of my car. Kay and Ken is a great asset to Audi North. Please tell them to continue the great work that they do for Audi North.

I brought my car into Audi North Atlanta in Roswell as they were the only "specialty" car repair that was open at 7:00 a.m. I did not have an appointment, but was told I could wait for an assessment. I chose to wait as I really was frightened about continuing to drive my 14-year old car as I literally was shoving the stick into first gear! I was brought into a waiting room where I could watch my car being repaired while I had coffee and snacks. Long story short, my car was not an "quick and easy" fix. I was provided a loaner. Joey McGrary was my Service Consultant and kept me updated with any status information and assured my car would not be returned to me until the service team was 100% confident the car was repaired to the highest standards. I would recommend Audi Service to any one who drove one. Joey is professional, kept me informed and seemed to really feel badly when he had to give me any "bad" news.

Don't let the nice personalities fool you. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I let myself go against my better judgement. Here is the e-mail sent to the dealership.I just started doing research on my purchase of the 2014 Audi A6 from your dealership. I told your sales rep that I did not want to complete the transaction Friday night but I was pushed through anyway. I told you I could get 2.34% from Bank of America. With a 797 credit score you assured me that the very best you get for 60 months through Audi Financial Services was 2.4%. I now see that Audi has 1.9% for 60 months through July 2014. The difference over 60 months is $447, but it is about more than that. You outright lied to me to make more money for your dealership. I was stupid and signed the agreement against my better judgment so now I'm screwed. I can assure you that I will never buy a car from your dealership again. I will also being posting this review on every social media website and dealer rating service. I will send it to the GM and sales rep as well because I'm sure he was complicit in all of this. What a shady way to do business. Thanks for welcoming me to Audi from Mercedes with such class. I must say that I stepped into the showroom at Audi North Atlanta extremely intimidated by this experience I was about to take on! This feeling was quickly changed and never returned after one of the smoothest vehicle purchasing transactions I have completed commenced. I must say I walked out of the doors completely satisfied and confident with my purchase and knew that not only my needs but all my wants in my Q7 were met and them some. I was sent to Audi North Atlanta to speak with Michael Bates on a referral from another customer who was extremely pleased with Michael's no nonsense attitude and "back to basics" sales tactics so to speak where the customer not the sale is what is important. He had a genuine concern for what was important to me down to the silliest things that seemed like a hassle to other dealerships. I will definitely be returning to Audi North Atlanta to see Michael for my next Audi purchase.

I love cars, love buying cars, but hate the experience of dealing with stereo typical salesmen and their games at the dealership. Audi North Atlanta is not that type of dealership. Jon Bush was responsive, straightforward and worked well with our time constraints purchasing our Q7. Once we test drove the vehicle, Jon introduced us to Michael Bates, who was extremely helpful and had us an offer in hand in a matter of minutes. We were extremely satisfied with the first offer. We did our homework on trade in, invoice, etc an Michael hit our targets. It's nice to deal with Sales Professionals who enable transactions rather than waste time playing games. This is the third Audi where I have been involved in the purchase process; Jon and Michael have set a new standard for ease of purchase, time consideration and professional experience. This was an easy 5 star rating.

I have owned and leased nice cars for over 20 years and had decided to leave the Mercedes / BMW/Acura models behind and try an Audi. The reviews on the cars was great so off to the delaership we go. My excitment was quickly dampened by the service and overall expereince I received at Audi North in Roswell, GA. Their service level is the worst I have ever seen. The sales representative was very eager to get o ur business and relentelssly inisited that when we received the survey from Audi that we give him all 10s. Really? First of all, he should have given us his undivided attention when we made an appointment to pick up our new car (his choice of day and time - not ours), had the paperwork ready (and correct would have been nice) and appoligozied for the extended wait we incurred - not even offered a bottle of water or a snack (there for 3+ hours) and to top it off he gave me an Audi bag that was supposed to be filled with Audi stuff to celebrate my purchase. It was empty becaue the sutff was locked up and so he told me to come back another day and he would give them to me. Really? Now 2 months into my lease I get a letter from Audi North saying I don't qualify for financiing. I have called and left messages for 4 days - no return calls. Really? Never again will I buy or lease a car from this place. Worst I haveexpereinced in 20 years of buying cars. Probably will go back to Mercedes where they know how to deliver good cars AND good customer service.

Paula, Michael & Nick worked with us to ensure my wife had the exact car of her dreams - in this case, a '14 Audi S5 convertible we bought right off the showroom floor! I came to Audi North Atlanta after several sub-par shopping experiences at Jim Ellis. I submitted an online inquiry on a car that wasn't even on their lot yet, and Nikki responded promptly. Not only did she provide me information on the vehicle I inquired about, she asked me about color preferences, features, specs, etc. to start looking for other options - all in the first correspondence. I knew she was going to earn my business. She was prepared, more than any other sales person I've worked with, to find me the car I wanted. The used A4 landed on the lot Friday afternoon - I was in Friday night to test drive - it was completely detailed, ready for scrutiny. I had been shopping for 6 weeks. Their price, before negotiating, was, no lie, the cheapest and most competitive I had seen within 500 miles of Atlanta. It was to be certified - I watched Nikki pull the car up to the service department garage so it'd be the first one in Saturday morning. I drove it off the lot, CPO'd and everything, at 1:30pm Saturday. Chris in financing matched my pre-approved APR, and was a great addition to my experience. After the lackluster time (wasted) shopping at Jim Ellis, my experience with Nikki, and Audi North Atlanta, was exactly what I expect from Audi. I will be doing all services here, and will recommend this dealership without hesitation.

These are quality people - Period. Lets be honest, buying a car can be a painful process. I dealt with three people in the purchase of my used Lexus for my daughter and each person shared the same level of "lets keep this simple" and "we do the right thing". Through the process, I learned that I could share what our needs and concerns were with more and more certainty that it was going to be used to make the right decision...not just a a sale. In fact, I didn't feel sold, I felt advised. I can't say I have ever had this type of experience before in buying a new or used automobile. I highly recommend Matt Frier, Sandra Parks and Greg Taylor. Be straightforward with them and you will get the same thing back. If the have what you need, you'll get the right result. Excellent car buying expereience. The staff was very knowlegeable and courteous in a casual and relaxed way. The inventory of TDIs was limited at the time of purchase but the inventory of all other styles was more than adequate. The buying expereince was very streamlined and because the salesperson, finance representative, and maintenance representative all owned Audi's they were able to provide and share first hand knowledge and information. The vehicle was ready on time and was flawless. Driving the TDI A6 has lived up to all the hype with excellent mileage and performance. The organization has out-grown its current faciliites, but is scheduled to move into a new facility this summer.

My wife and I had decided to purchase an S Series A5 that we drove and really liked after working with our Sales Rep, Michael Bates. We were called over by Jon Bush to take care of the paperwork that was required before we went to the Finance Manager. Soon after we introduced ourselves, we became relaxed and comfortable with Jon. He is so friendly with a funny and warm personality. It was like we had known Jon for years. I must say I was very impressed with the patience our sales person Jong Kim exhibited on our visit to the dealership, especially considering the SUV we chose was not an Audi. His assistance in making sure that all our questions and concerns were met really meant a lot to me. He wasn't just concerned about making a sale but satisfying the customer as well. Our first visit to this dealership was at lunch today and Nikki took very good care of us, even though we are only considering the purchase of pre-owned vehicle versus a new one, at this point. It is not unusual for the level of service to drop off immediately once a salesperson finds out that the buyer is shopping the pre-owned vehicle market. I had an incredible experience purchasing a pre-owned Q5 from this group of professionals yesterday!! I worked most closely with John Bush who was AMAZING. What a great "consultant". He was far more than a sales person; highly knowledgable, patient and accommodating. As a single woman, the process can be a bit intimidating but, I felt like I was with family throughout the experience. Everyone was so genuine and clearly had the customers best interests in mind. I met people in the service department, managers and other team members. Although it was very busy, they took the time to make me feel special. I am confident that I received a fair price on my vehicle, and they showed me documentation from VAuto to back up the reason for the price. The trade process was extremely easy using "Trade-in Marketplace". They allotted more for my trade than I had originally anticipated. The car was exactly as it had been described on AutoTrader.com. I literally found the vehicle that I wanted on AutoTrader.com, went to the dealership, test drove the Q5, traded in my vehicle and purchased the next one within 3 hours. I visited Jim Ellis and Gwinnett Audi before coming to this dealership. I tried to buy a S4 from Gwinnett but had such a poor experience I had to walk out. I was blatantly lied to on multiple points. I even wrote the sales manager with no reply. Jim Ellis was only interested in new car sales. Jon Busch at Audi in Roswell was extremely professional. I visited him based on his persistence without being pushy. He had great product knowledge and provided a great balance of salesmanship with customer service. My overall purchase experience was great. I do not enjoy buying a car but Jon made the experience a good one. I love my S4 and hope to upgrade someday. I would highly recommend giving him a call. He's a good customer-focused salesman.

Initially, I bought a car from a BMW dealership two weeks ago. I spent an aggravating 8.5 hours at this dealership securing a contract with this company. After 11 days, they called me to tell me that I needed to put cash down on my vehicle and the contract needed to be rewritten. In essence, this dealership lied to me and based on this alone, I had no desire to do business with them.I then called Matt Hamby who is the Service Manager for Audi North Atlanta. He told me that if I decided to take BMW back their car, let him know and come up to Audi and he would direct me where I needed to go for assistance. I decided to take BMW back their car basically after I received their initial phone call. The next morning, I took their car back and told them that I needed to have my car back. All of a sudden, BMW was NOW more than willing to rewrite my contract without money down and a lower car payment to boot. I said, "No, I am done, I will need my car back." Financial came out to speak to me and she was trying to get me to agree to her speaking with the general manager to see if we could do a better deal. What she was not aware of is that the sales manager already told me he spoke to his boss and his boss told him that this was a very good deal already. In my opinion, BMW tried to do a "bait and switch". With my car back, 30 minutes later and the manager clearly unhappy I headed to Audi North Atlanta, furious and even more aggravated. I arrived at the dealership. Matt Hamby introduced me to Nick Watterson in sales. I brought Nick up to speed on my experience with BMW and I told him that my financials needed to be done first before I look at one car; I am not going to have a repeat of my last experience. How Nick handled my car buying experience was absolutely flawless. I told him the characteristics I am looking for in a car, he takes my financials to the financial director Michael Hecht. Nick then picks out a few cars for me to look at. Nick anticipated my requirements and needs extremely well. Nick made my experience fun, easy and it was in no time I quickly forgot what I had just experienced with BMW. Out of the number of dealerships I have ever dealt with, I have never had fun buying a car in my life and this experience was exactly what it ought to have been; these individuals at Audi North Atlanta demonstrated a high sense of ethics, integrity, honesty, treated me with first class service and their first priority was me, not themselves.Before I knew it, Michael Hecht had all of the paperwork figured out. He was tapping his fingers waiting on me to decide on a car. All in all, I was the one holding up the process due to making a decision. As soon as I made the decision, they gave me the financial numbers on the vehicle and I could not refute the numbers, it was an exceptional deal from the beginning. I was back on the road within 2 hours in my new car, paperwork signed, car detailed and home with my son when I needed to be. I highly recommend this dealership and I would definitely do business here again. Overall, I like that Audi stands behind their product unlike other manufacturers. What is expected from these individuals were already high in standards; however, everyone went beyond what was expected of them. A superb business model, not only in customer service, but within all aspects of their business that many other dealerships could learn from. Bait & switch, highly unethical. I utilized the online chat and detailed my requirements. I was then contacted by Jong Kim via email stating that he had two vehicles that fit my requirements and an invitation to come in for a test drive. I live an hour and a half from the dealership and arrived on time for my appointment. In fact, Jong Kim did not have any vehicles that met my requirements and he tried to upsell me into something more expensive. He then brought Dominic Dorn to meet me and I was told they would work with me on price. Again, I was very specific on my requirements including price. The new price was not close to what I asked for and the other vehicle did not have a required option.This dealership wasted my time and was insulting. Check the other Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area. I went to all 4 and had a great experience at each, except for Audi of North Atlanta.

Companies in the business of providing Service should take some lessons from Matt Hamby, Service Director at Audi North Atlanta. It is a rare find when one can actually get "service" at the service department of a dealership. Audi North Atlanta in Roswell has the staff that treats customers like valued clients. On my recent visit, I scheduled an appointment for a 65K miles service on an Audi I bought certified from a dealer in Jersey just months before at 55K miles. Once my car was taken in and checked thoroughly, I was informed that I need new brakes and rotors. Concerned with the unexpected expense, I asked whether I should be expecting to change my brakes every 10K miles as I had just bought it certified with fairly new brakes and good life on the rotors. Matt Hamby, the manager, took me into the shop and spent 20 minutes with me and showed me the brake pads and rotors. He also had the technician take out each of my tires so we can look at them individually. Matt was concerned that with the car being certified just months before, that my brakes are already gone. He encouraged me to speak to the Audi dealer that certified the car and see if they will revisit the certification to see if it was done correctly and provide some sort of compensation to offset the $1200 expense of new brakes and rotors. Matt even offered to speak to the dealer in Jersey if they call him. I took Matt's advise and called the dealer and explained the situation. The dealer took my feedback and took a couple of days but thankfully approved the expense and said they will pick up the cost of the new brakes and rotors! I was extremely happy with the outcome and all credit goes to Matt Hamby and the staff at Audi North Atlanta for their guidance on how to handle the situation. Matt did not have to do what he did and certainly didn't have any incentive to do anything, because regardless of the outcome, they were going to get paid anyway, but Matt understands how to service clients and how to retain a customer and win future business.Thank you Matt and Audi North Atlanta!

After my review on DealerRater, the GM of the dealership (Paula) and the Service Manager (Matt) reached out to me. Initially, I wasn't interested in talking. But, they really wanted to make it right. I explained my issues and they admitted that they could have done better. Their primary focus was to rebuild my trust in the dealership. They ended up offering several services that I took them up on. I won't go into detail on what they offered, but I think it was more than fair (maybe even a bit too generous). In the end, Audi North Atlanta took a really bad situation and completely turned it around. I give them a lot of credit. They have rebuilt my trust in the dealership. I would absolutely buy another car from them in the future. For reference, you can read my original review below:---------------------------------------------------------------------We had a very rough experience with Audi North Atlanta (a Nalley dealership) when we bought our car and it only got worse when we took it back for the first service. I would never do business with these guys again.Heres exactly what happened. We were talking to a rep named Stephan about a used 2009 Q7. We decided we wanted to buy the car. I filled out a deposit form with my credit card number and faxed it to him. I didnt hear back for several days. No one returned my calls. I started to get nervous that this guy took my credit card and left the country. So I called the GM of the dealership. I was told that Stephan went out on leave. It was all very strange. I cancelled my credit card just in case.The dealership finally connected me with another sales rep and we were able to do the deal. But, it took several days longer than it should have and they really wasted my time. Nevertheless, its a Nalley dealership so I felt confident that the car would be great and they would stand behind it. I did not take it to a mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchase, which turned out to be a big mistake. The process to get the tag for the car literally took forever. Yes, I know the State of Georgia has recently changed the tag process and thats created a lot of issues. But, I actually bought a Hyundai Genesis right after I bought the Q7 from Audi North Atlanta. I received the tag for the Genesis within 5 weeks. With Audi North Atlanta it took about 3 months to get the plates. Thats right, 3 months. Again, these guys just dont seem to have their stuff together.Then the last straw was when I took the Q7 in for the first service. I had put about 4000 miles on the car, mostly driving around town in good conditions. I expected just a standard oil change service. The service rep told me I need new brake pads, new tires, a new battery and new windshield wipers. The estimate was $2700! I told her I just bought the car there a few months back and this must be a mistake. Immediately, she got the General Sales Manager and the Service Manager to talk to me. We sat down in an office and they told me about how heavy the Q7 is and how it just wears down breaks and tires. That was hard for me to believe. I told them how disappointed I was in the dealership. When you buy a car from a Nalley dealership, youd expect a high level of quality and professionalism. They should stand behind their car. But, they were only willing to give me a modest discount on the services needed. So, I took the Q7 to two independent mechanics to get competitive estimates. Both mechanics told me that I didnt need a new battery or new tires. The break pads needed to be replaced. Both mechanics felt the pads were well worn and should have been replaced prior to the dealership selling the car. I ended up having the brake pads changed by one of the independent mechanics. Their price was $100 less than what the dealership quoted me.Every part of the experience with Audi North Atlanta was bad. If youre looking for an Audi, Id look elsewhere.

While I love my car, I would have preferred waiting and buying another one elsewhere. Dealer gave me a fix-it promise on the car and then later tried to back out of it saying that they thought that it would cost $500 or less. After the cost was estimated higher, they said that at most they would go is $1,000 and that they would only do so if it was a 50-50 split of the expense. How do you say, "half - truth"? No. When you call and the receptionist says that the manager is in with clients and then the manager claims that he was on vacation who do you trust? When it comes to fulfilling promises, they drop the ball 100% of the time. They are great for the honeymoon, but if you are looking for a relationship they are the wrong dealer to do business with. With all of their mistakes, delays and mis-truths they didn't see the need to apologize. They all make excuses, but we all know about those (...everyone has one). Maybe someone there will read this feedback and recognize that their customer service fails to meet a luxury standard.

Greg Savitt was thorough in all steps of the process. Not a small purchase so anything less was not going to work for me. Delivery and condition of vehicle was flawless.....Audi shrink wraps every component except portion of front window and wheels. Also, suspension is supported by 4 styrofoam blocks from Germany. I'm told this is done for ALL Audi's...not just A8's. With 2 passengers and fuel, the vehicle is well over 5000# and is getting well over 42 Mpg on Highway.....far more than EPA estimate. I'm banking on the fact that diesels will be more widely accepted in US when it comes time to sell. So far, I do not see a downside to the TDI....even the cost is offset by fuel savings within 24 or so months. Great combination of luxury and sport. So I will honest, I almost did not order my car from this dealership. I had visited them in the past and felt I was not taken seriously or there was a lack of follow up. But this time totally different. I have to say that the sales person you deal with makes or breaks a dealership and this time I had the pleasure of having Martin Poston as my sales person. I am a bit of a procrastinator so it took a few visits and drives to get through the process, but between Martin and Greg they were the perfect tag team. Both Martin and Greg were extremely thorough in covering every aspect of the car. Martin was out of the dealership for a week and was excellent in following up and checking in even when not at the dealership. Greg also was extremely knowledgable and eager to help. As part of my decision process I wanted chat with the service manager, after all you deal with service far more than sales. Well Martin had the service manager, Matt, call me and that is what sealed the deal. First for the service manager to take time from his busy day to call a potential customer vs. just dropping me a few sentence email, as all their competitors did, was impressive. He also spent time talking to me and not just giving me canned answers. Matt convinced me that his approach to to service is what I wanted. He operates like a boutique provider focused on the person to person relationship. There is a reason why there are an over whelming number of positive reviews for those dealership. Their initial offer on the car was not in line with the competition or my expectations, but after a few rounds of negotiations we got where we needed to be and thus a deposit was left to order me a 2014 A6. Not all the sales people at this dealership are as good as Martin or Greg, so if you want top notch sales person, insist on Martin or Greg.

Audi north Atlanta can not be trusted. I Live out of state and saw that the dealership had a car for sale that I was interested in. I contacted the dealership on a Friday and talked to them about setting up a test drive for that Sunday. I confirmed with one of their sales agents that the car was still available. I asked him specifically what was needed to make sure that the car would still be there on Sunday when I was able to come for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. He told me specifically that a deposit was not required and that if there was any interest on the car he would let me know. At this point I thought that the idea of not needing a deposit to keep a car held sounded crazy, however, I thought this dealership surely are people of their word and can be trusted. Over the next two days I was contacted by Audi North Atlanta 8 times to confirm the test drive on Sunday. This was absurd, why did they feel they needed to call 8 times, however, each time I confirmed that the car was still available and each time I was told that the car was still available. On Sunday I called the dealership again before driving from out of state with my wife and young son. Again they confirmed that the car was still available and that they were looking forward to the scheduled test drive. My wife, son, and I drove to the dealership and started to look at the car. Everything was going good with the inspection when the sales agent went to go get the keys. He came back 10 minutes later and told me that the car had been sold already on FRIDAY MORNING prior to me calling the first time. As can be expected I was furious, I had spoken to them a total of 10 times in the past two days about the car being available. The manager at the time was very apologetic and asked what he could do to resolve the situation. I told him pure and simple find me a similar car In a similar price range. He informed me that he had many contacts at other dealerships and many resources that he could check. He took down my information and he specifically asked me to allow him time to find another car and resolve the situation. He finally told me that he would be checking in with me weekly with how his search was going. After 10 days passed I had not heard from the manager. At this time I decided I would call him and check on what was going on with the search. I was unable to reach him but left a voicemail on his phone asking to return my call. A week later I still had not heard from him so I called back again, same scenario no answer and voicemail on his phone. Two days later a sales associate called me and told me that the manager was looking but had found nothing. I asked to speak with him the manager and was informed that he could not talk to me at this time. Again a period of time passed and I had to call him back. this time I did not even get a return phone call just an email saying we are still looking. I allowed another 2 weeks to pass without contact and called the dealership asking for the manager. FINALLY, he picked up.He informed me that in the past two months he had not only found one other similar car that was not in the same price range. I could immediately tell that he had not been looking and was not planning on it. I spoke with the store general manager and she was able to find 3 cars within 10 minutes. I was able to find 11 in the same time frame. She had no further plan. This dealership can not be trusted and does not adhere to normal business practices. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership STOP and run away.

This is a very professional, educated and customer service oriented dealership. Very easy to work and negotiate with. The two people I worked closely with to secure a great luxury used car deal were Joe Williams and Greg Townsend. There was no pressure, they were hugely informative and willing to go more than half-way when negotiating a few minor issues that came up on a third-party pre-purchase inspection of the car I ultimate bought from them. A true executive-class experience. After having worked with them through this purchase, I would have no hesitation what so ever recommending them to my friends and neighbors and hope to purchase my next car (hopefully a new Audi) from them. The best dealership experience I've had in years. BTW, Joe is a great Jazz aficionado, so if you love Jazz and you love cars and want a down to earth, straight-up, classy dealership experience he's your guy.

I found this car on the internet, while searching through Nalley Honda's cars, which is owned by the same dealership group. I sent an email to Jong who replied right away and I was able to test drive the car that I ended up buying within 10 minutes of walking on the lot. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 was because the loan I was asking for wasn't very much and could have been processed quicker by the Finance Manager. I was looking at an Audi locally (Birmingham, Alabama). Before moving forward with the deal I checked the WEB where Audi North Atlanta (ANA) had the same model car with additional options. I contacted ANA and spoke with Joe Williams. I let Joe know about the Audi I was interested in and the car I wanted to trade. Joe worked with me over the phone (we were about 150 miles between us) and within an hour or so and a couple calls it was worth my while to make the drive to Roswell Ga.When I arrived Joe and the team were ready for me and the rest is history. I made my purchase acquired a few new friends and will be back in the not to distant future to purchase a Q5 2T. We have a 2010 Q5 3.2 that we really enjoy where it will be off to a new owner in the future.ANA was not high pressure and worked with you not on you. If Joe didn't know the answer to a question he got it or someone to answer it.

This review is very late in coming and to Matt Frier I owe an apology for that. He is honest, straightforward, responsive and goes 'the extra mile' to make the customer feel confident in making a purchase long distance of a rare and expensive automobile-sight unseen. I purchased a limited production 2008 Audi RS4 over the phone--sight unseen-- from Matt within 36 hours of when the car was first listed on Autotrader without photos in April 2012. I believe it was posted on a Friday and the deal was finalized on Saturday after Matt took extensive photos of the car, provided service history, and responded to all my incessant questions about the car. He was a fair negotiator, and we came to a deal in one quick phone call.Once the car was delivered by enclosed transport, it was everything Matt said it would be and more. Having purchased many unique cars 'sight unseen', you put your trust in the seller, whether it is a dealership or a private seller. My experience with Matt, from intial contact through handling of transport exceeded my expectations. He is a credit to the dealership and I heartily recommend him, especially to anyone, like me, who may be purchasing a new or previously owned car 'long distance'. Matt Frier was a pleasure to work with, which really made both my wife and me not only comfortable with our purchase, but very happy that we made the right choice. Matt's technical knowledge (degree in automotive engineering) was a real plus even for someone like myself who is certainly not a gear head, and his enthusiasm for the vehicles he sells is contagious. We came to Audi North Atlanta to test drive a couple of cars that I had seen on the internet, already armed with knowledge of Audi's reliability and quality as well as information about the specific vehicles in question. However, we were not prepared to encounter a dealer who treated us not as a commodity or even a customer, but as a client. I really appreciated the no-hassle sales process, and believe (based on internet research, of course) that our deal was not only fair, but quite a bargain for the car we purchased. Matt acknowledged as much, did what he could to make the deal even better by qualifying the vehicle as CPO even thought it had not been listed as such initially, and did not try and steer us toward the more expensive of the vehicles we drove. He instead focused on the one that made most sense for us, based on our discussion with him. That shows that he was actually listening, which sadly is not always what one experiences at a car dealer. His attention to detail and his follow up in the days after we signed the papers was also very appreciated. His manner is very courteous, he has been nothing but professional. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in an Audi.

I emailed Matt Frier at Audi of North Atlanta several months back inquiring about 2013 S4. Last week I decided to stop by and see what they had. I asked for Matt as I spoke to him before but its been few months back and the reason why is because he knew about cars and didn't do typical sales pitch and trying to sell me the car. When I spoke to Matt about what I wanted to get he understood and never tried to push me into any car. I looked at used and new S4. I spent almost 9 hours at the dealer and ended up going with a new car. Even though the finance people could learn few things so they can answer questions that customers have instead of just saying those are the numbers and not being able to explain it. At the end Matt (who is not the finance person) managed to explain the numbers. . Matt knows about Audis and it was easy to talk to him from one Audi enthusiast to another. I ended up buying the car and I would buy another Audi from Matt any time!

Joe Williams was one of the best sales people I've dealt with on any large purchase. Being in sales myself, I am easily turned-off with bad tactics, and poor service. This is not the case with Joe. He was very attentive, professional, listened to my needs and expectations, and literally had all of the right answers. After viewing all of the Audi's available on the internet - eBay, Craigslist, Autotrader...etc.. I kept coming back to the one on Audi North Atlanta's page. It had the best stats and options, lowest price, CPO'd, and it was fortunately, closest to my home (1.5 hours) away. I took a visit to just have a look and was immediately sold on the condition of the vehicle. It was literally a 9.9 of 10. After a quick test drive, I wasn't going to let this one slip by. Joe worked with me on the vehicle I drove up in, and was able to close the deal within an hour or so. Pretty amazing, I must say. The service I received at this dealership was top-notch. Joe, Greg, and Rene make a great team and are well experienced to make the car buying process as seamless as possible. They had a car that I liked and found over the internet. Joe Williams responded to my call first and he was nice, professional and friendly. He couldn't be there the day I made an appointment, so he referred me to Sandra Parks and followed with a phone call to congratulate me with a new car after we signed a deal, which was nice considering he didn't get much out of it. Newer bought a car before from a female salesperson (I'm not a sexist it just happened that all of them were males) and I was quite impressed by Sandra's professionalism, and knowledge of the product. John - sales manager and Rene - business manager were quite professional and efficient as well. To make the story short I traded my BMW X5 and bought A7 and I had to drive for 3 hours to Roswell since I'm from South Carolina, but it was well worth it. Overall I had a good experience at this dealership, bargaining process wasn't difficult and I got a deal pretty close to what I was expecting. Would recommend this dealership without any hesitation, I wish I could service my car there, but it's a little bit far.

I've had my CPO A5 for a couple months now and I still get a thrill every time I get in the car! It was delivered in spotless condition and is still perfect. This car is a dream! If visiting, I would highly recommend my sales guy, Gregg Savitt. Very informative and the furthest thing from a "used car salesperson" you could find - not pushy and was confident enough to happily let me go test drive BMW's and Jag's. He knew everything about the car and it's functions and is by far the very best person I have dealt with when buying a car. Oh, and I got a GREAT deal on my car! The dealership could have stood to have a larger selection of CPO cars.

I told him what I was interested, and he got me a key. He had a customer at the time, so he simply told me to take the car for a drive to see how I liked it. It was that simple.Our negotiations were easy, friendly, and handled with great care and professionalism. There were none of the games some dealers play. Everything was was open and honest throughout the process.My wife should be ready for a new car in about a year. We will be certain to talk to Joseph again.

We are considering a Q5.We were shocked how the car drove,it was amazing. We never really thought about Audi ownership,and now it is leading the board. We just happen to stop by ,Sunday, and to our surprise they were open. Greg Hampton was the Salesperson that demonstrated the Q5 very knowledgeable. Many people believe buying a preowned car from a franchise dealer is more expensive, but this is not the case with Audi North Atlanta. I purchased my vehicle from them at a price I could not obtain from either a private individual or independent used car dealer.I've worked both in and around the dealer environment for nearly 20 years, and Audi North Atlanta is one of the classiest, most professional dealers I've encountered. Joe Williams went above and beyond the "normal" call of duty to insure that my experience went smoothly. Having flown in from out of state, Joe graciously provided local, personal transportation to the dealership once I arrived.The sales manager, Greg Townsend, made it a point to come over, introduce himself, and thank me for my business. While this is not a unique event, it is extremely rare. I appreciated that he took the time to personally come over and visit with me. Once on the road to return home, I texted Joe to inquire about adjusting a specific feature. Both Joe and Matt Frier went to great lengths to get me the answers I needed and promptly responded, again demonstrating their commitment to excellence.In short, I would most definitely recommend Audi North Atlanta. I bought a used Audi A4 for Nalley Audi, one of the selling points being that Nalley does a 200 point inspection on every used car they sell before selling the car. Day 2 of having the car the sway bar busted and had to be fixed, the dealer covered this. When I took the car in for it's first oil change they magically discovered that the UCA bushings, an engine motor mount, and the brakes were all failing. A total of over $2000 worth of work. UCA bushings and a motor mount do not fail instantly they fail over time. In addition brakes wear down over time, which I understand but the dealer is telling me they have to be replaced within 5000 miles all of a sudden. Now the dealer is unwilling to cover the cost of the repairs. I will never buy a used car from this or any other Nalley dealership.***EDIT***Since this review Nalley Audi has gone above and beyond to make my experience as good as they possibly could. I appreciate the response from both their management team and the work of the service center. It would be nice f all car dealerships were run with this level of customer service. Special thanks to Paula, Matt, and Joey for getting this issue resolved appropriately and quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I submitted an internet request early Saturday morning and received a call from Chelsea within an hour after the dealership opened. When I got there, I was initially met by Chelsea who then turned me over to Joe Williams who educated me about the Q5 and then let us take the vehicle out for a test drive on our own. When we returned, he answered all our questions patiently without trying to pressure us into buying. When I told him what other vehicles we were considering, he did not disparage other manufacturers, instead he took the approach of emphasizing the strengths of the Q5. He was also upfront about the cost of the vehicle and respected me as a consumer who had done his research prior to walking into the dealership. When we came back to pick up the vehicle with my parents, he went through the vehicle with them in detail and took them out for a test drive as well. Never once did he give the impression that he felt like we were wasting his time by asking him to introduce the vehicle to them. The vehicle was prepared beautifully and even waxed.I highly recommend Joe Williams and the rest of the staff at Audi of North Atlanta (aka Nalley Audi). While Joe praised Audi's, he was not snobbish about it. He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We left the dealership feeling truly appreciated for giving them our business rather than "lucky" for being an Audi owner.

The first day that I visited the dealer on Saturday, no one was even available to speak/ help me and I looked around for about an hour. The second time, Joe Williams was great and his service was exceptional. I would say to the dealership that if you cannot help customers on certain days then don't be open. I wasted an hour of my time.

Matt was referred to us by my wife's hairdresser, who he recently helped purchase a BMW. We first wanted to look at used BMW 3 series and Matt arranged to have one driven over from Nalley's BMW dealership in Decatur. After test driving it I felt it was a bit too small inside for my taste so Matt started telling us about the Audi A4 and how it was slightly larger than the 3 series. He didn't have any used ones on the lot that day, but within 2 or 3 days he called us to tell us he just took in a 2009 as a trade in. They had not even had a chance to certify it or detail it yet but he was so impressed by the condition of the car that he called us immediately, knowing we would love it. The car had one owner and was very well cared for. The next day we went over to drive it and had no doubt it was the car for us. After it got inspected they gave us the price and thought it was very fair for it's excellent condition.Before this experience we had never considered buying an Audi and didn't know much about them. Now we may be Audi owners for life. It's a great car, a great dealer, and Matt's knowledge and laid back demeanor helped make this the most comfortable car buying experience we've had to date.

My experience was different than the reviews I read about. I was pleased that Matt Frier contacted me to discuss my interest and setup a test drive for a particular vehicle I had my eye on, after reading reviews raving over his customer service. Sad to say that I did not experience that same level of service. As soon as my wife and I arrived, we were passed onto another salesman with no explanation. After we inquired, we were eventually told that Matt handles internet inquiries and does not show cars, which is different from the impression left from these other reviews. But not a problem, as the salesman we were introduced to was pleasant and ready to give us some attention. We took the vehicle for a test drive which was good, but the vehicle was not fully cleaned and ready to be shown, as confirmed with us. We inquired about one of the vehicle features which was inoperable due to a code error (which was strange because Matt mentioned that another customer took the car to his mechanic for an assessment, I guess to increase our interest in the vehicle), but no real effort appeared to be made to try to rectify the issue. Even the Finance Manager did not really seem willing to even try to talk to us to get us to meet his desired figure or at least have some dialogue to see how much we may come up. The receptionist was very nice...too bad she was not selling the vehicle. Maybe we did not fit the profile of the preferred customer, maybe because we were looking at a used car versus a new car, maybe everyone was ready to leave as it was close to closing time, maybe they just didn want to try to sell a car to us. Whatever the reason, our experience did not come close to what we read about. Or maybe we were the exception to he normthat we read about. Even with previewing others' comments ahead of time, every experience and level of customer service truly does end up being niquejust not always for the best.

I had narrowed down what I was looking for and was able to give Clive the things that were important to me in the A4. He knew the questions to ask, and set forth to find me that car. A low mileage, turns out practically new, car with the color I wanted and some extras I didn't count on, such as navigation, sports "look" package. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle as the one at Audi North Atlanta. Gregg Savitt was the sales person that I worked with and he was great. Everything that he promised was followed through with. The vehicle that I bought was not on site and was due to be delivered within 90 days. I actually negotiated on the vehicle sight unseen. . I got a great price on car I purchased and it was a better looking car than I expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend Gregg and Audi North Atlanta to all my friends and family. It's nice to know that there are car dealers out there that you can trust and car about making you a happy customer.

if you are buying a new audi, go see matt frier. you won't be disappointed, just fantastic service. and very good at explaining how the car works. Oh and get adaptive cruise control too, very cool.

I have bought many vehicles in my time and I can say that I have never had such a great experience as the one at Audi North Atlanta. Steve Blalock was the sales person that I worked with and he was great. Everything that he promised was followed through with. Never in my life did I ever think that I would do something like this, but it was a specific vehicle that I was looking for. I got a great price on both my trade in and the used car I purchased. He was not fully satisfied until I was. I put my trust in him and it all worked out perfect. All in all, I would definitely reccommend Steve and Audi North Atlanta to all my friends and family. It's nice to know that there are car dealers out there that you can trust and car about making you a happy customer.

Steve has been by far the most trustworthy salesperson in the business that I have had a chance to interact with. We had very restricted needs, and he not only took great pains to make sure that we got the best value but also stress tested the car with us - demonstrating genuine concern for our safety. Service advisor, Roy Reboucas, is the 'sole' reason "WHY" I will not only return to Audi North Atlanta, but will highly recommend this dealership to a colleague of mine considering a new Audi purchase. The service customers receive after the purchase is the most overlooked area in most dealerships, but not the case here. Roy, not only makes every visit a pleasant experience after your purchase, but is the 'driving force' behind not even considering another dealer after having been served by Mr. Reboucas. Many other dealers attempt at making service visits all about the waiting area and catering to clients with coffee and pastries, when in truth most customers would much rather return because of great employees like Roy instead of fancy coffee services and desserts.........there are plenty of places to visit for hot drinks and fruit filled breads.I have owned BMW's, Lexus's, and other luxury automobiles; however my next car will come from where I can bring it for service and have Roy Reboucas handle all of my after purchase experiences!!!

After recently moving from out of state I came across this great dealership. In comparison to my old Audi dealership this place is a life saver. They were more then happy with providing accuate information and keeping true to warrenty replacments and discounts while my old dealership did not. All service reps that I have come across have been extremely helpful. Even on a busy day they were able to pencil me in without appointment to take care ofa few, minor things. Overall a geat dealership, I I highly recomend it. Plus you havee to love the free car wash with service.

Another reviewer mentioned he was a Raving Fan. Add me to the list.I was introduced to Nalley Audi in Roswell by a friend that has dealt with both the sales team and service team for years. There were distinct differences in this dealership when compared to others. This is our first Audi, and was attracted by two things: safety and style / performance / reliability record. Check out: safercar.gov and iihs.org for safety info. Our salesperson, Greg, knows his Audis - he took time listening to what I wanted. He clearly explained all the wonderful new technology, going so far as to pair up our iPhones with the car and reviewing how to setup the new nav system with a couple destinations. You can't miss with Greg since he does two things great: he (really) knows his product and every feature- he's truly an Audi expert, and he also is easy to work with - easy to forget he is a (typical) salesperson.Everyone I met has worked there for some time. In this type of industry that means something. It says that the management is good to the employees and the employees are truly interested in what they do and who they deal with (me and you) It shows.

The customer service at Nalley Audi is the best of any dealership. Everyone went out of their way to give my husband and I the best car-buying experience. The sales associates worked very hard to get us the exact car we wanted (down to every small feature). Absolutely no pressure was applied to us to spend more than we wanted or to compromise on what we were willing to purchase. We had to wait about a month for our Q5 (because we were waiting for the 2012 models to roll out) but that wait was made much easier by the diligent phone calls from one of the associates letting us know the current status of our order. The car came in perfect condition and was detailed excellently before being given to us. Our main contact, Matt Frier, took the time to explain the various features of our car, navigation system, etc. At no point during the experience did we ever feel rushed or like "a number." The price we paid was fair and extra allowances were made because we had purchased 2 Audi vehicles in the past. Speaking of which, as an aside, the service and parts departments are of just as high a quality. Every possible thing is done to make having your car serviced as convenient as possible.Simply put, go to Nalley Audi. Your experience will be top notch.

I traveled 400 miles to this dealership based on their extensive inventory. The trip was worth it! I found the car on the dealer website (inventory) and they held the car until I could get there. I enjoyed working with the sales staff. The attention to detail was excellent. When I arrived, they had it cleaned spotless and ready to go. The thorough presentation of the car and all it's design features was excellent. A great buying experience!

I am writing this because I am SO IMPRESSED by the amazing service I received from both Steve and Greg and a few others last night.As I was heading home to Marietta I noticed a flapping sound and was lucky enough to pull into the Audi lot in Roswell. Upon inspection I saw that my right rear tire was low on air. It was just after closing, but Steve was inside and offered to look at the tire. Not only did he look it over but he and Greg drove it over to the side of the dealership and filled it with air. They then noticed a huge nail or screw in the tire. They could have sent me on my way with the air but instead they took their time to remove the nail and apply a plug!!! They had a WONDERFUL attitude even hough it was after hours and hot!! In addition they advised me to seek a patch soon even though they seemed confident the plug would hold. They showed concern and caring to a complete stranger. A possible nightmare averted by Nalley Audi of Roswell's incredible customer service, extensive tenured professional knowledge, and great relationship with Audi North America.I purchased my 1st Audi at Nalley Audi (New 2005.5 A4 in 2005)and have impeccably maintained it through the years with every recommended service with the goal of keeping the car for many more years. After 116,000 miles, an unanticipated transmission line failure (at a stop light), rendered my transmission useless and had to be replaced at a cost equal to 1/2 the value of the car.I was not happy at all with the costly situation. This problem was not caused by owner service negligence, impact, nor uncertified service. ALL the recommended service, from day one, was performed and documumented with the Dealership.The entire Nalley Audi Family from Service Consultant Becky, to Service Manager Matt, to General Manager Paula, to Sales Consultant Matt, to Finance Director Erwin rallied with Audi NA to rectify the situation within 48 hours! First of all, the vehicle sold itself. I am getting a great car. But on my test drive, I was given ample opportunity to drive the vehicle. It was the longest test drive I had taken. I was even allowed to borrow the vehicle overnight which allowed me to see the vehicle in multiple situations: highway versus local streets, fast versus slow, daytime versus nighttime. This was extremely helpful with my decision. Finally, allowing my family to drive it with me and enjoy it with me sealed the deal.

The overall experience was excellent. All of the staff are very courteous and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of what needed to be done to my car and the cost associated. There are no surprises. The pricing was also excellent as I had priced the repairs elsewhere. My car always comes back very clean as well. On my first visit to Nalley, I didn't enjoy my experience, and I voiced it out on this site. A day or two later, Paula (the GM) personally reached out to me to give Nalley another try. I thought why not, and went ahead to visit the next week and ended up buying my car through them! I'm so glad I came back, I had a wonderful experience as a first-time car buyer. Jeremy Greer was my sales rep, and he was a really sweet guy. He tried his best to work with Paula and myself to get me the car I wanted in the budget I wanted to spend. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, so I hadn't brought any of the things with me that I needed when purchasing a car. Jeremy was incredibly patient with me, always friendly, and I really appreciated it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jeremy, Paula and the Nalley team to any of my friends.

My previous A4 has been serviced at Nalley since new, and I have always had great experiences with Roy and the rest of the service team. When I decided I was going to purchase a new S4, I began working with Greg through the process. I have been working on cars since I was 15, and it is rare to walk into a dealership and meet a member of the sales team who is more knowledgable about the vehicle than I am. However, Greg knows more about the Audi brand, the mechanics and engineering of the vehicles, and cars in general than any salesman I have ever dealt with before. The buying process was very easy, he was able to reconfigure a car that they already had ordered to my specifications, and it arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule. They even had a technician stay late the night it arrived to set up my car so that I could have it the next day. Overall this is an excellent dealership with a great staff, and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them in the future.

I dreaded buying a car because in my past experience the dealership had been very pushy. Clyde picked up on that right away and made me feel completely at ease. Not only that but he also put me in the perfect car for me (not the orginal one I came to buy.) I had an A4 for 7 years and it was time to renew it. My experience with Audi was mixed: great and beautiful but wow costly (maintenance costs very very well beyond expected).I was in the market for a "more intelligent" choice this time (thinking Sonata) - but really wishing for an Audi. Have had my Audi serviced at Nalley for three (3) years including maintenance, repairs and a major recall. Whether it's an oil change or a transmission rebuild, they have bent over backwards to keep me happy and make my experience as pleasant as possible. They service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and completely transparent about the work being done on your car. And in the end, even for simple maitenance, the car is delivered freshly washed and vacuumed!!My wife drives an American brand SUV and if we have to take it to the dealer for larger maintenance items, I feel the need to chain my wallet to my belt loop, if you know what I mean. I never have an issue with "extra" service on my Audi!I would recommend these guys to my mother-in-law.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership and with my salesman. It was an easy transaction, and I got a great deal on an awesome vehicle! The car I went to see and test drive was actually in the showroom, and it looked like it was brand new. I was merely going to look, but I decided to go ahead and purchase that evening. I got to the dealership at about 6pm, and I drove out at 8pm with my 'new' car. The salesman was very professional, easy going and knowledgeable. Other people around the dealership were friendly and helpful. I will definitely spread the good word about my experience at Nalley Audi. I've gone back to an Audi, and I couldn't be happier!

I came into the dealership at Nalley Audi in Roswell, GA initially looking for an address of another dealership on Alpharetta Hgwy. I immediately met Clive. Although Clive was working on a transaction, he was patient and took the time to direct me to the address I was looking for. Clive took an extra step with inquiring about the type of car I wanted as well as my budget. Clive's friendly and patient personality was warm and inviting. So much that I sat at his desk and reviewed a few cars available within my budget. I saw a car that I was interested in and Clive quickly got the keys for a test drive. As we were about to take the car for a test drive, Clive had to excuse himself and turned me over to Matt Frier. Matt hopped in the car and we began test driving the vehicle. After the test drive and some number crunching, I decided that the car was a little over my budget. I was a little disappointed but Matt found a solution! He decided to make a few calls and check the inventory to find a car that was within my budget. This story took some turns and hurdles that Matt nor myself probably want to relive however, Matt handled every hurdle with the utmost professionalism and patience. Constantly ensuring me and thinking out of the box to overcome these unforeseeable challenges. Driven in his natural ability to problem solve and exquisite customer service. Matt even went above my expectations by personally washing my car because the detailers had already left for the evening. I am the proud new owner of one of the most amazing pre-owned vehicles. No nonsense car buying experience. Straight forward with price negotiation. Knowledgeable of vehicle and easy going. No high pressure sales tactics. Document fee a little steep, but most dealers in the state are similar. Finance rate was a half point higher than ideal, but otherwise no other last minute hidden fees or charges. The whole buying process was relatively quick. No back and forth or being handed off to different sales people or managers. I don't have other Audi dealer experience to compare against, but I can't think of anything to complain about. I'd refer people to Nalley (and Greg in particular) to work with on a new or used car purchase.

I made a follow up call on an internet auction for a used car. Mr. Blalock was defensive and short on the phone, just on the edge of rude. I don't feel that he wanted to encourage me to buy the car in question, or even deal with this dealership. I don't know why, other than I try to be an educated consumer and know the market esp. if it's a large purchase. The above is a lot to assume from a 3 minute phone call, but frankly, if a salesman doesn't at least act pleasant and encouraging, and is having some kind of bad day, month, or lifetime, whatever -- that is how they are representing their dealership, with a direct lack of respect to an interested consumer.I had the same kind of experience at Audi in Duluth, where the salesman failed to come up with a price for a used Audi after running back inside 4 times to get the keys, the price, etc. He wound up demanding that we give his card back to him! What is it with Audi salesmen and dealerships? I have no axe to grind, just honest reports of my anecdotal experiences..../ts

I leased a 2010 Audi A4 from Nalley Audi and had my best car buying experience ever. I worked with Dominic Dorn (General Sales Manager) and Greg Savitt (Audi Brand Specialist). Both Dominic and Greg were a pleasure to work with and treated me extremely well. They understand that an Audi buyer is an upscale customer, and they treat you as such. Dominic patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything even though I'm sure he was probably tired of me. By my count, he and I exchanged over 60 emails in the span of two weeks! But he definitely earned my business which I'm sure will not be for just one car. Greg was terrific as well. I don't think I have ever met a brand specialist as knowledgeable as he. The man knows the A4 inside and out and quite frankly it was his explanation of the features of the car that sold me on the premium plus versus the premium. Finally, his post sales orientation and tour of my new car was very informative and helpful (he spent over an hour showing me how to program the various features of the MMI system alone). I've never had such a great experience (usually I'm handed the keys and told thank you) when taking delivery of the car. This, by far, has been the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car and I can assure you that you've earned a repeat customer even though I work two miles down the road from another Audi dealer. The extra drive is worth it to me from both a buying and car servicing point of view. There's just no comparison and I will be glad to refer my friends and family to this dealership.
