Really excellent service, work was performed as described. Loaner car made drop off and pick up easy. The customer service was top notch. They text you updates throughout the day so it was easy to know how things were progressing. Honestly wish everything was this easy.

One thing about myself is that I don't let everyone know what I'm thinking all the time. I don't like to complain about services and I typically don't leave recommendations either. However, this will be my exception because the service I received while shopping for a car recently at Audi of Oakland, was phenomenal! This was due to the Initiative taken by ANA, my sales person. If you have the chance I highly recommend choosing Audi and have ANA guide you through your next vehicle purchase. I went to see a 2013 Mini Cooper she assured all my questions were answered and didn't make me feel pressured what-so-ever.
