I had Great Experience with at Audi this week. My sales rep Logan made this experience worth coming. I recently had a 2021 Audi Q3 early this year that then totaled in a car wreck. I upgraded to 2021Audi Q5 this week. Logan was great!!! He gave me a complete run down of all the features in my vehicle that I didn’t know I had that were in my Q3. Very informative! He was patient, and I didn’t feel rush to make decision. He also gave me run through of all the vehicles on lot. I HIGHLY Recommend sales dealer LOGAN if you are looking to get Audi.

I have a recall notice on my car and the tires need to balanced and I have been trying to get a hold of someone in service department. They took my number a few times and no one called me back nor I can talk to anyone in service, as either the massagebox is full or no one picks up the phone. I have just moved from Atlanta and the service level in New Orleans seems to be ....!

Hopefully you all see this comment before looking for a car here. We were looking for a used car and this one had just popped up on their website. We looked and test drove the car and decided to come back the next day. We test drive the car again and it over heats within 5 minutes i kid you not. We tell them we will not get the car and they say that they are going to sell it at an auction. It is still on their website. Unfortunate for whoever buys that car. Beware

If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. I’ve had an Audi for the last 7 years and I must say, my experience with the purchase of my last vehicle was nothing but a major disappointment. I traded in my A5 for a Q3, not only was my salesman rushing me with making the purchase but he gave a lot of false promises. There were a number of things wrong with the truck the day I brought it and was told I can just come back another time to get it taken cared of. Once I would come back, nobody has any idea of what I am talking about. Which resulted in a bunch of blank trips and frustration. I asked to get the sales manager involved thinking that’ll be better, only for him to be just as worse! I called for OVER a month and nobody ever got back with me with any sort of updates with the questions I had. I wasn’t given a spare key, so I tried to follow up on why. My salesman told me, it was because I didn’t trade in two keys. However, I DID!! And then the sales manager turn around to tell me that they didn’t know where it was. Now a month later, I’m told I have to purchase one. Which is ridiculous!!! I say all of that to say, when it is time to purchase, the sales team is A1,friendly, and very prompt. However, once you have your car/truck, it’s like they can care less and NEVER follow through with anything they say! I would rather drive a hour to another dealer than to work with the one in New Orleans.

I have to acknowledge Terrance Vincent in the parts department for his amazing customer service. I ordered parts out of state (I live in Seattle) and he has been beyond helpful with keeping me up to date and answering questions and keeping me in the loop when there was an issue with a damaged item that was sent to them. Good customer service is really hard to come by these days and I just felt compelled to recognize him for his efforts. Thanks Terrance
