I found a Jaguar XKR listed on this site that this dealer took in on a trade. I contacted the dealer via Cars.com contact page and Dennis O'Connor responded very quickly. One test drive at 1:30 PM a few days later and I was ready to trade in and buy same day day provided I could drive the Jag home as I wasn't interested in driving 5 hours round trip. Dennis and the Oz Ali did a phenomenal job of putting terms and the deal together (a bit of financing was required to make it same day as it was too late for a wire). At no point was there a push or pressure (if anything, I was doing the pushing). I would have driven the vehicle home that day except for a Jaguar battery related idiosyncrasy (entirely forgivable, as they are Audi dealers not Jag dealers) that needed to be worked out but that wasn't discovered by the techs until late in the day. I didn't go home with the vehicle that day, but Dennis personally delivered it the next and I could not be happier with their service or my new-to-me vehicle. Clearly, I can only speak to Dennis and Oz, and the paperwork team, but they made a complicated process (trade-in, payoff, financing and the vehicle was being purchased by an entity) as simple as could be expected. I would absolutely recommend.

IWhere do I begin! Not thinking we would be purchasing our third car from Audi of smithtown but we did and had a great experience doing so thanks to Enzo our salesman.Enzo was not only cheerful, friendly, professional and very knowledgable but made us feel at ease when speaking to him.He took his time explaining all our options and carefully walked us through the whole sale with enthusiasm and patience. When picking up our car he sat with us going over all the details until we felt confident with our purchase.Thank you again for making this purchase so pleasurable Enzo, you will be seeing us again with our fourth purchase in the future.. After being assigned to Audi of Smithtown, for our road service need, Service Adviser Jack immediately proved himself to be the professional that one would want to communicate with at a time of need. His prompt call took away the anticipation of when will the driver arrive. He was polite and knowledgeable. Andrew arrived to change the tire and was most!! helpful as well. He acted professionally and you felt that he cared about getting the job done right. He was patient, polite and took pride in doing his work. Both, Jack and Andrew took care to go the extra mile and help us in making this flat tire experience, which occurred at the beginning of a work day, seem effortless. They took care and charge of the situation in a way that we have never experienced before and, being that buying a car has to do more with the follow-up service that one should expect, we would unequivocally recommend Audi of Smithtown thanks to!!: Jack and Andrew.By M.

I know that, like me, most readers of reviews believe that the majority are shills for the dealership and should be discounted accordingly. This is the true story. I went to Audi of Smithtown after looking at a new Durango R/T at the local Ram dealer. The Q7, while more money, was a far better buy in the long run. Rose was my saleswoman and Tom, the manager. From the start it was completely relaxed no pressure encounter. More importantly, Rose was very educated about the 2017 model and all of its many features. I am a hard core car guy and have read all of the reviews and she, nonetheless, talked me through the car without trying to upsell me on anything that I was not interested in. The deal on the trade in was higher than the Ram dealer, the interest rate on the purchase was rock bottom and everyone went out of their way to make a deal work. They even tracked down a car that virtually matched what I would have ordered and had it in three weeks. Delivery and follow up calls were truly flawless.

I recently had a flat tire that could not be plugged. Service Advisor Jack Imperato got me a new tire, a four wheel alignment, and a loaner car. He had the job done within 2.5 hours. Not bad, considering I came to see him after 11am (not exactly an earlybird visit). Jack was true to form. He is always a polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable professional. When it came time to ante up, Amanda took care of the transaction with her usual grace and charm. She is a shining example of courtesy, efficiency, and customer service excellence. I call service and know that Amanda usually answers the phone, especially early morning. She tries to find out what's needed to address my problem. She usually lets me know how much time is involved. We work out a convenient time for appointments. If needed, I can reserve a loaner car. Vinnie and Jack at the service areas are knowledgeable, polite, and on the ball. With two Audis (Q-7 & A-3) I seem to be a frequent visitor to the service department. I'm called on my cell when the work is completed. My original salesperson, Rose, usually follows up to make sure everything is going well with the cars. This is a great team of people. They're seasoned, organized, and resourceful. Besides the fact that Audi is the number 1 brand again, the people make the experience a pleasure.

Recently purchased a 2013 Audi A6 from a different dealership. Service advisor Jack Imperato was working with me on a minor issue when I took my car to Smithtown Audi (closer to my work)and I mentioned that I noticed that there were several significant scratches on the leather driver's seat. I figured that I might have missed them when I bought the car as it was dark outside. When he called me to pick up my car (for the fuel pressure sensor issue) he told me that he had contacted the other dealership and they worked it out and the seat was going to be repaired by an upholstery vendor they use for these kinds of issue at no cost to me.Fantastic initiative and customer service!

Made appointments several weeks in advance for inspections on both of our Audi's for first thing in the morning. We were willing to wait for the cars but since several updates were required on my S4 (air bag & steering code updates along with an A/C component replacement), Jack immediately called me back and set us up with a loaner. Got to go and have breakfast with my wife and received a call while we were still in the area that the cars were already done. Can't beat that! We've been customers for many years and have been very happy with the sales and service staff at Smithtown Audi.

They are a $2 used car dealership, I custom ordered an RS7 ($120k car) the 1st night it arrived the rims were stolen off my car, they lied to me every step of the way, and tried to sell my car (that I put a deposit on and had a legally binding contract to purchase) out from underneath me and did everything in their power to prevent me from getting my car. I even had my friend videotape a slick salesman trying to sell her my car in the lot (without wheels) and when asked "what happened to the wheels?" he said they took them inside so no one would steal them. Only when I got my attorney involved did they finally give me my car knowing full well they would have been thoroughly embarrassed in court, I ordered it on May 13th, it arrived to the dealership on July 23rd and I finally took ownership of my car on September 5th!!! This dealerships complete lack of competency, transparency, and empathy as well as the compulsive lying are something that I have NEVER experienced in my life. I truly feel bad for anyone that buys a car from them because they are all crooks, ownership included. I was absolutely disgusted with my experience with them. The only reason I went through with my purchase was because they did not want me to take the car, they knew they were going to lose money because they had to pay for my new rims and tires and fix the undercarriage of the car. They were hoping to sell it to some unsuspecting consumer at full MSRP without them knowing the true story behind it. Hence if I did not go through with my purchase the dealership gets what they want.

From the time I entered the dealership to the time I picked up my car was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable with all the features, rebates and aggressive pricing. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and I would definitely go there again.

Went in for an emergency service- First I spoke with Amanda, she got me a loaner vehicle and set me up with an appointment. Then Kevin took over and gave me detailed description of the cost/process my A6 would be undergoing. I needed the car back Monday early afternoon. Kevin said that would be achieved and it was done earlier than projected. Every time I have dealt with Smithtown Audi Amanda and Kevin have been outstanding to deal with.Ted Miller- Patchogue

Audi Brand Specialist Rose Miccio and General Manager Ray Brown were wonderful to work with! We could have gone to other Audi dealers closer to our home, but we went to Audi of Smithtown and had a great experience getting a Q5. Let's just say that we had a less than stellar experience at other Audi dealers nearby, and leave it at that. We knew exactly how we wanted the Q5 configured before we walked into the Smithtown showroom. Rose did not have to sell us on the cars or the Audi brand, and she never gave us a sales pitch. She was very informative, thoughtful, and sincerely interested in us having the best experience getting a new car, from the time we first met in the showroom, to picking up the Q5, and even thereafter with follow-up calls and emails to ensure we did not have any questions. General Manager Ray Brown is a gentleman. Back to why we went to Audi of Smithtown. On a Sunday evening, I emailed the General Managers of all the Audi dealers in the NY Metro area, asking for their best price on the specific Q5 we wanted. Ray was the first to respond on Monday morning. He was sincere and straight-forward. He had exactly the car we wanted, and offered me a price that ended up beating everyone else's price. Other dealers contacted me and either gave their sales pitch, gave me padded numbers, and/or wanted me to bring them the best price I had, with a guarantee they would beat it. On Wednesday evening, as we were about to walk into the Smithtown showroom to meet with Rose and Ray, another dealer called me back and dropped his price to a number that was a couple of hundred dollars less than Ray's offer. Too late. As we walked into the beautiful showroom, Rose greeted us warmly and introduced us to Ray. I told Ray about the offer and that I wanted to give him my business. He was a gentleman and offered to split the difference. It wasn't really about price, though. As I said, we had a great experience working with Rose, Ray and the other staff we met. It was refreshing to work with such professionals. Great staff, great showroom and service area. I plan to recommend Audi of Smithtown to anyone looking for an Audi.

Everything about this dealership is perfect. When I purchased my A5 Cabriolet in 2010 from Rose Miccio, I had a great experience. She is so very thorough, kind and attention to detail was amazing!!Throughout any service I needed, the Service Manager, Joe Geosits, also provided me with excellent customer service, great attention to detail . Joe & his entire service staff are all so friendly and always make you feel comfortable with taking care of the car services & needs.I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be purchasing more cars through them in the future.Thank you Smithtown Audi staff for making me so happy with your services!!

I've leased many cars over the years on Long Island including domestic and imported models from both mainstream and luxury marques. For me, the experiences have varied from acceptable to outstanding. The outstanding experience? Audi of Smithtown. From my initial contact with Audi Brand Specialist Dennis O'Connor to a very pleasant experience with Business Manager Brian Miller and a warm handshake and greeting from General Manager Ray Brown my expectations were exceeded at every step. Honestly, Dennis didn't have to do much to sell me on the Audi brand or the S3 I leased (I'm a car nut who is very familiar with Audi's reputation for great engineering as well as the new S3's emerging status as the heir apparent to the late 90's S4 - a car who's performance and driving characteristics are regarded as legendary by the Audi cognoscenti), But he DID sell me on the dealership and the friendly and capable staff. His pride was obvious as he took me thru the state-of-the-art Service Reception area with a covered drive-thru and spotless service bays. And although I didn't take him up on the offer, he assured me you could 'eat off the floors in the service area'.Since a car with the color and options I wanted was not in stock, I placed a factory order. Never was there any pressure to 'take something on the lot '. Instead, Dennis worked with me to put together an order with exactly the options and colors I wanted. It took a little over 2 months for the car to be built and transported from Germany and Dennis was great at keeping me updated with status emails along the way.During one of my visits to the dealership, newly hired General Manager Ray Brown made it a point to come over and introduce himself. He thanked me for my business and seemed genuinely interested in knowing how the process was going. It was an unsolicited personal touch - the first of many I expect. Then there was the 'dreaded' meeting with the Business Manager - this always seems to be the most stressful part of buying a new car where the dealer tries to sell you extras you may or may not need, to increase the value of the sale for the dealership. Audi of Smithtown's Business Manager Brian Miller did not take that approach. He simply presented the menu of available extras (everything from pre-paid maintenance with AudiCare to window tinting) and asked which items I was interested in. Done. No pressure and very pleasant. No need to dread that meeting.I would recommend Audi Of Smithtown without reservation to anyone shopping for an Audi and expecting the best premium car buying experience, fair prices, a professional staff, a state-of-the-art facility (sales and service) and most importantly: a personal touch.Oh, and the S3? It's amazing - I probably should have gotten more than 12K miles per year on my lease. I think I'll be driving it more than I expected.

I walked into the dealership that morning armed with the readiness to cut off a sales pitch due to my strict schedule. Turns out, I didn't need to worry at all. Dennis quickly discovered that I knew exactly what I was looking for because he actually listened. We found a car within minutes and had a lease contract within the hour. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I never felt pressured, and I truly felt that Dennis represented my wants and needs rather than his or the dealership's own agenda. He was my advocate and helped me get a better price through all possible avenues. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. I am now enjoying my beautiful Audi and will certainly come back to Audi Smithtown for future car dealings.

I have leased 12 Audi's over three decades from dealers around the country. I have never had a better experience than working with Audi of Smithtown. I actually live closer to other Audi dealers but travel to Smithtown to lease from Chris Guy and obtain service from Kevin Birmingham. These guys are top-notch. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, trustworthy, responsive, fair. I wish all my dealings with service providers were like my experience with Audi of Smithtown, Chris Guy and Kevin Birmingham.

Kevin Birmingham is the best! All service advisors should be like him and mirror his qualities. He is always attentive and knows who you are when you phone in. When you arrive at the dealership, he has no problem rolling up his sleeves and checking out your car physically and he's very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. He does his job well with a warm friendlineess that is genuine. I switched to Audi of Smiths town due to lack of communication and incompetence from my local Audi service department. I travel 1:30 mins from Brooklyn to Long Island because the service is outstanding.

After a horrible experience with another Audi dealer, I came to Audi of Smithtown and had the complete opposite experience. Kevin B. was beyond helpful, courteous and accomodating. I now ONLY ask for Kevin because I am absolutely certain that I will get treated fairly and honestly. He is without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST service adviser I've ever had at any dealership.

In December 2014, I opened a "Unique Dialogue" with Mr. Merrow and Mr. Hutzler about purchasing a New Audi Q3. Well, right Off the Bat they came back with a "Purchase Price" that made it "Too Good To Pass Up"!! Well 1-week later Me and My Wife(buying the Q3 for her) came into the Dealership to "Close The Deal" and "Special Order Our Audi Q3 From Germany", with No Surprises, and No Charges for Special Order(who does that). During this Visit we met Mr. Hutzler(sales manager) and he introduced us to Dennis O'Connor(sales Associate), who took Us for a Test Drive in a Audi Q3, and He truly was "Exceptional In Product Knowledge" and his "Attention To Detail" was "Truly Exceptional"!! Meeting with Mr. Hutzler, Me and my Wife both came away with the Impression that here is a "Sales Manager" who has a "Exceptional Sales Team" that makes his Job Easy, and Makes the "Customer" feel that their "Expectations Have Been Exceeded In Every Way"!! On March 28th 2015(Sat), our Special Order Audi Q3 arrived and We Drove Away "Completely Satisfied"!! This is the "Third Audi We Have Owned", and this "Truly" was the "Best Dealership Experience Ever"!! Mr. Ron Merrow, should be "Proud Of His Staff"!! I will "Definitely Buy From Audi of Smithtown Again"!! I Remain.... Rick M. Cosentino

I brought my Audi A4 into Audi Smithtown Service because the handle stopped working on my car. I could open it from the outside but not from the inside. I dropped it there and they called me the next morning to say it was the door latch cable (inside the door panel) and it would cost $380.00 plus tax to fix it. I declined the service as I thought that was an outrageous price for a cable. I brought the car to my mechanic. He ordered the cable for about $30. I am so happy I did not let Audi fix the car. I know they say the car is in better hands there, but to charge $300 for labor alone makes me sick. I don't know how these dealerships get away with this.

From the moment I walked into Audi of Smithtown, I was treated courteously and professionally. The staff there was focused on what I wanted to get out of this experience. I was assisted by Dennis O'Connor, and I cannot say enough about how great he was. He listened to my desires for a car, and focused on me as a customer. With his help, I was able to get out of my current lease, and into a brand new 2015 A3. There was great communication with Dennis throughout the entire process, and I would recommend Audi of Smithtown to anyone.

My wife and I recently traded in a 2009 Audi A4 to lease a 2015 A4. The initial sales experience was great. We had a new salesman, who was very accommodating and friendly. Although he didn't always have the answer to our questions, he helped us to make an informed decision. My wife loves her new car, and she is very happy with her purchase. However, our post delivery experience was not great.1) Keys - When the car was transferred from a different dealership, the dealer lost the second set of keys. When we picked up the car, we were told the key would be available for pickup by the end of the week. In the days following, no one knew when the key would arrive. After two weeks and no key, my wife questioned the dealer. They finally decided to order a new key, so we had to return to the dealership to have it programmed.2) Paperwork - When we picked up the car, the finance manager forgot to have one of the forms signed. It was late at night when we picked up the car, and he made a simple mistake. At the time, it wasn't a big deal. He also needed a copy of my wife's marriage license, so he asked for her to bring in a copy. So, my wife returned to the dealership with her marriage license, asked for the form that needed a signature, and a different manager told her there was no form to sign. The finance manager called me back the next day and asked when we planned on signing the form. Obviously, there was a lack of communication between management which resulted in another visit. Two and a half weeks later, the finance manager calls again. The dealership filled out the wrong contract, and they needed to redo the paperwork. Not only was this another trip to the dealership, but it resulted in the biggest problem yet - delaying my equity check.3) Trade in Audi - Since we decided to lease a new car, the dealership owed me a check for $13,000. This was the net amount after the taxes and the acquisition cost that was due on the car. At the time of delivery, the finance manager said the check would be sent a few days after the car is funded (which takes a week). Over the course of 4 weeks, I had heard over a dozen times from managers and the salesman that my check was either in the mail, or getting mailed this week. On one day, the salesman, Audi of America, and a manager told me the check was sent that day. Less than 1 hour later, the finance manager called me and told me that the check will not be sent because the dealer did not submit the lease contract properly. My wife had to return AGAIN to sign a new contract. After 4 weeks, I spoke with the general manager over the phone and discussed the issues I had with the sales experience. He promptly had the check available within the hour. If I spoke directly to the general manager sooner, I may have received the check sooner. The general manager was apologetic for the situation, and he offered to compensate me in some way. In addition to giving me my check, he offered to tint my Audi at no charge. Overall, my wife loves the car. Unfortunately, the post-delivery experience wasn't great. My wife and I are very patient people, and we were pretty disappointed with the experience. The communication lines throughout the dealership need to be improved. I expected a bit more from a luxury dealership. In the end, the dealership did the right thing and compensated us appropriately for our troubles. I recommend Audi of Smithtown, but I encourage buyers to stay on top of them.

I first walked into the dealer in 2012, looking for an Audi R8....Rose approached me, and she knew all about the car, but most of all listened intently to what i wanted..She helped me find the car and never put pressure on me to get it into the buy process...when we did get to the buy, it went like it should have, I had to do nothing but drive it away...Liked her and the audi product so much went back in 2013 to buy a 2014 A8...again exceptional service all the way...Great sales staff and service...5 stars.....

From the moment I walked into the Audi of Smithtown dealership's showroom I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. This positive experience continued when I met the salesman Chis Guy. He was very knowledgeable about the various types of Audi vehicles and helped to put me into the car which met my needs. He displayed unique personality qualities not common to a car saleman. He was warm and knowledgeable yet not pushy allowing me to process all the information given so that I could make the right decision about what type of car to purchase. Additionally, together we crunched the numbers of car's purchase price so that it could fit within my budget. On the day I came to pick up my vehicle Chis took the time to patiently go through the car's many functions. He wanted to make sure that before I left the dealership, I felt very comfortable about operating the vehicle and its many options. Chis also assured me that if I had any questions after I left that I should not hesitate to contact him. Shopping for a car at Audi of Smithtown is a far traveling distance from my hometown but the positive experience I had with the salesman Chis Guy and his supporting staff made it well worth the trip.

I had a very good experience at Audi of Smithtown with the purchase of my certified preowned Audi Q5. I am very specific about my needs and Dennis O'Connor was willing to work within those parameters to get me a fair deal. Dennis showed great professionalism in following up with me which is ultimately why I chose to do business with Audi of Smithtown.

I called the dealership to ask when I should come in for service. I was told to come in at 10,000 miles. As my vehicle was at 10,700 I made an appointment for that Saturday. When I got there and Kevin looked at the car he told me the service person I spoke to made a mistake. I was not ready for service for another 5,000 miles. What a waste of my time. Since I was there already and my inspection was expiring the following month, I asked them to do the inspection. I also told him (Kevin) that the display between the gauges had gone out when I started the car 3 days ago. It remained out the entire day. When I started the car the next morning, it was back! He said they would hook the car up to the computer and check the history. I told him to call me when the car was ready and left the dealership. About 40 minutes later he called to tell me there was a nail in my rear tire and they could not plug it because it was between the treads. He said they would replace the tire and it would cost $388.00 plus tax. I said that was ridiculous and I would take the car elsewhere. He then said they would not recommend driving on the tire. What a surprise! They also could not do the inspection because of the tire. My daughter who has worked at two dealerships told me that was an outright lie and that there is no reason a tire could not be plugged just because a nail is between treads. She called Kevin and told him that was not true and suggested that they were just trying to get me to purchase a new tire. He then changed the story and told her they could not plug the tire because Audi had a new rule that they were never to do that. Funny he did not say that to begin with. My darling daughter then called Audi of Huntington to find out if that was true. She spoke to their service person, Carlos, who called her back shortly to say that there was a directive from Audi however if I signed a waiver assuming liability, they would gladly plug the tire. They finally called to have me pick up my vehicle. I went there and asked if they had done the inspection and checked the display. He said they did the inspection and changed the wiper blades because they were cracked (?). I asked if they had checked the display issue. He told me it did not show up on the computer. I said "I'm not crazy - it happened! He then said "if the display was bright white we would have changed it as we received a notice that was a know defect". I said it WAS white. With an pronounced attitude he said "when you turn off the car the display is black. When you said the display went out that meant it was black. If you said it was white we would have changed it! " How stupid!!!! Did he ask me what color the screen was? NO I was supposed to know enough to tell him what color it was? Now I have to bring it back again to change that. Entirely his fault! When I leased the car my salesman, Alex, was wonderful. Since then my experience with Audi in general and Audi of Smithtown specifically has been less than confidence inspiring. Even with replacing all the service people recently they still don't respect their customers. This tells me the poor attitude comes from the management. Lexus here I come!!!

I recently leased a 2014 Audi Q5 from Dennis O'Connor and Rose Miccio at Audi of Smithtown. Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with before and during the sale. He was polite, diligent and very responsive. I would recommend Dennis, Rose and Audi of Smithtown to anyone shopping for a new car. I still have to go for my service, but I am sure I would have the same experience as I have had now.

Our sales rep, Rose Muccio, provided us with an easy and honest experience and made me feel like royalty as she helped me into my new beautiful A5 convertible. She offered her services beyond sales to make sure that we would have our future service needs met. It is because of Rose that we were able to go ahead and purchase (lease) this car.

I just picked up my Audi A5 and can not say enough about the sales team at Smithtown Audi. My salesmen was Dennis O'Conner, he and the sales manager Peter, worked very hard at getting me and my wife a car we would be happy with. I have purchased many cars in my driving years, but never felt as secure in what I was buying and from who I was buying from as I did with these guys. They knew the product and made the experince effortless. I hope the car is as good as the sales team. I am not sure people read this stuff, however, I am being honest, if you are out to buy an Audi talk to these guys they are the best I have experienced!!.Carl L. I have a 2013 A6 which shifts hard sometimes. My normal dealer for service advised me I needed a TSB software update for the transmission that would fix the problem. Since its a TSB, it is a known issue at Audi. Anyway, my normal dealer hasn't been able to get the software for a few weeks, so I tried Audi of Smithtown to see if they had it. Spoke to Rebecca (?) twice about what I needed and gave her the VIN of the vehicle twice. Both times she advised me a service advisor would return my call that day to tell me if they had the update software and if it was applicable for my VIN. BOTH TIMES, nobody, including Rebecca, called me back as the promised. Its a shame as I own 3 Audi's and Audi Smithtown is much more convenient for service needs on the cars. I guess I will just continue to use their competition (Atlantic Audi) for the service on my Audi's. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy as they are impossible to deal with on the sales side as well (again they lost out on the sale of $160K worth of cars last year). Jordan Klein

My experience with Chris Zenick was fantastic. He was courteous, polite, and a help at all times. His communication was great as he kept me "in the loop" as to some minor work that had to be done with the car. He always had time to answer any questions that i had and if he was unsure he found the correct answer and got right back to me. I really did enjoy this traditionally very stressful experience because of him. He is a real asset to your dealership and i would and already have recommended you to friends strictly because of this young man's professional attitude. Thank you Audi of smithtown but more importantly thank you Chris Zenick... Sincerely,Rich Stanzione

An experience to be told. Excellent! I was treated with dignity, respect, and appreciation for doing business with this Dealership. Something that is rare these days. I was not treated like another number. My sales rep Rose Miccio ,who was referred to me by a dear friend , was extremely professional, listened to all my needs, and offered me the vehicle that was best for me, my financial and family needs. Rose is available for all of my automotive needs ( setting a service appointment, downloading a new phone, ect..) I highly recommend Audi of Smithtown, and especially Rose if you are interested in an exceptional experience for the purchase of your next high quality pre-owned or New Audi.

My wife loves roadsters and we decided to look at a 2013 Audi TT. Although no dealer had a new TT in stock,we went to Audi of Smithtown because they had a used TT that we hoped to at least test drive. We were greeted by sales representative Chris Guy who patiently listened to our concerns, was extremely helpful in letting us test drive the used TT, and let us see actual vehicle colors available for both the TT andvarious A4 and A5 models that were in stock. Chris then actually drove the used TT to our house to make sure a TT would fit in our garage space. Chris demonstrated perfect technical knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy and never once "pushed" the sale.I would also like to commend the professionalism of Maurice Braver who helped us with the trade in of our Mazda and went out of his way to maximize our trade in value. After we signed the sales contract, Chris continued to communicate with us regarding delivery status and various details relevant to delivery.Upon delivery, Elisa Alkes, the Finance Manager guided us through various maintenance and warranty options with a great sense of humor and no "hard sell" what so ever.Overall, our experience with Audi of Smithtown was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had and they have made us loyal customers for life.

Alex is by far the most straightforward, accessible and patient salesperson I have ever worked with regarding a new vehicle. Communications about the terms of the transaction were always to the point, open and honest. Calls and e-mails were always returned within one business day (more often less than a few hours). Alex, together with the management and finance department at Audi of Smithtown went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. I look forward to maintaining a relationship with Alex and this dealership via the service department for scheduled maintenance and for future vehicle purchases.

I TOOK THIS OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE MY Q5 AT THE END OF ITS LEASE SINCE I HAD LESS THAN 10,000 MILES ON IT. WHEN YOU COMBINE THAT WITH MY HISTORY WITH AUDI THE BRAND AND AUDI OF SMITHTOWN SPECIFICALLY - 5 DIFFERENT VEHICLES - , PLUS MORE SERVICES THAN I CAN REMEMBER, IT IS EASY TO SEE WHY I MADE THE PURCHASE AND WHY I BRING MY CARS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. AS A SALES SPECIALIST, ROSE HAS HANDLED ALL MY PURCHASES AND HER ATTENTIVENESS DURING THE SALES PROCESS WAS ONE THING, THAT SAME ATTENTIVENESS AFTER THE SALE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN REMARKABLE IN THEIR FOLLOW UP, REMINDERS, EASE AND AVAILABILITY/FLEXIBILITY OF APPOINTMENTS, IT WAS NEVER AN INCONVENINCE TO BRING THE CAR IN ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL SERVICE WAS DONE IN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO RETURN FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS DONE OR WAS DONE IMPROPERLY. JESSICA LIPPO HAS ALWAYS BEEN QUICK TO WRITE UP MY SERVICE AND SAW TO IT THAT THE CAR WAS CLEANED BEFORE RETURNING IT TO ME. ON ONE OCCASION, SHE POINTED OUT THAT A RECALL REPAIR NEEDED TO BE MADE. I HAD BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR A REGULAR SERVICE AND PLANNED ON WAITING FOR IT. THE RECALL REPAIR ADDED HOURS TO THE VISIT SO SHE ARRANGED FOR ME TO GET A LOANER EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT RESERVED ONE. BEING IN MY SEVENTIES, JESSICA ALSO MADE A POINT OF IT TO BRING MY CAR BACK TO THE SERVICE ENTRANCE AREA WHEN IT WAS FINISHED RATHER THAN HAVE IT PARKED IN THE LOT FOR ME TO WALK TO. WHEN YOU SUM ALL THIS UP, AS I SAID, IT IS EASY TO STAY WITH AUDI.

I've been working with Audi of Smithtown for over eight years (3 cars now) and I can tell you that it is always a pleasure working with this dealership. Our sales associate, Rose, has made us feel very welcome each and every time we come in. She continues to exceed all of our expectations in every way, spending as much time as we need and pointing out things that even I haven't read about. As a true "car guy", I do a great deal of research before making any automotive purchase and I always learn something new after visiting with Rose. Many people dread the experience of shopping for and negotiating a new car purchase but I can honestly say that our experience with Audi of Smithtown is a low anxiety affair. I really love my new S4 and look forward to many, many happy miles with it. Their service department is also stellar, squeezing me in the very next day when the coil packs in my 04 S4 went bad and having things all back to normal inside of an hour. I'm very happy to know that they are there and close by should anything go wrong.

Bought a used VW GTI from these guys back in January of 2012. Mark was my sales man and definitely a great guy to work with. Very friendly, a little chatter box though but definitely not pushy at all and answered all my questions and took time out with me to go over all the details and price breakdowns. Also met a sales manager and business/finance manager as well, both seemed to be good guys. Car was in great condition, they got it ready for me in like less than a day and I had no issues. Sale was smooth as can be, never thought buying a car could be so easy like this. All my previous sales from other places were nightmares but good folks over at Audi of Smithtown, at least in the sales department. I don't go there for service or anything else so cannot comment on quality of work or anything else.

I was in this past week and met with Joe Carerra. He was a very nice man and helped me with all my questions. Unfortunately the second i walked into the dealership i got a bad taste. I walk in and the receptionist is talking on her cell phone. This is a "luxury" dealership and i couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff was. I would have thought and hoped when i approached her that she would at least put down the phone but she continued talking i guess to finish what she had to say before she acknowledged me. This might sound foolish but when i walk into a dealership the first person i see is the receptionist. He or she is whats representing the dealership as a first impression and sadly for me i got a poor first impression. I ended up going with a Mercedes. I walked in and i was treated much better then i was walking into Audi. I do hope no one has to experience what i did and if you dont, ask for Joe Carerra he was great and im sorry i couldn't give him my business.

I'm a Canadian resident who purchased a pre-owend 2008 Audi A6 from Audi of Smithtown and successfully imported it into Canada. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider coming back when I plan to buy my next Audi.I paid for the car via bank wire transfer before I even saw the car in person (I saw pictures only). Bought a one-way ticket to NYC, upon arrival took the train to Smithtown and was picked up from the station by Chris Guy. All the paperwork was ready upon arrival, signed the documents in 10 minutes and was handed the car keys. Chris thoroughly went through all the car features to ensure my ride home would be smooth sailing, and it was.-Alex S.

Reading through the reviews of this dealer, we were particularly taken by the most recent review of misharc27. We could cut and paste that review (changing the color of the car to blue) and be totally comfortable with it. They said it all - I can only re-emphasize - we had a great experience with the dealer, the staff and all as they took us through the process of buying our car. The difference walking into this dealership compared to others we visited, was staggering - friendly, up front, honest and willing to work with us. I can't say enough. Joe was a huge help in making our decision on several points; Elisa was, as promised, a master at locking in a great financing deal; and Terry walked us through the final pickup procedures as if we were his customer all along. A great team doing a great job - and it shows. We "wanted" to buy the car from them as a result of our experience and are thrilled with our decision as well as the car. You walk out of there believing you have made some friends.

My husband and I were searching for a used A4, after checking out other Audi dealerships and constant looking online for inventory we decided to visit Smithtown because it was conveniently located. Upon entering the receptionist immediately paired us up with Joe. He was courteous, professional and beyond friendly! We really felt like we were talking to one of our friends. After seeing the A4 we were interested in, Joe took us out on a "Real" test drive, not a local 2 minute ride! I fell in love with this white A4 and Joe knew it, but he wasn't pushy at all. We went inside did some paperwork, put money down and were on our way! The next day we heard from Elisa regarding some bank options. She was awesome at finding us a great bank with a great rate (and there weren't many to play with) her professionalism and friendliness shined through the phone. Thank you for your hard work on your first day there! After over a week, we were picking up our car. Joe went over and beyond to make sure the car looked great, I couldn't have asked for more of him. I LOVE my new car and am very please with the customer service provided at Audi of Smithotown..we will always be a customer of Joe Carrera, he really is an asset to this dealership! Thank you for making our purchase so smooth and easy, we couldn't have found a better salesman than yourself!

I had shopped at two other Audi dealers on the South Shore before stopping in at Smithtown Audi. I was totally impressed with Joe in both his professionalism and straight forward delivery. It took me about an hour to realize this was the dealership for me. I've told Joe before that I think he has a customer for life.

We contacted eight dealership in our search for the 2012 Audi A6 Quattro. From our first conversation with Rose Miccio, however, we knew intuitively that we would buy our new A6 from Audi of Smithtown. Rose cut through all the sales gamesmanship we experienced with our sales contacts at other Audi dealers. She acknowledged us immediately as a serious buyer. Her professionalism and business acumen, along with her knowledge of the Audi A6, put us at ease with our decision. We never felt any pressure to buy from existing inventory, even though we had to factory order our Audi. We are not so sure that would have been the case elsewhere.Rose was right there to walk us through our learning curve when our 2012 Audi arrived. She has also been available for further instruction, which we desperately needed. It is great to know that you can rely on people, even after the sales transaction has been completed. Rose is an asset to Audi of Smithtown. We should also note that our contacts with Peggy Siegfried, Alex Hrnack, Kevin McBride and Josh Weiner, during and after our completed purchase, have all been friendly, professional, and efficient. It makes us feel comfortable with our future business relationship with Audi of Smithtown.James and Ariadne Argent

Ever since the Q7 came out, I have wanted one. Unfortunately, it was way out of my price range. When it came time to trade in my Grand Cherokee, I was scouring the internet for months for a car that met my very specific criteria. Rose (who is an excellent salesperson) had just sold my husband a 2008 A6, and I inquired about a MDX that was on their lot. The one they had was an '08 and I wanted an '09. Her manager Ray got an '09 MDX for me to look at, but I really wanted a truck that had navigation and a back up camera. (I was a complete pain in the butt, I know) Ray asked me what I was looking for, and put my mind at ease that he could help. He actually listened to the specific features I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in. He had me sit in a '09 Q7 prestige that he had just got in. I never thought he could make the numbers work for me to own this car, but he did!! I was completely blown away by his customer service!!! He went way above and beyond to make this dream car, a reality for me. He was so sincere with wanting to make sure I was comfortable with my payments, which was a concern for me. He treated me as if I was buying a brand new Audi. As a manager myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect so that they will want to be repeat customers. He is an excellent example of that. I later learned that he was also responsible for closing the deal with my husbands car. The A6 wasn't certified and we only wanted to buy a certified car. Long story short, he certified the car... and we bought it. He truly understands that great customer service will sell cars and keep customers coming back, and now I will recommend him to EVERYONE!!! I know Ray is fairly new to this dealership, but he is truly an asset!! The day of pickup for my truck, Ray introduced me to his manager, who then handed me a card for free car washes. It's those little things that make a big difference. Rose went over all of the features of the truck with me, and said she is always available for any questions. I would highly recommend Ray and Rose, they were wonderful!

Chris Guy is by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with; and I purchase a car usually every 18 months; so I have much experience at this by now. I always keep an eye on the inventory he has even when I am not actively looking in case he has another great deal for me. The first car I purchased from Chris (a used BMW), I found out was not the best fit for me. So he went out of his way and took it on trade 30 days later for the same price I paid and gave me a car (another used BMW) that was a better fit for me! I have never heard of anyone else that would do this much to ensure their customer was happy! I am looking forward to my next purchase with Chris!

2-great reasons to shop at Audi of Smithtown:1. Superb customer service - They cater to your needs and know their product. Rose is outstanding. Have dealt with her for years and recommend her as the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with.2. Service - Great service, not that Audi's need much of it. But when I do bring it in, it's handled professionally by the staff, there has never been an issue and they have been great people to work with.I have shopped at other Audi dealerships on Long Island and Audi of Smithtown is by far the best of the bunch. And this is my 6th Audi!

I have been very impresses with both the sales team and the service department at Audi of Smithtown. I know that I can count on them to do what they say they will when they say they will do it. Jessica is simply the best!! I live in Baldwin and work in Great Neck - there are several other Audi dealers I can go to. I pass them when I drive out to Audi of Smithtown. I do this by choice. The are caring, honest and extremely relaible.

This Dealership is in a very convenient location. You are greeted at the door and provided assistance very quickly. There's a comfortable seating area with tv and coffee if a wait is necessary. The atmosphere is very cordial. Joe Carrera, my salesman was great. If your fear is a pushy salesman that doesn't want you to be in charge of your decision, and just wants to rush you along, then go to Audi in Smithtown, and especially ask for Joe. He was a down to earth guy, like your friend next door, with your interest in mind. No pressure, highly skilled and knowledgeable of all the cars, took his time, just a great relaxing atmosphere while you make your major investment. I highly recommend Audi of Smithtown, and Joe Carrera.

My husband and I shopped several luxury car dealers. Mostly, we found the dealers to be more interested in making a deal right away, and less interested in what our needs were. Then we found Maurice! From the moment we walked into Audi of Smithtown, we felt very comfortable and sensed there was something different about this dealership. Ill never forget this nice man named Maurice who greeted us soon after walking in and introduced himself as the Sales Manager. (In the other dealerships, the sales manager only came out at the end to try to push us into a deal.) Maurice was very polite and actually listened to what I had to say. After speaking with him for about 10 minutes, he introduced me to one of his salespeople who was very professional as well. Everyone I met there was polite and professional. - - Before entering the Audi store I knew the German cars were far superior to cars like Infinity (which is a Nissan,) but I had no idea how nice the Audi was even compared to Mercedes and BMW. I love my new A6 and I am so glad I found Audi of Smithtown!!

We were recommended to Rose at Audi of Smithtown by a friend, who is a long time customer, and couldn't be more pleased with the friendly and professional level of service we have received. My husband leased a 2010 A5 in March of 2010, and just today (04/28/2012) we put a deposit on a 2013 A4 for me.As always, we were greeted in a friendly manner and were accorded first rate service.

I had a great experience in purchasing my Audi. I went to another dealership and was not enamored with the manner I was treated. I walked into this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience with Rose. She answered all of my questions and even though some of them may have seemed basic; she never made me feel that I couldn't ask anything. Her knowledge was expansive and I really appreciated the time she gave me. I never felt pushed or rushed. It was the most relaxing car purchase I have ever had. When I am ready for a new Audi; I will return and ask for Rose. Thanks.

This dealership, and Ms. Miccio in particular, are a complete breath of fresh air. I have never dealt with a sales person or a dealership that actually cares for the customer and goes out of their way to do whatever it takes to make the customer feel comfortable, makes sure that everything is explained properly and clearly and if there are any questions they are answered completely. Ms. Miccio is friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely professional and genuinely concerned for the needs of her customers. Most dealerships make the sale and do not care if they ever see you again. One can tell from the onset that this will be a great experience. The follow up information has been great. This dealership and Ms. Miccio were recommended to me and I must say that it was one of the best recommendations that I have ever received. The whole staff at Audi of Smithtown have been very friendly and have extended every courtesy. I actually would not even consider taking my car to any where else for service. The service department and Jessica follow in the same tradition as Ms. Miccio. I am continually impressed every time that I interact with the staff at Audi of Smithtown. I would without hesitation highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering an Audi automobile. And by the way the Audi vehicle is awesome. What a machine.

I went into Audi in Smithtown frustrated as you might know having been to numerous dealers the past couple of months. When we arrived a female sales associate by the name of Rose came towards us and I immediately oh no here we another pushy salesperson! I have to say that my husband and I were very impressed. We had stated briefly the frustration we were experiencing and when I communicated to Rose that we were looking first and did not want her services at that moment much to my surprise she replied oh not a problem I will give you plenty of space, take your time and if you have any questions or if I can help you in anyway just call me I will be at my desk doing some other work. Well it did not end there. We had ??? we haggled over money and finally I said I am tired we need to go. Had I have been Rose I probably would have said under my breath what a waste of time. But not Rose she said I fully understand, and this is a purchase that you don't rush into but here is my card and if I can be of any assistance in the future please do not hesitate to call.My husband upon our leaving was so surprised that Rose was not pushy or aggressive as most salespeople are that he stated that woman knows her job and is damn good at what she does because it takes a lot of self confidence to behave the way she did. Long story short a month later we went back and purchased a car from Rose. She was not there that day and as helpful as the others offered to be we wanted to only deal with Rose. Rest assured in the future should we need other vehicles she is the reason that we will return to Audi Smithtown. She is a valued employee and I think your dealership is very fortunate to have her as part of your team. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to explain. So many times we send comments when we have been treated poorly but in this instance I am very happy to say that Rose is the person who completed our deal you can purchase a car from any dealership but it is the knowledge, the professionalism, the patience and the effort put forth by your salesperson Rose.

I have known Rose Micco for several years. I leased my first Audi, a 2005 S4 from Rose. She was extremely knowledgeable then and made my experience very pleasant. That is why I came back to her. Again, she made my decision on which car I wanted very easy as I was unsure of what I wanted. She asked the right questions and I decided on the 2012 A6. My wife and I feel very comfortable speaking to her and she makes you feel like friend not just a customer wanting a car. I would absolutely recommend Rose and Audi of Smithtown to anyone looking for an Audi.

My experience at Audi at Smithtown was enjoyable. I met Rose Miccio that day and made a friend. She did not seem like an ordinary sales person who bugged you. Rose was warm and welcoming, as well as friendly. She talked at lengths with us about what do you really want and made things happen for us, which was all in the price range we wanted. She educated us on the product and showed us the difference in the options and the price as well so that we could decide "what do you really want out of your Audi? She was very helpful through the whole process and made it painless. She thought of everything and took care of everything. I have gone back to her for my second lease and plan to come back for my next purchase. I have recommended her to other friends of mine, who also have purchased from her. She just doesn't seem fake, I guess that's what it is. She is a "real" person, who associates well with us. We have developed a friendship along the years and have an almost family style relationship. I wish I knew more people to send to her because she is so great. Because of her I will continue to come without a doubt to Audi of Smithtown, as well as because of Jessica Lippo (if I remember her last name) in service. They are both good people. I look forward to my next purchase in a few years with her.

Had a very mixed experience with Audi of Smithtown. Had been working with Alex for a few weeks on the purchase of an Audi. Alex was the consummate professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the Audi brand. He was very patient as we test drove a few different models, and spent a great deal of time explaining the cars, their differences, and their packages. He was truly one of the best dealers to work with, and is truly an asset to Audi of Smithtown. However, when we selected a vehicle and it was time to talk numbers, we were given a price of MSRP. Now I do understand the model we selected (Q5) is very hot and in very high demand, I also knew there were plenty of dealers who were selling the car for $500-$1000 over invoice. We pleaded with Alex and Audi of Smithtown to come down on their pricing, but they wouldn't budge. We wound up buying the car elsewhere for $2200 less than Audi of Smithtown's price, and it was the exact same car with the exact same features! Took delivery yesterday and love it. Although very friendly and helpful, I would suggest shopping around a bit if don't want to pay sticker on a new Audi. It could save you thousands as this dealership was pretty stubborn and out of line with their pricing.

Robert was the sales professional I first dealt with. He was sincere, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle and enjoyed the experience. The prices at the dealership were fair and I was satisfied with my purchase. Peter (Finance Manager) did his job and as usual asked about interest in extended warranties. However, he was never pushy or aggressive. Appreciated that very much since the Finance Managers are usually the most aggravating to deal with. Chris completed my sale next day (Robert was off) and he was again one of the most pleasant sales professionals. Thank you Audi of Smithtown! I really wish I could purchase another vehicle from you folks....soon! EA

This review is coming in 7 months short, but thought it would be helpful to provide a review of my first free maintenance schedule on my 6month/5,000mi maintenance.I scheduled to come in during my vacation week between Christmas and New Years of 2010 a week prior. This marked more or less the 5 month mark since I bought my 2.0T Q5 from the same dealership. The day I was supposed to arrive, there was a big snow storm. They called me that morning to reschedule for the day after.I arrived with a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard that I saw the day before. I parked the car in the service center area. Handed over my keys to a lady there handing all incoming services. I waited in the general waiting area. Had some complementary coffee and breakfast bars, surfed the net on my phone using their WiFi connection, and took a look at the showroom. Waiting for about 30 minutes to see if they brought up any issues with the car. I had decided to get the ~$800 4yr/40,000mi maintenance package. I approached the finance guy to purchase the maintenance package. Asked for a discount, but they said they could not. Still bought the package. They handled all the paper work. After a full 45 minutes, I got the Q5 back. Was told of all maintenance done on the Q5. (Which I later verified as much as I could from the car computer.) Asked why they didn't provide a free car wash as described in their brochure. They said it was too cold for a car wash and the car wash is done outdoors. I guess it made sense. It was 20 degrees that day and there was snow everywhere. No low tire pressure indicator.I did get the low pressure tire indicator again 2 weeks later. I brought it to my local Minike to inspect the tire and they found a nail stuck inside the tire that cause the air to leak. I guess this Audi service center doesn't exactly do that thorough of an inspection, although tire repairs aren't covered under warranty. So I guess this wasn't a big issue. All in all, nothing really to point out. There wasn't anything wrong with the Q5, so there wasn't really much that could have gone wrong. No issues even after 7 months. Service was decent, but nothing to show off about. Just what was expected.I plan to go back for my 1yr/10,000mi maintenance.

I drove from CT to lease a new S4 and trade in my Lexus. The salesman spent little time showing me the features of my new car, the process took hours and 3 weeks later I started getting collection calls from Lexus because the dealership never paid my car off. After several phone calls and BS answers from Brian Miller, I filed a formal complaint with Audi, contacted the NYS Attorney General and finally got confirmation that my Lexus was paid off 1 month after my purchase.I would strongly recommend finding an honorable dealership to buy a car from. They don't deserve your business!

Let me first state that Audi dealerships in general suck compared to all other luxury brands. It's not that do anything poorly, it's just that other luxury brands like Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, and Acura do a better job. But at the end of the day we wanted the Audi Q5.Ok, for the review:I was limited to three dealerships when shopping for the just released 2011 Q5 2.0T with the exact options I was looking for in stock. I didn't count the ones who said they had them, but wouldn't give me a price over the phone. With that said, Valenza at Audi of Smeithtown gave me the best price by about $200 better then the next dealer, only because the doc fee in NJ (no cap restrctions like in NY) was going to be higher by $200. I did only 2 back and forth with prices since there was realistically only one other delaer working with me on pricing, and both dealerships were budging only by $100 by that point. I later found that ZAG.com was offering $500 over invoice from a dealership in NJ, so I over paid by $100. Not complaining.Everything said and done, I was generally happy with the transaction. We did give Valenza a hard time during the transaction process since we asked what every line was, but it all added up at the end without any gotcha fees we weren't expecting. Since we took alot of his time during the transaction process, I guess he was a bit rushed on showing us the ins and outs of the car, but so were we. He did show us pretty much everything about the car. There was a missing emergency key when we got back hoome, but he fedex an emergency key to us without question. He sent us a thank you letter a week later.I do plan on going back to do my 1st free maintenance schedule over the local Audi dealership in my area. Their facilities looked fairly new and inviting, so it was nice. The finance guy did try to sell us alot of after market crap, but we did get heavy discounts like on LoJack and other stuff I didn't think we need, but the wife thought we needed. They weren't pushy about it, but I guess it's the customer's job to say "no thanks." and also ask for a better deal if you want it.So was it a great experience? No. Did I get the car for a steal? No. Was there anything wrong with Audi of Smithtown? Nothing I can really point out to. So I would go back again when the time comes to upgrade.

I had a pleasant experience when I chose this car. The dealer seemed to be very helpful and professional. But I had a horrible experience when I picked up the car. The dealer claimed that there's no hidden fee when we sign the contract. The dealer added extra fee when he delivered the car. When I argued that we should respect the price of the original contract, he threatened not to sell the car... He knew too well that I was not going to walk away b/c of the additional couple of hundred dollars, since i have already spent so much... nice play of the dealer, but i will never ever buy from or recommend this dealership...

I went to buy an A4 for my wife and pleasantly surprised by the sales staff, they were very knowledgeable and professional. When they brought the manager to say hello, I said to myself, here comes the hammer, but Peter was great. Very helpful and informative, friendly. Told me some stuff that the salesperson didnt. No pressure, just information to make a buying decision. Very happy overall. Have not bought yet, but if I do, it will definitely be at Audi of Smithtown. The prices they quoted were very competitive too

--update--Since this review i have been to the dealership a few times for service and i am now able to have a loaner car which is more convenient. Service is always done correctly and the price is fair. My opinion of the service department has now become a more enjoyable and satisfying experience. I love the way this car drives!

So far so good! My experience with Audi of Smithtown has been a positive one. I recommend this dealership when shopping for an Audi. Their customer service department has always been prompt when having to service my cars. Most recently, I was shopping for a new audi, and had contacted Prem their sales consultant. Prem was as able to find me exactly the car I was looking for. Prem's level of service was stellar with no haggling in the process. Also, I was able to close on my car by phone with their finance department which too was a straight forward process. This is a reputable dealership and I recommend it to anyone who is serious about buying an Audi.

This dealership is fairly new to Long Island and they have their work cut out for them. Their sales department is amazingly friendly and helpful but highly unorganized. Their service department is very friendly as well but chaotic. Repairs are almost never completed when promised for whatever reason.
