We were not sure how to find Cochran's beautiful new showroom/service center on Liberty Ave and left the north hills early for our 1 pm appointment. As it turned out, it was easy to find and we arrived a full hour early for our appointment. Everyone in the service department was very welcoming and said 'no problem' when we asked if we could leave the car that early. The receptionist directed us to restaurants on Penn Ave and cautioned us to be certain to cross at the light on Liberty and watch for oncoming traffic. We found a delightful and rustic restaurant on Penn Ave that specializes in fresh fish. We had a very good lunch and afterwards casually strolled down Penn sightseeing and marveling at the transformation that is occurring there. Before we realized it, we received a text message telling us the car was ready and to return to the service center. We were quite pressed with the friendliness and level of service we received from all the employees. Every employee we met stopped and asked if they could be of service. For a pleasant afternoon in the city, stop at Cochran's Pittsburgh Audi Center and explore the changes that are happening in the 'Strip'.

First class operation from start to finish. Sherri was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Jon understands how to treat customers at an exceptional level. Brandon in finance was very detailed and took the time to answer all of my questions. Buying a vehicle is difficult but the team at Audi Pittsburgh made it fun and easy.

Worked with Darren Burns and we were very happy with our buying experience. Darren worked with us and was very patient. We traveled over 12 hours to pick up the car we were interested in. Great overall service from start to finish. Service Team explained the service to be preformed and had loaner car ready and waiting after checking in at the service desk. Service was finished prior to the targeted time and the Service Team sent a text indicating the car was ready. 5 Star Service.

Overall experience with Audi Pitt was awful. Drove over 3 hrs to see a car just for people to be rude because they were having a bad day (financing manager) honestly if we didn’t drive that far and already had my credit checked I wouldn’t of bothered. 10/10 do not recommend.

I was amazed at how easily I was able to get the car I want within a budget I could afford, with none of the typical runaround I would expect from a "dealer." Chris Fox was amazing, and thanks to him and the rest of the team, I drove home with my new Audi, free of any worry or concern. Great inventory, too! Many thanks to all.

I shopped and shopped for a new car. I looked at BMW, MB, and Audi. First of all, Cochran Audi gave me significantly more on my trade than the other car manufacturers, including other Audi dealers in Pittsburgh. Secondly, my sales guy was amazing: I've never had a more knowledgeable sales person at a car dealer....ever! From the paint used, to the insulated glass; engine and ride details; how to use all the features, etc. He was the best! Third, the whole team - including management, sales and service, were all personable, professional, even fun! All without applying any high-pressure sales push the entire time.

I recently moved here from Connecticut and scheduled an appointment with Patrick. His professional attitude & warm welcome was much appreciated. The repairs were reasonably priced and their suggestions for optimum performance was also appreciated. Audi A4s are great driving vehicles, my A4 is a 2004 and I love it just as much as when I bought it. I have driven several luxury vehicles however nothing compares to the dynamics of an Audi.

I live in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area. I was on my way to Virginia to look at a used Audi Q5 when the phone rang and the dealership called to let me know the vehicle had sold. It was 9 p.m., so I decided to get a hotel room and spend the night in Pittsburgh because I was too tired to drive home, and a bit depressed over the loss of the Q5. The next morning, I decided to stop at the closest Audi dealership for a quick look. There, I was introduced to Elliott Burns at Cochran Audi. I told Elliott that I wanted a like new Q5 with low miles. He didn't have what I was looking for on his lot, but told me he could probably get me into a new Q5 for close to the price of the pre-owned ones I was looking at. He did his research, but I wasn't happy with the colors they had in stock. Elliott promised to find me the Q5 in the color/interior I wanted. As I was going to leave, we found a Q5 in Scuba Blue being delivered. I wanted THAT one, but needed to leave to avoid getting stuck in Pittsburgh rush hour traffic. Elliott and the rest of the crew at Cochran handled the details for me and hand delivered the Q5 to my home in Medina, Ohio a few days later. It was a pleasure doing business with Elliott. He loves cars and is very knowledgeable and personable. I love my new Q5!

Just bought my very first Audi from Audi Pittsburgh. After visiting this dealership there was no need to go anywhere else. The level of professionalism, knowledge of the products, and ease of doing business was unlike any previous car buying experience I have ever had. I chose a Q5, which sells itself on styling and function. Eric Johnson, my salesperson, and really the whole 'crew' made the buying process fairly simple and straightforward. In addition, the dealership gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, which as you know, never happens! I plan to drive this car forever, however, should I need any additional Audi products, I will be back.

Audi Pittsburgh is off to a great start. The service department is top notch and customer service is amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. When I had my car in for service, I was given the choice of a loaner or a ride to and from downtown. On one occasion they even brought my car to me. Just a great experience. I will not service my car anywhere else.

got an appointment same day which does not always happen at many dealers. very friendly staff. listened to my concerns. Repaired my tire which had a screw in it but did not successfully repair an issue I was having with steering wheel noise. They greased it, which worked long enough for me drive noise-free for a few hours but then restarted.

Visited #1 Cochran's new Audi Pittsburgh on July 30, 2015. First class experience from the moment I parked my car in the reserved valet spot. Greeted at the door and introduced immediately to Mike, Jason, and Elliott - Elliott sprang into action and expedited the process of leasing a new A3 Premium Plus. We closed the deal and signed all the paperwork with Brandy Gains. In less than 4 hours, we drove the new Audi home fully detailed and full of gas.......Great experience and great working with the folks at #1 Cochran - I'd recommend to anyone searching for a new Audi in Pittsburgh.
