Ok, so Audi Raleigh has been almost the worst dealership I have ever encountered! My salesman was pretty cool! Past that, the worst experience! So I purchased a preowned Audi TT. They told me that the Haldex controller needed to be replaced and also the belly pan. I stated ok! So, I did all the necessary paperwork and got a approval. Their system went down "The Cloud". And my paperwork could not be printed. They asked me to come back the next day. I came back the next day and waited four hours. Nope system still down! They asked me to come back after the weekend and the CLOUD should be up again. Finally July 5 I signed the paperwork and took delivery. My salesman stated its going to take a week or so for the part Haldex to come in so just drive it until then. So I did. On the way home the new belly pan started flapping really bad and scrubbing the on the road, so I had to pull over and rip the rest of the pan off. I decided not to argue about it because I was already irritated with the dealership at this point, as they were an hour drive away. After 3 weeks the Haldex controller finally came In. I brought the vehicle in and they replaced the controller. So, over the next few months my EPC light would come on and then go away here and there. At the 9th month since purchase the light came on and wouldn't go off. So I asked one of my Audi Club buddies to check my car with vcds. He checked it and it stated Haldex Controller failure. I was shocked, this was replaced a few months ago. I pull my car on the rack as saw that the Controller stated (APPROVED SPARE PART) Used part? So, I make an appointment with Audi Raleigh. They take the car in and stated the Controller was bad and they would order me another Controller. It took about a week and a half and the part came in. They had the car for 3 days because the advisor didn't order all the parts. They then installed the controller but it didn't fix it. The advisor told me that the entire rear end had to be replaced at the cost of $3500. I called the service manager three times and he was not available and the operator stated she would let the manager know I called and he should call me back within the day. No surprise he didn't! A couple days later Audi Raleigh customer satisfaction called and asked about my experience. I told her and she said she would have the service manger call me. Again, he didn't. So since the entire rear end was condemned I decided to take matters in my own hands. I ordered a VCDS diagnosis cable. Long story short I replaced a $260 clutch pump for the Haldex and problem solved. They are crooks!!! They're service techs don't know how to diagnose. If you look like you make less than 100k a year, they look at you like you are a peasant! The only 2 that were nice was the lady at the front desk and Charles my salesman. They get 5 stars!! As far as the other staff, they can go kick rocks! I'm DONE with this dealership!

It was the fastest deal and it all went very smoothly. When my daughter and I looked on the used car lot and saw our GLK, we were not thinking it was going to be in our price range. It was not only in our price range but no one had put a deposit on it. I immediately did my due diligence and our Sales Rep John Marble was sincere and explained the process with much patience, and dealing with a teenager he had won her over. John's promises and delivery of the car the next day was impressive, and though we had a car to trade he was out in the pouring raining changing the plates. My daughter felt so bad that she came out with an umbrella to help keep him dry while we worked on changing the plates. Great Job and thank-you for a great experience, John!

We have now purchased 3 Audis from Audi Raleigh and the knowledge of Chris Sarbo in sales and the support of Mark in the service department are why we keep coming back. Chris has outstanding knowledge, he follows up, and he supports his clients through the process. The last car we purchased was an RS5 convertible and I was working on the West Coast, but Chris made the process as seamless as possible. On Sunday October 25th I drove my car (2006 A4 2.0t) to Audi Raleigh dealer for an oil leak from the valve cover.On October 26th Audi Raleigh performed a Diagnostic and determined that the following items needed repair or replacement as the timing tensioner had broken and made a hole in the valve cover:rear timing chain, tensioner, valve cam cover, related gaskets, seals and hardware. They also recommended some turbo maintenance. I authorized these repairs.Audi Raleigh called and stated that they found additional damage to the camshaft and it needed to be replaced as well, the total repair would be $3,183.50.Audi Raleigh called again and informed me that when they removed the camshaft they found scoring on the cylinder head journals and the repair to replace the cylinder head would be an additional $4100.00.This was very concerning as we are now past the likely value of the car so I asked if the engine could be put back together without replacing the cylinder head. The answer was yes but that Audi Raleigh could not guarantee that my car would run longer than weeks or months but that most likely it would be fine as an interim fix while I can continue using it as a daily driver for work and start planning my next vehicle purchase. The next call I received from Audi Raleigh said there were more problems. The shocking part here is that they said my car did not run but of course they still wanted me to pay the $3183.50. When they started the car here is what the Service Manger said occurred:"the vehicle ran approximately 15 seconds before the scoring of the cylinder head journals seized, broke the new cam shaft and possibly bent cylinder head valves."At no time was I told that there was a possibility that the car engine would seize while in Audi Raleigh care. As trusted advisors the service managers should stress the worst case scenario in cases like this, I would have never risked further engine damage if they had provided the proper assessment and guidance for this serious issue obviously it was not the right step as it seized in 15 seconds! It should also be noted that Audi has TSBs for excessive cam wear for this engine. Now they want me to pay the bill in full and tow the car home, without even a discount on parts/labor or assistance from Audi corporate to get my car running again! Once again my only options are pay the 3183.50 and tow my car off the lot or pay the $3183.50 and an addition $4100.00 for the engine rebuild. In my almost 30 years of driving I have never experienced a car company that expects you to pay almost $3200.00 when your car is in worse condition then when you dropped it off.

My overall experience at Audi Raleigh, and my sales rep Joe Najm, is a whopping 10+ (5 stars!!!) I was test driving cars at 4 different dealerships and let this be known right away to Joe. No matter what question I asked Joe, he knew the answer. Not only Joe, but when I had a question when Joe was helping another customer, this amazing guy John stepped up to help me and knew all the answers too. How often do you find another salesman taking time to help you when he clearly knows you are working with someone else? I have to comment at how shocked I was to find OTHER dealerships in the area not knowing fully the cars they are selling. You would think that anyone selling a car should know the cars they are selling and be able to answer basic questions about how the car operates, but this was not the case as most were so busy pushing their cars at me they werent aware at how turned off I was at the fact that they were unable to answer my questions or help me. I was NOT impressed to be honest, and perhaps that is why I chose the Audi over the other dealerships and trust me I was TORN over two different cars for a while. Joe never once pushed the car on me. Never called my house with the phoney HELLOOOOOOOOOOO and never once said WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO GET YOU TO BUY THIS CAR TODAY. As I heard that at all 4 of the other dealerships!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bottom Line --- Joe Najm made my buying experience amazing. I learned a lot about my car and although overwhelmed with information, Joe could tell and told me to come back for a refresher course anytime I need. I enjoyed every moment of buying my car, all the people at this dealership were helpful, courteous, kind to me and genuine they all seem to love what they do and perhaps because its not an oversized dealership, there is a family feel there where everyone is laid back and without all the phoney gestures and comments. I am THRILLED with my new car and even more thrilled to be part of the Audi Raleigh family I know I will be well taken care of there for years to come. Did I say Joe was great? YES, Joe was great!!!

Bought a used Honda Pilot. Called first and the sales agent was very helpful. I made an appointment to test drive the car and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. While the original sales agent I spoke with on the phone had left for the day, he alerted another agent of my interests and he handled my questions to my satisfaction. I asked for a small price concession (the answer was "no") but already new their price was well in line with the market and surrounding deals. I would return again for another car purchase and work with the same agent. I did not feel less important because I was buying a used Honda on a car lot full of much more expensive cars.

This was our first time out looking for an Audi. Shortly after arrival, Chris introduced himself and the afternoon started. A couple hours, (not six or eight) and one finance interview later, we drove away with a new Q3 which is exactly what we went in there for. We are going back for a companion Q7. Over the years we have bought a lot of cars. Most salesmen ignore my wife and try to sell only to me. Silly salesmen, we're a team. If you ignore her you are missing half of the sale. Chris figured that out straightaway and addressed all of our questions and concerns. If you are considering an Audi, you should go to Audi Raleigh and ask for Chris.

The good folks at Audi Raleigh - are long on patience and great on customer service, in particular Charles Parker. Charles had seen my wife and I come in and out of the dealership for over a year and a half, test driving various cars and suv's. Charles never pressured us to buy or push us into a certain vehicle. He answered all our questions on various vehicles and allowed us to look at and test drive whatever we wanted. Finally we came to a decision and the process was very smooth when we made the decision. If you are looking for a Great sales consultant take a hard look at Charles Parker -- he knows all the Audi vehicles and has the patience of "JOB" (smile)Great group of folks at AudiRaleigh -- highly recommended from someone who took over a year to make the right decision. I had done my homework on the car that I wanted...what others were paying, typical fees, etc...but before I could spout out my figures, we were already agreeing on the deal. I bought an Audi A3 a few days ago. Usually the car buying expeierence is dreadful with as much time that is required at the dealership and haggling on price. My experience at Audi Raleigh is the first time I have ever had fun purchasing a vehicle. Not only was our salesman able to explain the cars features in detail that I was interested in, but he was also very knowledgeable on all the vehicles on the lot and I never felt pressured to buy more than what I needed. I will definitely buy from Audi Raleigh again.

I actually enjoyed purchasing my Audi SQ5. I walked into the dealership thinking I would test drive a Q7, but after LISTENING to me carefully and understanding my needs, Chris Sarbo suggested I test drive a SQ5. He understood that I am an atypical buyer. It was a great suggestion, because I ended up purchasing it. I LOVE IT. Both Chris and John Marble went out of their way to answer any questions I had. I also liked the fact that it was a no pressure, no haggling environment. In making my decision to purchase an Audi, I spent a lot of time at that dealership. I always felt comfortable, and even got to know some of the other staff. BTW, the finance manager - Anthony CCotellese is great at well. After my Audi was "delivered" to me, Chris spend a couple of hours ensuring I knew how to operate my new Audi. A couple of weeks later, I accidently ran over a tire iron that required a repair. My experience with the service department was superb! I am a proud, new member of the Audi family!

I went to the dealership after doing some research online on their website. I met with Charles Parker who was enthusiastic as well as very meticulous in explaining the details of the Q7. I test drove a few and finally made a decision and bought my first Audi, a 2014 Q7. I have owned several Mercedes, Porsches, Land Rovers and BMW's. I was very pleased with the entire process and found the entire staff to extremely professional as well as proud of their brand which is important. Charles had the car clean, fueled up, a gift baket inside and a big red bow on the hood for the wife. What surprised me most was the fact Charles reached out to me a week after the purchase and had me come in for an hour session on everything about the car and how it works. We met Joe Najm when we were still trying to decided which package and color combo to buy. The ones we liked weren't available on the lot, Joe said he would be happy to search for them or order one. After looking around, we went back to Joe, and talked about shipping one from another dealership or buying one on the lot. Joe was open and honest and didn't try to sway us one way or the other. Prior Audi was serviced at this dealer. Accurate, reliable and helpful. Trade in and new car negotiation was straightforward. They did better than Blue Book and Cars.com said I could do. New car is a dream to drive and the convertible is everything a convertible should be. I frequently receive positive comments on the car when I arrive, park or just fill up at the gas station. Car is very comfortable despite being very sporty. Even my wife, who prefers a SUV, is happy.

I was looking at an Audi R8.. There was a pre-owned but I was also considering new. We are not talking about a 20,000 vehicle here. The salesman was inexperienced and when he brought my questions / concerns to his manager, the manager never stepped 1 foot out of his door ( we were sitting 10 feet from him ) to acknowledge us, not a hello, a smile nothing. The salesman insisted the car was not negotiable but after 10 minutes dropped the price 3 grand. As we were leaving, the business manager was re-entering, held the door open for my wife, she said thank you TWO times. She got no reply not even a "have a good day" "you're welcome" not a word. By the way, he had no knowledge as to whether we purchased the R8 or not. We found this dealerships employees to be unprofessional and arrogant.We then proceeded to Audi in Cary Auto Park where we found just the opposite!We would never return to Raleigh Audi nor would be refer anybody we like there.

Initially, Audi Raleigh appeared to be a wonderful car dealership with kind genuine people. But in the little time I interacted with the sales associate John Marble, I began to see that all the kind honest appearances were deceptive. In order to trick people, this dealership continues to list vehicles for sale on different websites even though the vehicle was sold long ago. I was interested in an Audi Q5. I was told over a week ago that the SUV sold and yet it is still being posted as an active listing. John Marble invited me out for a test drive of another 2011 Q5 that was similarly priced. When I get to the dealership, he insteads shows me a 2012 Q5. It was a great vehicle but slightly overpriced. He asked he had I seen better prices for a 2012. I said I did and that is when John become verbally ugly and disrespectful. And against my better judgement I tried to sit down and negotiate a reasonable price, but he didn't even try to counter. He didn't even attempt to show me the 2011 that was the price range I was looking for. Instead, John Marble was rude and condescending. It is a shame because I need a car. I am going to buy a car. I will be purchasing an Audi Q5. Audi Raleigh missed out on a sale and a costumer for life. If you want to be manipulated into purchasing an overprice vehicle, please visit John Marble at Audi Raleigh. He will gladly fleece your pockets with a smile.

We are very pleased with Q5 in its first month of service. It was delivered in perfect condition and has run without flaw since then. Mr. Rascoe & Audi Dealership of Raleigh: Let me start off by saying I disturbed by how our phone conversation ended & even knowing we disagree on the pricing of the two cars in question & cannot come to terms for both party satisfaction. I Ok with that. Keep in mind you guys called me back to follow up on 7.3.12. Ie already moved on after your last e-mail offer on 7.2.12. Our phone conversation on 7.3.12 I was just trying to explain to you what my research revealed & every time I started to speak, you rudely interrupted me. Every time I started a sentence you impolitely interrupted me. Do you know how discourteous you were & how discouraging that is? You did not show me any courtesy on that phone conversation. It hard to negotiate if only one person is able to talk and out-talks the customer as he trying to make a point. Chris and I were having a civilized & polite conversation until your invasion onto the call. However, I did try to patronize your dealership. Please see my past car purchase transaction below. I purchased my pre-owned BMW in 2004 & the dealer went on the same car guide lines. Plus he gave me the trade-in value on my car which was both agreed on in black & white from research done utilizing credible car pricing guideline references. No interruptions when I tried to reason with him when needed. Everything I requested from them was met. I purchased a pre-owned Mustang in 2010 & the dealer went on the same car guide lines. I purchased a pre-owned Ford Fusion in 2011 & the dealer gave me $5k under all the car guideline values to persuade me to purchase the auto which I did. I paid cash with no trade-in.
