Finding a particular Audi cabriolet, with a relatively unique set of options, can mean you may have to look beyond your local dealer or even out-of-state and that was the case with my search for an S5 cabriolet. I found my new 2016 Audi S5 Cab at Audi Reading, my sales person was Jane Strand and my communications with her, be they regarding the cars equipment, history or its purchase price, were efficient and pleasant. My car had more than normal new car mileage on it and Jane conscientiously and well as in detail documented how it was that the vehicle had approx 350 miles on the odometer, vice the more customary 8-15. She is very hardworking and does her best to anticipate anything you may need or anything she can do to make the process more pleasant and memorable. Jane got me a great price without wasting time or playing games, ensured I received every possible incentive or rebate and is by nature a genuinely nice person, so the entire process was comfortable, enjoyable and worth the 16 hour round-trip drive to seal the deal. General Manager Rob Nourie and General Sales Manager Keith Rentschler oversaw everything in a congenial and enjoyable manner as well, just to ensure nothing could be done better or in a more satisfactory manner. My new S5 unfortunately had a Audi Side Assist fault that was discovered during my orientation presentation, regrettably it was not repaired as thought before delivery and the fault was rediscovered during somewhat precarious traffic conditions during the long drive home. That fault has thus far required three additional trips (and approx. nine hours of my time because of the driving distance to my local dealer) visiting my local dealers service dept to resolve, but despite that continuing inconvenience, I am still happy I purchased my first Audi from Jane/Audi Reading and I love my new S5 Cabriolet.

I first saw our 2012 Touareg on cars.com and inquired for information. Their sales coordinator reached out and was fantastic! The sales process was straight forward. There were a few concerns we had with a service light and power lift gate. Though there was a lack of communication and ownership with our sales person after the sale regarding the issue, the sales manager stepped in and took full ownership working with the service department to make sure we were taken care of. We are still in the process of getting the liftgate fixed and hopefully after the next appointment (waiting on a part to be ordered), all will be well and fixed. If it wasn't for the sales manager taking ownership and working to make this right, our experience, opinion of the dealer, and this review would would be much different than it is today. Thank you Blaine, Diana, Jason, and anyone else I might be forgetting at the moment for all your help and hard work!

Purchased a 2011 VW CC AS-IS for my son. 1)There was a shake at about 40 miles per hour when test driving the car. the car was a good price and I figured at worst an wheel re-balance, tire rotation, and an alignment($100+-). WRONG! the back wheels were bent so bad they could not be put on the front of the car. 2)You would think that buying a VW from a VW dealer they would have done all recalls and updates. WRONG! Took the 5 day old car to a local VW dealer to get an additional key and was informed there was a recall and a software update needed. Once done the car's engine light came on and began to misfire. VW of Reading replied with the car was purchased AS IS. Local dealer quoted a $400+ cost to repair. Had driven the car less then 100 miles. Not sure VW of Reading even checked the car out before selling it. I can see this from a corner car sales lot, but not when you buy a VW from a VW dealer. Paid cash for the car and am looking to purchase an Audi Q5 as well. Did I mention Reading is a Audi / VW Dealer? As great as the salesman was, I will be looking else ware for my Q5. Extremely disappointed.

I have been to this and bought a used car. While I was communicating with the Rep he has Zero knowledge of the car and when I ask a small question he runs to some other person to get the info also he wastes the time. He had Zero knowledge on the options in the car. He never answered me to any of the questions i pose to him. 1) They promised me that I would get the car cleaned at the time of delivery, but interior of the car is not cleaned. 2) They provided me 2 sets of keys for the car and one of it isn't working. 3) There is no Owner manual in the car 4) Number Plate holder is not up to the mark (it had 2 screw holder and other 2 screw holder aren't good) When I think I buy Audi I expect the car is luxury and also I expect the dealers are pretty better than the normal car dealers. I was completely disappointed with the car when I looked at it at the time of delivery. I also expect the above issues to be taken care by the dealer before they deliver the car. As I stay 2 hrs away from the dealer I couldn't go back to them for these issues. Also wanted to mention about the Finance guy at the showroom. He is not at all good with his words. Hope this would help others to check the car before the leave the showroom.

We went to test drive car a panel was laying in back seat. When I asked the salesman he at first didn't know. When my son said that it was the battery cover the salesman said they had to jump a bunch of cars cause of bad weather . Car drove fine for test drive no lights went on. We purchased the car. Low and behold on the drive home like 20 miles the check engine light went on. Isn't is suspicious battery cover missing we're they resetting the check engine light to sell the car?????? If so, shame on you for taking advantage of a single mother and a young man just getting started in life. BUYERS BEWARE!

I love my car!!! I also appreciate the attention that I received before and after I purchased it. I was given thorough explanations of the service program, the actual mechanics of the vehicle I purchased, and all the contact info I need in case of an emergency. Since this was my first purchase of a diesel, they were able to give me detailed answers to all my questions. Jason Moyer has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish as well as all the other folks from Vision VW that I interacted with and will continue to work with in the years to come. I already received plenty of envious comments from the folks at the office and it is a vehicle that suits me as well as the family. Thanks again to Jason and the folks from Vision. I look forward to another purchase in the years to come.
