I first found Audi St. Paul when I was looking for an Audi Allroad. I purchased the Allroad and had such a great experience of friendly and knowledgeable staff that I went back and bought my wife an A3. Andrew worked with me to make it a surprise for my wife and had the car all dressed up with a big bow and her name in the windshield!!! It was AWESOME!I will be buying my next car from this dealer and highly recommend them.

Jen Brown was very helpful with the purchase of our previously-owned Audi A4. She was readily available, knowledgeable, professional, direct, and honest. She was not pushy or hurried, but took the time to completely answer our questions and even to provide useful information we had not thought to ask. Our very positive experience with Jen was made even better by her delightfully dry and quick sense of humor. We started as service customers over ten years ago. The way we were treated made us rate them as the benchmark of service for all others. Our service experience made it imperative that we buy an Audi as our next car in 2009. This was our first experience with the sales department, and it was equally impressive. When it was time for a new Audi this month, we went right back to St Paul Audi. This time we have a new sales experience with Chrisette Bany, equal to our past relationship. I usually buy economy cars like Civic, Corolla, Grand Am, etc. It all started when I only wanted to prove to myself that Audi was overrated with a simple test drive. Ive loved the looks of them for years but was skeptical. If you would have asked me several months ago when I started car shopping if I was going to buy Audi I would have said no way. What a great experience at Audi of St. Paul working with Savanna. She was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all no pressure. She sincerely wanted to help! I took about a month thinking it over, stopping by a few times to drive again. Until I finally made the decision and I purchased a 2017 Audi A4. Ive had it a few weeks now and I love it, no regrets. This car far exceeds my expectations and best of all, I really enjoy driving this car. I would recommend Savanna and Audi of St. Paul to anyone looking to buy a car. From the time I sent in an email request to look at Certified Audis to the time I drove away, Jen Brown was efficient in helping me. She helped me look at Certified and New cars, drive them and respond to my financing questions. Jen is a very pleasant, approachable and straight forward sales person. She was available even though she was on vacation or had training. She answered my emails, calls or arranged for the Manager to allow me to test drive one last time.She is still reaching out to me to see if I have any questions about my new car. I believe Jen will be there to help me anytime - like a friend.(It was nice to see how well all the Audi employees got along and interacted. They obviously enjoy their jobs.)

I went into Audi of St. Paul looking for a specific used vehicle that I had previously seen online. They agreed to let us bring the vehicle to our mechanic for an entire day to look it over. Our mechanic had mentioned a couple of issues with the vehicle, so I then brought the vehicle back and told them what our mechanic had told us about. Our salesman, Steve Mahoney then had their mechanics repair everything that we had mentioned and then some, which was absolutely unexpected! I couldn't be happier with the decision to buy a vehicle with Audi of St. Paul!

My 2013 A4 had a service advisory that needed attention, so I looked online at the cars for sale while I waited in the dealership. I saw a couple that caught my eye and walked my iPad over to Joe Bergeron and asked if I could take a look at them. I recognized a familiar face in Joe, as this was to be my 4th Audi purchase. I test drove an A3, and was driving it home within a couple of hours. Hassle-free, no pressure and friendly service. Trade-in and financials took under 30 minutes. Thanks Joe, and the rest of the team for a seamless transaction! Professional and knowledgeable. The service team is great also - I have never had to wait when I bring a car in, always there to greet you with a smile. Nice to be able to schedule service appointments on-line too. After being rear ended, I was out a vehicle and needed a new set of wheels. I knew that I wanted a car with a specific make and model within a certain budget but never having bought a car before, I knew I was in for an experience. After doing my internet research and fair amount of test drives at other dealerships, I was referred to Audi St. Paul by a coworker. She specifically suggested I work with Jen Brown, as my coworker knew Ms. Brown on a personal level. I was throughly impressed with the professionalism and authenticity Ms. Brown displayed. She was willing to accommodate my budget as well as work to fix issues with the car which had come up in the pre-purchase inspection. I highly recommend working with Jen Brown as it was the most positive experience I had compared to the other dealerships within the Twin Cities.

When I brought in my beloved A4 in for an annual oil change, my service provider reported that my car had over $7K of repairs in order to be safe. I decided it was time to look for a new one. We worked with Melissa Meier to learn more about what cars were available. Within 1 hr from meeting her, going back to work, I was surprised to get a complete snapshot of the two cars that we considered coming back to look at. She made it very easy to understand the differences in the cars and what features were best suited for us. We walked away with a new car within a few hours. I inquired about a vehicle I'd found online and was promptly contacted by a sales associate. That sales person (Jen) notified me she wouldn't be available that evening if I were to visit for a look/drive of the vehicle but that I should speak with Mike Dahl if I was able to make it. Mike was a real pleasure to be purchasing a car with. While it was a new experience for me, not knowing what to expect, I was very comfortable with Mike. At no time did I feel pressured or given a "sales" approach by him or Audi St Paul. Mike was quick to answer questions I had and very sharing of his opinions and experiences which greatly assisted me in my decision to purchase. Typically I'm not the type of person to take time to leave a review about an experience but mine was so gentle and positive, leaving me very appreciative of that experience with Mike Dahl and Audi St Paul. Car buying is stressful but should be fun, if you're shopping, I'd suggest a visit to review their inventory. Taken one step further, be certain to ask for MIKE!!

I was looking for weeks for an Audi B8 Avant and found one at Audi St. Paul. I worked with sales staffer Andrew Horstman who was excellent to deal with. Andrew was knowledgable, low key, and straightforward. He provided detail regarding warranty and maintenance work the car had received, which made the purchase more comfortable for me. The car needed some cosmetic attention and the dealer took care of this before I purchased and the car was looking sharp by the time I got it. The dealership itself is immaculate. I felt the price I paid was reasonable and the purchase process was not the painful experience I've had at other dealers. I would recommend Audi St. Paul to prospective Audi buyers, and I would specifically recommend Andrew.

I was looking for a new or almost used Audi Q5 TDI and found a car I was interested in here on cars.com. I called Audi St Paul Monday morning and Joe Bergeron answered. I inquired about the car, an off lease service loaner 2016 Audi Q5 TDI w/ 2800 miles. I asked Joe if there was anything about the car that I would be disappointed with if I saw it. He said, "it's perfect." (and it was) I ade an offer which was ultimately accepted and I gave Joe Bergeron a $1000 credit card deposit. Before I flew to MSP to take delivery I asked Joe for several small items and he provided everything I asked for. Joe Bergeron is a top notch salesman - not because he is glib or slick - but because he is very knowledgeable of the products, very friendly and helpful, and completely honest and trustworthy. Joe volunteered to meet my plane and unfortunately my flight was over an hour late. Joe had to wait a long time for my arrival but was patient, tolerant, friendly and helpful when I finally got off the plane. I would travel all the way to St Paul to buy another car from Joe anytime. I strongly recommend Joe Bergeron to anyone who is shopping for a car and doesn't want to be bothered by a pushy salesman.I also liked and trusted Business Manager Raven Fox who handles financing if needed and warranties, maintenance plans, etc. Raven is a thorough professional. She will tell you all you want to know about her products but does not try to force anything on you. Her documentation is correct and accurate. I also strongly recommend Raven Fox.Audi of St Paul has at least one other business manager who I had a brief unpleasant experience. I would avoid her carefully. She attempted to force her financing on me by providing false information. I won't say more but ask for Raven Fox.In my experience Audi of St Paul is a professional Audi dealership with high standards of honesty and integrity. I enjoyed purchasing a car from them and would buy again.

I had a great experience this time at st. paul audi.the salesman was great and the deal was made quickly.I had texted Joe Bergeron and the deal was essentially made on line .When I went to the dealership I test drove the vehicle I wanted and the car was prepped for me while the financial arrangements were made and paper work signed .I drove off and hour and a half later after Joe explained the car options to me and set my phone to the vehicle blue tooth.

I didn't purchase that day as I had a used car to contend with. Less than a week later we were able to come to a mutually agreeable decision regarding my trade-in and we started the lease process. The best part was, we did this all electronically and when I came in, I was there for no more than 45 minutes before I was driving off in my new car. Great experience! No pressure!

I had an appointment today at 2 PM to view a used car listed on CarSoup dot com. I arrived 10 minutes before 2. I was greeted as I entered the showfloor, and asked for the lady I had the appointment with. He pointed her out, and said he would tell her I was there, and I could wait in their waiting area. She was apparently with another customer, and walked by me several times with no acknowledgment. After waiting 30 minutes I gave up and walked out. I did get a chance to view the car I was interested in purchasing - it was parked in front of the dealership. The car was dirty - every dealer I have been to has gone out of their way to make sure the car was clean when it was going to be shown. Very very very poor customer service - I was ready to spend $18,000 on a car, and the sales person never showed up, nor was the car clean for inspection. I would rate this dealer 0 stars - but it's not an option.

The quality and professionalism of this dealership cannot be matched. I would recommend without reservation this fine auto dealership. I highly recommend Mike Dahl as a salesperson to work with. I met him a year before I purchased my Audi at the auto show. He was highly informative and I appreciated that there was no pressure. I stayed in touch with him, and the following year decided it was time to move forward in a new car purchase. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had the pleasure to interact with Andrew Horstman who responded to my internet request. Andrew is a thorough professional who has all possible knowledge of Audi (Q7 in my case). He was accommodating on my requests. The overall car buying experience was awesome. Tammy Chamberlain was responsible for my finance needs and she made the paperwork get over by the time I finished my energy bar. The overall technology setup on the car and information given by Andrew was awesome and it looked like he was in no hurry to finish it. Within an hour of walking in ,I had my keys on the Audi Q7 ..thanks Audi St Paul team !!

My wife and I just bought an A3 from Audi St. Paul. We felt absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. Our salesman was Andrew Horstman. What a nice young man. Being older made the tech information overwhelming, but Andrew would repeat directions and would shows us where we could find help later. We knew we were going to need help, but Andrew reminded us that we could call for help any time. We also had dealings with Raven Fox, finance guru. She was so, so nice. I cannot praise her enough. She took baby steps all along the way, and never made us feel anything but special. You looking to purchase a luxury automobile? This would be the place to go after you looked elsewhere. Wish I could have bought two.

I phoned for additional details before deciding to drive to the dealership, and lucked into Jen. She made it worth my long drive from Excelsior. I had some specific questions about major maintenance items that might be coming due on the used car I was considering, and Jen took it on herself to get definitive answers on all such questions. The dealership attitude toward customers was fantastic --- a used car with a FULL tank of gas is beyond my expectations!

I went in to try and find a very specific Audi A3 Cabriolet - both color and packages. Joe Bergeron went out of his way to not only understand exactly what I wanted and why, but then did several national searches to find the exact model I wanted. When the first one fell through (dealer had sold the car), Joe contacted me immediately and we refined our search. He located an even better match for me and after confirming its availability, we made a fair deal. I really appreciated Joe's honest approach, as well as all the great support staff at the dealer. We spotted the car we wanted on the internet. We drove down to the Audi Dealer in Maplewood. Joe Bergeron met us at the door. We went on a nice long test drive while he filled us in on the car. We negotiated a price with a trade in and the deal was done in a couple hours. Best experience I've had at a Dealership. And the coffee! They have a great coffee and soda bar. I continue to have very positive experiences at this dealership. I took my A4 in for some unexpected repairs. After getting a crazy expensive quote for the cost of repairs my service guy John Wagers was able to work with his manager to give me a significant discount, likely due to the good relationship I've developed with the people there over the years. At the same time I was working with Melissa Meier in the sales group to explore options to get me in a newer vehicle. She was very professional, patient and was able to meet all of my criteria for a vehicle. In the end I traded in my A4 and drove away in a new Q5! We spent a lot of time researching cars before heading out to dealerships to test-drive them. We wanted a smaller SUV and thought the Audi Q3 would be a good option along with about six other cars offered by other manufacturers. We didnt even think about what the dealership experience would be like, but we wish we would have. We went to six different dealerships in the Maplewood area. Some of our experiences were fine, others were terrible. The one dealership that stood out as by far the best was Audi St. Paul. We worked with Jen Brown. She was amazing. We had such a great experience with her and would highly recommend her. Jen was warm and friendly. But also calming and patient. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made us feel very comfortable and removed any anxiety we had. She quickly helped us explore the different options and which type of car would meet our needs. She didnt push us towards a vehicle or options we didnt want or need. She really listened and made sure we found the right car. She let us test-drive the car without any hassles and even spent time in the cold and slushy weather showing us car features before we drove it. She set a very high bar for customer service and professionalism. None of the other dealers came close to her.

I had an idea what I was interested in. Jim was very good at showing the differences between the different vehicles. In the end we found an A6 that met my requirements for budget, color and options. Raven in the financing depart made the financing portion go smoothly. Overall my experience at Audi St. Paul was excellent.

Brought my Audi in for routine service. Brian did a great job handling the appointment and even fixed my noisy windshield wiper for me. I stayed while things were getting done as the waiting area is comfortable and quite for catching up on reading while waiting. Andrew spent the time necessary to understand my wants, needs, and expectations, and eventually recommended the S4 in lieu of the A3. I'll start by saying that we went in to Audi St. Paul following on online ad concerning a 2012 Jeep Liberty in pristine condition. We went in without an appt. and Andrew Horstman was coincidentally out on the lot helping another customer interested in the other nice Jeep on the lot. When we asked him if we could test drive the Liberty he asked if it was okay if we could do it on our own, which was awesome. Anyways, long story short, we decided the Liberty was ours now. When we got back to the dealership Andrew was extremely friendly and easy going. The visit was so laid back and fluid that it ended up feeling more like a visit to a Travel Agent than a dealership, talking about vacations and beautiful trip destinations. Overall it is the most positive experience in a dealership that I have ever had, and Audi St. Paul will definitely get any future business I can throw their way. For financing, Andrew sent over Raven Fox to help us through the rest of the paperwork. With a name like Raven Fox, they have got to be amazing? Right? And she was! She was extremely easy to work out all the little final details going into buying the Liberty. She crunched the numbers, and was very efficient and thorough with the paperwork. It was another laid back, no real pressure encounter and Raven helped us out with everything we needed and then some.Wonderful atmosphere, great people, and great service. I think highly of my Service Rep, Ryan Thompson. He strives to make things right for me. I have serviced my 3 Audis purchased there since 1996 and Ryan is aware of that. He rightfully understands the value of a long-term client. He appreciates my business and I appreciate that about him.However, my satisfaction does not extend to other areas of their operation such as Marketing. For most of those 19 years, I regularly and periodically would receive coupons via USPS, and then later via email, to be used to defray the cost of service. They would be for items like 10% off any repair, or $50 off a complete detail, $50 off new tires, etc. The last coupons I received were in September 2014. Ryan tried several times to get me back on the list; was told i was-----but I don't receive anything. Emails are not coming nor are they going to junk file nor do i receive anything via USPS. I also have tried corresponding myself. One guy i corresponded with last summer stated he would send the next batch of coupons out to me now that he had my email address and then follow up with me to be certain I received them. Result: No coupons received and no follow up call. Last week after my A4 was in for the 35,000 mile service, I decided I'd had enough of their incompetence and I went online looking for a "contact us" link and wrote a note to the parent company. A week later, no one has had the courtesy to even acknowledge receipt of my correspondence. Next step: email to David Ydstie, Service Manager.

This is the third Audi TT I have purchased so I have had many opportunities to evaluate this Dealership.I loved the first two Audi TTs and love the new one too! IT IS AWESOME, and so is this Dealership! I have never had a problem or complaint with any faction of this Dealership. We are currently a two Audi family. When looking to buy or trade in our Audi we always schedule a visit with Joe Bergeron. He is "our guy" for sales! He is honest, helpful, committed to the customers needs, and always available to answer questions. I love the fact that he meets you at "your level" of understanding regarding new technology, and allows time to address each question you might have. In addition there is "no pressure". When the time comes for the NEXT AUDI we will be giving Joe a call!!

I was recently sold a 2011 A4. When I had gone in to speak with the salesperson, she had talked me into buying an Audi from the dealership because of the pride Audi takes in their cars and how they do a diagnostic on them and make sure they are in good condition for sale. Within FOUR days of owning the car, the low oil pressure light came on. It turns out that the engine needs to be replaced. I was sold a car that had a DEFECTIVE engine!! When I went to discuss the issue with the manager, he said they would go "half" on the repairs. This is an over $12,000 fix and spending $6,000 on something that was sold defectively is absolutely ridiculous! This is very very frustrating as I have thousands of dollars on the car loan and clearly do not have $6000 to spend on a car that needs a new engine when I bought it. It was also very disappointing that the manager did not even mention the option of escalating this issue to corporate. I was sold a DEFECTIVE car. I am very disappointed that Audi has not handled this issue better then they currently are.

They were flexible, honest, wanted to work with my needs, and very friendly/not pushy throughout the process. Steve is a great addition to the Audi team in St. Paul. I was impressed by his sense of professionalism. He was very genuine throughout the process and was more than eager to make the deal work for both our needs. he stayed well after his hours to make sure everything went smoothly and was committed to the entire process. The manager working that evening was also more than willing and happy to figure out the best deal for my situation. The finance department was also very great and easy to work with. Anyone I have dealt with at Audi St. Paul has been absolutely wonderful. While Melissa Meier continues working her magic to see if I could get into something that is affordable and suitable for me, Madison Seebeck and John Wagers take care of getting my car fixed exactly how I want it fixed and all the while I'm driving one of their brand new loaners . Even though my Audi was purchased at a used car dealership, Audi St. Paul has gone out of their way to treat it like it's one of theirs. Each time I have it in for service or maintenance, the Service Advisor's take their time explaining things to me so I understand. If I happen to come when my Service Advisor is helping another customer, there is always someone else willing to jump right in and assist until mine is free. They are exceptional.

I test drove a 2015 A3 and knew I had to have it. Within 24 hours the car was mine. As it gets dark early I test drove at night and didn't even notice that the window trim on the passenger's side was a bit scratched. I was told about it and delighted to hear they would replace it. Sure enough, the replacement made and a loaner given. Wow. So glad I jumped from VW to Audi. Chrisette, Tammy, Raven and John made the process smooth and painless. Trust me, getting a loaner from Weatside, where I had previously purchased 5 VWs was like pulling teeth. Excellent customer service at Audi St Paul!

I experienced a multitude of issues while taking my vehicle in to be serviced here, I could write a novel about it but I will try to be short. The numerous times I had my car in here was far and away the worst and most unethical service experience I ever had. Almost every time I brought my car in to be serviced some random thing would immediately go wrong when picking it up. It's an older car with 110,000 miles so some things are expected but when it happens 4-5 times in a row it stops being just a coincidence. Some quick examples: I got an oil leak fixed and they forgot to put a part back under the hood, it was very obvious for me to notice it was not replaced. They later admitted that the mechanic broke it on accident and threw it away. They replaced the part but the point is that they tried to hide it hoping I wouldn't notice. Btw, the oil leak was not fixed and I had to take it somewhere else to get it properly repaired. To eventually fix the oil leak they quoted me at approx. $1200 to fix the valve cover. After taking it to another auto shop they changed me just $350 to identical work. I needed a headlight bulb replaced, they quoted me on the bulb but told me it would cost an extra $100 or so (Not sure of exact price or issue) because the socket or something was rusted or something. I took it to the other mechanic that fixed the oil leak and they charged me a flat $40 and said the socket was fine and the bulb will function well. Not a huge saving, but it shows that Audi St. Paul will try to squeeze every dime out of you on top of their premium prices. They will NEVER provide you with a less costly alternative to your problem. They will quote you on the most expensive fix possible and that is it. One day after I picked up my car after one of these quotes my convertible top malfunctioned and froze half way while retracting, it has never done this before in the hundreds of times I've used it. I took it in to have them look at it and said the convertible motor is broken and it will cost roughly $2000 to fix. That sounded outrageous so I did some research and learned you could do a manual reset. I asked them if they tried that and they did not, I asked them to try it and it reset the top and the top has worked fine ever since without spending $2000 on a motor replacement. The point is they did not even attempt the manual reset or even present it as an option. They quoted me $2000 and asked me yes or no if I want to proceed. While they aren't doing anything unlawful I find this kind of practice to be highly unethical. To wrap it up, these were just a couple examples, there are 3-4 more stories of equal lack of confidence that I can post about another time. It is in your best interest to find another place to replace your car. Also, there is an abundance of 5 star reviews on here because they use a 'review funnel.' They send out an email to clients after their service, the link they provide sends you to a review site if you have a positive review but it sends you back to a dealership email for negative reviews. This practice is not against online review regulations but can be seen as an unethical practice in the digital marketing world. But at least they stay consistent with their unethical practices.

Warning light on A4 led to tow to dealer. Service performed quickly with up-dating calls and car ready for pick-up the following evening. Excellent help from Megan W., our service adviser. We have had or have 4 Audi"s :A6, allroad,A8L,and A4 and always use Audi St Paul service. One reason we buy Audi's is because we are treated so well and reliably by the service department.

We have purchased and leased multiple cars from Audi St. Paul. And we've also had our cars serviced here for 14 years. Joe Stifter and his entire team are simply fantastic - every individual provides exceptional customer service. The sales team is great. Easy to work with, no tricks and gimmicks. The financing team is competent and knowledgeable they explain all of your options in an educational way no pressure tactics. Although the entire Service team rocks, John is probably one of the best. He's made my wife feel very comfortable in discussing everything from deer collisions (!) to recommendations on new tires. That's a big deal to both of us. In the 2 instances when we had anything close to what I'd call an 'issue', the team rallied and addressed everything to our complete satisfaction - and delight. Customer loyalty isn't defined by interactions when everything is going great. It's defined by how an organization takes care of you when there is a problem. And last week, when confronted with a fairly big issue, they stepped up and came through for us. Quality product. Superb service and sales. And when it matters, doing everything they can to support their sterling reputation. They've once again earned the re-confirmation that I'm a customer for life.

I was recently at the St. Paul Audi dealership for a new tire and a 140,000 mile service. I always ask for Ryan Thompson, or Brian Bernstetter. This time, Ryan was available to help me. As always, my car was cared for efficiently, professionally, and respectfully. I think of Ryan and Brian as my friends. They are always very upfront with me about what needs to be done on my car immediately, and where I can perhaps wait a bit to do a repair to help me financially. They listen to my concerns carefully, inform me about any problems, in detail, and I trust them because over the years they have earned my trust. It is very reassuring, I think especially for a woman, who may not be as knowledgable about cars in general, to feel so respected. I can bring my car in via appointment, or on the spur of the moment, and I always get GREAT service! I also always drive away having my car clean, inside and out, and drinking a Cappuccino. How nice is that! At times, I consider purchasing a new Audi. I have had conversations with Jen Brown. She is never pushy, always helpful, very pleasant to talk to, and I would trust her with my next purchase. I look forward to that, at some point. Also. the St. Paul Audi dealership is always clean and comfortable, if I nee to wait. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. When I have need for a rental car, I always have a beautiful, nearly new Audi to drive, at no cost, and filled with gas. I don't know what else I could ask for. His answers were in great detail and very honest. He did not try to tell me it was something it was not! The entire car buying process could not have gone better thanks to Jen Brown. The bottom line is that Jen is technically strong and intuitively knows how to assess people and address their needs in an individualized manner that builds a sense of trust and fairness. She was very responsive, but not pushy. Her active listening skills were about what WE wanted and in a short period of time we developed a list of authentic shared personal interests as well. She was actually positively touching people's lives, while selling cars. The negotiation process was short and did not feel like a fake or adversarial process. We had done our homework and felt we got a very fair deal.

I recently purchased my first Audi, an A6. It is a certified pre-owned car with very low mileage and in mint condition. The salesperson who sold me the car is Drake Talbert who went the extra mile to se to it that the navigation system, in particular, was working perfectly, which is crucial to me as I use a GPS to get everywhere. I went to Audi St. Paul to look at a used Saturn Vue i found online. Mike Dahl was the sales person i worked with from when i entered the building until i purchased the vehicle. Mike along with Raven Fox and Tammy from the finance department were all easy to work with. They listened to my concerns and gave me answers right away so that i wouldn't waste my time. I was most impressed with Mike's customer service. We connected right away because of his honesty, willingness to answer all of my questions, communicating with me through email with updates and working with my busy schedule. I didn't get a warranty for the used vehicle but the negotiated price was fair and it worked for the both of us. I had a great experience and I would do business with them again.

Annette Adams professionally took me through the selecting and buying process. Prior to that she worked with the service department to value my car and following such review I decided to look for a replacement car. Tammy handled the business side as a true professional as well. Also Brian was helpful on the service side of things. One issue: When I test drove the vehicle the floor mats were in the cargo area and when I picked it up they were recently shampooed again in the cargo area to dry. I allowed them to dry over night. The driver side floor mat is almost worn thru and totally unacceptable for a CPO. I would like it replaced.

Was in for 75k maintenance. $20 off coupon I provided wasnt deducted on bill. Next day my headlight went out. A 30 minute visit became 2.5 hours, then they broke my light requiring a third visit. Overall, not happy with the service or attitude saying I got a $1k light for free (b/c they broke it). I wouldnt buy an Audi again.

Once I found my car the purchase process was very easy. My salesperson (Melissa) was great and kept me informed every step of the way. I told her what I was looking for and she found it. She didn't try and push me off in a more expensive direction and responded to every one of my concerns. Very professional.

I dont yet even have 75k miles on my A3, yet I had the serpentine belt shred apart and require me to tow in the car in the middle of winter, I had the AC line break requiring another tow (since I wasnt able to see if the leak was from the AC or radiator and couldnt risk driving it in), Ive had a steel spring axle break at the end of the metal piece requiring replacement (and two months to get the part from Germany), and needed to have an $800 latch in the passenger door replaced (per one of the reps, they see this on many Audi's, not just mine). For the money I paid for my car, I would have hoped for much better performance and reliability. I wouldnt buy an Audi again.

Working with Joel was great. He made the process very easy, and accommodated my schedule, as well as the distance between my home and their location, and came up with possible solutions to issues I had. They were very reasonable on price, and were able to value my trade in. Only Complaint is that I had to go through the warranty process for a used car, which just lengthened the buying process, however for most people I am sure it is valuable, and only took about 15 minutes total time with the finance manager. I would definitely buy another car from Joel.

We ended up purchasing a 2012 A6 prestige, and I could not be happier with the car. Melissa took time go through some of the tech features of the car and had it detailed while we went to dinner. I am on my second Audi, this one being a 2004 A8 with almost 200K miles on it by now. I bought it at this Dealership in 2006 as an Audi Certified car. My car has been serviced at Audi St Paul since then, and over the course of 9 years I have always received exemplary service there. While my rating for the dealership and its service department from a customer point is excellent in every category, in my view my experience can be summed up best by the way I feel about my car when I leave with it after service: it runs as smooth & sharp as a hot knife cutting through butter! I have done business with ST. Paul Audi for many years. The primary reason I bought the Q5 from them is Mike Dahl. He is honest, knowledgeable, and persistent. He stayed on top of my very specific inquiry without being intrusive. In the end, I bought the Q5 because of Mike. It would be a lot easier for me to have my car serviced and to buy an Audi at a dealer much closer to me, but the service by sales and the service department make it unthinkable for me to go elsewhere.

Their General Manager, Joe Stifter, greets me every time I am at the dealership. He makes me feel valued and appreciated. Audi St. Paul offered to appraise our leased S5 coupe with 5 months remaining on the lease. With a new baby expected weeks later, Annette Adams listened to our needs and wants, and we drove off the lot 10 days later with a fabulous new SQ5! The car is beautiful and the service was wonderful.

Buying a car always seems to be a stressful. My experience was less stressful than expected. I appreciated the low pressure yet pleasing experience of buying a used car from Mike and St. Paul Audi. My expectations were exceeded when I learned all the tasks completed to the vehicle in preparation of transferring the vehicle to me. Not only thoroughly cleaned, but fueled and serviced as well. My plates were to expire on my trade in at end of month, and when Audi was late getting my ordered S5 into the country the dealership responded bu offering to pretrade and a FREE brand new A7 loaner for the three weeks Audi's delivery was late!! If that isn't outstanding service there is no such thing as outstanding service.

My wife and I were somewhat skeptical going into the car-buying process, due to past experiences at other car dealerships over the last 25 years. Being budget minded, we were in the market for a used car - which added to our apprehension because of all the variables involved. We started out not really knowing exactly what we wanted, but along the way received a couple of strong recommendations for Audi, and it was after we decided we wanted to go with an Audi that a manager at another dealership recommended that we work with Jen Brown at Audi St. Paul. We had done some homework and had given Jen the parameters of what we were looking for, and Jen was very responsive and continually sent us listings that matched our criteria, as soon as they became available - which was important because we did not want to lose out on any opportunities. We ended up purchasing a more expensive option that what we were originally look at, but without seeing the other less expensive options we would not have a comfortable basis for comparison, so it all worked out well. Throughout the process, Jen was very professional, and treated us with the respect of someone buying the most expensive car on the showroom floor, and actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. She took the time to go over detail of how the car operates, which was very helpful and much appreciated. Joe Stifter, the General Manager of Audi St. Paul, was also great to work with. The car we purchased was a one year old used model, and had a few minor scuffs/scratches in the leather interior - nothing very noticeable. I decided to have these touched up after we after purchased the car. I had mentioned this to Joe when he called to follow-up after the purchase, and he offered to pay for the touchup. I did not ask him to do this, and this was after the sale - what an example of great customer service!! I definitely recommend Audi St. Paul, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

What stood out was their desire to find the right vehicle with the features I preferred. At pickup, the car was impeccably clean, and the one hour technology learning session by Brand Specialist Mike Dahl was well planned out and informative. He suggested a follow on session after I had a chance to get used to the car. From he beginning, Mike scheduled time to understand my needs, explain different options, and then work with a broader team to locate, deliver, and prep the vehicle. I really couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience.

As always, Maplewood Audi and its service department preformed above and beyond what was expected. My tire had low pressure so I brought it into Maplewood Audi on a Friday morning without an appointment just to have it checked over. John Wagers, my service consultant, took the car in without hesitation. The service department found a leak in the sidewall and replaced the tire and I was on my way. I am very appreciative that they could find time to examine and repair the problem, for when I arrived it was a very busy day for the service department. My dealings with Maplewood Audi have never been anything but top shelf both in the service area as well as the sales area. All people that I have dealt with from Dan Wiley, Joe Beedle, Raven Fox and John Wagers have been wonderful to deal with.

I have been driving Audi's for 14 years now. I cannot say enough about the quality of the cars. My last one was totaled in an accident where I was t-boned at 55mph. The car handled it very well. It automatically turned on my flashers, applied the parking brake, and released my seat belt after I stopped. With the exception of the side that was damaged, the car looked pristine inside and out. For such a terrible accident I walked away. I can't say enough about the safety of the car. I am also in love with the A5. I'm on my second one now and it turns people's heads. Last of all, it would not be the same if I could not call up my trusted sales person, Jen Brown, at Audi St Paul. She knows what I like and treats me like a person, not a "buyer."

I was absolutely "blown away" by the service provided. John was very friendly and helpful even taking me personally to the parts department to get a couple of windshield wiper blades. Although it isn't a big deal, in and of itself, it does demostrate the personal service you get. I've gone to many dealerships over the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had.

I was a little apprehensive in my decision as to whether it was the "right" time to make a purchase or if I wanted to wait awhile yet and if this was the right vehicle for me. Mike knew how I was feeling and didn't pressure me to make the purchase at all. He was very professional and someone I feel I could trust. Within a couple of days of purchasing the car there was a coolant leak. I mentioned it to Mike, he got me in touch with Brandon Polhemus. They took care of the problem at no charge to me and gave me a loaner while my car was being fixed. Mike, Brandon and Raven were all so helpful and made sure everything went smooth. It was a great car buying experience.

I worked with Joel Heinen on the purchase of an Audi. It was really refreshing to be working with a sales person that doesn't just know cars....he loves cars. This enthusiasm carried over into the selection, negotiation and purchase process and into after-sale, where I was able to tap into Joel's knowledge base and contacts for some modifications on my car. Also enjoyed working with Raven Fox, the finance manager. She got me a better rate that my own bank gave me, by 0.5%. :) In all, a really good experience.

Shortly after purchasing my 2012 Certified A6, Audi announced an engine recall for fuel injector changes. First, I was concerned that opening up engine parts would lead to further issues down the road. Internal Service Manager Brandon Polhemus reassured me that this recall was simply in the best long range interest for my self and the vehicle. He explained in great detail what was involved and was very positive and confident that everything would be fine. He convinced me and I was very much satisfied with their work. I was set up with a quality loaner A6 and for the few hours I had to wait, came away feeling good about how I was treated. Audi St. Paul is a first class dealership.

Dave Ydtsie helped me out. They do a good job of communicating with you on what needs to be repaired and how much it will cost. I have an 07' A4 and while they were repairing my car they let me borrow a 15' A3 for the time it took them to fix it. No charge as long as you fill the gas up. They also detailed my car and gave me a car wash. This is the only place I will bring my Audi.

I recently purchased a 2009 A4 Avant from Chrisette, and she was very helpful in our long-distance transaction. Thanks to her and Raven I was able to complete our transaction from Europe and arrived to MSP with our car waiting at the airport. When an unexpected service need arose for this used vehicle, the staff at Audi St. Paul stepped up and were able to handle our needs in an exceptional way. We dropped off our vehicle unscheduled at 5pm, and received notification it was ready again before noon the following day. I recently purchased a 2009 A4 Avant from Chrisette, and she was very helpful in our long-distance transaction. Thanks to her and Raven I was able to complete our transaction from Europe and arrived to MSP with our car waiting at the airport. When an unexpected service need arose for this used vehicle, the staff at Audi St. Paul stepped up and were able to handle our needs in an exceptional way. We dropped off our vehicle unscheduled at 5pm, and received notification it was ready again before noon the following day. I recommend Brandon Polhemus wholeheartedly! He has helped me keep my 1999 A4 running, including once taking my panicked call from the North Shore when a wheel bearing started making noise. He went over all alternatives with me and helped me get home safely, and ultimately helped me figure out the right timing on changing cars. I trust him completely. I brought my A5 in for the 15,000 service check last week. I was greeted by Madison Seebeck who explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He told me the car would be ready in 2 hours and he was exactly correct, the car being completely ready upon my return. He explained what had been done, reviewed the procedure and answered all question courteously and professional. All service appointments should be this easy and efficient.

Well, this review comes with mixed emotions. After some research, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I was looking for a used Audi A4 in the 2007-2009 year range, but was leaning towards a newer model for a variety of reasons. I also required it be a one (or possibly two under the right circumstances) owner car with a clean CarFax. I had looked at other dealerships in the Twin Cities and found some sales staff to be personable while others fit more in the stereotypical used car salesman mold. A couple of cars I found online brought me to St. Paul/Maplewood Audi. I had connected online with Joel Heinen and met up with him to take a look at the two cars I was interested in. I was VERY clear what I wanted in the car, specifically a clean CarFax with one owner. Although both were good used cars, I was drawn to one specific model for a variety of reasons. It had low miles, the paint was in good condition, and it had a trim line that added a few bells and whistles. The CarFax was clean, but it did have two owners. Since the two owners had all the service done at the dealership and I could see the records, I felt comfortable passing on my one owner requirement. There were a few other small issues that needed attention, but Joel quickly noted them and felt the dealership would likely take care of them. I agreed to the asking price based on what was provided by the dealership and the work they were going to do to address the issues. Joel was great during this process and I highly recommend him. I was a happy camperat this point. Management, on the other hand, has left a lot to be desired. After about 2-3 weeks, I noticed some bills in the glove box. Upon reviewing these, I noticed an auto body receipt for body work done just before the car was traded in. It was less than $2K, but it had been submitted to insurance and should have been on the CarFax report. I brought this to the attention of Joel and stated, in my eyes, this impactes the value. Had I known about this (which I should have), I would not have paid the full asking price. I asked that they make some price concession and repair a molded door lock piece on the side the damage work was done (I cant be sure this was caused by the accident, but it seemed to be more than coincidental). Joel brought this to the attention of the Sales Manager Kevin Larson on or before 12/17/14. It wasnt until 12/29/14 that I heard back from Kevin and he felt this was a minor issue and the car should be just fine. That was great, but he didnt address my concern nor address my proposal. I replied on 12/30/14 asking him to address my concerns and my proposal and as of 1/13/15 I have not heard a word. I guess they take the ignore them and they will go away approach. Again, Joel was a pleasure to work with and I feel bad having to leave this negative review. But perception is everything and my perception of the lack of concerns for customer issues is overriding the positive buying experience I had initially.

Saw and ad on a used Audi S8, spent an hour finding out the details via chat with Chrisette. She was very well informed about the car and very courteous to deal with. We agreed on a deal after a couple of weeks - I wanted to make sure I wanted the car and we needed to work out the details. When I picked up the car, it was fully detailed and looked brand new. I was in and out in an hour. All the staff was professional and courteous in the whole process. By the way, the S8 is a fantastic car!

We found a car to look at while driving back to Mn from Florida. Sent a text to check on availability of car. Nick called right back to see where we were and get an eta. He had the car warmed up for us ( a little shock with the temp after fl ) and ready to test drive. The car was great, and we were on our way in no time with a new ride. Only 200 miles to go after 3500.

I had a great experience in purchasing my certified pre-owned Allroad from Audi St Paul. The car was as advertised, price was very fair and my wife is very happy with her present!. My salesperson Chrisette Bany was knowledgeable and great to work with. I traveled from Wisconsin to purchase the car having seen it online; she had held the car 5 days for me until I could travel to see it (I wasn't ~quite~ comfortable purchasing completely sight unseen, although I'm sure they hear all kinds of stories about people promising to buy!). Even after the sale, Chrisette was wonderful; after I got the car home and had a concern about the alignment she arranged for it to be assessed and fixed at my local dealer at no cost to me. I also got a replacement emergency key supplied (also arranged to be programmed locally at their expense). I was very happy with my overall experience and would happily return there again. The facilities are outstanding with the most immaculate workshop I have seen.

I came to St. Paul Audi looking for a pre-owned sedan. They offered me a fair trade-in deal for my old vehicle. My salesperson, Chrisette Bany was personable and understood my needs. The general manager also made a point of meeting me and addressing any questions. My impression of this dealer is very high as they seem to maintain a quality reputation. They were able to work with my banks financing to get a good rate. They worked around my schedule and were available to take time and walk me through the delivery process prior to actually making a decision. Overall I had a very positive buying experience with this dealer and anticipate maintaining a relationship with them going forward. I would recommend Chrisette again without hesitation.

I just purchased my 2013 Allroad from Audi St Paul. Their price was great, and the car is exceptional. My salesperson Chrisette was really good to work with and even continued to follow through after the sale; I would be very happy to return again. Coming from Wisconsin, it was very convenient that they could also arrange all the plate transfer details, and we left with my Wisconsin plates on the car (unlike my last purchase from a different MN dealer who completely screwed it up). Although I didn't have any repair work done, their workshop is spotless; the cleanest I have seen in this country; highly recommend this place.

I found a car I was interested in on the internet and sent a request for internet price and received a very quick reply - accommodating, not pushy. The sales person, Joel Heinen, was knowledgeable, nice and forthcoming. It wasn't all roses and a hard sell, very honest information. I've never bought an Audi before, so didn't know what to expect from the dealership. I was quite impressed on the attention to detail, the comfortable atmosphere in the facility, the friendliness from manager down to cleaner. When I picked up the car it was in A-1, ready to drive shape, including a full tank of fuel. I even got a ride in from Joel so no having to worry about getting myself there. Very appreciated.

We wanted the Q 3. a local dealer told us 60-120 days. I called Mike at Audi St. Paul, he had us test drive a Q3 within 3 days of my call, then gave us specs on 2 that were being delivered to the Houston Port. We put a deposit and the car was delivered just about a week later. I called Mike at Audi St. Paul, he had us test drive a Q3 within 3 days of my call, then gave us specs on 2 that were being delivered to the Houston Port. We put a deposit and the car was delivered just about a week later. I never write reviews but wanted to make sure I did on Audi of St. Paul and Joe Beedle. The experience I had was unlike any I have ever had with a car dealership. Joe was extremely pleasant and professional. The entire experience was great. He even took time(they should have been closed at this point in time, but it didn't matter to him) to sit in the car with me and go through everything in the car. The employees at this dealership, specifically Andrew Horstman and Tammy Chamberlain, made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. Andrew quickly identified what I was looking for, which Audi was most appropriate based on this criteria, and set up a great deal for me. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He never attempted to up-sell me, and prioritized what I, as the buyer, wanted in my vehicle. When it came time to execute the purchase, Tammy was prepared and efficient, and the paperwork took about 25 minutes in total. About a week after I picked up the vehicle, Andrew followed up to make sure I had no additional questions, and that everything was going smoothly with the new Audi. I had a great experience with this dealership, and would recommend both the dealership, and the specific employees with whom I worked.

my wife was in the market for a new small/medium sized SUV. She saw a picture of the Q5 and wanted to check it out. I stopped by Maplewood Audi to check it out. I was walking around the lot looking at the Audi's and Larry Swenson came out to ask if I needed help. He talked to me about the Q5 and the options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, but not pushy. I told him I'd have my wife stop by to check it out and drive it. She called Larry a few days later and test drove the Q5. She like it and said Larry was very helpful. Came back a few days later to nail down exactly what she wanted, and ended up test driving a A5 cabriolet. Great car, but my wife decided she wanted the utility of a SUV. I never really thought about getting an Audi before, and I was walking around the lot and notice the S5. I called Larry and let him know my wife wanted the 2015 Q5, and what options. He mentioned that Audi had a loyalty program and incentive. I was driving a 2008 BMW 528xi. We talked about the S5, and I decided to come out and test drive one. Test drive went well, I told Larry what I was looking for and he found me a 2014 S5 with the features I wanted. I had owned an Audi for 11 years and returned to the dealership (possible change in ownership and management) to buy my next car. Experience was a disappointment from start to finish. Sales staff was unfamiliar with many of the features of the car. Instead of offering to find answers, one salesperson actually said, "Let me know what you find out." I found out info about the Bluetooth from an electronics store and info about my rear hatch from internet blogs. Given owner's manual for different year and model. Received correct one and spare key after 3 wks. Put $500 down which at purchase time they had no record of. I had to show my copy of my credit card receipt to the closer. When I tried to express my concerns, the manager said he was new to Audi. The salesperson said sometimes things don't work our well.

I had owned an Audi for 11 yrs. I returned to the dealership (which possibly has new ownership and obviously has new management) to purchase a CPO car. From start to finish, sales experience was disappointment. I knew more about the car than either of the two salespeople and the manager. They could not answer my questions and at one point the salesperson said, "Let me know what you find out." One answer I got from a car audio dept at an electronics store. One answer I got from a internet blog site of Audi owners. At closing, they had no record of the $500 down I had given them. I had to produce my copy of the credit card receipt. The closer tried to sell my a long list of extras including clearcoat coatings. (Remember the old rustproofing spiel.) I researched this with a body shop who stated it was overpriced and likely unnecessary. On the other hand, I have always had good experiences with the service dept and realize that from here out, they are the only ones I have to deal with. I especially appreciate John and Justin in service.

I started my car buying process with Minneapolis Audi and I really hate their service. They really don't know how to talk to customers. I got quote from minneapolis audi and they didn't even gave any options for me to choose. What ever I ask they will that is not possible and I asked if I can order one and I said I can wait for 3 to 4 months. They said that is not possible. I really hate their manager Kevin. After a terrible experience with Minneapolis people, I contacted Audi St.Paul if they had the Q5 with particular color and prefernces. Rightaway Joe contacted me with some options. I talked with him over the phone and thought I should check it out. I went to St. Paul and Joe really explained everything and he even took us on a test drive with a vechicle and specs I am looking for. I asked for 2015 vehicle and brown color, which is in port and once that is arrived he right way sent pictures to me and I went again to check it out in person. I really liked the vehicle and I am getting the color I wanted and 19" wheel as an additional package and thay even matched my APR rate. I am really happy that I got what I wanted. Joe was really supportive and made sure that I am getting what I wanted. I never got stressed out and bought my vehicle with in 2days. This is my first Audi and I really happy that I choosed St.Paul. I live in Madison WI and I found the car I have been looking for in St Paul. While at their website, I inquired through their chat tool if it was still available. This dealer returned my car to me and left service garbage in it and left it running. It sat in the parking lot for 5 hours. Thankfully it did not run out of gas. The response from the dealer was not satisfactory. The service manger offered me a free oil change but claimed he didn't know the value of this service. I asked for my next scheduled service to be paid and he immediately knew the cost and said it wasn't worth that. I won't return to this dealer for service. Everyone makes mistakes, but Audi St Paul is unwilling to make sure the customer is happy and treated fairly.

Wow! I just bought an Audi A4... Need I say more? Yes! Joe Beedle is the best sales rep I've ever met. He went above and beyond to make things happen for me (fast). We arranged the opportunity for my son to pick up the car (rental agreement), drive it to Imola Motorsports for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI), and brought it home to show me the beautiful white car with black interior - and take a test drive... I love everything about it - so the next day, I went to Audi St. Paul to negotiate a deal. Joe had already spoken with my son, and reduced the price for me - and printed out the prepared agreement to review with me (signed within 2 minutes). Joe cleaned the car (removed stickers), through in some new floor mats, and let me pick out a women's Audi jacket. Simultaneously, I met with the financial rep to complete the car loan. She used my online application information to run the banking quotes, and had the paperwork ready for me to sign. Joe brought my car up for me ask questions on the panel features, and showed me a few tips on setting up my cell phone 'bluetooth' mode to answer calls like magic! I drove away with a huge smile...

I was looking for some specific options which caused me to search a wide area for a used A4. I found what I was looking for online at Audi St. Paul. While on the website checking out the pictures, Larry Swenson offered to chat with me and answered several questions before offering his mobile phone number for any follow information or when I was ready to purchase. Nice, no extra pressure, and easy to work with. Several phone calls and txt measages latter, Larry had not only sold me on this particular car but helped compare two other options I was considering to make sure I had the correct information for an informed decision. Once we had agreed on a deal Raven Fox call and worked out all the details for the paper work, very nice and again easy to work with. I did this complete purchase from 600 miles away, and everyone involved made it as simple as possible. Since I was buyin gthis car site unseen, I aske Larry to verify there was nothing about the car I would be surprised with, he went right out and washed the car, hand drying it to go over all the exterior and took extra pictures to make sure I was comfortable. I am very pleased with me experience and would recommned Audi St. Paul to anyone, near or far.

I had a very pleasurable buying experience at this dealership June 2014. Larry Swenson & Nick McGovern are specialists that know their Audi's. They even set up a return visit to show me how everything worksit doesn't get better than that for customer service. They were easy to work with and just happened to have an excellent 2013 A4 2.0T CPO that was everything I was looking forit is gorgeous and has all the bells and whistles! This was my first purchase and I could not have been happier with the whole process. Got a nice deal on my trade-in as well. Thanks also to Tammy Chamberlin for finding great financing and offering upgraded auto packages. The dealership was roomy and spotless and everyone was nice, helpful, with no pressure whatsoever. Complimentary snack bar was appreciated and the lounge area was sparse, but comfortable. They have a fabulous selection of new and pre-owned certified autos. A very professional and upscale place to get an Audi...I have friends who always buy their cars here and come back for good servicejust saying.

Ignore my review from June 2013. Completely different experience in April 2014. Twenty-one (21) days after my factory warranty expired, the car threw a check engine light. Audi St. Paul diagnosis is a bad engine ECU it is throwing a fault code but they checked the related pump and the pump is fine so they are calling it a hardware issue with the ECU. Since I purchased a CPO vehicle, and my pre-certified warranty is good for 2 more years, the repair will be covered, right? WRONG! Audi St. Paul won't cover the issue under my pre-certified warranty because of Stasis aftermarket products that were recommended, sold, and installed by this shop with assurance from my service adviser that the aftermarket additions would NOT impact my warranty because of the partnership between Audi and Stasis. The car has 38K miles, was 21 days past factory warranty, and ALL work done on the vehicle since I purchased it was done in their shop. Audi St Paul offered to install a new engine ECU with factory settings for the small sum of $2K. Remember, I paid this shop a hefty sum to make the modifications under the pretense that my warranty would remain intact and now they want me to pay to back them out. So I sought help from Joe, the GM. After all, if he cares about his customers he is going to do the right thing. His offer of help: I can trade in my car for a new one and they will 'double the owner loyalty incentive'. Really?! I am insulted. Between the car purchase and the Stasis package, Ive already paid them plenty. Now they want me to throw more money at them to replace a car and the products that I bought from them that they are not willing to stand behind?? Forget it. I used to love this shop and recommended them over and over again. What the heck happened? I'm done doing business with Audi St. Paul and the Twin Cities Automotive Group (which also owns the Audi dealer in Golden Valley). Joe could have kept me as a customer simply by offering to the cover the ECU. Instead, Joe chose to let me walk, costing them my future service dollars, my next car purchase, and my positive recommendations for sales and service with a Twin Cities Automotive dealership. Ill be taking my issue to Audi Corporate.

Just leased a '14 allroad from Jen B. at Audi St. Paul, and enjoyed the process very much! She's quite knowledgeable about the brand, and didn't pressure me one bit. Fast service - great customer care My 2001 Audi A6 broke a serpentine belt on the Interstate highway on a Sunday evening. I was headed back home to Madison, Wisconsin from a visit to family in the Twin Cities. Without giving it a second thought I had the car towed to Audi St Paul since that was the dealer from which I had bought the car and had it serviced. I left the car in the lot and used the after hours key drop in hopes that the car would be serviced that Monday. To my delight the Brandon Polhemus notified me at 7:15 a.m. that the car was already in their shop and he would call shortly to let me know the extent of the necessary repairs. By 8:00 a.m. I was informed that all the parts were in stock and they could complete the work that morning. In fact, by 10:30 a.m. the repairs had be made, the car washed, and ready for me to pick up. I have been dealing with Audi St. Paul for more than 15 years and will continue to do so whenever my travels take me to the Twin Cities. They provide courteous, prompt service with the assurance that only those parts that need to be repaired will be attended to. They deserve an A+++ in my book. Roger E

My buying experience at Audi St. Paul was excellent. Audi St. Paul had a great inventory of both new and used cars. Larry Swenson was extremely knowledgeable about the models I was interested in, accommodated my schedule in having cars ready for test drives, and was patient and understanding when I reconsidered what I really wanted. When I picked up the car, Larry gave an impressive tutorial of all the features that I am now enjoying. I ended up financing through Audi St. Paul at the last minute, and both Larry and Raven Fox were responsive and helpful in pulling that together pain-free. We plan to make another vehicle purchase in the next couple of years, and will definitely return to Larry and Audi St. Paul based on this experience.

A blown transmission in another vehicle is what caused us to be looking for another vehicle. Complicating things for our family was the fact that I am unemployed. The past six vehicles our family had purchased (essentially since we were college students) were brand new so we knew nothing about the pre-owned car market. I initially talked with Joe Stifter who gave me the greatest 20 minute tutorial over the phone of things to look for when buying pre-owned. About a day later, I received a call from Joe saying that they might have found a car we would like to look at and that Mike Dahl would contact me. Mike called me within a day and we set up time to see the car. It ended up being a great car, older but low milage, and in far better shape than anything I think we would have found on our own. Raven Fox then took some time to talk through possible financing options and again provided great information. We completed the application process online which was very simple and ended up closing with Tammy Chamberlain the next day. This truly was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I have purchased numerous cars in my life, and I've never had a worse buying experience than I have had with this dealer. I'd been searching for several months for a very specific pre-owned vehicle (a BMW M5), and when this particular one popped up in my internet search, I immediately called to see if it was still on the lot. It was, so I went up for a test drive. I pulled back into the lot and informed my salesman (Joe Beedle) that I'd like to make a deal and get the car. This was Tuesday evening. After a very quick an easy negotiation (Joe even commented on how easy I was to deal with) I informed both Joe and his manger, Jeff Carlson, that I'd like to get the car by Friday. I also had declined their financing (as I have always secured my own through USAA) and wanted to make sure they would have everything they needed to process the transaction, and was assured that this was plenty of time to get the paperwork all in order.First thing Wednesday morning I got all my ducks in a row and call Mr Beedle with the info from my bank so they could get the ball rolling. I hadn't heard anything back by the evening, so I gave Mr Carlson a call, because I wanted to make sure there were no delays on Friday, as I had a trip planned for the weekend (and of course I wanted to drive my new BMW:) Mr Carlson was fairly rude on the phone and told me it would take at least 3-5 days to process a direct deposit from USAA, and in his words, "they're a pain-in-the-xxx to deal with." Huh, what??? I've purchased my last 5 vehicles this way and have always just driven right off the lot with car on the same day, and the reason for my continued loyalty towards USAA is the fact that they're ALWAYS extremely easy to deal with. And I know for a fact that this has not changed because my father just purchased a new Chevrolet Silverado this week via the same method, and drove right off with the car. Anyway, long story short, at this point I became quite concerned -what's going on here? Am I being punished for providing my own financing? Did someone else come in after me and want to buy this car, and they're trying to annoy me to get me to scuttle the deal? Also, still no word from my unresponsive salesman, Joe Beedle.Now it's Thursday morning and I started right out at 9 am by trying to reach my salesman to find out what's going on...surely, this must all be some mistake, because what dealer in their right mind would treat a customer this way? I was astounded by the treatment I was receiving from every single person I talked to at this dealership. I also called my bank again to confirm the details of this transaction and was informed that as long as the paperwork was faxed back to them from the dealer by 3:00 pm that day, they're should be no problem whatsoever. So I dropped everything I was doing at work and headed all the way across town to make sure things got faxed in. This was 2:00. And I was informed that there was no way I could take my car. Even though I had a trade-in and the difference owed on the transaction was a paltry $11,000. Ok, I say, and headed back to work....my bank said this will be funded ASAP as I had called ahead and reported the "situation," so Ill just come get it in the evening. I received an email by 3:30 that day from USAA, with a tracing #, informing me that indeed the loan had been funded, and everything should be a go. I called Joe Beedle again, with no response. I was about a mile away from the dealer again, when he finally calls me back to tell me there's no way anyone can verify my funds that day and to go back home. This whole thing was a complete nightmare at this point. I really wanted this specific car or this deal would've been so over, but now it's just a principle-thing -no one deserves to be treated this way.Friday morning, code red. This is absolutely out of control. I'm getting subterfuge, and outright lies from everyone I talk to at the dealer. I'm told they've called Wells Fargo with my tracing # and can't verify my funds, but I'm also told the that the Controller is the only one with access to their Wells Fargo account and this person is mysteriously unreachable. Finally around noon the General Manager Joe Stifter calls me to basically give me all the same runaround, with no hope for resolution before Monday of the next week. I need to leave town this afternoon, so with all my energy drained, I give up. I have NEVER been treated like such a jerk by a car dealer in my entire life, and the only thing the GM can say to me "gee, well we just want you to be happy and we hope to gain your repeat business." My only response was "are you high?"

I called St.Paul Audi while looking for a pre-owned Audi. Merriann answered the phone.We had a nice chat and she said They did not have what I wanted but would look for me.I went to the dealer 3 days later to have my trade appraised.I met Marriann,she had found me a couple of options to look at.Both her and the sales manager were real easy to work with, not pushy at all.Happy to say I drove away with a great car. My wife and I love the car!!!!!!!

Tom Frisch and this dealer were excellent to work with. We have a 2009 A4 that burned excessive oil and despite being out of warranty, Tom worked with Audi of America in such a successful manner that AofA paid for the repair (new pistons and rings) that solved our problem. He went to bat for us and made our repair ordeal as easy as possible. Thank you, Tom!

My wife and felt the experience at Audi St. Paul was so much better than the other Audi dealership in Minnetonka. The sales person we met was quite pushy on including as many options as possible. When my wife and I met with Mike to discuss purchasing a car we never felt like he was pushy in fact quite the opposite he had an opportunity to up sell us to a different color, but instead suggested a color that was cheaper and definitely looks much better than I would have thought.The service at Audi St. Paul was great, and I would definitely go back again when my wife wants to get an Audi A4.

My wife and I flew to MN from Colorado specifically to look at dealers whom each advertised having both A5 and S5 convertibles in stock.. Merriann met us in the lot at the St. Paul dealership and showed us the A5 and then made sure we everything about it and of course test drove it. She knew we wanted to see other cars while in town for just the day and called the other dealer to alert us we were coming knowing she could lose a sale but help us find the car we wanted. After visiting the other Audi dealer, we were sold on dealing with Merriann and went back to her dealership and purchased our A5 Convertible, she made it a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend her anytime! Thanks Merriann, we love our car!

I had my eye on a Ford Edge Sport for quite awhile, and was patiently waiting to find the right one. I was a little surprised to see one at an Audi dealership. I have owned an Audi in the past, so I'm no stranger to quality. I found the Ad on www.cars.com and decided to put it on my list for a Saturday test drive list. Mike Dahl was very friendly and very transparent about the vehicles story. He mentioned what the previous owner traded it in for, and even allowed me to drive the vehicle alone with my wife. I was pretty sure I wanted it, but being a frugal Minnesotan, I had to visit the remaining two dealerships on my list. My experience at another dealership made me weary, I had to force them to get me the carfax, and after reading through it discovered the vehicle had been in an accident in New Jersey, sold on auction, repaired, shipped to Minnesota then re-certified. My wife and I were just about to buy it when I mentioned seeing the carfax. The next day, Mike sent me a follow up email with more detailed information on the vehicle he had for sale. A couple days later, as luck would have it, I was in that area of town and decided to stop in again. It was between that one and another with 10k less mileage. Mike had the carfax ready right away, I didn't even have to mention it. Because Mike was so upfront and transparent, I decided I didn't care about the extra mileage. Never once did I feel as if I was being hustled, tricked, or misled. Everyone I worked with acted as if they had a nice quality product and they would appreciate my business should I decide to purchase from them. They gave me excellent market value for the vehicle I traded. They even de-badged all the lettering on the vehicle for free. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and will definitely recommend Mike to anyone I know in the market for an Audi.

Never once did I feel as if I was being hustled, tricked, or misled. Everyone I worked with acted as if they had a nice quality product and they would appreciate my business should I decide to purchase from them. They gave me excellent market value for the vehicle I traded. They even de-badged all the lettering on the vehicle for free. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and will definitely recommend Mike to anyone I know in the market for an Audi.

I had looked at approximately 20 vehicles prior to contacting Audi St. Paul and talking to Mike Dahl about a Toyota Prius they had posted on carsoup.com. I could write an essay on the negative and stressful experiences I had with other salespeople and dealerships from Duluth (where I live) to the Twin Cities. In stark contrast, the entire experience with Mike and the dealership was exceptional!!! I had excellent customer service and consideration from the minute I walked in the door. Every single person I had contact with gave me that same feeling - with smiles, good humor, and friendliness.I can't say enough about Mike. He was so friendly and personable, and very knowledgable. He took the time to contact the previous owner about specific information (service and maintenance history, extra key, etc.), to contact a local body shop about a scratch (they even did their part to do a repair without charge to me!), to inform me of all the services available through Audi St. Paul, and to let me know how much he appreciated my business. It was important to Mike that I has happy with the vehicle and price, and service. I was fully informed and very comfortable with my decision to purchase this car with its full gas tank, up to date maintenance, new tires, and pristine condition. I love my car. I am a believer in "buying local" but because of my experience, I will make the drive from Duluth to Audi St. Paul in the future and will refer friends and family to Mike. I feel like I've made a new friend.

Ms. Merriann Nesse was extremely helpful from the first contact. She always wanted to answer any and all questions fully, with great patients.Her concern was to make me feel comfortable and satisfied completely throughout and after the purchasing of the vehicle. Merriannn was a pleasure to work with and was very receptive to answering or researching any questions we had regarding the pre-owned Lexus we purchased from Audi St. Paul. The negotiation process was quick and professional and the agreed upon price was reasonable. We were introduced to the service staff and "became part of the Audi St. Paul Service Family" which means we can get free car washes, a loaner vehicle for service that takes more than four hours, etc . . . even though our pre-owned vehicle was not an Audi.The Dealership itself is spotlessly clean and a showplace befitting the beautiful Audi automobiles on the showroom floor. Any and all amenities a customer could need while waiting for service are provided.

Since we live several miles from Audi St Paul we had to do everything by phone or email. Mike Dahl was an excellent salesperson answering all of our concerns in a prompt and professional fashion. Mike made a point to contact us on his day off and told us when he would be able to get back to us. Once we decided to purchase the Audi A6, Mike took the time and patients to explain everything the A6 had to offer.

Dealers are frequently dealt a bad reputation, and generally well earned at that. My experience with Jen, Raven and team at Audi St. Paul (ASP) completely counters this reputation. From initial contact, through discovery about the vehicle, to everyone's availability beyond core hours and ultimately through closing has been better than top-notch.Some background may be in order to really give appreciation to the situation. I found a car on an online listing site that ASP was selling. The listing included information about numerous add-ons that. while exotic and top-notch, were ones that I would never spend money on. These are the sorts of things car guys dream about - titanium exhaust system, carbon fiber parts, multiple wheels, etc. When looking at such a listing at a great market price listed, human nature takes over and one immediately starts to wonder what's wrong with this deal? Is it worth the hassle of dealing with a dealer 400 miles away? (spoiler: it was)In reaching Jen, she immediately sent pictures of the additional items, confirmed the vehicle status and delivery, gave a brief history and made herself available beyond the regular dealership hours for any additional questions.Over the span of a few days, we were able to establish a fair trade-in value for my car and a selling price for the new car. The deal was set - but I was over 400 miles away. Distances be damned, Jen and Raven quickly setup all the paperwork, sent requests for various items (credit app, drivers license, insurance, etc.) and processed everything up front via email.The day of pickup I drove the 400 miles, we swapped cars to confirm what we discussed and five minutes later I was signing paperwork with Raven. While in the showroom and before leaving, Jen approached me and said that the extra wheels are too dirty to put in the car and "we'll ship them for you to your home." I was blown away. This extra touch meant I didn't have to pack the car full of 19" wheels and that they would be delivered to my house. Honestly, I can keep going on and on about this transaction as it seemed as a one in a lifetime. But in meeting the staff at ASP, I'm pretty sure this is the norm. Contacted via e-mail your parts departement to try to locate a a black Audi Q5 scale model as my daughter just purchased an new black Q5. I could not find one anywhere and had been contacting dealers, e-bay and all sorts of stores that sell scale models. No luck. Well Lonnie Tangen first said his inventory stated none and a silver model was available only and it needed to be ordered. The next day he e-mailed me back that he found one. I bought it ASAP. The is great service. I am most appeciative.

I have exclusively worked with Mr. Tom Frisch, and my experience has been nothing but extraordinary. I have had many issues with my warranty company declining work, and it was Tom who was diligent in ensuring the warranty company approved the work. His attention to the customer is the best I have encountered in ANY business transaction I have ever completed. Whether I am asking for service work done on a headlight lamp or major engine repair, I am treated as if I am the ONLY customer on the books. I had a car picked out and ready to go at Golden Valley, but thanks to Mike I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle at Maplewood instead. I bought my '99 A4 off the Maplewood lot when it was 2 years old, and now, in 2012, the guys in service are keeping my aging but solid Audi road-worthy. Tom Frisch is great at interpreting my vague descriptions of what I think my car needs, and he's been a big help in making decisions about what to do and when, given how I drive and the car's age. I've called him a couple of times with questions, and if he wasn't right there, he called me back in minutes. I took my car to another shop just once, many years back, and that was enough to send me back to Maplewood. They are honest and ethical, and I trust Tom's advice completely. I also appreciate the free loaners when my car needs to be in the shop for the day. Though I bought a used car 12 years ago, everyone at Maplewood treats me like I own the priciest new car in the Audi line. I recommend them highly.

I have received excellent customer service while working with Maplewood Audi over the past two years. All of my interactions have been with Jake Erickson for service on my Audi A4.With each visit, Jake has taken the time to thoroughly explain all of my repair options and truly seems interested in my car. He has also recommended money saving options, whether that was repairing damaged wheels instead of replacing, or pre-paying for upcoming scheduled maintenance at a discount. In each scenario, Jake was forthcoming with options I had not previously known of.I have found that I can come to Jake with any question for my A4. For one incident(hail damage) Jake inspected my car and referred me to a local body shop for repairs. I received the same excellent level of service from the body shop just as I consistently receive from Maplewood Audi. I have since referred family members to this body shop thanks to Jake's recommendation.Jake has also gone above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. In my most recent visit, Jake was on vacation during one of the days my car was in service. Jake still offered to respond to any questions I may have over email while he was out.I would like to thank Jake and Maplewood Audi for their excellent service over the past two years. In late January 2012 I visited Maplewood Audi to research the new Q5. The goal was to upgrade my older wagon and more easily accommodate two dogs on long trips. Besides going over all aspects of the car, Mike Dahl helped me measure for dog cratesand even had me return with them to make sure the fit was perfect. He was an expert on all features and functions, and there was no pressurejust plenty of helpful instruction, a tour of tutorials on the website, and the invitation to come back or call at any time for help or reviews. I left a few weeks later on a 2,600 mile drive, round trip, comfortable that I knew the caror could ask questions anytime along the way. And on top of that, who would ever guess that buying a car could actually be fun? Great car, great salesperson, great dealer!

The day started out nicely - ended horribly!! As anyone would expect, was approached by a salesperson (name witheld) and greeted me nicely. I had a great experience test driving the new 2012 A4. I decided to run numbers and ask questions with the salesperson (with strong intentions to buy) - who was very patient and happy to answer any questions. But towards the end, there were some miscommunications about the final number and I decided to leave without a purchase (very frustrated and disappointed). The next business day came and I got a follow-up phone call and text from the salesperson. At first it started out pleasant with the usual follow-up comments via phone. But when I said I was going to look at other places, immediately the mood of the conversation changed. The salesperson immediately went out of their way and texted me with an insult. (I was especially taken back by this, this is the most unprofessional form of communication) I notified the manager and the response was that the salesperson was frustrated. Frustrated or not, that is no excuse to treat a client in that manner. Due to this incident, I will never go to Maplewood Audi ever again. I will most definitely be willing to send my text conversation with anyone who wishes to see it. I hope that there is action taken on this matter and that other customers are not treated this way in the future.

Everything was handled perfectly at the dealership during the times I visited. However, I can't understand waiting over 3 months for delivery of my vehicle. Your planning group in Germany might need some assistance with forecasting and capacity planning. In the end, having the Q5 was worth the wait, but it did dampen my enthusiasm for Audi as a company.

I think the thing that stood out most about Joe, was his patience with me. I took almost a whole day test driving and looking over cars, asking questions and running numbers. He was never pushy - just polite and always there to answer any questions I had. My experience was smooth from test drive to leaving with the vehicle two days later. This being my third Audi from them, I highly recommend.

Excellent outcome working with Jake Erickson. My Audi had a mysterious intermittent horn operation. It'd work one time, but get it on the road and it wouldn't work. I was happy with the price that I paid and had several thousand dollars worth of extra work done in service and accessories for my car.Mike Dahl was never pushy, and was very prompt on with all correspondence. My husband and I went in to Maplewood Audi looking for a 2012 Audi A6 Premium Plus package with side assist and cold weather package. Dan (Sales Manager)was there to help us,offered a great price on the car and we closed the deal that day. On the day of pickup, Joe assisted us with our trade-in and then thoroughly explained everything in the new car. Raven (Business Manager)did a great job of making the finance deal go smoothly. We decided to also add the Audi Care and the 3M Executive Package. The staff is friendly, professional, thorough, helpful and knew their product. High quality is the only rating I can give to my overall experience at Maplewood Audi. From the moment I entered the showroom until I departed, the contact I had with everyone was nothing but friendly and supportive, very upbeat at all times. I do feel that it would have been nice if the salesperson with whom I worked were a little better versed in some of the vehicular operations in order to give me a bit more comfort with my surroundings before heading home in my new vehicle. As it was dark when I headed for home, I felt as if I were in the cockpit of an airplane, surrounded with all of those little red lights, having no idea what they stood for or were attached to. A bit more familiarization time would have been beneficial.A minor disappointment is that I never got a call to set up the SIRIUS-XM radio trial, but am guessing that that is only available to the original owner/leasee of the vehicle.

Wow, what a difference I experienced working with Maplewood Audi and especially, Jim Palmer! From my very first meeting with Jim, I felt treated as if I was his only client. He spent all the time necessary to help me approach my decision to purchase my new Q5. There was absolutely no pressure. Everything that Jim told me was absolutely true. The time frame for the arrival of my new vehicle was accurate, even a bit earlier than told. There were no surprises, except, of course for exceeding my every expectation. Jen was very responsive to my emails pre-purchase, and post-purchase. (I had a few questions on the screen showing the gear information and my MP3 cable didn't work. She is sending her extra one to me.) Raven was extremely professional, explaining my finance options as we almost ran into a co-signing issue. Jen, Raven and also Joe (general manager) were friendly, open and able to answer all of my questions. Aside from the stress of almost needing a co-signer (because I did not want to use one), I'd say the experience was less stressful and hateful than I was gearing up for. (This was my first time truly dealing with a dealership in buying a car.)

My salesperson, Jen Brown, helped me choose the right vehicle for me with no pressure or agenda. She made the whole process easy, including valuing my trade. She also connected me with Jake Erickson in Service who took a good deal of his time to answer my many questions and to help set up some added on features that I got on my car prior to delivery. Raven Fox in Finance took me through the paperwork very quickly and efficiently and offered me a nice mix of additional products that I could choose from. Mike was very patient while we decided on which type of vehicle to purchase. This required multiple visits. Then the team worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for from other dealerships. When that didn't work, they helped us through the ordering process. Our car was delivered earlier than promised. We were given a great vehicle orientation with the promise of additional help as questions arise. Mike is very accessible even after hours and on his days off. Just a great experience.

We met Mike Dahl by chance a few weeks prior to purchasing. We were unsure of the auto that we would buy and were just researching cars. Mike was not pushy, did not call everyday... Mike simply listened and understood where we were in our process and spoke highly of all the autos that we were looking at and encouraged us to do our homework. He spent a lot of time with us as we looked at pre-owned cars on the Audi lot. Three weeks later we had the car narrowed down. We visited Mike, drove the car, found a few thing to be fixed and Maplewood Audi took care of everything for us! The purchase process that you have in place made this purchase a wonderful experience. Mike was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and we felt that he had 'our' best interest in mind. While searching online I ran across a used Tahoe on your lot - looked to be exactly what I needed. I live in Minnetonka and had to work later that day so I didn't get up to Maplewood until 7:30 or so - I was warmly greeted at the door by Mac, my sales person. He had the car waiting so we took a drive and then began the negotiations. Ultimately we got the sales and finance manager and Mac all in one room and worked out a deal that was satisfactory to all. It was actually a fun process - the staff was there well past closing, but was patient and professional.I would also like to note that the store was clean and everyone was dressed professionally. To me it makes a difference.I will definitely encourage friends and family to consider Maplewood Audi & Maplewood Imports in the future.

After dealing with the other dealer in town and fighting to get warranty work done a friend recommended I try Maplewood Audi. Even though it is a much further drive for me I won't go to another Audi dealer for my warranty service work. Jake was incredibly helpful in getting the work done and done right and all on time! I even got a loaner (try that on the other side of town). Took the time to call me and update me on what was going on and if some things were not needed or I might want to consider doing a little extra work (but without pressure to do it). If you check on their specials for service work you can also get done cheaper at the dealership than at an aftermarket service place.

After test driving many new cars at many different dealerships across the Twin Cities, it was a pleasure to come to Maplewood Audi and not only find the car I was looking for but exceptional service as well. There wasn't a question Jim Palmer couldn't answer, and the whole team there went out of their way to meet our needs. Absolutely no pressure sales. We looked at new vehicles, but ultimately decided on a used 2008 Q7. Jim was wonderful in helping us through the decision making process. He got us a very good price. We couldn't be happier.

2001 A6 2.7TReturned twice from service low on oil add line.MA unable to mate Audi Motorola phone to the Audi after numerous attempts and an install of approx $850.00. I was told they were not compatible however MA refused to remove unit.2002 A4 1.8TDeveloped a hesitation after coil recall on a cold engine start. Over 90 days and numerous visits total at MA for repairs but never cured. Finally sold car and two weeks later received another coil recall to fix the first. Car returned from service with scratches top sides of front fenders, oil/grease marks on drivers inside door panel. Runner used car w/s wipers to remove over 6 wet snow. Wiper transmission went out shortly thereafter.2005 A6 4.2Car returned from service with highway speed vibration and loudly squealing (not squeaking) brakes. Vibration turned out to be a bent wheel was not vibrating prior to being dropped off.2009 A5 3.2Grease/oil marks left on rear interior pillar after replacing rear speaker.Car developed an intermittent cold engine start surge accompanied by occasionally dieing. Three service visits and vehicle continues to have problem. Large amount of grease on carpet under steering column. (U-joint?) Incomplete oil change at 15K service either no filter change or filter canister not emptied resulting in partially dirty oil. Claimed to have done tire rotation at 5k service however curb rash wheel was still in same position. Car had a highway speed vibration at delivery. A road-force balance and a replaced tire helped for a short period. I was then told to buy all new tires the originals were no good.When the A5 deal was made it was agreed we would be given a late model Audi for a loaner as needed. The second loaner was an 8 year old, hail damaged A6 with 120K miles for my wife to drive. Real nice!! I requested info on a Q7 diesel during a service visit, which was on the showroom floor, but the salesman had no interest in showing it. I bought a new X5 instead.Audis are great cars but MA leaves much to be desired especially the service department and we are done with them.

In December of 2010, I posted that I had a really bad buying experience with Maplewood Audi. Since that time, Joe Stifter, manager of Maplewood Audi, has worked with me to come to an agreeable resolution of my complaints. Although my overall experience was difficult, I give Joe credit for stepping up to the plate and working closely with me to find a mutually agreeable resolution. As I told Joe at the conclusion of our discussions, his handling of the situation lead me to even consider purchasing a new A8.

I bought a used Audi A8 from the dealership in October 2010. Within a week of buying the car, I started having mechanical problems. I brought the Audi to my mechanic (who works on many Audis) and was informed that the mechanical problems I experienced were pre-existing mechanical problems and were logged on the car's computer in the code log. These problems were not disclosed to me by the dealer when I purchased the car, even though they claimed to have done a complete maintenance reveiw of the car. My mechanic also informed me that the car had been in an accident...also not disclosed by the dealer. Within 2 months of buying the car, I have had 4 mechanical issues totalling $3,300 of repairs. Maplewood Audi has refused to take any responsiblity for the mechanical problems. I provided them with my mechanics contact information and offerred to have the car towed (it will not run) into their dealership so they could examine it. They refused to call my mechanic, look at the car or reimburse me for any mechanical problems. Instead, they stated that I bought the car and was now stuck with it. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MAPLEWOOD AUDI!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR AND THEN IGNORE YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!!

Took my 1999 Audi A4 in to have an anti-lock brake problem diagnosed. Service department came back and insisted that my car needed almost $4,000 of what turned out to be unnecessary work (verified by two other mechanics).Also incorrectly diagnosed a compartment water leak problem--even after we told them what we thought the problem was (specifically asked them to check the drain tube from the sun roof, they came back and said the windshield needed to be replaced--which would have been another unnecessary expensive fix that would not have addressed the leak because it was the drain tube all along).We had the brake repaired at another shop for $250, and the drain tube replaced at an auto body shop for $100. That was ten months ago and no problems since.

I am so please with this location. ?Ok I purchased my used Audi A4 1.8 turbo Cabrio from a VW store. A few days later the check engine light came on. The car was sent from VW to Maplewood (where after my nightmare experience at Golden valley,I told VW they are to bring it to Maplewood only). I have never been happier with dealing with a dealership. Scott in service is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I was nervous that I bought a lemon thru VW, Scott assured me that it is all under warranty and that my car was in good hands and that they will address all my concerns and fix my car. After the dealing with the other Audi location when trying to buy a car I sore I would never go to that location for service. I am very please to bring my car to Maplewood. Thank you Scott for all your help and I recommend if you have an Audi bring it to Maplewood, you too will be please with there professionalism.

Scott in the service department is really helpful and friendly. He takes real good care of his customers and is very knowledgeable. As for the other staff in service they are just as helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend Maplewood Audi for any type of service, parts, or sales.

While I have a feeling that most people might recommend maplewood audi, I wish I could just keep quiet and agree with the rest but then again sharing my experiences might help someone. After all, isn't this what reviews are for? I made an appointment for an oil change, a transmission flush and diagnosis/servicing of a check engine light that goes on/off randomly. I have no idea about the check engine problem but it doesn't take an expert to figure out that an oil change and a regular tranmission flush where no parts are changed shouldn't take more than, say, 300 $ even if it's an audi. Well, I drop off my car and tell them I'd pick it up in the evening. Around 1 or 2 pm, I get a call quoting an estimate of more than 1500 for servicing to which I hesitantingly agreed. Just before I got off work, I called and made sure everything was Ok and a gentleman [whose name I don't wish to disclose] assured me everything was fine and that my car was working perfectly now. I reach the dealership at around 5:30 pm and they asked me to wait in the lounge so they could have my car ready. After 10 min, a guy walks up to me and tell me they're washing my car - I thought to myself - awesome! way to go guys! little did I know that the worst was yet to come... - After another 15 min, a total wait time of almost 1/2 hr, the same guy tells me that the car won't start because the ignition switch is burnt. There is nothing they can do about it today, so I'll have to come back tomorrow. Sure, they gave me a rental car for the evening, but I would expect all decent dealerships to do so. The next day, the gentleman at the dealership never got back to me. I had to call him twice and he came up with an estimate of 2500 this time!! He told me that the ignition switch was already bad and was ready to burn out at any moment. What beats me till today is how did they manage to burn it out in the 8 hours that I left my car with them when it worked fine with me all these years? and what was he thinking when he told me a car with a burnt ignition switch was in a perfect working condition?....I would have made a downpayment on a new car with the combined estimate for these two days. I called Audi directly and they were able to lower the price to 500 after talking with the dealership, which was much better than the 2500! but still, I ended up spending more than 2000 dollars for what started out as a simple oil change/trans flush and a MIL diagnois. My local Midas center diagnosed the very same problem that audi did with the check engine light [carbon build up in some sensors] but estimated a total of 350 for the entire job. I suspected their service might be inferior to that of an audi dealer, but after that experience I believe I might have been better off taking it to Midas. Wait, it doesn't end here. The service records mentioned that after the MIL problem was rectified, the technician test drove it and made sure the light did not come back on a second time. After less than a day's drive, the MIL light came back again. The dealership gave me a "feedback request" call and I told them about the Check engine light that was back again. They said they'd look into it. They never did.... so, in short, I spent over 2000 dollars for an oil change and a basic tranmission flush. I'm not venting out...just expressing my honest opinion. After all that happened, it may be just bad luck and nothing intentional on their part but can you blame me if I told you I wouldn't want to go back again?

Sales: Joe was a good guy to work with. He doesn't play games and was willing to find a price that worked for both of us.Service: Jay has been good on follow-up and I have liked using their valet service. Only complaint is that they always forget to stamp your book with the service history, but that is pretty minor when you think about it.I have recommended Maplewood to a number of people and nobody has been dissapointed so far.
