This is our 3rd purchase at Larson Audi in 5 years and this was the best. We worked with Michael Sierra again. Michael had the car ready and did an excellent job explaining the Q5’s capabilities and tech features. He also introduced us to the sales manager who listened to our needs and concerns. We were trading in our Q3 and I was well researched on prices and values. Because they listened we reached a deal very quickly through a positive process. It was my fastest and most pleasant negotiation in many years. Even Brad in the finance office was pleasant, efficient and personable. So far, the car is everything we hoped for. Thank you Audi Tacoma for a great sales experience.

Really disappointed by the lack of communication by the service department. We dropped off our Q7 a week ago for a water pump replacement, still waiting on it. I've called and left messages sometimes I get a return call other times not. I feel like I'm pulling teeth to get information. I feel the service department should have been upfront if they anticipated a longer turnaround such as this. For as much money as we're paying and have spent at the dealer, proper communication shouldn't be too much to ask for. Are they waiting on a part? Who knows.

AJ was a fantastic salesperson to work with. He was responsive, informative, and made sure that everything went smoothly. This was greatly appreciated since I live far away and wanted to purchase the car after my work day. Steve, his manager, made sure everything on the back end was taken care of in a timely way. They provided just the exact right amount of attention and communication without feeling like they were smothering me with information or pestering.

Beware of this dealership. I purchased a new car in July and discovered that repair/repaint work had been done to the vehicle and was not disclosed to me. When I confronted them about this they tried to tell me that sometimes the port "fixes" cars without them knowing. I have evidence that Larson Audi paid to have the car repaired after they received it. I confronted them with this and they do not deny this fact. Larson has offered me nothing. They have stopped communicating with me after I proposed at least two solutions to this dispute. I have purchased many cars from many dealers. I have never had an experience this bad. This place is bad news. I would strongly advise all to stay clear.
