His main concern was making sure that my husband and I were satisfied, comfortable and happy with our purchase. All of the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The interior & exterior car features were explained and demonstrated very clearly by a gentleman staff who deserves an A ++. I would recommend this dealership---professional staff, no pressure atmosphere---- just complete commitment to customer satisfaction -- putting the buyer's needs and preferences first. I didn’t know what to expect because this is my first Audi (which I LOVE) and I’ve never had service at an Audi dealership or any car dealership before. But everyone was helpful and so nice! I pulled up and pulled right into the bay. I gave my name to Mike R, and after a few minute check in, I was on my way! Mike kept me informed all day about my car and answered any questions I had. I was expecting a really outrageous bill, but I was pleasantly surprised to pay the same or even less than I would have at a chain or local mechanic’s shop. But what really blew me away was that when I went to pick up my car, I didn’t even have to tell Mike my name!! He knew who I was! Now that’s personal service! Great job Mike and Audi Turnersville!!
