Sales person was great. Spent time with me, test drove several cars one right after the other. Made the deal with her and was scheduled to come back to sign and pick up car. The manager tried to completely change the deal and stuck numbers in front of me to sign that we're all completely made up. At least three times during the signing of the agreement they tried to sneak in different numbers hoping I wouldn't catch it. Typical sleazy car dealer tactics. Bought before fro. Them and never had anything like this happen. They need to change sales management.

Dont even deserve a star. They are terrible & insane. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!Bought a vehicle and they did not process my title until I had to hire an attorney and complain to NJ Consumer Bureau for fraud.They gave me a run around for 15 days. George Roupas didn't even care to return phone calls or emails. Ever if you buy a vehicle don't give them full amount until you get your title from them.

1 star only because it's the lowest possible and can't give a 0 rating! Wasted 16 days on a car to have it sold from under my nose after agreeing to a price! After the "managers" said they wouldn't budge $1200 on a car price to make a deal, they lowered the list price $3000 less than two weeks later! When I spoke to the internet sales girl again and mentioned I'm interested in the car at that price but just wanted a few additional pictures and some questions answered since I'm out of state and need to do my due diligence before traveling to buy the car... I kept getting pushed off and delayed due to "rain" and whatever else. The next day she was off and asked me to contact the "sales manager" who I called 3 times, left 2 voicemails, 1 message with the front desk, and emailed all from 10 am to 4 pm... yet NEVER received any calls or emails back. The following morning (day 3 after agreeing to the new price and clarifying I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive those few requests), I spoke to the sales girl again who is now giving me a different price- $2900 higher for tires and who knows what else they claim! 3-4 hours pass as I'm still waiting on those pictures then I get a call from a salesman who confirms she was misinformed and the price is the original one we agreed to. Still told him I need those few pictures after he answered a couple simple questions the other girl couldn't, and told him I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive them. An hour later, I get the pictures and told the girl I'll be contacting the salesman shortly to leave a deposit and get paperwork ready so I can work on travel arrangements, insurance, financing, etc. Not even an hour after that, I get a text telling me sorry we sold the car! Are you kidding me?! When I try to reach the salesman, he's conveniently left for the night. Same with the general manager, who I emailed in detail that same night but (just like the sales manager) NEVER returned my call or email or even acknowledge it. Apparently customer service and business ethics aren't a priority at this dealership.

I had been looking for a low miles CPO S6 and found one at a great price at Audi Turnersville. Sales process was low pressure as others have noted. I live in DC and so had to negotiate the deal remotely. When I picked up the car, it was as advertised and in flawless condition. I was mistakenly told that the car qualified for a subsidized Audi lease but I give George credit for honoring the interest rate nonetheless, with some level of profit coming out of the dealer's pocket. My experience with Harry as my sales rep was good overall but he could have been more responsive at times. Very likable guy though, which makes that easy to forgive.Overall, a great car and great experience.

I was looking for a pre owned certified A6. Had gone to a couple of Audi dealerships and really felt a close bond with my salesperson Marc A. I found a 2012 A6 Premium Plus model Havana Black with Nougat Brown interior. After a little back and forth about payment terms we came to an agreeable contract. I agreed to the terms and notified the finance mgr Jim A that'll pick the car up after work. Well about an hour later I received a call stating the car had been sold. Jim asked if I wanted to try for another car on the lot and I didn't see anything I wanted. The next day was a Saturday and I had made plans to go to some other Audi dealerships to checkout the same car but a little further north. Talked to my sales rep Marc A. and told him my plans and to keep an eye for me if they received any new inventory. He told me to hold on and they had a 2012 A6 Prestige with less mile and a different color. After some negotiations we came to an agreeable price and I had an hour to get in there and purchase the car. Well got there in the nick of time as another person wanted to see the car also. After the test drive I agreed to purchase the car and the rest is history. I want to say thank you to the sales, finance, and mgmt. staff at Audi of Turnersville for a great car and deal. Thanks to Marc A. and Jim A. you guys are great and I'll be sure to let all my family and friends know where to get the best deal and treatment when looking for an new or pre-owned Audi.

Worked w/ Thomas Dickinson and George Roupas to close a deal on a Audi CPO vehicle. Both Tom and George were friendly and straight forward, they offered me a fair price on the Audi I was buying and an OK price on the Jeep I was trading-in, with very little haggling or typical dealer back-and-forth. This was the third Audi dealership I had visited and was by far the best experience, even though I had to drive about 70 miles to get to Turnersville, Tom and George were able to get me into the new vehicle without having to make a second trip. Alexandra Sedlack also did an excellent job with internet communications, including posting great online pictures and responding quickly to my emails prior to my visit. I would recommend Turnersville Audi and would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

I previously owned a 2007 Audi A4 Cab which I absolutely loved. Since April of 2014, I have been stopping by the dealership looking for a new Audi A5 Cab. The color combination I desired was not available in the 2014 stock. Each time I stopped, Chuck Eisler was very accommodating and I never felt pressured toward another color option.In August, the exact car I wanted was coming into Virginia and the dealership transferred it to Turnersville for my review. I loved it and purchased it immediately! Chuck Schaffer was instrumental in the transfer and knew that I had to see it before I could make a decision. I was very happy with the new transaction and wanted them to find a great home for my A4 which I understand they did.Dana McClain has been the service representative for my A4 and she is the best at what she does. I called her to tell her the A5 was going to be mine and to take extra care getting it prepped for me. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Audi S4 at the dealership and had what I considered to be an excellent experience probably one of the better if not the best car buying experience I have ever had.I dealt with Harry Goldberg and George Roupas for the purchase and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the way I was treated. I did not feel pressured at any point during the sale and all the information was laid out before me. Of course any time you buy a car there is wheeling and dealing, sales tactics and tricks and so on. But I did not feel like I was being exploited at any time and George was able to work with how I wanted to finance the vehicle so we would both make out in the end. In addition, I came up late on a Friday to purchase the vehicle. George and Harry were nice enough to stay late so I could get out of there that night with the deal done and in the car which I really appreciated because I live about an hour away from the dealership.I had been looking for either an A6 or a S4 for about a month or two and had visited many dealerships including Audi Turnersville. My experience at Audi Turnersville was the best of any of the area's Audi dealerships. I had visited Winner Audi in Wilmington as well as YBH Audi of West Chester and a few BMW dealerships as I was on the fence over a 535 vs. a A6 and 335 vs S4. Winner Audi had a used 2014 S4 that was slightly out of my price range and when I mentioned that the price was a little high to them, they didn't want to work with me or anything. They told me "Someone just left the dealership to go home and get their checkbook and will be back soon to buy the car". That was over a week ago and the car is still available on their website. Those kind of lies turn off customers because it was either a pressure tactic or they didn't want to take the time to work with me. Its too bad really because that car had really low miles on it and I was willing to move up in my price range if they would have worked with me on the price. Instead I was fed some line about someone coming back to buy it which I took as a obvious dealership canned pressure tactic story. I bet some old lady owned that S4 and only drove it to church on Sundays too! YBH Audi had two manual S4s that I was interested in but I originally stated I was looking for an automatic. I really wanted an automatic but would have probably purchased a manual. When you are going used you have to sometimes be flexible in what you are looking for. But they decided for me that I wouldn't like either of them and didn't even care to allow me to test drive the cars. I guess at the end of the day it is their loss because they didn't get the sale.

I was promised a six month, six thousand mile warranty, but at the completion of the transaction I was informed that there would be no warranty. All sorts of excuses were made, but no warranty. We were shopping for a used 2012 Audi A6 prestige in black with under 25,000 miles and there were only a few cars fitting that description with a 2-3 hour drive of our home in PA. We spoke with Harris on the phone before coming out to see the car and he was very friendly and honest about the car and pricing before we made the hour drive out to see it. He was extremely friendly and made our infant son smile and laugh during much of the process. When it came to negotiating he got to their final price quite quickly without haggling. It was a beautiful car and in very short supply and we knew from our shopping from NY to Virginia that the price was fair. The car was in excellent condition. However, we noticed a few days after purchasing it that there was a slow leak in one of the tires. Tires aren't covered under warranty but Audi Turnersville recognized this was a pre-existing condition and replaced the tire without charge. Overall, it was great service and a great buying experience. We love our car and would definitely recommend shopping at Audi Turnersville to others. We've dealt with about 5-6 different Audi dealers in the area during our search and the service here was by far the best!

I was in and out with no problems whatsoever... they were so excited with the buy and for my new car that they went out took pictures and made me feel like we were family. The word horrendous doesnt even begin to describe my dealings with this dealership. I guess I didnt spend enough money with this dealership to be classified as an Audi customer and there for the total lack of true customer service doesnt apply to me. I should have walked out the door the second I realized I had been baited and switched. Let me start from the beginning.Friday, November 29th, 2013, my fiance and I had been searching for a replacement for his impractical 01 Lincoln truck. We had researched GMC Acadias and knew that if we found one with all the bells and whistles (that matched what was currently in the truck) that we would buy it. Well Audi of Turnersville had listed a 10 GMC Acadia SLT with the dual moon roofs, leather heated seats, captain chairs in the back, rear entertainment and navigation in the front. The vehicle had low miles and was priced about right. We drove to the dealership to test drive to find out that it had recently been traded in and they hadnt even gotten a chance to check the vehicle. Right off the bat it had a large dent on the passenger side, needed tires and brakes and did NOT have a navigation system (even though it was priced for it). We decided we still wanted the vehicle, purchased it with the best warranty they offered. Audi then assured us they would replace (3) tires, front and rear brakes and remove the dent. We took the vehicle home with the idea Audi would be calling us to set up an appointment to fix these items. In three business days, we were never called so I called them to schedule. In the meantime we had found out that the rear dvd player was not working, the heated seats would work intermittently and the drive door when opened would get caught against the fender (metal against metal is never a good thing and can cause major damage down the road if not taken care of).I dropped the vehicle off on December 4th, 2013 and gave the list of issues to the service manager handling our account. Hertz then gave us a Nissan Altima which is not equivalent to our 7 passenger Acadia. We told Hertz this was unacceptable and they assured us they would get us an SUV as replacement. Well 11 days go by and I constantly had to call the service manager to find out what was going on with our vehicle, since they were obviously not going to keep me up to speed. I repeatedly asked the service manager if the DVD player was fixed along with the door. The service manager blatantly told me that yes, the dvd player and door was fixed. I also complained about the rental and they stated they would talk to Hertz. Well we never got a replacement rental and when I picked up the vehicle, first the cashier tried charging me over $2000 which I obviously refused to pay, then gave us the paperwork. Boy was I surprised when I saw that Chevy did not fix the dvd player, they wouldnt even look at it because it was aftermarket! Then I went to the vehicle to find the door was still hitting the fender and the heated seats wouldnt even turn on. Our service manager had already went home for day. We immediately brought the vehicle to Audi to talk to the general manager. The general manager seemed empathic to our case, apologized and stated he would personally call on Monday to get everything straightened out. My fiance and I went home still a little upset but at least someone would help us.Well Monday and Tuesday both come and go and we received no answers. I tried getting a hold of the general manager several times and I was connected to several sales managers instead who were extremely rude and unhelpful. Finally on Wednesday, I was able to speak to general manager, Ray. At this point I was pretty stressed out and at my limit and demanded answers. He personally called the service manager and stated to approve an SUV rental from Hertz (I guess this wasnt approved earlier?) and that our service manager would call us to schedule an appointment. We made the appointment for December 26th so it gave time for Hertz to get an SUV together and so we could all get through the holidays. On December 26th we brought the vehicle to our service manager and everything seemed like it was going to be taken care of. They assured us they would call us with updates. We go the Hertz counter and the girl behind the counter told us they didnt have an SUV and it was because we never came to our appointment. We told the girl she has the wrong information and that this is day we had scheduled now for two weeks. Our service manager then gave us an Audi Q5 loaner since Hertz apparently did not have the correct dates in their system.Three weeks go by and we dont hear anything. Finally on January 17th I receive a voicemail from our service manager that the Acadia is ready for pick up. Audi replaced the faulty DVD player with a new one, stated that Chevy had the vehicle for two weeks and couldnt find anything wrong with the heated seats (understandable since the problem is intermittent) and that collision had fixed the door.We picked up the Acadia on January 22nd (we had gotten a lot of snow and late nights at work). We got into the Acadia and the heated seats were working and we had a beautiful new dvd player that worked and looked flawless. We were finally happy to be done and able to actually enjoy the vehicle we had purchased over a month ago and hadnt really been able to drive.The next day I went out to the vehicle to go to work, opened up the driver side door, for it to get snagged on the fender. I breathed deep, calmed down and went to work. We were hit with snow again for a few days. I finally was able to call Audi today, January 28th to talk to my service manager. I have called twice and left messages that still have yet to be returned. I ended up talking to another service manager who told me to talk to collision directly. I left a voicemail for collision and they called me back promptly. They stated they have not looked at my vehicle once and they had no knowledge of my problems. After going back and forth a few times, collision stated I needed to talk to their in-house guy, Steve, who would most likely be more up to date on the history of my vehicle.Steve promptly called me back and stated they had only looked at the SUV once for the dents (which were removed and you cant tell that there was a dent in the first place). He had no knowledge that the front driver door was hitting the fender. He stated that it probably just needs a minor adjustment and that we should bring the Acadia back to our service manager for a third time. At this point in time, I will be bringing my vehicle to Audi for the same issue for the third time. My fiance will be waiting for the vehicle and I am hoping (praying) that this can be over and done with and we never have to bring our vehicle or business to this dealership again.

Very unprofessional dealership. Was offended because people were talked 2 ahead of me when they knew I was standing right there. It was obvious I was not there 2 buy a brand new Audi and was only buying a used vehicle and was treated accordingly! Dnt waist your time on this dealership trust me!

My husband and I first encountered Audi of Turnersville in August 2012. I wanted a convertible and we made the rounds test driving every make of convertible imaginable; BMW, Mercedes, Infinite, the list goes on. Once we stepped foot in this dealership, we knew it was an Audi that we'd be buying. On that day, the staff (David and George) were more than amazing and the process was simple and enjoyable! Plus the A5 just "felt like my car". Fast forward one year and I had an accident in that car. My husband was at work and I called him not knowing whAt to do (never been in that situation before). He called George and I had the car towed to their service centre. When I arrived, the staff took care of this freaked out and crying girl! George assured me everything was gonna be ok as did Marc, and Harris. They arranged a rental and by the time I left I actually managed to laugh. It was WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND any experience I've ever had with a dealership!!! They make you feel part of their family at this dealership. I ended up trading my A5 for a new A5 and had an equally amazing experience with George, Marc and Bob! Thank you to EVeryone at Audi of Turnersville. I can't imagine ever buying a car anywhere else!

My wife and I just purchased a used car from Audi of Turnersville. After months of searching the web and other dealers for the "right one", we found it there. We drove over 100 miles from Maryland to New Jersey for a 05 Toyota 4runner that was nearly flawless. Marc, our helpful salesmen, got us a very fair price and financing. Everyone at Audi of Turnersville are professional and friendly. I have bought and sold many vehicles and overall, I have to say, this was by far my best car buying experience yet! The trip was well worth it and we would do it again. My wife and I are very happy with our punches.

I just had my car worked on at the Audi in Turnersville. Dana was fantastic and the technicians did a great job diagnosing and repairing my car. Another Audi dealer couldn't find the cause of my car's "clunking" noises and told me they would have to call in the Audi team. Dana and the technician had an answer for me within an hour and scheduled the repair two days later. Great place!

Buyer Beware. Brought my TT in to Audi of Turnersville service shop because the clutch would not disengage. The car had 39,543 on it at this time but was out of warranty. The issue came to be a slave cylinder / throw-out barring rupture. The cylinder is ingeniously located within the bell-housing. (no clutch fork, just a throw barring) Long story short I ended up replacing the slave cylinder / throw-out barring, clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. All to the cost of $3,100.00, nearly double the estimates from three other shops. But I chose Audi because of their warranty (One year/ 12,000 miles, parts & LABOR!) and what I thought to reputable accountable service. After picking the car up everything seemed to be fine. However 3,000 miles later (42,134) the transmission jammed between first and second gear. I immediately towed the TT back to Audi of Turnersville. They denied being the cause of the problem stating that the clutch operated correctly. They then gave me an estimate of $7,000.00 for the repair. (Remove broken transmission and replace with rebuilt transmission) True the issue has nothing to do with the clutch but is undoubtedly directly related to the reinstallation of the transmission, more specifically, the shift linkage adjustment. After speaking with 7 different Audi shops, four of which are dealers, each one had an identical diagnosis. The shift linkage was improperly dialed-in causing a premature failure of the gear syncro within the transmission. Naturally first and second gear would be the first to go because they are the most used. Upon the cars repair elsewhere I will be seeking legal compensation in court for the cost of repair. Its a true shame that dealer service shops like this exist. Audi USA as well as Penske automotive group should stand behind their mistakes. For the record. In spite of my situation, Dana Magnani is very nice, a pleasure to work with, and a true asset to this otherwise dodgy dealer service shop. Needless to state, I will not be returning to Audi of Turnersville nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Although my used A4 was purchased at another dealer, Audi of Turnersville has been performing service since purchase. Dana and the team are great! In fact, it was Dana, and not my salesman, who advised me that the car came covered with a pre-paid service plan.Service appointments have been easy to obtain and short notice appointments haven't rattled them as with other dealers.

Purchased A4 vehicle was not in stock. George went above and beyond duty to secure car we wanted and delivered it timeframe we laid out. Price was exactly as quoted with no surprises.
