I recently purchased my first vehicle at Audi Valencia and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I worked with Willie who was very patient, resourceful, and did an amazing job at making this experience as smooth as possible. Michael was also fantastic and thoroughly answered all the questions I had. I feel like I was able to take my time, my needs were understood and met, and I am happy with the outcome overall!

I'm a customer at Audi Valencia. I trusted and had 100% faith in the service advisor's suggestion for a work to be done to fix my car's side assist fault and paid $600 but eventually, it was NOT fixed and all my money has been wasted. There was one specific technical information that was not disclosed to me prior to the service and that was very important to know. I usually do not write any reviews but I'm just very disappointed with this incident and have lost all trust and faith now. I will reconsider changing my review only if someone at Audi Valencia would care to help me with a refund.

My purchase experience was great. All of my online inquiries were met with timely responses. Other Audi dealership sales associates across SoCal wanted to play games and not answer my questions directly. I was happy to make my purchase with Audi Valencia because they were honest, direct, and made the buying process simple. Shout out to Ryan Schlesinger (Internet Sales) for all of your help!

My wife bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Valencia and we cant even begin to describe what a great experience it was. Between the two of us, we have purchased over 10 cars, and this was by far the most seamless of them all. Our sales guy Kevin was beyond knowledgeable in helping us choose the Audi that best suited our needs and described all of the vehicle features in detail and demonstrated how they all worked. We got the car at a rate we were very happy with, with very little hassle. As if that wasnt enough, the finance process was a complete breeze and signing the papers took no time at all. If youre looking for a very professional, friendly dealership that doesnt feel scummy like some of the others, THIS is the place for you. You will not leave disappointed!

Pathetic service, went in for a simple oil change. Website says they match price any Audi dealer. When I got there they tried to claim that that was wrong and they only match other Keyes dealers which is not what the site says. After about 30 minutes I get a phone call saying they are going to charge me an addiotional $35 to reset my oil light. I have owned Audis for 10 years now and have never had this happen. Seems like they are desperate for cash. I'll take the extra time and take my business to the valley next time.
