Buyers beware I brought my car to a local mechanic that did not want want to repair the electrical issue that my 40,000 mile A6 had. So he brought it to Prime Audi and they had it for a week, then said it was a brake switch so I paid them for the repair and left only to see the same problem happen. I called them and notified them it has the same problem as it was brought in for and thy said just bring it back. So I did just that, it has been another 10 days and I just called them only to find out that nothing has been repaired and that I now need to replace my battery that died while trying to start the car. They refuse to take my call and are refusing to fix the car that I already paid them to fix. This is very bad business. So got to Audi or Natick as these guys are so shady and don't even return phone calls. They have had my car for getting close to three weeks.

I have been bringing my 2008 Audi TT to Audi Westwood for several years following unhappy experiences at two of the other Audi dealerships in the Boston area. Without exception every experience has been positive. Then service managers work around my schedule and needs. When there has been any issue they have taken me to the mechanic to look at the car (when indicated) to discuss what is needed. This was,not to give me a hard sell but instead an appraisal of the options and whether a job could wait or not. In the past they also worked to extend a service warranty, at no cost to me. My car runs beautifully, I am given the best loaner they can offer and honestly, I can find no fault, only praise - Despite being long out of warranty, I stay with this dealer rather than going to a cheaper independent - they have earned my loyalty and business. Great service

From the beginning, Derek, the sales manager reached out to me and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Alfred, the Audi specialist that i worked with was extremely attentive to my needs, very polite and professional and was excellent following up with me and answering all of the questions I had. John, was also extremely helpful, very polite and professional and both were a pleasure to work with. Michael was able to find an excellent rate. The vehicle itself is excellent but it is the service that I received which made my experience of purchasing a vehicle a five star experience.

Terrible service! Would not recommend to anyone ever. Spoke to Ali Mealey about a trade in Porsche. Was given authorization from a manager for a certain price for my vehicle. Was told to bring it in and receive a check. Once I arrive Ali was not available and a "Mike" helped me. I was asked several times how i acquired the vehicle and why it was for sale. (both of these are private and none of anyone's business) I was told i would receive a call about the trade in. All of a sudden now they are no longer interested. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, extra mileage on car etc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! LIES

I was in the market for a new car and was debating between the BMW X5 (which I was currently driving) and the Audi Q7. John was very friendly, patient and knowledgable about the car. He took the time to show me all of the relevant features and was able to discuss in detail the merits of each car relative to the other in order to help me make an informed decision. He was motivated to have me join the Audi family, but was not at all pushy or too salesy in making the case for why I should choose the Q7 over the BMW. He was successful in his endeavor and I am now the happy, proud owner of an Audi Q7. Would highly recommend Audi Westwood to anyone who is considering an Audi.

I live close to Burlington, but for some reason they always quote jobs at a higher price than Audi Westwood. Both dealerships have friendly and personable employees but I just find the quality of service and the value a bit better at Westwood. I'll drive the extra 30 minutes every time.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Was able to explain all of the features of the car and showed us how they functioned and where each one was located. He took his time with us but was not an overbearing sales person. From all of the dealerships and cars that we looked at he far exceeded any other sales person from any other dealership we visited in his knowledge. His follow up with us was just right in letting us know he wanted our business but not in a way that was annoying. When it came time to actually do the deal he listened and worked with us to come up with a fair price. He knew his numbers and was able to explain the process of trade in to us. I would highly recommend not only the dealership but this sales person. I hope he is still selling cars when I get to the point of needing another one (hopefully not for awhile).

This post will speak for itself. Below is the exact e-mail I received directly from Ken, the sales person at Audi of Westwood, after I completed a survey about my recent experience. Regardless of who is "right" in this situation, the fact that this email was sent, and then defended by the Senior management of this dealership following my posting this on the BBB website, speaks to the level of professionalism here. If you want an example that supports every stereotype of a typical car salesman, read on. "Dear Kevin, I want to thank you for your kind and generous comments.We are always looking for feedback to improve and to make our customers buying experience as positive as possible. Many time one wonders what came first the chicken or the egg. It this case was it the rotten customer that was dishonest wasting three hours of someone's precious time after agreeing to buy the car if the numbers worked out ( which were agreed upon) and then not buying the car because all they wanted to do was to drive the car because no one had the car to drive. Though some dealers do have a bad reputation for not listening to their clients needs and actual deserve to lose their business. I know in this case we all can agree that we don't want your business. All you could do was whine when you could not get your way for someone to stay late so you could waste their time after closing hours, and whine when you showed up on the busiest day of the week and not be forth coming and complain and whine to the manager; it was embarrising to see a grown man act that way. Some of us are fortunate to be and born into money and don't have to work for living so they can drive cars and waste people's time. I wish you luck and you find happiness in the next car you buying experience." If anyone in my company (yes, it turns out I work for a living contrary to Ken's assertions) ever spoke to a customer that way, no matter what the circumstances, they would be removed and I would personally reach out to the customer and apologize (at the very least) for any employee sending an unsolicited email as toxic as the one above. I have purchased 4 cars from John. He is exceptional. Most recently he helped me set up a surpise car delivery for my wife. No detail was out of the question. He drove it to my house with bow on the car, worked with me to secretly place it for her to see. If you are looking for an Audi, John is your man. No question. By far the very best car buying experience I have ever had or could possibly imagine. John patiently helped me selected the right model and trim for me and my taste, all the while educating me on the differences expertly. John was kind, patient, expert, and intuitive - he was able to understand my preferred communication style and medium and was happy to do business with me that way. I even had a better price from a different dealer and went back to John and said he didn't have to meet that price ... I was going to buy the car from him anyway. Of course, he met the price too. Great experience continued during the financing and extras conversation. No pressure - in fact the opposite: real help eliminating things I didn't need and only buying things that would return a good value to me. John and Michael made buying this car so easy and enjoyable.

Not only was he wonderfully efficient in his approach to the sale, the price negotiation, and all the paperwork, but he is VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and clearly takes his role in the process very seriously. Best of all, because I live in CT and was unable to find the time to go back out to the dealership to pick up the car, he offered to bring it down to me (and take care of all the CT registration in the process...an effort that took him an entire day to complete). Thanks Audi Westwood!After careful deliberation, I recently traded in my 2006 Honda Accord for a new Audi Q5 (lease) last Sunday. Marc and Jose at Audi Westwood were very personable, and gave me a reasonable price on a new lease. Jose, one of the dealers, was going to drive the new Audi to me in Boston, and pick up my Honda, on the following Wednesday. However, the Monday before the trade was going to happen, I got into an accident, which made the Honda un-driveable. In addition, the damage was not covered under insurance (I only had liability). After discussing the situation with Jose and Marc at Audi, they decided to take the car as it was, with no changes to the lease agreement or trade-in value! Needless to say, I was ecstatic. In addition, during the process, Jose gave me his cell number, and we kept in close contact until I was able to make arrangements to pick up the new car. Although the entire experience was a roller coaster of emotions for me, I am now so happy I chose to get my car at Audi Westwood, and would recommend the dealership to any of my friends. And obviously I'm relieved the accident didn't happen in the new car! Thanks again to Jose and Marc for a great car buying/leasing experience.

I recently visited this dealership in the hopes of purchasing a used Audi A6 3.0 Prem Plus.. As luck would have it, they had the vehicle i was searching for and all options included. The car was fantastic in every way. The sales specialist, Rob Kelleher, was extremely informative and knowledgeable about this vehicle. It seemed as though he enjoyed the test drive almost as much as me. I left the dealership knowing I would return with check-in-hand. Later in the day, I received a call asking if there were any further questions about the car and asking about service. I was amazed at the follow up, consideration and care Prime Motor Group went through to try and earn my business. I will look forward to working with Rob again for my next automobile purchase.

While traveling from Cape Cod to Wisconsin on Saturday, December 15 for the Christmas holiday, the 'check oil level' warning light in our Porsche Cayenne S illuminated. Frustrated because I had just serviced the vehicle (oil and filter changed) at an independent shop, I detoured to the nearest Porsche dealership. Although Porsche Westwood's service department was closed, Mike in Audi service offered to check the oil level and add oil if needed. He confirmed that the oil level was indeed low, actually 1.5 quarts low. Not only did Mike visually check for leaks and top off the oil level, he also provided a quart of oil for us to have...just in case. Mike's professionalism and gracious hospitality turned this major aggravation into a pleasant service experience. My wife and I own Porsches and Audis. Mike is a real asset to Audi/Porsche Westwood. We will certainly travel a bit farther from Cape Cod to Westwood for future sales and service needs.

I was in the market for a new custom configured Q5, knew exactly what I wanted for options and price point. Audi Westwood got my business because of the sales associate I interacted with, John Suh. This is my 3rd Audi, and I've never had a better experience. John was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and genuine. These are qualities you just don't find in car salesmen these days. John was helpful and professional at every step of the process: configuration, pre-order and deposit, status updates through build and transport, and finally delivery and setup. He appreciated every detail of the order, and was motivated to get things exactly right. Discussing pricing was transparent and without pressure, no hidden agendas. The biggest testament to John is that even after delivery, he went the extra mile to make sure a little detail that was overlooked was corrected. If you're looking for a new Audi, I couldn't make a stronger recommendation for anyone than to see John.

Visited 2 dealers to shop for a new Q5. The first Audi Burlington. Not a good experience but thats a story for another day. Second was Audi of Westwood. Several months ago I had spoke to Bryan Drew about Q5's . They had none in stock so I test drove a used model. Ultimately I decided I would wait unitl 2013's(Redesigned model)were out. When the 13's arrived I stopped in to take a test drive(Bryan was off that day but another Salesperson Desiree helped me)I was still getting prices from other dealers so Desiree said she would pass my info to Bryan. Bryan and I emailed back and forth several times. He always got right back to me. Came to an agreement on price. Went in and test drove the car one more time and ultimately gave a deposit, and placed order which was supposed to take approx. 12 weeks to arrive. I had a Trade-in that Westwood gave me a price on at the time I placed order but said they would have to reappraise it when the new car arrived. This concerned me because I was buying the new car based on a trade in price for my car. I was fully expecting to get lowballed once I went to pick up the Q5 because I was kind of stuck at this point since I orderd the car.Bryan said to check with him in November for an updated ETA on Delivery. He got right back to me with any of the questions I emailed him. Car came in almost 3 weeks early which was a nice surprise. Westwood took 2 minutes to reappraise my car and they gave me the same price as they did previously even though it had another 3K miles on it.Needless to say everything was very straightfoward. No games, no Hassle. I would easily recommend Bryan to anyone looking for an Audi. He has been at Westwood Audi for many years from what he told me. It certainly shows as he is very knowledgable on the product, process etc.

I just placed an order for a 2013 S4, my second car from Prime. John Suh has been my salesperson both times and I can't say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable about the product, low pressure, and promptly responded to all my questions (I am very thorough and ask a lot of questions). Prime is not my local dealer and a bit of a drive away, but I value the great customer service that John provides (example: the local dealer gave me a hard time about test driving an S4 because they are "rare", while John pulled up both an S4 and an S5 for me without hesitation to drive).My service dealings with Prime have also been pretty positive, I highly recommend this dealership and John in particular.

Purchased car 2 years ago. Matt did a great job of explaining everything, showing me options, and giving me time to think things over. Love the car, but Matt really made me feel good about the purchase. Now, 2 years later, as part of my original contract, the dealership owes me an oil change. I called Matt just to make sure it was written down somewhere, and he remembered off the top of his head. Very impressive and reassuring. I can't recommend this dealership more highly.

I bought a new 2012 Audi A4 Avant at Audi of Westwood. I also looked at two other major Audi dealerships in the greater Boston area, but the counseling and service at Westwood were much better. I was served by John Suh throughout the process, so I cannot say if my positive experience was just related to this particular salesperson or if it applies to the entire dealership. The counseling was very knowledgeable and balanced and I didn't feel any pressure to go for one of the more expensive packages. In the end I also got a better price than what the other dealers had offered. The promised times of delivery and alls details were kept perfectly. It was a very pleasant experience and I can warmly recommend John Suh without any hesitation.

This dealership is very accommodating -- they find a time for me to come in that fits my schedule, not theirs. They explain what's wrong in words a non-mechanic can understand. If it will take more than an hour to service the car, a loaner is always available. The waiting area is comfortable. There's a quiet area upstairs with cubicles and wifi, so I can work while I wait. My husband is in the military and is away a lot. My service coordinator has been so helpful -- I feel very comfortable calling him if there's a problem and I'm not sure if the car needs to be brought in or not. I never worry that they are going to "repair" something that's not broken. I actually no longer hate bringing my car in for service now that we go here.

This was my second purchase from a dealer of the Prime group, and I was not disappointed in the least. I was interested in purchasing an A4 Avant, and was pleased to find out that Prime Westwood had the model I wanted in stock and available. Right from the start, the internet department was very responsive in quoting a competitive "e-price" as well as providing more details on the vehicle I was interested in (trust me, not all dealers do this). The brand specialist I worked with, Desiree Lev, was, in a word, exceptional. First, Desiree is very personable and makes the customer feel appreciated. Second, Desiree's knowledge of the Audi brand is commendable as both during the test drive and delivery Desiree did a fine job of educating me on all the various options the car had to offer. Finally, and perhaps most important, is Desiree's candor. All my questions and concerns (based on research I had done) were answered honestly and competently. As for the purchase negotiation, yes, there was the obligatory back and forth with the sales manager but based on my research beforehand know the price I agreed to was a fair one - for both me and the dealer. Upon delivery, it should also be noted that Desiree had the new registration and inspection completed in record time saving me multiple trips to the dealership. I found the whole experience at Prime Westwood to be as remarkable as it was efficient, and would happily recommend this dealership, and especially Desiree, to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi.

I brought in my vehicle with three service issues all under factory warranty an was given a loaner car. I got a voicemail the next day stating my car was all set. During pickup, I noticed that none of the three issues were not resolved and there was a dirty rag and black stain on my front passenger seat. I walked in and complained to one the service advisors, he removed the oil stained rag, looked over the invoice and stated that the replacement part had been ordered and I should bring the car back again for installation. I disagreed, reiterated the three issues that need to be attended to then left with the loaner car. Another voicemail the next day stating car is ready. Upon arrival, before signing a release at the cashiers desk, I inspected my vehicle. One issue still remained unresolved. I complained to Mike. He apologized and told me to wait a bit while he tries to rectify the issue. Thirty minutes later, Mike told me the job will require more attention (not a quick fix) then promised he'll take care of everything. Left again with loaner. Voicemail four days later. "all set" . I picked up my vehicle later in the evenining. The next morning I saw a rip in th roof lining, black oil stains on the aluminum trim on the roof mesh and worst of all the technician failed to properly reinstall the roof lining. I personally had to push in the exposed foam lining around drivers door and push in multiple unattached clips. I called Audi USA to complain and was told to bring the car back. I have not and will not as I've had enough with them. This service department has a major communicatin and QC issue and I regret buying my car there. A few of my colleagues have had bad experiences with them also. We have decided to give Bernardi Audi a shot.I recently dropped my car off at Bernardi Audi for the 35k service and the difference is very noticeable. They are very meticulous with their work and they treat you with utmost respect. I guess it's one of the benefits of a family owned business. I plan to purchase a vehicle there in the next few weeks or so.

After owning many Honda Pilots and vans we decided to buy an Infiniti G37 X for my wife. After that purchase we were hooked on the quality of a well made car but I decided that the EX35 was too small for me. After reviewing smaller crossover shootout reviews, in which the Audi won them all, I decided to look at the Audi Q5. Rob Kelleher setup a Q5 3.2 for me and we took it out for a spin. With no intention of buying a car that day I walked away owning a new Q5 to be picked up the next day.The Q5 sold itself and Rob was knowledgable and accomodating. I went with the Q5 3.2 due to it's availability on the lot vs. the 2.0 and liked the additional pickup and trimming.Desiree delivered the Q5 to me the next day and had everything ready to go. Unlike my wife's Infinity delivery, which was subpar at best, Rob and Desiree made me feel like I was buying something special and delivered white glove service. No waiting around to find someone to help us. A few days later Rob met me at the dealership, drove the car into service for the inspection sticker and delivered the car to the front door all within about 15 minutes. No surprise that he has two award trophies on his desk for 2009 and 2010 sales! A wonderful experience!

I can not say enough good things about Audi of Westwood and the outstanding service and quality they provide. My service advisor, Mike Costello, is wonderful. Earlier this year my car was involved in a three-car accident and squished. I was moving to New Jersey and had to leave my car up in Boston. The car sustained almost $10,000 of damage and was repaired by Prime Collision Center (part of the Prime Group that also owns Audi of Westwood). I asked Mike to pick up the car and bring it back to the dealership to make sure it was ok. Mike checked it over completely for me and noted that it needed an alignment which was overlooked by the Collision Center.Although I live in New Jersey, I travel up to Boston enough so that I can still take my car to Mike and Audi of Westwood for service. I have worked with Mike for almost five years and he is extraordinary.

Great experience! My previous purchasing experience was through Herb Chambers BMW. While I enjoyed the BMW, I didn't have a great purchasing experience and didn't think much of HC BMW's service department. And so when I thought I might be interested in an Audi, I decided to avoid HC's Audi affiliate. I chose to visit Audi Westwood because according to autotrader.com they had a car in stock I wanted to check out. After perusing the showroom for approximately 10 minutes, I was greeted by an enthusiastic saleswoman named Desiree Lev. Desiree is easily the most engaging and friendly person I've come across in this business, and she backed her appealing attitude up with superior knowledge of the audi line up. Desiree either knew the answers to my admittedly nuanced questions or knew where to find them quickly. Within 10 minutes of meeting Desiree I was test driving the car I came to see and before I left that day, I had test driven two other cars. Desiree also allowed me to drive one of the cars home to show my wife. Over the next week or so, Desiree fielded countless emails from me (asking questions, haggling over price, etc.) and always responded quickly, accurately and completely. I have never experienced that kind of time commitment and flexibility from a car salesperson or dealership before - a wonderful surprise. When it came to pricing, Desiree made a strong initial proposal, but I did find a slightly better price when I shopped it around. A better price that Desiree quickly matched. In fact, because I delayed so long in making a decision, the car I wanted was sold and Desiree had to locate another vehicle matching my preferences. The one she found actually had an MSRP that was $500 greater than the MSRP of the car I wanted, but my purchase price remained the same. So I delayed, but got a better car for the same price. Not bad. Working somewhat behind the scenes with Desiree was Brad Levin, the dealership's sales manager. Brad's seemed like a good guy and helped get me the best price possible not only for the new audi but also for my trade in (which is something I also shopped around). Finally, after deciding to buy the Audi, I met with Michael Christopher, a finance manager. Based on my HC BMW experience from a few years ago, I was dreading this aspect of the transaction the most. Much to my surprise, Michael was a stand up guy. Right off the bat and without any prodding, Michael pointed out that certain of the add-on packages (like Audi Care) didn't make much sense for someone who puts as few miles on their car as I do. The honesty was refreshing. Michael also surprised me by offering financing terms that were better than the terms Audi was offering publicly. Long story short: hands-down best salesperson, extremely helpful sales manager, honest financing manager, best price = extremely satisfying purchasing experience.

Firstly: Excellent Service department. We had been bringing our previous Audi here for service though it is much further away than other Audi dealerships because these guys just do a great job -- honest, fair, timely, helpful, AND affordable. They honestly tell you what you need without trying to sell you a bunch of extra services, they actually do the work they promise (not all service shops do, you know), and then some. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is right, yet they don't surprise you with extra charges when you come to pick it up. Loaner car service is awesome.Secondly: Sales staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I only wish I had better information about the true purchase prices of these cars among other consumers -- but that lack of information for me is not at all this dealer's fault. I felt they were being honest and fair throughout the entire process; I just can't back that up with cold hard figures ...I always wish I could get my cars for less, but that doesn't necessarily mean I paid too much. Pricing seemed overall in line with the market to the best that I could know the market, but the pricing was not so great as Kelley Blue Book online always leads me to expect, or hope for.

I recently bought an A6 at Prime Audi/Westwood and my only problem was that on my first visit there was some confusion and the car I came to see was not on the lot. But I subsequently returned and saw the vehicle and was able to agree to that what seemed like a very reasonable price (I'd already been talking to several other dealers about nearly identical cars). Within a couple days I had a truly pristine like-brand-new Certified A6 still with 3 years of warranty to run. And I'm loving it. I dealt with John Suh, who was great to work with, and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy an Audi to give John a call.

I went to many dealerships (Central Jeep, Rodman Ford, Dodge of Norwood and many more) before I visited Audi of Westwood. Each visit was the same; the salespersons were pushy, dishonest, uncaring, sleezy and always try to pinch every penny out of me. They made me feel like I was nothing but a piece of you know what. A Couple of times I even received quotes for cars I did not drive! Well, this all changed when I walked into Audi of Westwood and met Desiree Lev. She could have not been more pro client. I felt like she was working for me and not the dealership. Desiree took time to ask questions, listened, and put thought into what vehicles she should show me. She was honest, upfront and sincere. Before purchasing my car, I was intersted in the Infinity. Their customer service was absolutley horrendous. I would never even consider an Infinity after my experience there. Ken was so helpful so friendly and was genuinely happy for me. When I went to pick up my car, Ken went through every single button and feature in the car. People say that once you present an offer and the sales go through, that the sales person is all done with you at that point. This was totally not the case with Ken, he even strongly encourage me to call him or stop by at any time if I had any questions and that he would be more than happy to help me out! Bought a pre-owned 911 remotely. Matt Pinto was easy to work with. Having lots of vehicle pics online plus a Carfax report eased our concerns.Two opportunities after the sale:1) We were leas to believe that we'd receive tags & registration within a week - the local tax office got the docs that quickly but they had to process them (including onsite verification from us). This wasn't a major hassle but it would've been better to set expectations for a longer turnaround.2) We didn't receive final purchase docs until after the visit to the local county tax office; would've been nice to get copies with the paperwork upon delivery.These are minor gripes, but opportunities to improve the customer experience next time!

Ms. Shera Smith was very professional and responsive, I think she is also a very good sale person with substantial growth potential. One thing particularly impressed me is her "after-sales" service. She was very patient and thorough in demonstrating the various functions/features of such a complicated driving machine as the Audi A6. Salesperson, John Shu was great and very personable. His manager though- not so much. I felt like the manager just wanted to get rid of me now that he knew I am going to close the deal. The car went through certification and noted once I went to pick it up that the map light was not working. Drove the car for 40 miles and the check engine came up. Took the car in and they fix it, but still.. not the type of exp. you want to have from your newly certified vehicle

Not being well versed in the whole car sales process, and as a first time Audi buyer, I am very impressed with the professionalism and passion that Audi of Westwood offers. They make a concerted effort to allow the process to be relaxed, while at the same time providing quick, accurate answers to all questions whether they be via email, via phone, or in person (which is very appealing given today's "mobile" world). They even take extra efforts to offer additional "perks" (e.g. free loaner cars for the life of your car) which establishes a personal relationship with the dealership. We actually negotiated the lease of our 2011 A4 from overseas. We were on the verge of moving back to the States and needed to secure a car with a relatively short window of time. John was understanding of our time and budget constraints and worked to get us the best deal he could. He was also very accommodating with our schedule to see the car, sign paperwork and pick it up. It's cliche, but car buying is not a fun experience. John certainly took a lot of the pain out of the transaction. I would certainly give him my business again.

Excellent experience in working with Audi of Westwood in purchasing a 2011 A4. Had purchased 2 vehicles previously working with Rob. He was not available when I went in, so John helped me. Very informative on the new model of A4 and in explaining the differences and similarities between our old A4 which we were trading in and our Q5. Test drove two versions of the new A4 and selected the second of the two. Negotiations were fairly painless, as we focused on Edmunds TMV numbers for both the new and the trade. We did the deal at 5pm on Tuesday and picked up the car at 11 on Thursday. The best part was that the car was ready for delivery at the promised time and I left the dealership with the inspection sticker (they have their own machine, which I've discovered over the years isn't always the case at many dealers). John even installed the new rubber floor mats for me that I purchased after the delivery. He took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt any pressure to make a deal. I've purchased three Audi's at Westwood since 2009 and every time it has been a positive and consistent experience.

While I was having my Audi A4 serviced, I happen to meet Ken Bourne. After some introductions, we talked for a bit and he made me fee extremely comfortable, not pressured. I told him my issue and he was able to work out a very good deal for me. Three days later, I was driving off in a 2011 Audi A4. Ken was very helpful in helping me understand all the new features on the A4 and took the time to patiently work out each one with me until I was 100% comfortable. Was in the market for a small Luxury SUV and pegged the Q5 as the right choice. After scheduling an appointment with Ken (based on his reviews) I was leaning toward a Q5 with the 3.2 litre engine but then Ken had found a 2.0T model with the options I wanted in the time frame I wanted. Happy with my decision and anticipating the new vehicle my needs changed completely 4 days later so a car was now in the picture. After going through some options with Ken, I walked out of the dealership with P&S for a S4 with a price lower than FMV. Ken was outstanding thoughout the entire process and never gave me the impression that I was wasting his time and kept me updated on the entire process. Highly recommended.Note: I called to some other dealers to get winter mats for the car a week later and they either told me they were not available or were going to sell me A4 mats. Barry in Parts knew that the S4 mats are avaiable in Canada and ordered them for me for less than the other dealers A4 mats, I had them less than a week later.

Prime Audi has a link on their website for Kelly Blue Book pricing on your trade-in, but they did not come close to offering the value that KBB quoted. I was offered almost $2500 less than the KBB value for my 2008 A4. Prime Audi's reason for the difference - "KBB does not take in consideration the discount off the MSRP or the Customer Loyalty Incentive rebate offered by Audi". One has nothing to do with the other. Any dealer will give you a quoted price below MSRP on almost any vehicle, regardless if the deal involves a trade-in or not. The Loyalty Incentive is a manufacturer rebate that supposed to be saving the 'buyer' money, but Prime Audi seems to think it is a way for them to make more money on the deal. I went to several other Audi dealers in the area, and was offered a better deal by every other one. So unless you have money to burn, I'd shop around before buying anything from Prime.

I have purchased 4 cars over the past decade, and dealing with Ken and with the folks at Audi of Westwood in general was far and away the most pleasant, productive and at the end of the day expensive (in a good way ;-) car-buying experience I've had to-date.On two separate occasions, Ken stayed past the dealership's closing time to accommodate our busy schedules, made it as easy as could be for us to take cars for test drives, went out of his way to locate a car that had the precise specs we wanted even when it wasn't on his lot, managed to procure the car faster than we ever expected, and closed everything with our bank and insurance company so quickly that we were able to drive off the lot the next day. Truly a special experience. The rest of the folks at Westwood with whom we dealt were top-notch as well.

When I went to Prime Audi, my intention was to look at 'the Audi' which my husband highly recommended as a great vehicle(as he is on his third from Prime). I was genuinely impressed, having been a prior owner of all of the usual imports (BMW/Mercedes/Porsche). He understood what we were interested in and was able to locate the car, with all of the options,very quickly. The price was right, with no hassle. I called Prime Audi Westwood after deciding to buy a 2011 Audi Q7 TDI. Having never seen a Q7 TDI or ever driven a diesel, my decision was almost entirely based on internet research. This was stressful, so I had to rely on the advice of Bryan Drew and commit to buying the vehicle almost blind. Bryan was great helping me and making me feel comfortable. He has been with Audi for a long time and knows his stuff. He assured me that I would be satisfied and I could tell he meant it. I originally called and spoke to Elaine who works directly with Bryan in sales. She was also very helpful. Bryan is in sales, but he is also the inventory manager which is great if you need him to locate a specific vehicle that may be in another dealer's inventory. He is well connected within the dealer circle and knows how to find specific cars for his customers. Bryan quickly located the vehicle at port where it was being held, and immediately released it for shipping. I had the vehicle within 5 days and love it. Driving it home I noticed it was consistently reading above 30MPG highway traveling at about 70MPH. Safety, spacious comfort, fuel economy.... TDI Awesome! Thank you Audi, Bryan and Elaine.

Car wasn't prepped well. Appeared that it was raced through some type of low quality carwash and support post-sale has been non-existent. I requested a couple of small follow-up items (owners manual for the CPO Audi)and the response has been complete apathy. I wouldn't return or recommend this dealer. I'll take my business to Inskip from now on.

The whole dealership is very friendly. Every time I walked in, there was someone to greet me. My sales person, Ken, was quick to respond to any questions or requests. I even told him via text message that I had made my final decision. For a late 20's young urban professorial I thought it was cool that we could communicate this way.Overall the dealership is amazing. It's a luxury brand for pete's sake. For me it's all gravy. She even offered to email me everything we talked about so I had another copy of what we talked about. She was very professional and patient. I liked that she didnt try to hurry the conversation or push me to just come in and look at the cars right away.I came in and worked with Ken who is a very knowledgeable Salesman. With photos and specs available on the internet, comparison shopping is much easier than it was years ago. Once I had narrowed my choices, the test-drive was little more than a formality. Ms. Smith was helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. I was interested in test driving the Audi A3 after doing a lot of research online. Matt asked me my requirements: #1 reliability, #2 feel/driveability. I then told him what else I was looking at, and he immediately started to criticize the Infiniti model I was considering. Then he went into his pitch on Audi. Q - why bother asking me my requirements, then giving me a pitch that doesn't match then?The clincher for me never doing business here - Matt asked that I come over and meet his manager. I was short on time, but followed him over anyway, since he had spent time with me - his manager gave me a nod - didn't even bother to get out of his chair and introduce himself. He may have been busy, or just plain rude. I will never do business here.

I stopped by the dealership to look at the A6 model. Even though there were no new A6's in the lot Ken spent the time to go through the literature with me and my wife and took down our information so that he could contact us when they had new A6s in. During the converation I asked Ken about the A8s and he let me know that he had one in stock. I asked to look at the A8. Ken took us out to the car and was very knowledgeable in describing the features of the car. Ken was telling me as more of an informative message, not a hard sell message as at that point I was still coming back to look at an A6. I decided to take the A8 for a test drive. Ken was extremely informative during the drive and was showing us the functions of the vehicle. After the drive my wife and I decided to see if we could get into the A8 from a budget point of view. Ken was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely fair in the negotiations and I ended up paying a very reasonable price for an exraordinary car. This is the first time I went into a dealership and had a pleasant experience from the minute I stepped into the door until the deal was complete. I stopped by the dealership to pick up the new car a few days later and Ken spent about 2 hours going through every option in the car. He made sure that I knew that I could continue to count on him to answer any questions at any time. Again, the whole experience was extremely positive.

Went to Audi Westwood looking for a certified pre-owned A4 quattro. Had seen a couple models that I was interested in from the online inventory and went down to take a test drive. I met John and he was very polite and listened to my questions and concerns. Rather than being stuck following his lead and being at his mercy of what we were going to talk about (as happened at several other dealers I visited), he respected what was important to me and my time. When we found a vehicle I liked that was near my price range, we sat down to talk about pricing and financing options. At this point, I had already gotten a price quote on my trade-in, which was evaluated by the dealership while I was doing a test drive of the vehicles I was interested in. This saved a lot of time.The next moment was the only point I was disappointed with the dealership. First, they offered my much less for my trade-in than I expected. My Kelly Blue Book quote was $2100 and they initially offered my $1000, but after I objected they raised it to $1500, which I still thought was low but accepted. I don't like negotiating. I feel that it's dishonest. In any case, in regards to the final price of the vehicle I was going to purchase, I knew from doing research online that they could easily shave another $2000 off the sticker price. They only took the price down $600 originally, and then took it down only another $200 after I told them I had seen prices $2000 lower than what they showed me. They objected that because I had an automatic $1000 discount through my bank, USAA, they couldn't lower the price further. I'm not sure how much I buy this explanation, but in any case, the car was in my affordable price range at this point so I agreed to purchase. They gave me 4.9% financing for 60mo, which I'm not sure is good or not. Some of the other cars I was looking at by different manufacturers were offering rates such as 0% or 2.9% for 60mo, but I accepted that this was a luxury car and wasn't going to get as low of a rate. Still, I was hoping they would approve me for 3.9%.After taking delivery on the car, I was very satisfied with how clean it was, polished, and it came with a full tank of gas. Within a week of having the car, a couple of setbacks were encountered that involved me having to return to the dealership for repair on some minor car parts. The dealer responded appropriately and did all of the repair work for free, which was great. But still, I expected that the car I was purchasing would have zero problems.All in all, I enjoyed working with John as he was very approachable and able to answer all my questions and concerns and made me feel like he was working to get my business. I just wish the dealer was more transparent with their prices and didn't give excuses for why they couldn't match prices and quotes that I had seen from other dealers online for equivalent cars.

Well, it has been a year since my purchase (which I was very happy with) and I have to say that Audi Westwood service has been as pleasant to deal with as the sales team was. Unfortunately over the last year, I've come to know some of the folks in the service department quite well. Literally the day I drove my brand new 2009 Q7 4.2L off the lot it started having issues. The first was the passenger air bag light came on. I had to take the Q7 back the day following delivery for warranty work and was w/o my car for a few days. Next, in September of 2009 the a/c failed completely and had to return to Audi Westwood service for warranty work again. Spring 2010, (the next time I attempted to use the a/c) the system failed again. No coolant, low pressure. Dye test performed. 60 days later, the a/c failed again. Passenger side blowing hot air, driver side blowing ambiant temperature. Same tests. Once again I get the car back and once again the same thing happens. Now we're in July of 2010. One year after delivery and I still have problems with the a/c system. I've notified Audi NA that I intend to follow through with MA lemon law arbitration and they are "researching" my service records etc. The rep for Audi NA arbitration unit didn't provide a whole lot of information or insight as to what would happen. He only said that he would call back Friday. We'll see if that actually happens. The point of this story is that I have been to Audi Westwood for service more times than I like to admit and they are simply awesome to deal with. Always have a loaner car ready. Always receive immediate attention. Always return my vehicle when they say they are. It seems the only party in this relationship that is not upholding their end is Audi NA. It is incredibly dissappointing to have to report this after being known as "the Audi guy" by friends and family for the last 10 years but I hope to let other consumers know that if you're going to make a purchase on an Audi in the Boston area, Audi Westwood is the place to go. I'll be sure to keep everybody updated as to what Audi NA does with my 4.2L tree grown citrus. Wishing in one hand.... Mike CaroJacksonville, FL

As my BMW sedan was coming off lease and I was looking for something larger, I naturally took a look at the Q5. Ken had mentioned to me that he had a Q5 coming in the June timeframe, and it was exactly the way I was going to order it for eptember delivery. I went in to see Ken in late June, and we were able to work our a great deal on the exact car that I was looking for, taking advantage of Audi incentives and 2010 pricing. I have had the Q5 for a couple of weeks and love it. I also have to note what a tremendous pleasure it is to have my Audis serviced in Westwood. The service staff could not be more helpful. They are knowledgable, friendly, communicative, and accomodating. They even put me in a new, clean, A4 as a loaner. The service experience in Westwood is the polar opposite of my prior experience with another dealership in MetroWest. If you are in the market for an Audi or looking for service on an existing Audi, I would highly recommmend Prime Audi of Westwood. This dealership is phenomenal. My initial online inquiry (at night) was answered the next morning by Holly McLaughlin in Sales. We communicated via email and telephone, and we arranged an onsite visit so I could test drive the Audi S4. The dealership did not have an S4 with manual transmission in stock, so she searched the area and discovered there was one arriving at the dealership in a couple of weeks. She was out of the office the day of the test drive, but she ensured that an S4 with automatic transmission would be ready for my arrival.When I arrived at the dealership, Bradley Levin in Sales was expecting me and immediately introduced himself. He spent some time educating me about the car, and he then gave me the keys for a test drive - I loved the driving experience. Bradley provided me with a great quote, and I gave him a deposit on the S4 with manual transmission before I left the dealership.When my car arrived at the dealership a couple of weeks later, Karen Fisher (Finance) and I started working through the finance details. She and I talked several times throughout the day, and she went out of her way to answer my questions and ensure I had all of the facts correct. Each time we talked, she had found another way to make our deal attractive. By the end of the day, she had worked out a great lease payment plan for me, and I went to the dealership the next day to sign the paperwork. Since it was Karens day off, Michael in Finance had all of the details and handled the process quickly, efficiently and accurately.Ken Bourne handled my delivery, and he made the experience fun and exciting. While most dealers in MA were clueless about the details of an European pickup, because it's a relatively new program from Audi of America, Lester Gardner at Audi of Westwood was willing to do his homework and go the extra 9 yards and the management at the dealership was extremely cooperative. I shopped 4 competing dealerships in the area and nobody was willing to get the car I wanted nor match they price. They were all ore interesting in moving inventory on hand,. Sales team was very easy to deal with (Ken Bourne), finance people did not push too hard. This is my third Audi- bought one in 2002 from Clair Audi (prior name) and when they moved further away to westwood, I went with a more local choice. Big mistake. I know from personal experience that the service department at Audi of Westwood is the best around, and I am willing to go out of my way a bit to stick with this dealership. I was so impressed I plan to order another vehicle from them (a Q5) when my current lease expries this summer. 5 stars- would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an Audi vehicle.

I was looking to test drive a 2010 S4 and Audi of Westwood was the only local dealer that had one available. I called them to ask about a test drive, and Ken Bourne returned my call to come down and drive the car. He was very patient with the numerous questions I had and took me on a lengthy test drive to give me a good feel for the car.When it turned out that there were no models in the US with the options I wanted, Ken helped me to order the car for a March delivery. Negotiating a price on the S4 was surprisingly painless. The sales manager, Brad, was great to work with and didn't give off the typical car salesman vibe, which made me much more comfortable making a deal with him. Ken was also very accommodating when I wanted to change the configuration of my vehicle after it had already been ordered. The finance department were also able to match the best offer I got from my bank, which turned out to be even lower than their advertised rates.Once I had taken delivery, Ken spent over an hour showing me how every feature of the car worked and made sure I was completely comfortable with the car. I can't imagine having a more pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable and treated me like a valued customer, which was a refreshing change compared with other dealers I had visited. I've already been raving to anyone that will listen about my new S4 and the great experience I had with the people at Audi of Westwood, and I don't see that changing for quite a while.

Prior to now I've bought four automobiles. Each encounter was confrontational,irrational and left me feeling as if I'd been taken advantage of. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive about going auto shopping. I'd set my sights on an Audi convertible and my brother (another one of Ken's clients) recommended I contact Ken at Westwood Audi.Prior to our meeting Ken interviewed me on the phone to ensure that he knew what I was looking for. We have contacted several other Audi dealerships in the Boston area, but the dealers' attitude towards us was sometimes ambivalent, probably because we were not the ideal customers - we had way too many question and uncertainties. Having arrived to the US relatively recently, we were new to the system. When we first arrived to the Audi Westwood dealership, we were really lucky to meet John Suh. He was very knowledgeable, highly professional, friendly but never pushy, on every occasion we met, plus we were in email contact throughout the whole buying procedure.We felt we made a good deal, and the S5 actually arrived earlier than expected. We left the dealership with a huge smile on our faces and we know that we can contact John in case we have any problems with the car in the future.

I told him what I was looking for, the information I'd need to make a decision and what my expectations were. He provided the information and we made the deal. There was no hiding the ball and nothing to insult my intelligence. I also found everyone in the dealership friendly and accomodating. Mike worked with me on the financing and was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I visited several Audi dealerships when looking into the A5 and was discouraged by the lack of friendliness and resourcefulness of other dealerships in the Boston area such as Bernardi. When I got to Westwood I was impressed by the entire experience from start to finish. Ken was fast in getting back with answers to my questions via email or phone and he helped me through the entire car purchasing process since my previous car was from out of state. When I went to pick up my car Ken sat down with me for a long time guiding me through all of the buttons and features of my car. I reccommend Audi Westwood and Ken Bourne/Karen Fisher very highly. Going to purchased a new/used vehicle has never been a pleasant experience for me. Each time I've bought a car, I've had a very heated discussion with the salesman AND their manager. It's been stressful, nervewracking and downright horrible. When I walked into Audi Westwood I had expected the same thing. We met Ken and went through what we were looking for. He searched the inventory and found us a few vehicles that he thought we would like. After taking one for a test drive, we decided to talk about sell price. This was where I thought the fight would begin. I was wrong. It was a discussion and not an argument. The pricing was neatly typed out and very clear on what the costs were. I never had to meet with the Manager and within a few minutes, an agreement was made on the price. I couldn't believe it! It was WONDERFUL!!! I would definitely come back and recommend both the dealership and Ken Bourne to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.THank you for making this experience one of a kind!!!

Audi of Westwood (Prime Audi, not Clair anymore I guess) has a very, very nice staff in the service department. Other than that, my experience is nothing I want to remember. I brought my 2002 Audi A4 in for a tune-up, replacement key, and to resolve my Check Engine light, which was related to the malfunctioning engine thermostat and the malfunctioning temperature sensor gauge in the dash.After a couple days, the problem was reportedly fixed. Picked it up, started driving it home, and about 20 minutes later the check engine light came back on and I noticed the temperature sensor gauge in the dash was completely past the red H (a.k.a. overheated engine), which was the original problem. Brought it back later that week to get worked on again.A few hundred dollars later, the problem was reportedly fixed again, and the key had finally come in. Went to start the car and oops, someone at the dealership had left my lights on all night. Dead battery. After THAT situation was taken care of, I started on my way home, realizing the gauge started on C (cold) and progressed to the medium engine temp, as it should, and the Check Engine light was off. Problem fixed!Except 3 days later, it wasn't...again. Needle of the gauge likes to start up on H (hot) and proceed all the way to the right of the metallic ring...still. Anyways, I temporarily go to school and work in Western Mass and have very few opportunities to come back east, so earlier this week I called and informed them that I still had not gotten my money's worth of service, and asked if I could drop the car off Friday and pick it up Saturday (today). They said YES, so I drove an hour and a half home, dropped the car off last night, and expected a certain service technician to call me this morning to inform me of the situation. So 4 pm rolls around (service bay closing time) without a call. I call them, wait 20 minutes on the line, and find out that no one touched my car today, they were waiting for Monday so the particular technician that's been working on my car can keep working on it. If they had told me this earlier in the week, I would NOT have wasted my time and GAS coming home, seeing as how I'm WORKING out by Springfield on Monday morning and kind of need a car to get there.If I hadn't already sunk hundreds of dollars into this problem, I probably would not return to Audi of Westwood. Everyone working there seems extremely nice and accommodating, I just wish they were more efficient.

I found Audi Westwood on Dealerrater.com. I was impressed by the reviews that were written by customers about the dealership and in particular Ken Bourne. I had a clear idea of what I wanted to buy and needed a no-nonsense quote so that I could make a decision. I wanted to make the buy decision without going to the dealership and going through a long sales pitch or receiving none valuable information.I called up the dealership and asked to speak with Ken. Once we connected, I briefed Ken on what I needed and on my expectations of not going through a prolonged discussion or negotiation. Ken took the information and returned my call in less than 30 minutes. I had several follow up questions all of which Ken responded to very quickly. In less than hour - I was convinced that I wanted to work with Ken and that he was providing a great price without any "hidden fees". We purchased the car that day. Ken was very pleasant and easy to talk with. My wife and I both felt very comfortable asking any question of him and also enjoyed talking with him. He was very patient, has an excellent knowledge of Audi products and took time to walk us through "using the car" helping us to set up our phones and teaching us how to use the many great features of the car. He even called us the day after we drove the car home to ensure that everything was fine. We also met Karen Fisher who finalized the paperwork. She is wonderful-extremely personable and intelligent - very nice to talk with. Ken spent as much time as we needed. I test drove a Q5 and made a purchase. It took a month and Ken kept me posted the whole time. At delivery, Ken spent over 2 hours with me going over everything. My spouse test drove two other vehicles the next day. No hurry, no hassle. We did not make the second purchase, yet.The minor glitch was the business person, Mike. He scheduled an 8:30 AM meeting the next day to have a treatment done to the exterior paint. He never showed but the service staff was very acommodating and got me a loaner in 5 min and called me 2 hours later when the treatament was done. I was extremely satisfied with the time Rob Kelleher spent with me before I purchased my A4. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient.Problems surfaced when I went back to Westwood with a better price received at another dealership. Westwood's lack of a timely response to a "price match" led to some complications. I ended up in a car that was not my choice of color. That being said, five weeks later and with additional fees, I am finally in the car I want. I do not regret getting a second price on a new vehicle. Unfortunately buying a new car continues to be a "buyer beware" situation. The consumer must be diligent in their efforts to insure that they are getting a fair price and that honesty and integrity prevails. The consumer wants the best price possible and the dealership wants to make the most money possible. Negotiations between people with polar opposite goals is quite challenging!!!!

Probably the most straight-forward, informative and honest sales process I've ever experienced. Right from the start, Paula was relentless in finding me a hard to get vehicle, patiently answering all of my questions and giving me frequent updates. When Paula was out, Bryan stepped straight in, and I didn't have to repeat/rehash anything. When Bryan was out, Paula picked it back up again. Even Nick (the GSM), helped in the search (when he probably could have been working on much bigger deals). Really smooth process, nice people, great facility, and I'm an incredibly happy (and hopefully a repeat) customer.PS: Bernadi Audi in Natick (if you are reading this), you were my first choice because of incredible convenience of location, but you lost a good, quick deal because when I simply asked to test drive a car, I was told "No, these cars sell themselves, and if we let people test drive, we'd have people here all day test driving". WT*? do you not try clothes on before you buy them? do you not inspect a house before you buy it? do you not taste the wine before you buy the bottle? do you not date before you marry? After a week of internet shopping and getting the run around and "soft" offers from other Boston area dealerships, I found a Q7 I was interested in and inquired about it through the Prime Auto Group's web site. Ken Bourne responded almost immediately. I explained to Ken that I am an out of state resident who works out of the Boston metro area and let him know my price expectations. Ken came back with a solid offer within a few hours. I agreed to come to the dealership anticipating the haggle ahead. My father and I had been shopping around for new and used cars at various dealers for about two weeks. We had some alternatives weighing in our minds and we decided to go to the Audi Westwood dealership before making a final decision. I'm very glad we did because they had a huge selection of new and pre-owned vehicles; three of the pre-owned cars were in great condition and immediately caught our interest. The sales manager was very helpful and gave us some reasonable prices for each of the cars. He did not beat around the bush. I then returned the following day to test drive the cars and the sales manager did not forget me. He set me up with Salesman Ken Bourne to assist me in test driving each car. I must say that test driving at Audi Westwood was very different from other experiences test driving cars in the past. Mr. Bourne did not just say 'have a great ride' and slap a license plate on. He sat right next to me as co-pilot and directed me through various backroads and highways so that I really got a feel for how the car drove. He explained and demonstrated each function in the car thoroughly before he considered the "testdrive" complete. This part of my experience at Audi Westwood was the deciding factor for me. I eliminated previous options from other dealers and it really helped me decide which Audi model was best for me. Furthermore, the purchase itself was quick and happened on the spot with the sales manager and general manager present. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and was all about customer satisfaction. Just two days later I got my car and could not be happier with it. Audi Westwood knows what they're doing and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service was wonderful, the salesmen really care about the customers, and it was a pleasure to do business there. Thank you !

This was the second Audi bought at Prime in 18 months. We returned to Prime because we particularly enjoyed working with Lester Gardner, the dealership is not overwhelmingly large, the service department is excellent (you could eat off of the floor) and overall, the people we dealt with are very fair. Lester was able to find us the exact car we wanted (Q5 Prestige in Navy with Grey) for the time we needed it, and made us aware of all Audi sponsored pricing programs. We drove away with the Q5 extremely satisfied. I would recommend Prime wholeheartedly.

I went to Audi and was greated by Peter Mclean, who was very personable and very accomodating. I was in a bind because I was away and my lease on my BMW was coming to an end and I was having to make a decision in a few days. He was very straight forward and gave me several options within minutes of being there. It made my decision very easy and I left Audi with a great deal and a beautiful car the same day. I would recommend Peter to anyone and look forward to doing buisness with him in the future. He also assisted my fiance with his audi which he bought in Florida and has had problems with ever since. From the moment I arrived on the lot for my review of the Q5 SUV up close and personal, the sales staff was very professional and polite. No heavy sales pitch, just knowledgeable feedback and questions of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had done a little homework on this particular automobile and had test driven some similar models of competitors. Ken Bourne did not seem rattled that I was looking at other vehicles. He comfortably stood by his vehicle and educated me more on Audi cars in general. I have been a Volvo and Saab owner in the past. Ken took me out for a test drive and had me take the car through some realistic motions. We then returned to discuss my lifestyle needs in a car and other profile information about me. "Before you make a decision, come back in and test drive the car again" says Ken.I return two days later in dire straits. My Volvo breaks down and is too costly to invest in the repair. I call Ken and he picks me up at my Volvo service center. I give him the latest news. Ken the calmly gets me relaxed and we proceed to look at some options. Twenty minutes later, they find a Q5 that fits my needs, provide me a loaner (Thanks Nick!) and the next day the car is delivered. I felt so confident in my decision because of the customer service and professionalism displayed by all. Then when my car arrives, Ken spends extra time pre-setting commands and getting me familiar with even minute details. I felt very educated about my car when I drove off. Ken has since followed up to ask how I am feeling about the car and if I had any questions. I feel confident that this will be a long term relationship for my car needs. Thanks Ken! I was in the market for a certified pre-owned vehicle and, being my first experience buying a car, I was overwhelmed. I visited a handful of luxury car dealerships and felt tremendous pressure from the salesmen. Until I came to Audi Westwood, my experience was with salesmen who would become angry the moment they sensed I might not be prepared to purchase a vehicle that day.My experience with Ken Bourne was quite the opposite. He was very friendly and informative (more so than other Audi dealerships I had visited). I felt no pressure even when I said I would need time to discuss with my family (although, that time proved to be quite short, and I was right back to purchase the vehicle within the hour).Even after my purchase, Ken spent a significant amount of time showing me around my new vehicle, responded in a timely fashion to all of my calls and has since followed up to see how I am enjoying my new vehicle. I bought my new Audi here and was very satisfied with the experience. The price quoted was what I paid 13 weeks later after my factory ordered car arrived. The car was spotless and absolutely perfect. The only negative is all the extra stuff they try to sell you at the time of actual purchase - that should be handled at the beginning, not at the time you are picking up your car which should be a great event. There was a glitch in the registration process but they handled that professionally and took care of it immediately. All in all it was a good experience.

I bought a car from Ken , which was very helpful and friendly compare to other audi dealer salesman or salesman from other auto brands. The car that i wanted was not available so i had to factory order, which he definitely met my best expecatations with delivery estimates he was right on. He promised to keep me up to date , which i felt i had to initiate but he did his best to answer my emails asap. I didnt like to deal with various salesman to close the deal, and around every corner they seem to try and change our agreement from what was originally agreed upon. Just took a lil bit of complaining to get everything in order but they delivered as promised. One key note, we agreed on a price and on the final sales price an advertising fee and port prep fee appeared which was not stipulated after price negotiations which left me with a very uncomfortable feeling. Overall, they are the best dealer to buy from compared to your other choices and i would recommend if your in the market for an Audi. Make sure not to factory order and get forced to pay 1k deposit for the car.

From start to finish my experience at Audi Westwood was fantastic. This is in stark contrast to other luxury car dealers I visted before going to Westwood Audi. These other dealerships were high pressure and interesting in selling us leftover 2008 models. At Audi Westwood the salesman I worked with, Ken Bourne, starting by getting some information on what we needed from a new car rather than trying to push somehting the dealership needed to get off the lot. Ken also gave a fantastic overview of the car (2009 A4) prior to our test drive. Our test drive gave me the ability to become completely confortable with the car by taking me through a variety of driving situations. When it came time to buy, the process was very low pressure and Ken was very helpful in matching our price range to the vehicle we wanted. Upon delivery Ken gave my wife and I a complete overview of all the cars features, including syncing of our phones and ipods to the car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ken. Oh yeah... the car is fantastic as well!

Yes, Yes, Yes! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I had almost given up hope on purchasing an Audi after shopping at other area Audi dealers when I decided to try Audi of Westwood. Boy, am I glad I did not give up!Audi of Westwood provided me with the best car shopping experience I have EVER had. Both Ken Bourne and Nick Dota [General Sales Manager] were the most prompt, professional, courteous, competent and accommodating people I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. So refreshing.I had sold my vehicle privately and needed to be in a new car very quickly. I'm also very particular and quite fussy about my vehicles. I wanted to purchase a pre-owned certified vehicle, but was finicky about numerous factors and had a budget and a schedule I was trying to work within. Ken and Nick went way above and beyond my expectations to grant my wishes and accommodate my situation. They had nothing on the lot at the time that fit the bill precisely, so they searched diligently to find a car that delighted me AND came in BELOW my budget [they even encouraged me to take the car for an entire day so I could "bond" with it]. Next, the car they found for me was not going to be ready until after the holidays, and I had travel plans with no vehicle to drive. Nick offered without hesitation to put me in a loaner for as long as necessary so that I would not be inconvenienced or stuck without wheels in the meantime. He was also quick to pass me his cell number in case I encountered any problems or had any questions during my travels. While driving the loaner, Ken also kept me well informed on the status and progress of the delivery of my new vehicle.When my car was ready to be picked up, Ken made sure he set aside ample time [which was after his normal work hours] to walk me through the details of the work they had done and review the car together with a fine-tooth comb.Audi of Westwood is absolutely top-notch and I would not hesitate to send anybody their way -- especially to Ken and Nick.

I purchased an '07 Audi A4 from John and couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase or the dealership. John was very thorough in explaining the car features and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire sales process. John was very easy to work with and was extremely good on followup both by phone and email - ask for him if you go to Audi!! I have loved driving my Audi and can not say enough about the great decision it was to get this car - the service department is also fabulous and it is always easy to get an appointment and they take great care of you. This was my second purchase from Clair/Prime and it was a great experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

I just picked up my new A4 last night - and I have already told two friends that if they are in the market for a new car - they should see the team at Audi Westwood - what a great group of people. Ken Bourne was knowledgeable, friendly and found the exact car I wanted - which was not on their lot but out of state in their port. Ken and Nick Dota were determined to get that exact car, and took great care to do just that which was not easy as it was during the holidays, and a couple of snowstorms were thrown in for good measure. I was kept well informed via phone and email of all progress, which was surprisingly quick considering the circumstances - tremendous service. When I picked up the car Ken spent another half hour with me walking me through the basics - settings for radio, heat, etc - making sure I was comfortable before driving away. Nick also took time away from other customers to come over and thank me for my business and offer his number to me in the event I had any questions or concerns along the way. Although this experience was more than I expected, it only ranks second best for me. The first was while I was only looking for a car, up and down the Automile In Norwood during early December. I went into four other dealerships looking for information, etc. having narrowed down my choices in advance, looking for differentiators. It was a day off from work for me and I was "dressed down" - most likely looking like a low gain customer, not one ready to buy despite having my checkbook with me and ready to do so. In not one of those dealerships was I approached for assistance - with, as you can imagine, many sales people idle. I was in Audi's dealership for under a minute before Ken came over and introduced himself. I was test driving within 30 minutes. Before I left, Nick came over and introduced himself and asked if there were any questions that I had - to please call him. It was this first impression that sold me - I wanted to do business with these guys, and you should too. I will be back, and will certainly tell everyone I know in the market for a car to consider Ken, Nick and Westwood Audi before they buy.

Just brought home new 2009 Audi A4 and I couldn't be happier!! To quote Nick, the General Sales Manager, "buying a new car shouldn't be like getting a root canal!" As a dentist, I couldn't agree more. The staff at Audi of Westwood were very professional and knowledgeable. Ken was courteous, friendly and made an otherwise stressful experience a true pleasure. This was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I couldn't recommend Ken Bourne and the staff of Audi of Westwood more highly.

Once again, Audi Westwood has exceeded my expectations and have set the bar on a dealership that takes care of the customer. Chris was the most professional and coureous service advisor that I have ever worked with and I must say, he took care of me and my car, which I really appreciated. He set me up with a loaner and I was out of there within 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my car, it was washed and clean, inside and out, and like new just like the first day I picked it up. The only complain I have was that they didn't give me a car comprable to my own car. I was a little disappointed because I only bought my car 1 month ago. They gave me a dodge, but a loaner is a loaner I guess.

Before chosing my Audi A-4 convertible, I had done extensive research and found that Audi Westwood was not only the best in price, but they were the best in terms of honesty and customer service. I felt zero presure when dealing with Ken Bourne (Salesman at Audi Westwood). He was incredibly diligent and an extremely pleasure to work with. He is the reason i drove from Reading, MA to purchase my Audi. There is even an office one minute from my work and I opted for Westwood. Ken followed-up with me the next day after I bought my Audi to make sure everything was perfect. Through the duration of the sale, he took the time to go over every single detail about the car, even when I anticipated buying a BMW. Ken exemplifies what a true sales person should embody. He is truthful, friendly and really cares about the customer. He wasn't just there to push the sale.

After another terrible Audi dealer experience at Brookline Audi, where they told me they would include the change of the serpentine belt in with the 90k sefvice and some other work I was having done, then after I brought my car in and they did the work denied they had told me so, I swore I'd never go back to another Audi dealership for anything. Then my car began making sounds and losing power that had me fearing a blown turbo.My normal mechanic (Stadium Auto, they're awesome and trustworthy!) woudln't touch it since they aren't specialists, so I had to go to a dealer. Based on the reviews on this site, I chose Clair and boy am I glad I did! They identified the problem as three blown vaccum lines ($10 parts, about $250 in labor, which seems about right), they did the work right away while I waited, and at my request examined the suspension, idenifying some inexpensive things they could fix (and did), as well as a longer list of specific proplems I woudl want to have addressed at some point. Mike, the service maanger, gave me a detailed list of the work they felt needed to be done, and a list of Audi parts, in case I wanted to have the work done somewhere else. The car came back cleaned inside and out.I have a new service place to go to now, I highly recommend Clair!

Just purchased a 2007 A6 from John Suh. A true professional - very knowledgeable, never pushy. Communicated lots of information by email, which saved a lot of time and phonecalls. The negotiation was short and sweet - their first offer for the new car and my trade was fair so it didn't take long to agree. Two days later, car is ready with no fuss. It's my second purchase from Clair, my first from John, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both.

I purchased an Audi from Clair. I didn't know that much about the product, I liked the way the Q7 looked. my sales person help me with the test drive and knew a lot about the car. I was away on business and wanted to get the best pricing over the phone. The entire staff and service was very Nice, I had a small issue the my car after only 1 week, but it was taken care of right away without an appointment at night. I'm very happy with everything.
