Darryl Brown was the first sales representative to come over and greet my girlfriend and I, despite other sale representatives walking past us and never acknowledging our presence. Darryl was overall great. The process was way too long (12pm-6) to double check my preapproval with other back n fourths that didn’t seem to quite make sense in the process. But 6 hours later I was able to drive off the lot in a really great used 2019 Ram. Thanks again to Darryl. If it wasn’t for him I was leaving to never return again. I recommend Darryl if you need a good salesman.

Great experience. We found ourselves in need of a different vehicle based on a family medical condition. Tim Casey took care of us. He listened and helped us find a vehicle that would work for us. Tim even rearranged his schedule to be there at a time that would work around times my wife had medical appointments. He was great and I will use him again in the future. The finance department did a fantastic job getting us in and out as well. Thank you Tim and Auffenberg Ford for your help.

I had an issue with a sales associate quitting out of the blue and not saying a word to me after I had ordered a Bronco months ago. Sales manager Jason Hall made everything right even though the kid kind of screwed them too. Not only did he make it right but he let me give my order to one of the newest guys when he could have just kept the sale for himself. If the owner reads this, Jason deserves something for keeping an almost very disgruntled customer happy and for being a stand up guy toward one of the new salespeople.. Guys like him and your salespeople are your front lines for dealing with us and we can be real a-holes.

I totaled my car. Had a budget first sales men basically refused to help me… sent me to their Ford lot. Where I had the pleasure of meeting Justin who worked with my budget… took me back to the original lot(used cars) and found me a couple of vehicles to choose from. Explained to the manager at that lot what had happened with the original salesman and got me into a vehicle I like. He was awesome. If you go to Auffenberg go to the Ford lot… find Justin… he’s awesome. Super nice.
