Dont let the small size of the lot fool you. They have good cars here just bought a nice low miles passat. There was a small issue when we purchased of a part that was bad. They fixed it asap. We were from out of town and everything was ready when we got here, and we were in and out quick. Get off the main highway and find some good cars at great prices.

Francisco was great! He took his time and made no pressure, we went trough the car and explained all issues and state clearly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Austin expo is conveniently located. They where straight forward with the small issues on the car and the car was priced accordingly . made me feel secure.No gimmicks. I surely recommend it.

I recently sold Francisco my Chevrolet Silverado. He beat Car Max's offer and so I went with him. The process was easy and Francisco gave us a fair price for our vehicle. I would recommend that you check with Austin Expo after you get your bid from Car Max if you want the best price.

Just purchased a 2004 Acura from Austin Expo Cars and I worked with Francisco. He provided great customer service in providing answers for any questions I had regarding the vehicle and the buying process from their company. He was quick with responding to me and worked well with me. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and this would be my first stop if I needed to purchase another vehicle. I saw an add for a Saab that they were selling; price was a bit above blue book value, but it had low miles and a manual transmission (what I was looking for). I traveled down from Lampasas hoping to purchase the car (arrived on a Friday at 2 P.M. during their posted hours). The car was there, but the place was closed. No sign no nothing. No one answered the phone. Went back a few hours later to make sure it was not just the time I went, but still closed. There were people milling around in their garage in the back during my first visit, but I didn't go back there, just to see if they would come out and try and assist. No luck. Their loss because I probably would have bought it cash in hand on the spot! I ended up seeing a different add and buying another Saab in Georgetown on the way back home that day.

The is the perfect place to buy your first car. The employees were very helpful, and informative. Even though the day was very busy they still managed to see me in a matter of minutes and were able to get me what I wanted.

I bought a 2004 Lexus at Austin Expo Cars a year ago and the car runs strong service was awesome and buying process easy and fast. Because of previous experience I got another vehicle from Francisco 4 weeks ago and it was over the top again I think its time to say that this dealer is going to be my first choice when it comes to used car search. Got car inspected by Audi dealership, came out to be in great condition. Nice work guys thumbs up from a happy customer.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a used 2005 VW Passat TDI from Auto Expo in the Fall of 2013. In short: Auto Expo lied about the condition of the car repeatedly and tried to hide an oil leak by applying silicon to a damaged gasket. The long story I live in Denver, Colorado and had searched for a used TDI for several months with the intent of eventually converting the car to run on waste vegetable oil. I found the used Passat at Auto Expo through Cars.com. I contacted Austin Expo regarding the car and talked with the General Manager, Francisco Camacho. I informed him that I lived in Denver, but if the car was in the Excellent condition they advertised on Cars.com, I was very interested and would consider flying to Austin to pick up the car and drive it back. I talked through the condition of the engine, turbo, electrical system, age and wear of the tires, condition of the outside and interior, etc. Francisco guaranteed me the car was in excellent condition, ran well, and was close to be sold. To be safe, I also purchased a CarFax report which stated there were no issues or major repairs on the car. I decided to trust Francisco and CarFax and wired Auto Expo the down payment to hold the car. After coordinating with my bank to wire the funds, I booked a ticket and flew down the following week to Austin to pick up the car. Francisco picked me up from the airport, was very friendly, and seemed like a trust worth person. That being said, upon arrival at lot and seeing the care, I immediately noticed several discrepancies from their description and that the car was FAR from in excellent condition: The car was not Gray as they described or as it appeared in the pictures of their ad; it was Metallic Green (Francisco explained the sky was overcast the day they took the pictures so it appeared more gray what?) There was a large crack in the right hand corner of the windshield The car had several dents all over the body from what I would guess was hail damage There spare tire, jack, and tire iron were missing There was only one key fob, and while the key opened the door and started the car, it was not programmed to work remotely To say I was angry and disappointed was an understatement. Francisco, while he was friendly and appeared trustworthy, was a typical used car salesman. I asked him to drive me back to the airport and he immediately started trying pitching about the value of the car. After 30 minutes or so of discussion and serveral calls to the owner (where he lied about the fob not working and cost to repair the windshield), he found a spare tire (I believe he took it from another Passat on the lot) and agreed to credit me for the windshield and key fob I would have to buy. It was a VERY unpleasant and frustrating experience. But it got worse What I could not see, and could not know, was that there was a broken gasket that they had fixed inside the engine. There was not oil leaking around the car when I came to pick up the car But what I discovered after I drove the car home was that there was a severe oil leak. Two days after driving home, oil began to pour our of the engine. When I tool the car into the repair shop, they discovered - and showed me - a severely damaged gasket that had had silicon putty recently applied and then incorrectly put back. In short, instead of actually replacing the gasket - which wound up costing me an additional $900, not including the cost of oil and a rental car - Auto Expo put silicon putty around the gasket hoping to repair it and stop the leak. I contacted Francisco and the owner several times by email, phone, and letter about the issue. The one time I was able to reach Francisco in person after Thanksgiving, he said the owner was out of town but that would talk with him about making an arrangement. I talked with a lawyer who stated there was the possibility of criminal negligence. Don't make the mistake I made!

So I was skeptical about this place, but was in desperate need of a car! I bought an Audi Allroad quattro cash in Feb. I wasn't shopping for an Audi.. but I bought this one mainly because it was seemingly in good condition, and had plenty of space for my two toddlers car seats. So we test drove it, there were two things wrong with it. It was leaking oil (which us and the sales man Mr. F) agreed to fix. And the electronic dash, which i paid for his shop to fix. Neither were fixed properly. The oil still leaked and the electronic dash still went in and out. Second They fill in mileage on the paper work as Exempt which means they're not responsible, if any proof of rollbacks come up. (which is known to happen with this dealership if you read the reviews) Second after the second week of owning the car everything started breaking down, as if they RIGGED the car long enough to get it sold and out the door. The owner had the nerve to blame us for the issues with the car. Francisco Is very disrespectful. He also stated when we purchased the car that it'll take 60 days for my Plates and registration to come in. Around day 56, I was getting frustrated, because I did not want to get a ticket. (It was 4 days till my temporary plate were expired and still hadn't heard from them.) So I called the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The lady had stated that the last title transfer was in 2009 and that it had never shown they had submitted our information. I went to the dealership and spoke with the owner. He was rude, and very sarcastic. I complained about the lemon he sold me and he said why did you buy a car you did not like!? Then when I continued to explain the conversation I had had with the dmv, he admitted to selling me the car without having the title in his possession... They do not do business very well. And they don't care. The Owner proceeded to tell me that the DMV was wrong, and He was right about the way he did his business! Last but not least, After my Title finally came in, I went to get it appraised at Carmax. Carmax found that the car had been in a pretty bad wreck and had frame work done. Which never came up on the carfax that AEC gave us. And it was either a fake or it was just never reported! This is the worst experience with car buying that I've ever had. Go to Vida Motors on McNeil.. I sold my car to carmax and then Went to Vida Motors. Best car buying experience I've ever had. They're so sweet and honest. I wouldn't recommend Austin Expo Cars to my worst enemy. I DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE AS HORRIFYING!! Stay away if you know whats good for you.

We recently bought an 06 Audi from Francisco at Austin Expo Cars. They offer financing & got us approved through the credit company they use. Francisco told me I could save a lot of money if I went to RBFCU for financing. I tried it and it worked. I saved aprox $2000.00 on the financing. So we got the car it had a check engine light on. Francisco said the would fix it & worked on it until it was right. They even offered to send it to Audi if they couldn't fix it. If your looking for a used car do yourself a favor and check with them before you buy. Nice cars, great pricing, reliable service & great guys. You can't beat them. James Brandon

Looked at many similar cars online and finally found this one here at Austin Expo. I had excellent customer service from Francisco start to finish. Not only was this the only car in decent shape for it's age but they disclosed any issues over the phone prior to me driving all the way here to find a lemon. Francisco was also very helpful in recommending where to procure a loan for the vehicle as my previous attempt was unsuccessful. Over all I would feel confident in recommending Austin Expo Cars to a friend for their purchase.

I was in a position where I had a fairly good credit score, but not a lot of credit history. I spoke with Fransisco; already had a car picked out; explained how I needed a vehicle soon for work and instead of taking advantage of my situation, he pointed me towards a financial institute that offered me a great rate. In a couple days, I got the car I wanted, a low APR and that feeling of satisfaction everyone wants after a big purchase.

Just got my BMW 328i and I love it. After quick test drive I haven't found any issues, car was running smooth. I liked the car but still wanted to be safe and get it check out. I ask Francisco if it is possible to take the car to my mechanic and he immediately responded with "Absolutely, that's what we recommend to everybody". I took it to my friendly mechanic and he didn't find anything major, just small wear and tear items. It is used car so there is always something but overall car was in great shape. Car was good, price was good, Francisco was very honest and helpful. I pulled a trigger and I am very happy. I hope to do business with Austin Expo Cars again in the future :)

I bought recently a car at Austin Expo Cars and in was a breeze for me they did give me the car for mechanic and it turned out to be great. The staff in helpful and try to make the buying process as easy as possible for you. I drove so far about 3000 miles and have no complains at all if I am in a need for a used car I will for sure stop by again.
