I bought a 2007 Mazda 6. Car didn't last me 2 weeks . Terrible dealership. Poor customer service. sold Me the vehicle with cracks and chips in the windshield which in the state of Washington is illegal. Do not and I repeat DO NOT SIGN THE WHAT COULD GO WRONG DOCUMENT. I'm let down . Allot of money wasted . I'm stuck to pay the car off and pay insurance. Austin's auto sales is basically a junk yard seller. I feel dumb. Your truly J.M

They had exactly the rig I was looking for, and were able to make a deal with me on the price that was more than fair. Very friendly, great communication, and basically a no pressure sales sort of situation. Definitely would come recommended from me and would go back there if they had another vehicle that I wanted.

Awesome experience. Not pushy at all. I just bought a car here today I went in looking at one specific car took it for a test drive and realized it wasn’t the kind of car I was looking for, I don’t know a whole bunch about cars this is the very first car I’ve ever bought and the sales man was so patient with me showed me a few more options off of the descriptions I gave him and I ended up driving off the lot with such a beautiful car. Highly recommend you going here if you’re looking to buy a used car. Welcoming environment and very very kind people. I want to give a huge shout out to the person who sold me the car, I didn’t catch his name but he was the best, and the other people in the yard were also externally kind and friendly. Drove all the way from Arlington and it was well worth the trip
