Shawn purchase my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from a personal sale add and it was the best possible experience I could have hoped for with a used car sale. Up front, honest, communicative, and handled everything for me with ease. His offer was more than reasonable and I was happy with it. The only hiccup came from an issue with titling after the MVA changed it's system and delayed my title renewal. Even after having to wait 3 weeks longer than expected, Shawn still kept his word to purchase the Jeep. I would recommend this company - and I would probably give them a peek if I was ever in the market to purchase a car as well. Thanks!

Everyone here was awesome! It was a great experience, they even took the time to talk with my 16 year old about the car buying experience because she will be getting a car soon. The prices are good, and there's no haggling. I will definitely get my next car from them as well.

The customer service was ridiculous. The man kept speaking to me as if I was inexperienced and didn’t know anything about cars and how things worked. His tone had annoyance when I asked questions (like anyone else would). He first told me that because im 18 that I didn’t have any credit. Why assume that? My parents could have been increasing my credit, but he assumed. He told me to come look at the 2 cars in my price range. Because I’m selling my car for the money, (which i would have in a few days because I made a deal with someone) he told me I couldn’t test drive because my car wouldn’t make it enough money and it would be pointless (not knowing anything about the pricing). He kept talking to me like I was incapable of knowing anything. And I know it’s because of my age and maybe even me being a female.

Gave it 1 star cause i cant give it zero. Customer service is no good very unproffessional this is going to sound made up but the guy was lifting his shirt and scratching his stomach. He was trying to force a car with obvious issues claiming it would take 10 minites to fix but his mechanic was off. Dont shop here unles you absolutely have no alternative.

I'm a student, I was looking for a used car within my limited budget. Sales person worked with me till I found a really low millage 2007 Hyundai accent. Great service, really understanding people.

I stopped there a couple of weeks ago to look at a dodge truck,no one came out to greet me after 10 minutes I went inside and there were 2 guys talking to each other in some other language.I asked them how much white dodge truck was and they kept talking to each other like i wasnt there.I finally left.I dont know if anyone there speaks English,but these guys were rude.I drove 30 miles to see this truck i saw online,but at that point i wouldnt buy it for 10 dollars.My advice,hire someone that speaks the language.

I love going to a dealer where they are honest! It is nice to finally hear the truth about the cars and get exactly what I want. I am currently very happy with my Honda CRV.
