Bought a front & rear differential. Did not get matching gear ratios. Took several times before he did. He does stand behind his word, ill give him that. But 1 week turned into 3. Not a good experience.

I bought an 01' Toyota Corolla from them today. I needed a cheap car that can get me to and from work, 8 miles round trip. Great price, very clean on the inside. It had a broken windshield which wasn't pictured or listed on the website. Chip called around to help me find a replacement in my area, I live 50 miles away. We found a good price for one and he reduced the price of the car evenly. Him and his wife were extremely helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Cash is preferred. They pass on the 3 percent fee they are charged for using credit/debit cards. That seems fair to me. Just a heads up.

Great place, we bought a car here and it turned out to have an issue with the engine which would of required major expenses to repair. Chip quickly replaced the entire engine with a newer one at no cost to us. Chip went above and beyond whereas others could of easily left us high and dry. Great customer service all around!!

Chip provides amazing service. Found the perfect car for our teen who totalled hers. They are so helpful. Have a good inventory and work with you. Very kind and can help find you the car you want. Highly recommend. VERY honest. No crazy sales tactics. Was such a relief.

Bought a vehicle from them. Blower motor wasn't working, they fixed that. Thermostat was not working, they fixed that. On way home from dealership check engine light came on. Next day abs light came on. I lived over 50 miles away. They told me to get vehicle checked at my local repair shop. Vehicle ended up needing over $2000 in repairs. They offered to buy vehicle back or take money off the price. They split the repair bill with me. Their vehicles may look good but get yours checked out before buying from them. They worked with me when they didn't have to do I'll give them that.

I got exactly the car I wanted for a fair price. They were friendly and easy to work with. They didn't employ the pushy sales tactics that you generally see on used car lots, which was refreshing. They just let me check out the cars and answered my questions honestly. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't tack any extra fees on top of the vehicle price. Overall, it was a great, low-stress buying experience.

The couple here were, as my husband would say, "just nice enough to sell you" (in this case) a vehicle. While they were more than helpful and kind in the process before and during the purchase of the vehicle, I was quite disappointed to have it in the local-to-me dealership for work only 3 weeks after purchase. I purchased a Toyota Highlander from them and had to repair a hub and bearing on the front passenger side before my temporary plates were even expired. I emailed them about this and they exclaimed at how ridiculous the price I was being charged by the Toyota dealership was and they hoped I hadn't actually paid that, but that I could send them my receipt and we'd see what we could do. They never responded after that. 5 weeks after purchase I had to replace another hub due to it making a horrendous noise, similar to the reason I discovered the problem the first time. I'm disappointed that they were only "sorry for the situation." I will not return. I understand you buy "as is" but that much work so soon after purchase just shows the kind of quality you can expect from them after driving four hours TWICE to look at, then purchase a vehicle. Disappointed in this business and myself.
