this shop charged me $500 less than another shop was quoting me, and got it ready in less than 24 hours, when the other shop mentioned quoted me 4 days. absolutely couldn’t reccomend enough, they are amazing. everyone was so respectful and helpful and you could tell they are proud of what they do. thank you guys!

Today, I decided it was time to stop thinking about having my rear brakes and rotors inspected, and make the call. My vehicle has low miles, but I knew replacements were necessary. Had I phoned the dealer, I probably would have had to settle with leaving a message, hoping to receive a response. Maybe I would have managed to get squeezed into the schedule some time this week. The individual I may have dealt with, had someone answered the phone, would have likely been unenthusiastic (to say the least). I did some internet searching and stumbled upon Auto Arena. I called shortly before lunch time, and had a chat about pricing along with scheduling. The individual on the other end, one of the salesmen, was polite and to-the-point. He provided me with a small ranging cost for the service, and let me know that the repair could happen within the same day. I gave a call before heading out the door. Upon arrival, I wasn't quite sure who to speak with. After waiting for him to finish a call, I ended up speaking directly with Mustafa. Together, we went to my car, gathered the VIN and had a quick visual inspection of the issue(s). To cut to the chase, my first experience was great. I had some coffee, read a magazine, had some good conversation and was shown each part being replaced. Because of the signs of corrosion on the rear brake pads, I was advised to consider maintenance on my front brake assembly (disassembly/inspection/greasing/assembly). I gave my approval for the additional service to be performed. From my single experience, pricing seems to be comparable to other places, perhaps even the dealer, but the time spent waiting was much more enjoyable. The workmanship is what I would expect. The only reason I have for giving Auto Arena a 4 star rating versus 5 is that this was my first experience. I have little doubt in my next visit being anything less than that of today in regards to good customer service, accommodation and timely repair. Thank you Mustafa, and the Auto Arena crew!
