This is my second time buying a car at Auto boutique. I love how seamless the process is, and how well priced their inventory is. Jordan helped me out this time and he was a great salesman. Quick, knowledgeable, and not aggressive whatsoever. It felt like he truly wanted me to find a car I was interested in—not just get paid. I cannot recommend Jordan or auto boutique enough!

We are very pleased with the experience we had at this dealership and of course I LOVE MY 2015 Subaru Outback… one of the most painless car buying experiences I ever had. Missy was amazing to work with very knowledgeable and a great attitude, from the front desk to finance it was a pleasurable experience and would highly recommend to any and every one in the Columbus market. With the market being so wild they have a very healthy amount of vehicles and we will defiantly be back.!

My experience with the team at the Columbus location was excellent. From walking in the door and being greeted by the reception team who took all my information to get me ready to test drive my car to being handed off to the sales team the process was smooth. Jordan, the salesperson who assisted me was very friendly and professional. He got me set up for my test drive and once I returned set me up to complete my credit application, which itself was quick and easy. Jeremy from the finance team then took over and really went to work getting my loan approved. I am very happy with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great car.

Austin did a wonderful job helping my husband Justian Jackson find the vehicle of his choice. The vehicle we originally came for was sold and he went above and beyond to make sure we received a even better model with all the features we were looking for. He provided great customer service and answered all of our questions. He kept us up to date on every step of the approval process. I have recommended him and Auto Boutique to other friends and family who are in search of a vehicle. I wish I could give him 10 stars he was just that awesome!

It’s been about 6 months now and I was so happy I have gone back and worked with Nichole and Andrea in finance to get my wife a car. Now my cousin is looking for a car and will be coming back for a 3rd vehicle. I can’t express how wonderful this place is and their new location is beautiful. Thank you all who work there. From the people prepping cars, cleaning off the snow at a moments notice to everyone inside, from sales and finance to the on site mechanics. Thank you. I have had a fair amount of experience with used car lots. I have had some terrible times for sure. This wasn’t one of those times. Fast, friendly, no BS. Found a car on their site that I liked and after the test drive we financed no problem. I can’t recommend this place more or higher. Quality and service.
