Best experience EVER!! Clean cars, nice environment feel like home. Had me in and out of the with a new car in just about a hour. Got the car i wanted, Got the deal I wanted, got more for my trade any than any other dealer offered me and got a better interest than my Credit Union. Thanks ABS!!

Very good experience with Auto Buying Service. Responsive sales staff, reasonable price. Had a defect repaired on the car that I was buying - good quality repair. Did take a long time to get the title, after I purchased the car (this may or may not have been within their control). Would definitely recommend dealing with Mike Green at ABS.

Auto Buying Service Team was amazing! Everyone was courteous and helpful. Roger was so patient, professional and personable; he made feel very comfortable through the entire process of trading in and purchasing a vehicle, and I'm very pleased with the deal I got. Moses even set up the Bluetooth system for me! They'll bend over backwards to make you happy!Todas las personas que trabajan alli son atentas y listas a ayudarte en todo. We've all been there...at a used car dealership...sick to our stomachs..desperately wanting a deal but without the stomach to negotiate. Always afraid we're getting screwed.Working with Mike Green and auto buying service is the exact opposite of that. No pressure. Friendly staff. Great deals.I walked out with a great car and a great feeling.

First, Mike was burdened to help us, even more so when we said we had a trade in. So what if you close at 5 and we came in at 3:30, and didn't get done test driving til 4:10 -- it took me one and a half hours to drive to Fairfax with two kids in tow. Mike began to devalue my trade in and everything that "it doesn't have". He wasn't helpful, just very insulting. Bad experience overall, wouldn't recommend anyone. Just disgusted by Mike and his poor work ethic. Hope Mike left at five and enjoyed this beautiful day, as I'm sure that was all he cared about. Will not be returning.

Working with most Dealerships is a very apprehensive experience, but not with Auto Buying Service in Fairfax. Everyone I delt with was very friendly, not pushie and honest. I sold my car to them they gave me a realistic price, were very up front and the transaction was quick and efficient. I have them looking for a car for my oldest Son and look forward to doing business with them again.

My hat goes off to Roger, Mike and Wanda. Roger assured me that the car was in tip top shape and being from Florida, I had to trust him. So I sent my son to go pickup his mothers new car in Fairfax Va.. I must tell you, that the dealership, went above and beyond in customer service. The care that both my son and I received was second to none. I will write reviews, some good and some bad, but I have no bad to tell you here. My overall experience with the Auto Buying Service (ABS) was excellent! I am a USAA Member, and I contacted Cesar about the car I ended up buying. I felt bad because I arrived at the dealership maybe 45 minutes before they were about to close, but I was able to get in and out without any problems once I decided I wanted the car. Additionally, since I contacted them beforehand, the car that I bought was sitting right out front of the office which was very convenient because I got to take a look at the car before I walked into the office. The customer service was excellent and the prices cannot be matched. Their entire inventory is full of vehicles in great condition. Lastly, I really liked the fact that they have been in the same location since the 1970s, which means they must be doing something right. They definitely have my recommendation for anyone looking for a good vehicle on the market. The only thing I would suggest for ABS would be to get a bigger sign on the road because I totally missed it using my GPS to get there.

The Auto Buying Service staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, from my first phone contact w/Whit, to the receptionist who answered the phone every time after, and finally Mike, who sold me my car. I also met/spoke w/the owner, and he was a very nice guy as well. The location and selection of the dealership was great too. I researched the cars on their great website and pretty much knew what I wanted to test drive for purchase when I went to the dealer. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours, driving my new car, which I love! Mike did all the paperwork, from running my credit report, to finding banks to finance me, using the bank that gave me the best deal of course, to transferring my tags, Mike did it all. I also love that this dealership already had the CarFax printed out on my car, did a 100 point inspection, washed it for me before I left, and when I had a problem w/the gas cap a few days later, they gave me a great loaner car and took care of the gas cap w/a replacement dealer cap. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. I have recommended this dealership, and will use them again next time I am in need of a car!

I had an excellent experience both trading in and purchasing a vehicle at Auto Buying Service. Billy Carver, the salesman who helped me, was thorough and attentive every step of the way. He also somehow made the process fun--a first for me. None of the usual tactics that I've come to hate about car dealers were used on me--there was no pressure, no hiding anything, and no arrogance--just straight-forward and personable assistance aimed at making sure I was happy. Highly recommend Auto Buying Service! Work with Billy if you can!

The staff at Auto Buying Service were great to deal with. No pressure sales and always eager to help with questions. Sales Manager, Mike was very courteous, polite and helpful. Our other salesman Whit was friendly too and made sure jeep had what it needed. Over all Auto Buying Service was a great place to buy a car. I would definitely buy from them again

I went into Auto Buying Service on a rainy day in response to an ad for a Honda Hatchback with low mileage, but it had just sold the day before. I found just the car I needed anyway. A 1998 Honda Civic with only 26,000 miles on it had just come on the lot. Salesman Billy was helpful, personable and a joy to do business with. It is several month later now and I am still very happy with my car. Would I go back here to look for a car again? You betcha!

After a debilitating experience working with local manufacturer dealers for a trade in on our 2011 Toyota Sport (17M miles) who quoted as low as $9,500.00, we became tired of the helium balloons and corporate car salesmen with balloon matching ties. I had been looking for an older Jeep Wrangler for a couple of months. I was disappointed in some of the other car dealerships I had visited for a number of reasons. I happened to see a Jeep advertised online at Auto Buying Service. When I stopped by to look at it and take it for a ride, the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. Subsequent discussions with them and I was the owner the Jeep Wrangler that test drove. The entire experience was easy and stress free. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

I used this dealership to sell my used Ford Mustang. Billy was incredibly easy to work with, gave me an excellent price for my car, and didn't try to haggle with me or buy my car for less than it was worth. I would recommend this business to any of my friends who needed to sell their car.

I searched all of the Baltimore, Washington and Northern VA Area for the best value and I found it at Auto Buying Service Inc in Fairfax. The price, quality of car, speed of service and fairness exceeded all of the competition by dollars, hours and tangible car quality details. The location, staff and facilities told me right up front that the number one priority of this company is, a quality car passed to the buyer at a fair price. We went in to buy an extended warranty for my existing car whose warranty had run out. I had done a lot of internet research and made a lot of calls so I had an idea of values of warranties. The salesman, Billy Carver was very friendly and helpful. We got a reasonable price on a very good extended warranty and my wife and I are relieved that we will not have any major unexpected expenses with our PT cruiser in the next four years.
